This is what all our malls should be like. An area for kids, kiosks for a quick bite and seats for chilling. Restaurant selections are better and stores that doesn’t close early. (Downtown Summerlin has so much potential 😉)

I have been going to Town Square since I was a little girl and I love it. I have very fond memories of playing on the old playground and walking through the hedge maze after enjoying some Yogurtland frozen yogurt. I only gave four stars because they changed the playground. It is now more modern-looking. I know I am probably too old for the intended users of the playground, but just looking at it I can tell that it isn't as fun as it used to be. I mean, really? A green playground? Like the most prominent color in the playground area is this dark green color and it doesn't look fun at all. Kids like bright colors. And the lack thereof makes the playground look dull. There are however, a lot of beautiful sights if you stay after dark. I took some pictures at Town Square and have attached them to this review:

My family and I enjoy walking around Town Square whenever we actually take the time to visit. In fact, this mall area will always be memorable for us because this is the first outdoor mall we've visited when we first moved to Las Vegas in 2014. We don't actually visit this mall that often because it's one of the furthest away from where we live. But, if it was closer to us, then I definitely can see myself visiting often because I just enjoy the ambiance of it and walking around in general. The restaurants within and surrounding the mall are great; however, I wish there were more quick bite options for everyone. I know this isn't really the theme to this mall, but I feel it would be beneficial to everyone. If you're visiting Las Vegas, then you definitely need to reserve the time, get in a ride share, and venture towards this area. It's a good break from all the hustle and bustle of the casinos and main areas of the Las Vegas strip.

Had a blast at the T.S.L.V. Very family friendly. My daughter enjoys running around I even cooled off a bit in the kids sprinklers! There are tons of restaurants & shopping. In the evening there is a club called the BLUE MARTINI & its LIT!

Town Square is a Nice and clean shopping district that offers a vast array of stores, shops and boutiques to pick from. Many are privately owned local thrifts that offer very unique items but Town Square also has top name brand stores such as the Container Store and Total Wine & More. I like coming here because of its quaintness and local charm off of the Las Vegas Strop. Definitely worth paying a visit at least 1 time.

This place is huge with many options to shop and eat. It is an outdoor mall. I came here during summer time in 2022 and boy was it hotttt! 🥵🔥 I don't understand why it would be built this fashion (not complaining) LOL! You can walk around here for hours. It's airy and open. Lots of space and parking. 🚗 Some common stores I am aware of but some of them I was not familiar with. I enjoyed my time while here (it was limited) I had to catch a flight ✈️ to Indiana within a few hours then to Washington state. I was able to eat a pizza 🍕 and drink some yummy boba 🧋 drink. The crowd was a pretty good amount, however service was good. I loved the feel and the layout of the place. Many selections for shopping 🛍️ and restaurants. I'd love to return again to browse more and enjoy.

My recent experience at Town Square Las Vegas took an alarming turn when I was subjected to an unjust threat of police involvement by the security personnel. This incident added to my already disappointing impression of the security measures at this popular shopping and entertainment destination. During my visit, the following distressing incident transpired: Unwarranted Threats: While I was peacefully going about my business, a security officer approached me and, without any clear justification, threatened to call the police. The sudden escalation of the situation was both shocking and unwarranted. Public Embarrassment: This incident occurred in full view of other visitors, causing public embarrassment and humiliation. The unnecessary public spectacle was not only distressing but also had a detrimental effect on my overall experience at Town Square Las Vegas. Fear-Inducing Behavior: The security personnel's behavior was fear-inducing and created an atmosphere of distrust and unease. Visitors should feel safe and welcome, and such incidents do the opposite, making the entire environment unwelcoming. Chilling Effect: Threats of police involvement for no apparent reason have a chilling effect on visitors and deter them from freely enjoying the facilities and activities at Town Square Las Vegas. It raises concerns about the overreach of security authority. In conclusion, the unjustified threat of police involvement during my visit to Town Square Las Vegas was a deeply troubling experience that further exacerbates the security-related issues at this location. Visitors should not be subjected to unwarranted threats, which not only disrupt their experience but also undermine the reputation of the destination. The management of Town Square Las Vegas must urgently address such incidents and ensure that security personnel are properly trained to handle situations without resorting to unwarranted threats of police intervention.

