I know some people that live in there. I visit Aloha Vegas for the first time a couple weeks ago and again last night. It’s a mobile home community with a cement brick wall around the entire park. There’s not a gate or guard shack. I visited it was light out and dark when I left. It was quiet as when I got there. There was no debris or garbage on the road out of there. It was actually quite clean and squared away.

Really rude... Maria (Aka the "boss") yelled at my mom "WE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS IN TILL YOU CAME" (we are never outside) Staff is really nice and helpful. Rent SUCKS... might as well Rent a house to move into because it is that expensive to live here. (Still haven't help out with the rat festation) Update: new boss, but rent still sucks and just went higher

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I cannot stress how bad this place is. I have lived here for two years and have stayed because rent is good, but that is it. I have put in the same maintenance(s) request for 2 years and some of them still have yet to get done... My kids bikes were stolen right off our porch. They were under a tarp and chained with a bike lock. This person sawed through the wood. When we went to the leasing office about it we got sorry out cameras aren't working. When someone backed into out unit months later we reported and again got sorry our cameras aren't working. As someone who lived with someone with brain cancer making sure that emergence vehicles have access to fire lane is a must. Here people are always parked on the fire. When you call the number the leasing office provides you get we need an exact make and model of the car to tow it. You also have to have someone sign for a illegally parked car. When you call the leasing the leasing off. They do nothing. And yes, they have guest parking. I cannot tell you how many noise complaints I have put in to both the leasing office and the police. In the lease it says no loud music and coming into community as well. I cannot tell you how many times my family has gotten work up at all hours of the night because the neighbors decided they wanted to turned their music up as loud as it can go. I had to move my kids to their grandparents because they no longer felt safe. Just this morning the neighbors were outside yelling and cussing each others.

Person was nice a bit helpful Yes I have bad credit but my husband make 2 or 3 times the rent he gets in paid weekly been at his job almost a year January makes a year ! he missed two weeks of work due to a health problem ! I wanted to speak to the manger Linda told me couple reason why we got denied is because she was concerned about the two weeks of work !? Like are you kidding me?? He makes enough for the rent two weeks off taking care of urself instead of going into work & something bad can happen!! The manager was the one to overlook the denial & she couldn’t give us a chance !! Super unfortunate they should be called ALOHA !

Clean spacious homes and NO BUGS EVER! Loved it here so much that I’m moving back. Leasing realtor Nicole is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond. I love that the community is clean and affordable. The maintenance workers take pride in their homes that they maintain. The do thorough screening of tenants so your neighbors aren’t creepers. Definitely recommend renting from Aloha. They take care of their tenants and maintenance requests are responded to same day or within 24 hours. What more can you ask for?

Great place to work, wonderful staff

The correct address is 500 Miller avenue I just came to visit a family member and over the last couple of weeks they tell you no pets but they got a bunch of strays they don't tell you that you have to pay gas for the stove since it's not electric that's a whole Bill added. Other than that it's pretty quiet

Never thought that I wold live in a trailer even in light of all the bad around this little community it is a bright light in Las Vegas safe quite for most part has all you need in a 4 mile radius cost is very fair and most importantly people mind their business

Grew up in the area Aloha Vegas was the hang out spot back then. Only a few trailers then but it was the spot. Trailers up graded nice.

My experience there was exceptional from all the personnel that works there and they really tell her to your needs and I appreciate it so if anyone looking for a value place go to 500 Miller avenue Nicole and the rest of the personnel will get you done

Bartenders Ashley and Michael are always wonderful! Food is great and the Karaoke is on point!

Been here a for about a year . It’s Clean ,nice quiet neighborhood and Never had any issues . management is great .

Ghetto but not as bad as it could be.

If you can afford to live in a tunnel the experience is the same.

The managers are very polite. Good business people and staff. Very clean property. Nice neighbors.

It's a terrible place to live! They have a dispute with someone and because of this they neglect their duties. It's the parks responsibility to keep the sewers clear yet for almost 4 weeks now they have refused to stop the overflow of their sewer and all surrounding neighbors are being exposed to toxic fumes. It's a biohazard!!!

Freandly..office personal an nice place for kids .very clean. Some new up dates in extra wall an new trailers arrived this year .come join the great inverment....
