I don’t even know where to start with this restaurant. My family and I visit Indian restaurants anytime and anywhere we travel. When in Vegas we usually dine at Tamba, however, that was temporarily closed so we tried Mint after reviewing some ratings online…. but damn were we fooled. The first issue- staff was RUDE! In particular there was a lady with tattoos on her arm that claimed to be the “manager”. She was extremely disrespectful to my family when we asked her about the delay in our order. She was loud, used an ugly tone, and carried an attitude- we were all shocked. We waited 20-30 minutes for our entrees. When I called they told me they could accommodate our party of 20 people but that clearly wasn’t the case. Next, their AC was not working. The room temp was 85 and we asked multiple times if the AC was broken as we had a pregnant member with us who was very uncomfortable. Outside temp- 105 Third, a long thick piece of hair in our goat curry. It was disgusting. You can refer to the picture. We waited 20-30 mins for dinner just to find hair in it. The actual manager who was a nice understanding guy took our order back and didn’t charge us for the goat curry. Lastly, when dining they brought out jugs of water which I believe is free (as in any other restaurant) and as we were walking out, that same lady with the tattoo tried charging us first $1 and then $3 when my family members asked her for a cup of water. My family told her on the way out she cannot be disrespectful towards her customers and her response “you are not welcome in our restaurant again”. Jokes on her- we will never return and hope others find this review helpful and don’t visit for such a negative experience. Brutal!! We wanted to leave after our appetizers but felt bad as we had already placed orders. Do not visit here.

Excellent Indian food experience in Las Vegas. Lunch buffet had good choices of meat, and veg choices. Overall great food and can't be beat for the reasonable buffet prices. They even had a one-of-a-kind serving robot that would take the bread to the tables. Pretty cool to watch it in action. Just minutes off the vegas strip. Parking can be a challenge in the shopping area. They also have a hall of fame wall for the "Inferno challenge" winners, and I will be back for that :)

The Indian lunch buffet I've been looking for! Glad My wife and I found this place! It's about 1.4 miles east of the Strip, on Flamingo. Easy Uber, or catch the 202 RTC bus from the Strip. The food is fresh and delicious, with a good variety of dishes to choose from. Vegas is not the cheap destination for dining anymore. But this lunch buffet 11a-2:30p, is a bargain at $16. Drinks are extra (I got the mango lassi), but unlimited garlic naan bread is free. I had three full plates, mango lassi, plus a couple baskets of bread. I probably ate way too much, but the food was so good. Check my pics to see all the items offered. The restaurant was clean and looked modern. The floor was clean, buffet area well stocked and clean. Stephanie, the server, was friendly. I asked her about a sign on the wall that read "Inferno Wall of Flame". She said they serve a super duper hot 16oz curry dish (under $20), that has thirteen different ground spices and chillis. If you can finish it all by yourself, you get your picture framed on the wall, and a $50 gift certificate. She said nobody in that location has successfully done the challenge in over three years! I'll definitely come back, but I'll stick with the buffet, lol.

Delicious Indian food off the Strip that is really worth the trip. Like so many stories about finding “this great place off the Strip,” one must be cautious but adventurous. This desert gem hides in plain sight in a small strip mall. The lunch buffet is clean and delicious. The fresh naan bread is a real crowd pleaser. The goat curry is also delicious.

Great food and bar. We went for dinner and for lunch buffet the next day. The lunch buffet had a wide range of curries to choose from. Chicken and vegetarian both had plenty of options. In dessert they served Gulab Jamun and Mango custard. The Gulab Jamun was fresh but was not soaked in the syrup well resulting in them tasting like rubber. The Mango custard was awesome. The service for bread during peak hours was slow and the restaurant prioritizes newly arrived guests over people who are already eating. We had to wait for 10-15 mins for extra naan and eventually we gave up when the naan was not served. Overall a good place for Indian food but service could be better.

We went there right before our departure and they had buffet. Their buffet looks decent enough, however, during lunch hours you cannot order specific dishes if you do not want to eat there. Overall food looks average and it was tasty but certain item did not look or tasted fresh. Service provided by robot and people work there were not really helpful or accommodating any requests. Overall okay place to go but in past 2 years back when i went to this place it was better than my recent visit.

The food was not bad at all. The service is really bad. There are so many tables available but the hosts made us wait good 10 to 15mins. Staffs were also rude also.

