So I have been working on a new pizza seasoning. I thought I would try this place and test out the seasoning. The staff here was not friendly at all. Zero personality. I even cracked a funny to see if I could get a smile. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience in their day. I was the only customer by the way. The pizza dough was the biggest disappointment. It was like it didn't rise or something. The pizza crust was burnt on the bottom and still raw on the top. They put so much oil on the crust that it must have risen to the top while baking. I had to use the bathroom paper towels (that were a substitute to napkins) in order to soak it all up. The soda machine is low or completely out of all the syrup except sprite. The place was dirty. Since I was the only customer there was plenty of time for the employees to be cleaning. I hope the owner of this franchise gets to see this. If they do not, I will be surprised if this place is open in the next 9 months.

Food: 4 stars. For the price, the food is pretty good. Its cost ~$7.99 for your own 11.5", build-you-own pizza. Good topping selection (chickens, sausages, bacon, fruits, veggies, etc.). I've had better pizza, but for $7.99 this is pretty good and fun. The cinnamon sticks are really good (best part). Service: 5 stars. Food comes out in ~5 minutes of less. Cleanliness: 3 stars. Garbage cans were full, and there was no where to put the garbage. A few tables left and tried to pile their garbage on top of the already-full can. The employees didn't seem to care. Tables weren't all clean either.

The employees didn't seem to have a system or much really organized at this location. This was our first and last experience with Pieology. There was very minimal Alfredo sauce put on my pizza and it was dripping with oil when I received it. I wasn't asked if I wanted any sauce on it when it was done and I inquired about some BBQ sauce so the employee finishing them took mine back and squeezed a ridiculous amount of BBQ sauce on my pizza in globs. There was significantly more BBQ sauce than Alfredo and I just am not impressed with the way the entire experience went down. This is the second time we've attempted to eat with this establishment. The first time was in Texas and I won't repeat the nasty things the employee said that made us walk out. Definitely not impressed with Pieology and we will stick to Blaze from now on 👍

This place is delicious, always fresh and sophisticated flavors. The top three pizzas in my book are the Margarita, the BBQ Chicken and the ABC which is the Alfredo Bacon Chicken. Best crusts are thin and stuffed. I love the fresh garlic butter and their sauces are excellent. Oh and don't forget a cookie or brownie, you will not be disappointed.Oh yeah, and the service isn't bad either.

Our experience at this location was terrible! We arrived just after 5:00 pm. There was a very long wait, longer than we've ever experienced. There was only ONE employee working. I don't know why there weren't other employees or even a manager to be found. Our pizzas were terribly burned. I do not think we will ever return to this location.

1st time here, maybe it was timing but the crew didn’t seem like they had a system, there were literally no pizza inside the oven (maybe 1) but there were at least 8 laid out waiting to be cooked and all they’re doing is pointing at each other. One guy was putting in pizza one at a time. 2 employees had their mask on their mouth only. And I did like their pizza but did not have a good experience at this location

Perhaps they're better in person, but my delivery order was the most disgusting piece of false advertising I've encountered in years. The so-called Mega Meat pizza has a maximum of one quarter-sized piece of pepperoni per slice, some had none. The "sausage" were pebble sized crumbs, cheese virtually non-existent and I think they skipped sauce altogether. The "ABC" pizza was even more pathetic, as you can see from the dry, flat, tragedy that was the largest slice. Next time I want to waste $50, I'll go to a casino.

My second time here. First time for my hubby. Such delicious pizzas made to order. He got the bacon chicken Alfredo and added olives and mushrooms. Mine had two sauces: tomato and pesto. I had banana peppers, Canadian bacon, regular bacon, mozzarella and feta cheese, basil, olives, and artichoke. It was absolutely delicious. I just hadn't remembered they were big. We both had three slices and took the rest home. 🙃 Highly recommended! The price depends on the crust.. you can then add all you want! Delicious! Will come back soon!

My first and last time visiting this location… this place has potential to be a very nice pizza place but it is so filthy and the alleged fresh vegetables for the toppings were dead, spinach was black and so was the arugula, tomatoes soggy, and the mushrooms looked rotten. How many day do you keep raw vegetables? And to only have one staff member is ridiculous. How can one person greet customers and make pizza and clean this place???? Do better please.

First time at this location. It wasn't busy, which I wasn't expecting since it was lunch time. Staff were very friendly and quick. The pizziolo cooked my pizza perfectly. It was crisp and hot, the slices were able to stand up, even with all the toppings. The pizza was flavorful and delicious. Plenty of toppings too. Store was clean and soda machine was one of those fancy multi flavored machines. I would definitely eat here again

I ordered online. The system said the order will be ready at 7:15pm. I showed up at that time. I waited behind a couple other people waiting for their online orders. I finally spoke to someone after 20 minutes of waiting not being acknowledged I was even there the whole time, then my pizzas got put in the oven. I understand sometimes they can be backed up in orders. But acknowledge your customers, let them know you’ll be right with them. Let them know you’re running behind. Don’t just let them wait there and avoid eye contact with them so you don’t have to speak to them. Pizza was ok. Needles to say will not be back.

