Way over priced and under flavored. Won't be returning. Save your calories for something worthwhile. Fast food quality at sit down restaurant prices.

The cashier was incredibly kind and it was a wonderful experience and the food is great! I always get the California bowl with grilled shrimp and it never disappoints. It’s a lot of food!

I've been going to Rubio's for many many years. And they used to be great, their chicken taste like chicken it's fresh chicken. But all their food is great but since they switched their menu things have not been the same. I've been some but not nearly as much as I used to and I went there recently and I ordered two of their chicken burritos, I like the old chicken pox burrito without all the rice and the beans. So I got it without that and there is a good portion of the end that had nothing in it only the middle had some chicken in it there was not enough in there for what they're charging. This used to be my favorite place I don't know if I'll go back much more. That even took pictures so you could see I'll try to post them. What's left on the plate is the two end pieces that had nothing in there.

Ordered uber eats from this rubios at 6:30 pm on a sunday night and the rice was hard as a rock, stale and probably scraped from side of bin. Ordered churros and they were cold and they gave a thin layer of sauce in cup( 90% empty ) Lazy employees who wont cook fresh food as advertised. Luckily I never complain on uber eats and order alot from them so they refunded me.

Food was as expected. Fresh and plentiful, tasty and at the appropriate temperature. BUT, this place isn’t clean! We entered just as they opened. There was food on the floor. Not crumbs, but as if a messy person ate and spilled lots of food. The tables had drink marks and were sticky. The tables had crumbs too. The restrooms weren’t very clean, and the men’s room, according to my husband had lots of damage, no tp,etc. We won’t be back. I can overlook a few flaws in the upholstery, since I think many restaurants are struggling to make up pandemic losses. But, cleanliness is important to public safety. Additionally, a restaurant that does not clean its public areas certainly does not have a clean kitchen. So that makes driving through a no go for us. Too bad, because we enjoy the menu.

I understand everywhere is understaffed but this place is a joke. Playing around instead of getting food out to the customers. Extremely unacceptable. Sigh…why is good customer service so hard to get in Vegas?!?!

Really disappointed at the service at this location. It took the cooks over 30 min for my order while I hear them socializing in the kitchen. One of the cooks seem rude to the cashier who seems like he is new and my food was cold😏 Will Never return to this location.

Tasty shrimp tacos and quesadillas with shrimp! Definitely will return. Bonus: they serve Mr. Pibb!

I had the shrimp taco trio. Each taco was so delicious and completely different from the next. I would love to eat at this place every single day.

So so the best Rubio's I've eaten in was Del Mar Ca,just outside of LA Jolla CA, always busy. The one on Sahara and Ft.Apache is not that great as many times that I've eaten there so times tacos are OK other times not worth the the price the other day I had the trio why can't they shred the lettuce no they just cut it in pieces not good Rubio'S

I had the standard 2 Fish Tacos lunch with chips and beans. The tacos were fantastic! The beans were solid. The chips were a disappointment. It would be more accurate to call them fragments instead of chips. It seemed they were the crushed remains of the bottom of the bag. I only deducted one star because the tacos were so good and after all, they are the star of the meal.

Great place. Go for Taco Tuesday and get Fish or Chicken Tacos für $1.99 each, Beef for $2.29. Unbeatable price and tasty tacos. You can order online in advance.

I haven't had Rubio's since I moved to Vegas right before the shutdown. The fish tacos were just like I remembered. Deliciousness!! They had a good variety of salsa to accommodate all levels of heat tolerance. Go on Taco Tuesday and get their original fish tacos or classic chicken tacos for just $2.25 each. (Classic steak tacos are just $2.50).

First time ever eating here. Ordered cilantro lime quinoa bowl with extra chicken, extra lettuce, and extra avocado. Plus, I got some chips. What I actually received was 2 cups of quinoa/rice, no black beans, a 1/4 cup of chicken, a 1/2 cup of lettuce, 1/3 cup grilled veggies, and about an 1/8th of a small avocado. I can not believe they had the nerve to upcharge me for the extra chicken, avocado, and lettuce. The chips were chewy, not crispy. I ended up giving my meal away. Heading to El Pollo Loco now instead. I won't eat here again, nor will I recommend it to others.

