Had a great breakfast here when we stayed at Delano. It does not count toward the AMEX daily breakfast but charging it to the room will go towards your $100 resort credit. They serve a breakfast/lunch menu and have a nice selection of classic items as well as some twists on traditional breakfast staples. Our server was quick with coffee refills and everything we ordered was great. There was a 45 minute wait but we were able to give our number for them to text us when it was ready so we just walked over to the casino.

Clean and quaint restaurant with efficient friendly service with reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast that was delicious and had a wonderful presentation. I highly recommend the Avocado toast.

Service 4* Food 5* Vibe 4* Considering this is the only place to eat at the Delano for breakfast, it turned out to be very good. The portions are large FYI, so if you aren't a heavy eater for breakfast I suggest sharing with someone, so you don't waste food. There's not one stand out dish here for me to recommend, but I did try quite a few of them, and you won't be disappointed with any choice.

We were there for breakfast, they have great selection of dishes, well made, and fresh. Large portion, very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t go for their coffee though, it was a bit too weak for my liking. Over all, great experience.

For a casino restaurant I was pretty hesitant about the food / prices. The portion sizes are sizeable for the price though. I got the breakfast burrito, had a delicious salsa with it. The chicken and waffles have an extremely crispy chicken. The cheesecake pancakes had a delicious cheesecake topping. All the food I had was delicious and a perfect way to spend food and beverage credit.

My family stays at the Mandalay Bay every few years. Della's Kitchen is our favourite breakfast place. We eat there every day of our stay. The food is always excellent. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Mario has been our waiter several times. He has a great personality, and it's always a pleasure to see Him.

We dined here for breakfast, and it was great. We had French toast and cheese grits. The green cold juice is delicious. Can't remember the name, sorry but it's fresh fruits and vegetables.

I ate here twice while staying at Mandalay Bay. I got the Delano breakfast. I thought the potatoes were good and the scrambled eggs were some of the fluffiest I've ever had. Unfortunately everything else was mediocre at best. I didn't eat the second time I went because I didn't think it was that good the first time. My husband loved it and wanted to go back. I just found the food to be okay, nothing special. I thought the staff was amazing though.

Amazing breakfast! Contemporary atmosphere. Egg white omelet with chicken, mushrooms and feta was incredible. The mixed seasonal fruit was fresh! Good mimosas too! Hubby raved about the eggs benedict with house smoked carnitas. Victor our waiter was very attentive. A little pricey but worth it.

Delicious. Service was slow but the food was so good it was worth waiting for a while. Glad we found this little place. Chicken and waffles and crispy pork benedict were both great

Hidden Gem. Breakfast was delicious. Best Grits I have ever had, and I don't like grits. A bit tucked away but worth the find. Next to Delano's.

UPDATED: September 2023 Dellas changed their menu since we visited last year, still similar plates. I did revisit the Pork Benedict and it actually tasted better this time around. They do NOT have the delicious jam and grits anymore that we raved about which is what really stood out to us. Still a solid place to visit and their new chicken and waffle entree is delicious. OLD REVIEW: My boyfriend loves this place so much. He thinks their grits are the best thing ever and I must admit he’s right. The grits, mimosa juices and jams are amazing. Wasn’t a great fan of the pulled pork Benedict as it was a bit bland but definitely enjoyed the other things.

Dellas kitchen is a great place to eat and is very good service and ambiance. Ate here twice and neither time was a disappointment. Ordered the chicken and waffles which was amazing and second time pancakes and potatoes. Both times I was thoroughly impressed.

Della’s is a great choice for breakfast when staying at Mandalay Bay/Delano in Las Vegas. The service is prompt enough and the food tastes great. I love the custom omelette that comes with choice of 3 toppings and a side of bread and their delicious hash browns.

Liked the open design and fresh foods with good quality items such as fruit cups and apple chicken sausage.

Place is very nice with great servers. I got the chicken and waffles breakfast. Unfortunately, the waffles and the syrup were both cold so that was a big let down. However, the chicken was delicious!!! Breading is perfect! Maybe it was just a one off that the waffle was cold, but it still wasn't as good as it could be if they were warm and fresh and for $30 I feel like they should be. Like I say though that chicken is fire! Edit: Went back again today to give this place a second chance (stopped here during my last visit in September and did a review (see above)). Chicken is still great but the waffles were cold again. Unfortunately fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. So I won't be going back. The customer service is really good, Chicken is good, but $30 is a lot for half your meal being cold. Hopefully they can fix the waffle temperature problem for future costumers!

Quiet place off the beaten path in Delano to have breakfast and lunch. Food is elevated rustic breakfast favorites from all over the US. Prices are good for what you get (in Vegas). Staff is very attentive. Would highly recommend to check it out.

The chicken and waffles are awsome! Best chicken ever! French toast were tasty too! Will def come back here to eat. Down side not a lot of options to choose from. Our server was very nice.

Sunday morning with Melissa as our server was perfect. We rushed over from our hotel to get Lemon Blueberry pancakes that my husband was dreaming about for some time only to find that their menu had changed. Apparently it does this regularly with the season, they were now strawberry cheesecake. They did not disappoint!!! We also shared the omelet with green onion hash and wheat toast and a side hibiscus jelly. Perfection on everything. Melissa checked on us just the right amount of time without being overbearing. They left a carafe for us to refill water which was a nice touch. It was quiet and just what we needed. Can’t wait to come back when lemon blueberry returns to the menu!!!! Edited to add: WATER WAS FREEEEEE! 😂

You could not go wrong with Dellas! We come hear for breakfast or brunch when are in Vegas. So far, we have been heard everyday since we landed 6/30/23. Had their bottomless orange juice mimosas at one of our visits and they are amazing, definitely a must try. If you want a good cup of Lavazza coffee this is the place to get it. Their croissants and cornbread are addicting! Make sure you try the huevos rancheros and add their pork carnitas! Their chicken and waffles is another dish that’s delicious. Also, their tuna tartine, it was fresh and very tasty. Their service is phenomenal, a shout out to Melissa for taking care of us on Thursday and Monday. Also, a shout out to Mario for excellent service on Saturday!

Delicious gourmet breakfast/brunch place in the Delano-Mandalay hallway. The line to get in seemed long, but we got in pretty fast. They can accommodate large groups.

The service was really great, but the food quality is very low for the steep price you have to pay for resort brunch. The drinks were very sour or too sweet as well.

I absolutely loved the food here! It was amazing!!! Eggs tasted so fresh! Coffee was good too. Hubs loved it and he's very picky🙄 And the service here, amazing! Everyone so nice😁

Let me tell you, the food was great. Chicken was crispy, well season, not too much breading and moist. The waffle was fluffy. I had the huevos ranchero, season good, not spicy, it had chicken, and the tostada was just right.

Took my daughter here for her birthday breakfast. Nice little place tucked away from the strip. Food was good, service was top notch.