A beautiful outdoor mall. I went early so it wasn’t crowded, during a weekday. I experienced lots of low airplanes flying by & you get amazing shots. Lots of little stores at every corner you turn. Such as, Ulta, Bath & Body Works, Small Food Booths, It Sugar, AMC Theater, & more. A nice little spacious park to relax on the grass. And a fun place to bring friends and family.

Been to Vegas many times, won't go back. You expect homeless and lots of creeks but it's over the top now! Never felt unsafe anywhere but here. Can't even go out at night. Gangs on electric wheel chairs. They are out of control. They will run you down. Never again.

Lovely to be able to park and have a wander around the streets to visit shops and restaurants. Really well thought out shopping area making it feel like it was years ago before large malls. It's fab at Xmas when Santa Claus walks around to meet and greet kids and adults. Thoroughly recommended.

My family and I went to pickup something from the apple store and it took like 20 minutes for ten to let us in the store due to the line that they had. It was very organized though and they did have hand sanitizing stations all over Town Square. The Playground was changed and is now smaller than the last time I was there which was a couple of years ago. The playground was of course closed though and there was a security making sure no one entered it. Personally, I don’t like the changes they made but overall Town Square is okay. My aunt lost a hat and her scarf which we couldn’t find and some people in their truck kept on following us and yelling at us but we couldn’t understand what they were saying because we were in our own worlds. There’s not much to do here apart from shopping and getting a snack or eating here.

Beautifully kept outdoor shopping plaza, safe, family friendly and away from the strip. Great center for Tourists and Locals. Varied dining options from PF Change to Yardhouse. Coffee bean tea for coffee addicts. Excellent selection of retail stores and a huge Guitar center. The center is nice to walk around and they have live music at different times. Closest Whole Foods to me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Haven't been here is quite some time. The place definitely changed some new bars restaurants and shops. Still a pretty nice place to hang out over all. One place I would not go to anymore however is Blue Martini for the cover charge they charge you don't get anything special that you can't get at another bar, the crowed has also changed and not for the better. Stoneys is still a good fun time with friends. Yard house has lots of beer and good food and service is pretty decent.

We love Town Square and we have been coming here for years and always enjoyed our time at this shopping place .It’s a great place to walk around and enjoy nice weather and take some photos. Amazing place where you can shop ,dine and find entertainment at every corner. They even have a Movie theater where you can catch the latest movies and enjoy with family and friends. Best shopping area south of the Las Vegas Strip. Plenty of restaurants like PF Changs , California pizza kitchen, Sickies garage burgers and Brio Italian restaurant . There’s lots of easy access parking and on the edges on both sides they have parking garages too, parking is free always and all the time ( they do have parking meters through out , but they are not in service, you don’t need to pay ). Town Square Las Vegas is kid friendly ( there is a beautiful playground and water park for children) and adult friendly , you can also find sitting areas through out Town square, if you come out and visit ,ride the bus SDX it will leave you right in front of Town Square Las Vegas. It is immaculately clean and it’s pet friendly too. Definitely worth the visit . Upscale shopping center, just south of the Strip and that famous "fabulous" sign.

One of the nicest Plaza’s in Las Vegas with great anchor stores and restaurants. Something for everyone. They even have a kids play section, which is nice. I enjoy how they decorate during the holiday seasons. If you don’t mind all the crowds, this is a great place to shop.

Town square is an excellent place to go for local shopping it has some good stores some great restaurants of course it has game works and AMC so there are things for adults and kids to do. It has a lot of parking as well as good security staff at night so you always feel secure while you're there. They also keep the grounds clean which is always a plus. So if you're looking for a fun night out any day of the week there's always something you can do at Town square. They definitely took their inspiration from Green valley The district and just expanded it into a much larger experience.

