I
had
dined
here
once,
while
staying
at
the
Westgate
for
the
Scrabble
National
Championship.
The
food
and
service
were
so
good
that
my
group
decided
to
return
two
days
later.
The
dinner
special,
a
ravioli
dish
made
with
squid
ink
and
filled
with
cheese
and
shrimp,
was
promoted
by
the
excellent
server
Angelo.
It
was
$32.
I
changed
my
mind
from
ordering
the
clam
linguine--which
I
had
seen
on
our
previous
visit
and
knew
the
size
of
the
portion--and
decided
to
order
the
ravioli
instead.
It
was
a
disappointment
to
see
such
a
small
serving:
eight
ravioli
(which
averaged
four
dollars
each)
that
was
more
of
an
appetizer
than
a
main
course.
The
food
was
delicious,
yet
I
was
saddened
(seriously)
that
I
didn't
get
as
much
to
eat
as
my
three
dining
companions.
I
am
not
a
restaurant
complaining
customer--as
I
genuinely
get
on
with
whatever
situation
is
at
hand
and
deal
with
it--but
I
felt
I
had
to
say
something.
I
praised
the
chef,
stated
that
I
wholly
enjoyed
the
meal,
but
it
was
too
small
when
in
comparison
to
the
other
entrees
and
I
felt
bad
that,
had
I
ordered
the
clam
linguine
in
the
first
place,
I
would
have
been
more
satisfied.
Angelo
brought
the
kind
manager
over
and
expressed
my
compliments
to
the
chef,
yet
expressed
my
disappointment
in
the
size
of
the
serving.
I
was
happy
to
state
my
feelings,
and
was
so
surprised
when
Angelo
came
back
to
offer
me
a
complimentary
dessert.
I
did
not
expect
this
from
the
manager,
and
was
truly
touched
that
they
cared
and
wanted
to
make
me
happy.
My
ratings
for
this
restaurant
and
service
are
all
top-notch.
I
rave
about
the
salmon
dinner,
and
the
clam
linguine
(that
I
didn't
have)
but
please,
diners,
be
aware
that
the
ravioli
portion
might
surprise
you
in
its
smallness.
It
was
a
delight
to
dine
at
Fresco
Italiano
twice.