I was here today and I was so impressed by Kevin's great customer service! He treats people with courtesy and does not rush them. That's so hard to find these days. I will definitely be back.

Went there today first thing not very crowded secondly they don't seem to make cleaning up in priority at this location at least half of the tables had foodstuffs and crumbs all over them and we're not cleaned the other tables had food near them on the floor definitely had a fishy smell and I absolutely love fish but it's definitely a turn off at this place workers the person behind the register and not seem like he cared much about life let alone to customers he was supposedly there to help

Not sure why we don't have more Rubio's in Vegas, but the one on Sahara in top notch all around. Love my chicken nachos, no beans, extra chicken....and the picante salsa is delicious.

Great friendly staff. Dirty dinning room and soda dispenser. Equipment leaking on to your cup and no ice but not out out of order.

Friendly staff, clean environment, food is fire! I moved away for a while to somewhere that did not have a Rubio's. One of the first places I ate at when I came back. Blackened Mahi Mahi burrito I have missed you so!

I've been a Rubios local for years in San Diego. I'm a fan of the Baja Grill Burrito, but I know it's been out of the menu for abou 3 years. So, I asked them to make me a Steak California burrito without the fries or Chipotle sauce and add Red Salsa instead. They were like :No problem! One of the cooks told me he has been there for many years, so he knew what I was talking about.😆 Love it! Same taste as the burritos I got in SD. Here in Vegas, just add a touch of Lime on top. Yummy!

They have a delicious mild salsa. I absolutely love it. The fish tacos are OK. I love the shrimp tacos and shrimp bowls. Other than that I'm not a huge fan of the food.

They've nailed the fish taco for sure. Super tasty! Decent value as well, cos' them tacos are a good size! And use the limes, you won't regret it! Get the 2 Taco special though, to maximize the value 😉

Ordered Shrimp Trio with keto shell .. it was super small shell and over cooked, all 3 tacos tasted the same although it was supposed to be different types. Beans had aftertaste , not good. Chips broken up, non salted and small amount. Blah .. but had potential

Rubio’s you have done a disgrace to Mexican fast food! Fish tacos were garbage had nothing but oily batter! Tortilla chips stale even after asking for new ones. Bean cheese burrito was tasteless with a slimy texture🤮 chicken burrito especially wasn’t even wrapped right! Falling apart instantly after picking it up. The best thing I had were the French fries!

Good food and friendly staff!! Rubios is one of my favorite places for burritos!

I ordered my food through Uber Eats to be delivered to my house. I'm so excited and looking forward to enjoying my Family Taco Kit. When it arrived took it inside and discovered that the star of the show is missing, the 8 pieces tortillas. Long story short they forget to include it in my order and i ended up picking it up myself from their store.

When you order chips and guacamole you would expect to get more than 8 chips.....

The food is as good as it has always been. Growing up in SoCal, I’ve always preferred Rubio’s fish tacos over any fish taco anywhere. The fish tacos we’re amazing as well as the fajita (steak burrito). It’s a shame that the portions sizes were so small. The flavors were great, but I had to order extra everything because the portion size was far lacking.

This location is horrible. No consistency in anything. I've been here 3 times now and my burrito comes out differently every time. I love rubios but this location is trash.

I hadn't been to Rubio's for awhile. They have great food, specially their fish tacos. Good burritos, but they don't know how to roll a burrito. Mine completely fell apart after one bite.

There lobster burrito has an amazingly fresh taste to it. Id recommend it to anyone who like there seafood wrapped up lol.

I’m posting a two star review because I am honestly so disappointed that they removed the Impossible meat from the menu. Your vegan options were legitimately one of my favorites in town. Why take it away?

Place has delicious food n prices are reasonable. Great service . Friendly. Has children menus too.

Simply the best!!! Excellent food and excellent customer service make me very happy camper. I ordered take outs this days, but I ordered every chance I have. Hopefully, I can dine-in real soon.

Surprisingly good! I had 3 shrimp tacos. I wanted lobster but they said they don't have them right now. I'll definitely be back!
