Hands down some of best custard on the planet. However, as a Vegas local that frequents here often. I am disappointed in the decreased amount of custard when I pay for a SUPER. Like what is the point of ordering a larger size if you still put in the smaller amount of custard. I have a cup full of Graham cracker ls & rainbow Jimmy's. You all are too expensive to be stiffing people. Maybe it was bc this was my punch card free one I was jipped on the custard. Not cool. Update after (OWNER diversion response) Prices or not. With newer employees there. Who call out the incorrect # from pick up window. (Which occurred today) Also, I asked for to go which means a top. That didn't occur either. I let it go. We will absolutely give you all another try. That isn't the point. We have been countless times. We know & can clearly see when there is less custard in a size SUPER cup. I do not have time to make up lies over custard. Your awards that you made sure to point out have nothing to do with the fact that there was less custard. When u mentioned it to the young newer employee lady. She stated it was slammed on the counter. That is why it appears to have less.... That seems like a common practice then.. It would always appear this way at all times... IT DOES NOT. It was clearly less. It is what it is. Thank u for your heart-felt reply.

They said they keep frozen custard in quart tubs to buy and take home. But when we got there they couldn't find any. We even tried to order ahead for it but they said they didn't do that. YOU'RE A FROZEN CUSTARD PLACE! HOW DO LOSE FROZEN CUSTARD????? The owner's responses to bad reviews are generally rude and completely unnecessary. They blame their employees a lot, it seems. Who hires and trains those employees? Fifty years in business should have taught you better business manners. You blame some issues on the customers themselves. What is wrong with you????

The ice cream is bomb. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is the place. I like the Swiss Brownie Nut with peanut butter instead of chocolate. The team is friendly and if you’re local, definitely pick up the loyalty card. The location shares a parking lot with City Market & Liquor store so there can be a lot of homeless and random foot traffic, but most people keep to themselves especially if you just wait in front of the walk up window. That being said, we’ve been there during the day and at night, and wouldn’t hesitate to drive there. You just always want to be aware of what’s happening around you.

Amazing treats, friendly service. So many different items to choose from. My favorite is the pineapple and lemon Dole whip. The banana split is super tasty as well.

I’ve never had frozen custard so this was a whole new experience. I love the funky little building and the cool walk up situation. You can Park directly in front of the building and just take a few steps to the order window. My family liked the vanilla and heath bar and Cinnabon flavors. I got chocolate. It’s basically like really creamy soft serve ice cream. We didn’t get anything fancy but the custard by itself is very nice. The girl working the window was very friendly.

Tried recently with a friend. Both of us were disgusted by the lack of anything resembling “custard” in the flavors. It didn’t even have an ice cream taste, it was at best “ice milk” in flavor and consistency. More displeasingness about this place: 1) the prices on the window that you order from are NOT ACCURATE, sometimes substantially but even a penny off seems fraudulent. When I realized it later I mentioned it to the lady inside and she was just “whatever, they haven’t updated these prices but those prices (you can’t see from the window) should be right.” I can’t believe I tipped these thieves. 2) This place refuses to accept cash, and now we know why. It’s another scam. My friend used his credit card to pay, which apparently scoops up any associated email address and phone number associated with that card (seems Square leaks data like a sieve). Well, a day or two later he starts getting a load of spam from this awful place! Apparently they believe if you use a credit card to pay…. (Because they refuse to accept cash), that also means you agree to “opt in” to garbage spam messages to remind you of the flavorless, priced-beyond-advertised slop they are trying to pass off as custard here. Thank god for places like Freddy’s, Andy’s and even Carvels for having better standards. I love to support small businesses wherever I can, but as for our experience at this place, I do not “Luv-It” in the least.

This place is a local classic and has been around since before I was born. It’s family owned and operated which I love. The custard is next level delicious and they have different flavors depending on the day of the month. Unfortunately this place deals with a lot of homeless people loitering around the parking lot so they have gone cashless to try and discourage people from being asked for money constantly. I love this place and hope it continues to thrive.

