I was thinking it will be fresh and delicious...but it wasn't. So sad ...You guys totally I do believe you can do it 100 % better... Just Focus...serve food that you totally mastered. SIMPLE MANU cook to perfection Keep food quality. Always.

The worst and most greasy pizza I've ever eaten. My hand was drenched in grease after picking up the slice. The garlic bread was so greasy and oily it created a pool on the plate. It was soaked in oil. It was almost like eating raw pizza dough because of the amount of oil in it. Tasted like cardboard. Everything was bland and had no flavor. Too expensive for a single slice of cardboard that they just reheat in the dirty oven in front of your face.

Food was mediocre like other villa Italian pizza places. The services was awful. The staff working there are super rude. We purchased four slices of pizza and were sharing with our 5 little ones. We asked for extra plates and they looked at us like I’m crazy. They also said that you need to go to the Chinese place to ask for more plates but we didn’t order there at all. We were offended and feel disrespected at this place. Have been to many other villa Italian kitchens before and this is the worst experience so far.

Do not waste your money!!! We got there as they had barely opened. The food tasted old. How do you mess up pizza ? Smh ..not worth it and it's expensive.

Food was served hot and fresh, lots of cheese. Love the pasta. Staff are friendly, even we’re a little bit struggling to understand each other. Overall experience is good.

I work in the mall and usually enjoy the pizza. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone most days, so ordering pizzas ahead of time is impossible. Usually just get domino's delivered for our meetings since we are located too far from the food court.

The employees were not the nicest people on earth. An employee asked what we wanted and walked away.... then the manager walked in and asked what we want. And I asked a question about one of the pizzas and she rolled her eyes at me and looked at her co- worker and laughed. Worst service ever!

I go to this location often enough. And for some unknown reason, there's one particular girl that gives me dirty looks. I am very friendly and smile when I encounter people, so I don't understand what her problem is??? When I asked her if I could have a number she said she didn't have one. She wears a different color shirt then the others, so I'm guessing she's an assistant? Either way, I'd be more careful on who I have representing my company in the front lines

Please do not go there. The food was cold. The service was horrible. The workers were mean and had no patience with handicapped people. Please go somewhere else. Thank you.

Went on 12/26/16 with my 4 year old to eat. I paid with my debit card. Before we went to another store, I felt the need to check my balance (not sure why) and there it was I was charged TWICE the same amount. I went back to talk to the "owner" she first accepted her machine was acting "weird" but told me since I signed only once I was charged only once. I SHOWED her my statement online but she refused to accept this "mistake" and told me to file a claim with my bank. POOR customer skills lady! You should be ashamed of yourself. If you go there PAY with CASH! There was no point in arguing with her. By the way my bank credited me back both amounts and after 2 weeks the merchant submitted 1 receipt (the one I signed) so I was finally charged the amount I owned them.

My wife and I decide to eat there. We try the stramboli which I cut in 4 pieces when my wife bite one of the pieces a BIG Green looking FLy was in it 🤢 I when back to tell the guy on the green shirt and he didn't see it until I had to spell it for him. Then he asked if I wanted anything from the counter, when I just asked for my $$ back he just said ok. But the cashier gave me the $ back and then I said I had keep the bottle of water which he reply is $2 I was like ok what ever, never again will I go nor will recommend anyone to eat there. I never got a sorry or an apology from any one. Garbage place.