Loved the lunch buffet! Great variety and delish gulab jamun, aloo gobi 🥹, matar paneer and garlic naan (served by Robot friend - forgot to take pic but here is a pic of her resting between serving naans). Naan was the right amount of crisp with fluffiness (not unnecessarily thick and hard to chew). Only reason(s) I didn’t give 5 stars is - too much salt in sambhar and French fries (not that I went to indian buffet for that) seemed to be old. Would totally visit again regardless! Total Value for $$

Mint Bistro Flamingo. 730 East Flamingo. Closed Tuesday. Limited shared parking with other businesses in Strip Mall. Great East Indian Buffet with Tibetan accent, $16 from 11AM-3PM or Order off Menu. Chicken & Goat Curry. tandoori chicken, vegetarian yogurt dishes. Hot and Sour Vegetarian Soup **** Chutney condiment area for added spice. Authentic, some offerings are spicy just short of blistering hot, served with fresh baked Naan. 2-3 plates of this lunch buffet will completely recharge the body with no tingling after effects! About 2 miles east of Las Vegas Blvd on Flamingo Road. - Eastbound drivers, do a U-turn at Jack in Box Traffic Signal. - Wait Ques form around 12PM, go early or after 1PM - Closed Tuesdays Also a second restaurant on South Durango about 1/2 block south of Flamingo. This second store has a self serve pineapple yogurt machine, delicious!

The ambience in the Restaurant is wonderful. The food is not only delicious but affordable too. The staff is courteous and polite. And to top it all their manager, Esha is a pure gem. She is very polite, helpful and generous.I had a truly memorable experience here. All the best to all the people who made it so. Thank you Esha for everything.

I've been to a lot of Indian restaurants, and I've dined at another location that was not as good (food wise) than this location on Flamingo. Service was slow, but sadly, Stephanie was by herself taking all these orders. She made up for my frustration of waiting to order. She's personable and very nice. We saw the chaos of being so busy, so we did not hold it against her. Food: •Lintel Soup- Must say this is the best I've ever had. Flavors were on point and so satisfying. • Tikka Masala with chicken. Medium spice. This was equally as delcious served with Basmati Rice. • Plain Naan Bread with Butter. Another hit. Nice and dense texture. • Samosa Chaat with yogurt All dishes were amazingly delicious and satisfying. I haven't had good Indian Food in a long time. Only negative is the chicken was not as soft as other restaurants I've had. Still good, though. My new favorite since moving Vegas.

Don’t waste your money for a kid meal - food quantity We have ordered Handi goat biryani - we thought the handi was for a kid Chef special Chicken tandoori platter - it was just regular tandoori pieces - 6 Garlic naans - not cooked properly Maharaja paneer tikka masala - it was just a regular tikka masala which was very bland - kid’s meal Chicken hot and sour soup - served cold soup with tandoori chicken pieces Hot and sour soup - served cold soup as above Desserts is a big scam We ordered gulab jamun & mango custard They gave us a small/tiny balls for gulabjamun and mango custard was like a small baby food May be babies eat more than that quantity We ended up paying 115$ including tip Do not waste your money!!

This is one of my favorite Indian restaurant in Las Vegas. We have been there so many times and the food has been delicious every time. Sometimes we just go if we are craving for some street food. Pav bhaji is very close to Mumbai street style Pav bhaji.

As 12/9/2020 the lunch buffet is open. They have a vinyl curtain you stand in front and let an employee know what you would like, however I did not see as much selection right now as I have in pictures before restrictions started. With that aside, I love this place. The restaurant is roomy with cozy tables that make you feel like you got some privacy (and of course some regular tables). Stephy is amazingly sweet, warm and welcoming. It was my and my daughters first time in there, and my daughters first experience with real Indian food. She was informative about what was in each dish and if it was spicy for her and made sure to offer smaller amounts if she wanted to try it but sounded unsure. The food was delicious, and the experience was delightful. I look forward to returning.

Amazing quality food- buffet. First Indian restaurant where food has proper spice and salt levels and great service too. Even good vegetarian options along with non-veg and reasonable price. There is robot too which brings water and naan. Overall, very satisfied :)

No Deserve One star. Chefs needs more training and exercises. They made hot and sour soup in tomato base. Because we order 2 tomato and 4 hot and sour soups. They made everything in one base tomato purée and take out tomato first and add veggies for hot and sour. It’s disgusting. Also, add tomato soups cumins and musters, small cut veggies. Definitely chefs don’t know how to make. They make foolish the people. Not recommended. Also, I ask to staff why they make hot and sour soup in tomato base and they stated me that’s the way they make it. See pictures full soup is hot and sour so you know it’s tomato base and empty one is tomato they add cumin and Mustard. Very disappointing. Not recommended any one.

The food was really good and I was pleased to find vegetarian options. The staff rushed us to order and after we did order and our food was given to us our waiter abandoned us. We wanted to order more food and drinks but no one came back to check on our table. When it was time to leave I had to get up and find someone to charge my card and they acted annoyed that I got up to check out instead of continuing to wait for someone.

