I stopped here to cool off during the heat wave. I started in the bathroom, which was cool, clean, and fully functional except for missing soap. The drinking fountain offered lukewarm water out of one fountain only. Also it was designed in a way that made it difficult for me to refill my jug. There were barely any people there, which was nice because I fancied a nap, so I headed to the main part. And (here comes the best part), was absolutely thrilled to discover what thick, wonderful green grass the park offered. Usually they offer itchy crab grass and ants with desert landscaping. Great big 😘 kisses to the park people for spending the extra resources to do it right. YAY!!! Well done.

Large open fields with trees... Beautiful backdrop of mesa n clean...Bathrooms are usually clean as well...Downfall is drivers in the area with no regard of others safty even during school hours...

I went hiking up there with my family. It was really fun and we took some amazing pictures when we reached the peak. It didn't take too long to hike up there at all and the view was cool!

Love this rec area. I hike it most days out of the week.

Very open park. With trail up the hill. Very minimal shade. The playground was ok. The rubber floor has lots of pieces missing and needs replaced. The equipment is good, just dirty lol. Monkey bars, rock wall, a few slides and small tunnel. Benches next to equipment is nice. It is surrounded by a few schools, so avoid during drop out and pick up times.
