Downtown Summerlin is a unique outdoor mall. The area is extremely clean and has countless shopping and dinning choices. It’s an amazing experience, whether you want to shop or just walk around. This is a great way to enjoy the weather and fulfill your shopping needs. The shops I visited provided amazing customer service. I highly recommend Downtown Summerlin.

Always a great place to dine, attend an event, shop, and walk. The Lawn is such a great place for events and locals to get out and about. With the rise in gas prices, the events make a great option to attend that is not that far away especially for locals who live within the area. Also a great alternative for visitors to Las Vegas who might want to venture out from the Strip or Fremont Street. The recent Brew Fest was a huge blast!! Always check the Things to Do link on the website as there is lots going there and events are always being added. The view of the mountains is also stunning!

An outdoor shopping area which might not be too fun when it’s cold out there. Also, if you’re looking for bargains, this is not the place to go. According to my folks, locals mostly hang out at this shopping area. It’s quiet and laid back which is a welcome change from the busy atmosphere of the strip. Red Rock Casino Resort is also not far.

Wow this relaxing outdoor, music-infused atmosphere makes shopping like a vacation. As a local Top Realtor & local resident here in Summerlin, Las Vegas, I highly recommend the shops, restaurants, art, events and scenery in downtown Summerlin! DTS reminds me of Irvine, CA my old stomping grounds. The river, fountain, fire feature, palm trees and fresh air here next door to the best resort in LV Red Rock draw me often to dine, wander and window shop Jing, Dillards, Macy's, crate & Barrel, Fine Company, Lazy Dog Cafe, CPK and more! This is my favorite place to go during the summer with my hubby and our dogs. Most places are so dog friendly and there is usually just random bowls of dog water left outside of stores. They have security and they usually always have some sort of parade. They also have a great movie theater and great shops to buy an array of different things.

A vibrant walkable urban center in the heart of community. It’s a pretty nice outdoor shopping mall with lots of variety shops like: Dillard’s , Macy’s and a lot of other small boutiques and many restaurants like : True Food Kitchen, Maggiano’s Italian restaurant, California Pizza Kitchen , Lazy Dog - pet friendly restaurant, Jing - Asian cuisine restaurant and lots of other restaurants and an ice cream place “Mora “ ( highly recommended) . They have a movie theater as well. They have free parking along the shops and covered garages. There's enough stores here for everyone. They keep the grounds maintained and immaculately clean. They always host events for the community and a majority are free of charge . During the winter time they have an ice skating ring which is very nice . Place is immaculate and well maintained and pet friendly too. All in all, it's a beautiful shopping center with a lot to offer. I'm always excited to visit even just to take photos and get some walking in. Downtown Summerlin is a local adventure!

This is a shopping mall for affluent wives who are spending their husband's hard-earned money. Honestly it has a beautiful feeling to it, and very good looking women since they have nothing but time to take care of their skin. I love coming here and seeing how otherwise milk their husbands dry and not just mine.

Shut out to the spot, it’s really nice downtown Summerlin. Very very nice place. It’s a really good place to take your baby to take your girl or just have some fun all around. It’s very high-level and high class, so you’ll see a lot of high-class people as well. Especially if you go during the moments where it’s not busy come when there’s not a lot of people maybe not on the weekends but throughout the day, and very very empty but very very amazing. We took some photos we took some some screenshots with that and we did it on that spot close to where the fountain was. So it’s a really good place and I would really recommend that you go there. The photos that we were able to take they were amazing specially when there’s not a lot of people. We passed by on a Monday, or I believe was a Tuesday and it was close to a holiday I believe so I was very very empty. But then there’s also the spot close by where it is they have forever 21 they have all these places all these big names that are really really good so I really recommend it and I really suggest it. Anything else that you guys are looking for in there it’s a really really nice spot. So shut out to the place it’s very clean very high-level very classy really elegant and really nice to just hang around and chill

Make sure to stop at Mothership coffee, man they make some good coffee!!

Loved the Farmers Market at 1980 Festival Plaza Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135. I had a hard time finding the address, so just in case someone else's does as well. It has a lot of great vendors, with all kinds of food, baked goods, beauty products, accessories, and much more. The great thing about it is that it is under a covered area and has plenty of parking. Definitely recommend!

