It might not be a polished mobile home park. The residents however are friendly and neighbors know their neighbors. A kid friendly community.

The neighborhood is not the greatest there is a decent amount of crime and gang activity in the neighborhood surrounding and in the mobile home park however most of the people that live there are good people hardworking working class There is of course people squatting and "on" trailer trash but people will be people so take that as you will there are quite a few children running around unsupervised playing in traffic

I have lived in this park since around 2001 since 2005 in my current trailer. I can not wait to get the hell out of here. There seem to be different rules for different people since the new manager took over. The cleanliness has gone downhill and a lot of residents make there own rules i have videos to backup my claim. I plan to move no later than the end of August hopefully end of