What a different spin on the Vegas experience! You can tell this has been a community pillar for a long time. The custard is great, and there are many fun ways that they prepare the flavors of the day. I found my shake drinkable and yummy (they have a concrete option too). Yes, tons of local homeless people, but honestly the business owner's responses to other google reviews kinda warmed my heart. They're doing their own thing. So do yours and come get some custard, and a well needed break from the strip. Keep in mind this is probably best for a pickup and go. Don't plan on staying after getting your custard, as there isn't anywhere to sit.

We love their custard and the place is a piece of old Vegas. We had Western sundaes and brought the Heath bar home. The people who work here are very cool, professional and friendly. Go as quick as you can, you won't regret it.

Always a delight grabbing some custard here. There is nothing particularly fancy or overwhelming about this place, but it always a treat with a smidge of nostalgia. The neighborhood is rough, but I see that as added charm. The cashier was extremely friendly and they whipped up our order fairly quickly and we enjoyed every bite. There is no seating on property, so you'll have to eat in the car or take it home. If you're in the area, swing by for a tasty desert.

The ice cream was good but nothing special. They had their big menu on the wall outside but when I went up to the window, the lady at the front said I could only pick from the list of flavors that was hand written on to board behind her if I wanted just a scoop of ice cream and not the sundae. Maybe it’s just weird to me because I’m from out of town but I found it silly.

Great custard! You should definitely stop by and give them a try. A lot of different options and toppings. Pricing was pretty good also. Easy access from the street and parking. Walk up ordering and quick service.

The frozen custard tastes so great, I regularly visit this place when I'm in town visiting from Europe, and I even collect rewards. Try the cherry yumyum! Only the location north of Strat is really frightening, with lots of homeless and a liquor store next to it. Avoid coming here after dark. It's scary enough when there's daylight.

A fun walk up custard place right off the strip and next to the Strat. All the custard is made fresh daily and is very delicious. There are new flavors of the day that change out. There is also lemon and pineapple dole whip for a non-dairy option, but it stops being served an hour before they close. Just note-there is no seating but

A solid, consistent product that has stood the test of time. I've been coming here for 11+ years. Love the rotational flavors as well as the permanent flavors like Vanilla. The Caramel Praline Sundae is one of my favorites as is a Heavy Peanut Butter Shake. Yes, there are drifters/homeless/transients as far as the eye can see around here but I've come here many dozens of times and have never had a problem with any of them. They keep to themselves and leave you alone. Don't let that deter you.

Great place to get frozen custard. They are always trying new flavors. A Vegas staple. Neighborhood is sketchy tho so either eat in your car or take it to go. Worth the drive tho. Also, they used to be cash only and have converted to cashless only.

Nice spot. A bit of a hole in the wall. I got the cherry pie sundae and it tasted great!

One of our neighborhood's favorites. Have been getting frozen custard at this location for over 28 years. They are always busy and their strawberry malt is my favorite.

This place is a hidden gem. The only complaint is that they use paper straws. You can't drink a shake with a paper straw so make sure to bring straws with you. Or ask for your shake to be thicker so you can use a spoon. ( Which is plastic go figure)

We randomly found this gym tonight and are so glad we did!! What a delicious treat! We were all impressed with the menu choices, customer service, and speed of the orders. The 3 employees I saw working were all moving to get orders out quickly. My group ordered a praline Pecan sundae, a hot fund sundae with pecans, a banana split, an orange float, and a Chrery Coke float. Everything was delicious!! We sat in the parking lot and ate. The place was busy the entire time. 10/10 would reccomend this place. Make it a stop on your next trip to Vegas! P.S. No pictures shared because the ice cream was eaten so fast to keep from melting. 🤣 116 degrees outside.

The menu stresses me out, and there's a BUNCH of homeless just wandering around right next to you. The ice cream is good though if your willing to look past the homeless

I ordered a concrete but I’m convinced I got a shake. The employees said it was a concrete but it was drinkable with a straw… All I’m saying is it’s a bummer I paid extra for nothing. Tasted great though.

Best custard in Vegas. They have so many options to choose from. Everytime I'm in Vegas I have to go at least two times. This is the western sundae.

Best custard in Las Vegas !!! Grab a pint as well to take home. Death by Chocolate might be the best dessert ever. Friendly efficient staff.

Little spot to stop and refresh during the summer. Had a banana/heath crunch custard. Pretty good. No where to sit, essentially you stand by the side of the building in the parking lot or eat in your car. Would visit again next time.