Do you like the speed and convenience of Subway but you’re not in the mood for sandwiches? Well do I have the place for you. Choose from thin, thick, or cheese-stuffed crust, then choose your sauces and ingredients from there. Comes out of the oven in about five minutes, maybe less.

1st time in. The pizza was ok. I like the options to build your own. I was expecting a more creative menu. The cost for our food was high. The restaurant was clean and quiet. It was empty when I left. The service was the best part. The cashier also made the food. She was friendly and our food came fast.

Thin crust pizza was perfectly cooked. The toppings (I had pepperoni, sausage, onion, and garlic) were very flavorful. I even decided to try Hot Honey which was delicious as well. I was a first time customer today and I will definitely be returning.

I love going here with my dad and my sister because of the customizations that they allow you to do. Food is great, location is always clean with little to no items around the floor and bathrooms, I love how clean it is. One thing that makes me think twice in going back here is the service, they make me so anxious when ordering because of how irritated or bored they look when assisting us. I went here with my dad and sister last night and I thought the service was a little bit better this time, still have a lot to work on though. I just hope that they are a little friendlier for guests to feel comfortable eating and buying there.

Pieology is a fantastic addition to the dining options at MGM. With its fast-casual style and customizable pizzas, this restaurant offers a unique and enjoyable experience for pizza lovers of all kinds. The quality of ingredients is top-notch, and the pizza crust is crispy and flavorful. The variety of toppings and sauces allows for endless combinations, so everyone can create their perfect pizza. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the ordering process smooth and easy. Overall, Pieology is an excellent choice for a quick and delicious meal at MGM, and a must-visit for pizza aficionados.

They used to have all toppings be unlimited. Now it's extra if you want more than one kind of cheese. Also bacon is now an online only order? That was weird, that's like the most popular topping. Blaze pizza is down Craig, go there instead.

Very great pizza, customer service could improve but the way the pizza taste I don't care how rude they were

The pizza was good enough. The employees are some really lazy teenagers or young adults. They are to lazy to fake hospitality, or wipe a table. Why are there these new digital fountain drink machines that display images of delicious looking drinks that they do not actually have? I bout a 3 dollar cup for the image of a mango lemonade drink just to be told there is no such thing. I couldn't even argue because the image disappeared and was replaced by cranberry sprite, peach sprite, and Apple Pepsi. Yuck.

I haven’t been to Pieology in a while so I was a little bummed to see they don’t have the dessert pizza option any more. Also they didn’t have any plates or forks, which makes it tough cutting up food for the kids. But the food was great and the staff was extra nice. They even brought me my 20 dollar bill I accidentally dropped in the line! Employees like this will make sure I go back!

Awesomeness The best pizza I ever had hands down. Best pizza in Vegas. Great staff, clean, and can watch the games. 🍻 Beer is a plus. Highly recommended. Must go to.

I love love love Pieology. But the service was painfully slow!!! The people in front of us had their pizzas made and paid and the pizzas say there not in the oven while they made our pizza. Then they put all in at the same time. So the people in front of me waited forever. The people behind me had their pizzas with cheese and sauce on them and were waiting for the lady putting our toppings on ours, which took forever. They just walked out! But the pizza is amazing!

If 0 starts were it would be that.. on a Wednesday night in North Las Vegas, I'm crazing pizza I chose this location... my first mistake, went to get it for my wife and son. Ordered online I might add! Said it would ready around 715 I waited and waited drove there so I would be there when it was done. There was multiple customers in front of me waiting for there order to. I waited in line for 20 min... 20 MINUTES, when I placed it online. At some point everyone was just waiting no one was being offered assistance. My family and I FINALLY talk to someone after 20 min and they tell me at 735 my order is not done yet over and HOUR wait for 2 small pizzas. The service here is beyond horrible, waited and HOUR and change for 2 small pizzas when I ordered online. No one cared to help everyone waiting, for my HOUR wait they gave me one cookie to " make up" for it. Which unfortunately was the only good thing I received. Pizza is mediocre to say the least NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH SERVICE. I have had a better experience at lil ceasers DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE. Waste of time horrible service, jo accountability, none caring workers.one of the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO!!!

Ingredients look like lower quality compared to blaze pizza. Was told it is better here by a friend but I definitely disagree. Idk if it's a franchise but it's very dirty inside, the ingredients on the pizza were very poorly distributed, the lady who made my pizza put the large majority of my ingredients in the center of the pizza and put about 10 uncut basil leaves on the pizza when I asked for basil. The price of a pizza raised from 7.99 to 9.95 which is rough. TLDR: place was dirty, pizza was poorly made, better off going to blaze pizza.

My wife and kids love this place. It's a different kind of pizza, not the norm! Always good quality and service in our experience. The BBQ Chicken pizza is always great!

Omg I normally get the salad but lately it's just been off, the salad I understand come premade but they Don't have an expiration date as I checked all around & none to be found, the salad was completely rotten on the bottom 🦠. Did every restaurant just get lazy after COVID ☹️ the cheesey bread I ordered was burnt on the bottom as well 😬

The chicken with basil was piled in the center and was not stuffed crust, the double pepperoni was more like a light pepperoni, and the cheesy bread was not very cheesy. The flavor was great but I wish the employees would have paid more attention to what the order was suppose to have on it, and had not been so sloppy on putting it all together.