This is an awesome place to visit for anyone of any age. There are beautiful restaurants and bars to enjoy, a play area/park for the kiddos and plenty of shopping. I personally like to shop at Mac and Sephora because I am obsessed with makeup and skincare but there are plenty of options like clothing boutiques and other types of shops along with a Whole Foods so you can grab a few things before you head home if you want to. Highly recommend Town Square!

  • 4/5 Jason D. 1 year ago on Google
It was open later than most of the other places around town and it had a really nice playground for the kids that was free walking around this area definitely felt like a Town square and it was a good and fun atmosphere the only problem I had was that there wasn't that many fun stores to go visit the only place we even spent money at was Old Navy.

  • 5/5 Harrison D. 1 year ago on Google
It's like a Disney backlot! Everything about this open-air walking mall is perfect! If you're in Las Vegas, you can't miss this mall. It has all the options for shopping, dining, and entertainment...at regular prices. It truly is a hidden gem. Take The DUECE from your casino resort hotel one day and just have a bit of shopping. Well-heeled and uncharacteristically groomed, this is something not to miss. Well done to Las Vegas for constructing this oasis!

This is a perfect place to go on a date night or to just hang out with some friends. You can go see a movie, get a drink, have a good meal, go shopping. You can pretty much do it all here. Great place to be, especially when you have kids. They do a lot for the kids. In the heart of this place, there's a playground, splash pad, and (on Friday nights in the cooler months) they have movie nights. Last night, they played Encanto on a projector and cordoned off one of the main streets to ensure that kids are safe. There's some decent shops, with national chains and some locally owned businesses.

Hands down one of my family and I most favorite places to go in Las Vegas! They have plenty of dining options, a movie theater, arcade room, bowling, gift shops, ice cream, play areas for kids and so much more. The last time we went was for the Halloween parade..

This place is always well kept. All the shops and businesses are tastful and great customer service everywhere. Parking can be hard at times depending on the days you go there. Good idea to pay parking spot cause even for little minutes anywhere you will get ticketed. Enjoy when you go!

A place to go if you want some peace and quiet away from the Vegas strip. It is mostly restaurants and a cinema. But it does have some shops (Old Navy, H&M, Bath and Body Works, etc) and, what we used the most, a Whole Foods grocery store. It's a bit of a travel past the Welcome to Vegas sign, but the Deuce does stop there (Town Square) Edit: when I say peace and quiet, I mean from the hustle and bustle from humans. You do get planes going into the airport flying overhead.

  • 5/5 J K. 9 months ago on Google
Lots of trendy stores; unique restaurants and clothing stores ... really appreciated the Whole Foods store. It's clean, organized and well maintained. There are chairs/seats designated at many various places where one can rest after walking ... it's a big mall. There are also numerous well placed garbage cans to deter littering. I had a great experience visiting the ⬛️.

It's a cute outdoor shopping center with a movie theater and a area for kids to play. There's bars, restaurants, kid places, small bites, desserts, clothing stores and make-up. They usually have kid activities to do in the middle area at different times or days. Family time, brunch or date night. It's a cute area to chill. Just not fancy looking.

I'd have to say, overall, Town Square is a win-win visit. There are so many shops to choose from, and though I've had varied experiences in each of them, I'd have to say that Town Square is a 5 star visit collectively. Holidays are especially nice due to the events the location hosts. They are safe and fun for the whole family! Definitely come with your pockets full, because it's normally not a place for you if one of frugal practices. Other than that, there is literally tons of things to do at Town Square! Food, movies, art, escape rooms, bars, events, shopping, and more! Nothing to complain about!

Great place to spend time with people, walk around, let the kids play on the playground (although the old playground was better). They've added more tables, chairs, and benches over the past couple years. Good mix of shopping, entertainment, and dining.