We went here for dinner on a weekday night. We ordered the Sev Puri ( vegan), Pani puri with spicy pani, paper dosa, mutter paneer, vegan Malai kofta, and Pav bhaji. The sev puri , Malai kofta and paper dosa were decent. The Mutter paneer was average at best. The pani puri was pathetic. The filling was bland and the pani( liquid filling) was really bad. It had a really bitter after taste with no flavour whatsoever. The Pav bhaaji was very disappointing. The gravy was a knockoff of the regular gravy that we usually find in Indian restaurants for some paneer based dishes. In the name of Pav, a bun was served toasted in some butter. When you name the dish Pav bhaaji ( Mumbai style), one should atleast try to match those expectations. This was not even miles close to the dish by any means. The service was very prompt, the menu was very clear and clearly specified the vegan, vegetarian options and other dietary restrictions for a dish. The most fascinating thing there was the robot server which brought the dishes from kitchen to the table.

3 stars for the fact that they have figured out how to keep their lunch buffet going. The food was decent. You don't see chili chicken in a lunch buffet often which was good, but the rest was meh. Definitely going to drive the other location next time

This pathetic small portion of lamb curry with rice will cost you $20. And another 50 mins waiting time. The taste of the curry is very greasy ,not impressive at all. And this restaurant is not even on the strip!! Totally a rip-off. Save yourself time and your hard earned money, avoid this place. It's not worth it.

Smacking food with equally amazing staff.. from reservation to getting there and being seated, helping pack some of our order to go Stephanie was extremely courteous. Jamal our server was sweet and chef Fernando is the best cook for Indian food out of all the restaurants we tried in Las Vegas. Perfect spice level and tastes super super super authentic. Ricky makes excellent naan ☺️ did not expect such perfect masala chai that we’ve had been craving for days since in Vegas. Met Mukesh the GM while we were there, it was overall a lovely experience chatting with all of them and enjoying that scrumptious meal.

Craving for Indian Food after tiresome walk at the strip? Found the best joint in the area. Genuine taste, good ambiance, and good beer collection. Ordered Killer Chicken Tikka Kebab and Kadhai Paneer and it was delish! For brave souls: they have inferno curry - spiciest curry out here!

This restaurant is clean, bright, and decorations are beautiful. I like the fresh curry smells in the store! The staff here was intuitive and friendly. Our hostess was so encouraging, she had good things to say about everything we chose. This was nice because their menu is large and the online version requires much scrolling. The lamb korma and garlic/butter naan were amazing.

We went for lunch buffet and it was great, the food was fresh, they have lot of options for vegetarians and non vegetarians, of all the items we tried only matar paneer didn’t taste good although the paneer looks fresh, overall nice place and good experience.

  • 5/5 Simon W. 2 years ago on Google
Good variety of dishes including the classics westerners are most familiar with but also a lot of southern dishes that may not be as familiar. The chefs specials are vegetarian all but one, so that's an indication that vegetarians can do well here. My dishes are all flavorful and tasty. The can adjust your dishes to dietary needs including gluten free. I asked for medium spicyness and that's exactly what I got. Will definitely order there again.

I have been coming to this restaurant since 2019. And let me tell you. The cook has changed. The staffs has changed. The food quality has drastically fallen which makes you come here and waste your money. The following picture shows a disgusting way to serve a haryali kabab. They served my guest alcohol without soda. They served all food at once which made my food cold. Last but not the least. Indians are very good in hospitality. Mintra staff is bad. Im so disappointed with the service.

This is the some of the most amazing food I have had north of actual India! At one point I almost declined ice in my water because I had a flash back to Bangalore and Delhi! We stopped in here on a whim just as we arrived in town. Surprised to see that lunch os buffet only, and as we are not usually buffet people, considered going elsewhere. But we decided to stay, and I am so glad we did! The chicken tikki masala, the tandoori, the naan, the biriani, it was all straight home made and perfectly flavored. We even met our new spirit friend, “Mor-Cash” (Murkash) He was a joy to talk with and reminisce about our favorite India locations. Our only request is that you open a location in San Diego!!

In case if you don't have any Indian options, you can try here, probably after that you might not want to try. Food is average and the rates are expensive for the quantity they give. Example, for Andhra Curry they give handful of rice with it, then we have to ask for more rice for $2 which is too much! The handi Biriyani is NOT at all good it's like some।masala rice.

  • 3/5 Priyanka R. 3 months ago on Google New
We had dinner here. We ordered a Mysore Masala Dosa which came out soggy, maharaja tikka masala, which was just plain makhani sauce with paneer that was hard and rubbery. Mahakali Masala was better but nothing great. The portion sizes were small for the price. Onion chilly naan and tea was good.