You could definitely spend all day here as well as a lot of money! Plenty of shops for whatever it is you're looking for. There's a cool play structure for the kids to burn off some energy! My main complain is that there should be more directories placed around the area.

Nice shopping mall, I highly recommend the store NobiliTea. It became my go-to place to get different teas. Huge selection, and you can have any of them made into 1 drink if you just want to try it. Good selection of different products for making loose leaf tea too.

This is a great complex. Perfect for this time of year. It's an outside type complex. So many things to see and eat. Many restaurants. Once a week they have a farmers market. I think Sunday mornings. Once a year the host a great art show. I believe it's end of September but I didn't get there this year. Great for walking. Window shopping and much more. Plenty of safe parking. If you have GPS, you can park close to where you want to go. I go by a drive service, but I can see that if you didn't know where to park. You could have a long walk 🚶‍♂️ ahead of you. Place is clean.

What a beautiful and elegant place for yoga in the park, a bike ride through the streets, or just a casual walk on a beautiful day. So many upscale shops to explore and dining options are just delicious. I suggest you take a moment to breathe in the architecture for either a perfect photo opp. or just to appreciate each piece for its own uniqueness. Please don't spoil or pollute the water, use the Trash Receptacles.

Downtown Summerlin is a vibrant and bustling shopping and entertainment district that has quickly become a go-to destination in Las Vegas. From the moment I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the beautiful outdoor setting and the wide array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options available. The layout of Downtown Summerlin is well-designed and easy to navigate. The pedestrian-friendly streets are lined with a mix of national retailers and local boutiques, offering something for everyone. My family and I really enjoyed our first time experience with the fresh farmers market every Saturday! Besides the crowds and no lines it's hard to not feel like your running infront of someone. But it is first come first serve so help yourselves 😀 they hadmany things from fresh baked home goods, to mushrooms, fresh produce, jams, jellies. Knits and anything home made you can imagine it's really great to support the local communities as well as California farm owners. 🚜 congrats your guys are amazing for going out of your way to bring us great home made and grown 🙌 😀 😊 Thank you all ifyou haven't hear it enough!!! I made a fresh stew last night from all the great produce and let me tell you, you absolutely taste the difference!! ♡♡♡♡

Great mall, probably the best one that is off strip in my opinion. Only downside is if it’s summer, the mall is all open. So its hot and unpleasant unless you hop stores and get into a cooled space often. Also a touch frustrating the turn over of stores in here, some great stores have left and been replaced with awful ones. A shame, but what can you do.

  • 5/5 Nursefoodie t. 1 year ago on Google

It’s unbearable to shop during the day at least right now during the summer cut shopping short to go somewhere that’s all indoors! Temperatures reached 113 today and the mall doesn’t supply any mist or air flow while walking around! So only go if you're willing to walk in pure dry heat.

Still a very popular shopping area for southwest corner of the Las Vegas Valley. All the stores and restaurants are still open following Governor's COVID-19 restrictions. The only aspect that's terrible is the large swath of parking lot that is closed off for valet parking. A lot of it was vacant, but unusable due to it being being roped off for valet parking next to Lot 9.

This is my favorite shopping center in Vegas. The architecture is stunning. There's a great variety of shops, though most are fairly high end. For parents taking their children shopping, there's a playscape/art installation that should help burn off that excess energy the little ones have! For those exploring on a date, there's a spot with very, very cozy, cuddly seating in the pavilion. All in all, it's a beautiful shopping center with a lot to offer. I'm always excited to visit even just to take photos and get some walking in.

  • 5/5 Bryan M. 3 years ago on Google
This is really a great place during COVID. Especially if you go during the week, the sidewalks are fairly empty, there's plenty of shade, and the shops are really managing distancing well. The bathrooms are also open to the public and cleaned regularly. As far shopping goes in 2020, this place is a must if you want to stroll around a bit or are nervous about going into an inside mall.

Handicap parking and handicap accessible. Lots of different shops and restaurants. It's also a great place for strolling. It's a casual relaxing atmosphere. I usually shop here after visiting Red Rock Casino and/or CNA arena where the Vegas Golden Knights practice.