Although I would want to rate this business a five star, the service was really lacking. It was challenging to eat everything when our food arrived one by one 10 minutes apart. Not that I'm complaining—the food was excellent. The lighting and interior design were also quite good. Will return.

Great food and many Indian people here, so you know it's being done right. The price is very affordable. On the spicier side, so make sure to gran enough things to bring down the spice. They have really good choices. The atmosphere was great. Even plates are good and feel on the nicer side.

Best Indian lunch buffet in Las Vegas which has many options on the menu for both Veg and Non-Veg. The restaurant is spacious, dined with a group of 20 people and the ambiance is also good for family and kids. Will suggest for people who strive for Indian food in Las Vegas.

Love this place! If you are going for dinner you may want to make a reservation. It is authentic, delicious has tons of great options. The service was great even though only one person was working the floor last night. The kitchen got the food out quickly. When I used to live in Vegas I ate here once a week. I am just visiting so had to go back. I had the aloo gobi and garlic naan bread last night, which were great, however I have had all of their vegetarian dishes and they were all great!

Busy place for a Wednesday dinner and had a 15 min wait with no place to seat 2 seniors. Chaotic management with no visible manager. All settled once the good arrived. Menu looked good. Kicked off with Taj Mahal beer and Pappad to tide the 25 min wait for dosa, utthapam and a longer wait for Chau Chau and Goat Biryani. Food was flavorful. Wish the service and ambience could match food.

Taste is good but quantity wise it’s poor. I mean I’ve tried 10-12 states Indian restaurants but never experienced this much of quantity for any cuisine. Also a big time improvement is much needed in food service.

Covid guidelines are followed, food was good and tasty. Service was good, staff was helpful. They themselves provide curry because of covid, all curry is covered and you need to order naan, chapati or roti, they provide warm bread based on your order. It was nice food and we enjoyed it. I am not sure whether byob allowed but call them and check it out.

Got the lunch buffet for the first time today. Delicious. Best Indian food I've had in Vegas so far, out of 3 different restaurants. Yes, the lunch buffet is open right now, you just tell them what you want and they put it on the plate for you. Still all you can eat buffet price. All the food on the buffet is delicious, as is the hot chai. Chili chicken is especailly standout.

Once used to be very good in terms of all aspects. We would dine at this place during every visit to Vegas. Different story now as the service is become super bad. If you would get through the Super annoying hostess and mange to get a table no one would show up to take your order. Food come after 45 mins and portions have become smaller than before. I wish they could stick to older ways this would be much better. And begin with get rid of the interview process by the annoying hostess to get a table.

Worst Food ever. 4 days old chicken, very rubbery. Uncooked grilled Paneer, very nasty. They use frozen naans which are useless if you are not eating there. Don’t waste your money and appetite for Indian food here. Might as well buy frozen and warm it up yourself, Taste and quality will be much better. Their location on durango serves better food but still same frozen naan.

I eat spicy food but this was very very spicy; to the point that it ruined the taste. Ordered 7/10 spicy.

Took another trip to try out more Indian food restaurants. Mint has an AYCE buffet that has some good choices. Had the Chicken Mesala of course and tried their chili chicken. It was very good. Got some to go also.

We went for the lunch buffet so we got to try a bunch of different dishes, which I thought was really great. Everything i had was really good but the Chicken Korma was my favorite. The guys working were super nice and kept checking to make sure we were good. I'm not sure if they have the same dishes on the buffet every day, but I definitely would come back again.

We had South Indian Mysore Dosa which was very tasty and the sambhaar was one of the best I had. For appetizers, samosa and papri chaat was good. Parking can be sometimes full.

We, a group of 10, went to this place on someone’s high recommendation. It kinda looked dull on the outside but looks are definible deceiving at times. At the first instance, the owner told us to wear masks until we sit on the chairs. I applaud such strictness since we need to contain this virus. We ordered a whole bunch of food cause we were all extremely hungry. The owner came up to us and told us that the kitchen as closing and we needed to order whatever we need. We asked for some leeway considering we were about to pay him so much money. He didn’t even wanna listen to us; he blatantly denied our request. When we got all our food we finally dove in. After trying everything, I can finally say that I’ve NEVER had worse Indian food in my life. The best part about the food was white rice and daal. When we were about to pay, we asked him if they had any sonf (traditional Indian mouth freshener). He didn’t had the decency to look at us as he simply shook his head and went away. This guy doesn’t deserve to be the owner. Do me a favor, go anywhere else but Mint.
