Nice place for lunch. Best cheesesteak outside of Philly for sure. Great food for a good price but they only have outside seating. Atleast it’s shaded…

There was a line but we only waited about 10-15 minutes to order & also get food. I ordered the chicken Philly with provolone. It was VERY good but just a tad bit too salty. My husband had the Italian sub. It was pretty good as well. I also ordered the fried Mac n cheese bites & I sorely did not like them! They taste like the Kraft's Mac n cheese from the box, fried 🤢🤢🤢 #NoThankYou‼️The sandwiches were large enough to share if you're not starving. Prices were decent- I would definitely return!

Great late night Philly cheesesteak fix while I’m working in Vegas. I’ve only been late at night. Lol The cheesesteaks (wit, whiz, and mushrooms) are tasty, filling, and huge. It’s not diet food for sure. Service is fast as well. One time they were cash only, but typically they accept card. Thanks!

This place is a classic! The building is iconic and has been there since before I was born. It used to be a Weinersnitzl and my mom worked there when she was 16yrs old. The cheesesteaks are fantastic and they have the best ranch dressing in town for all my fellow ranch lovers! They serve the ranch with fried zucchini, green beans, okra and cauliflower. Definitely check this place out! It’s perfect weather right now to sit outside where they have plenty of outdoor seating.

I've heard so many good things about this place. So when I was visiting my mom, I decided to try it. I ordered a number #19, an Italian Sub. OH, my GOODNESS! This sandwich was extremely good. All the yummy toppings and the bread! The bread is SO good. I halved it with my mom, because it's so big and it fills ya up. I will have to get another before I head back home to Kentucky. Thank you, POP'S for an unforgettable sub. I will miss ya for sure. Much light xoxo

The owner asked what could be done better. The grill looks filthy when you look at it from the outside. Yes, they are busy, but by not removing the grease build up, it means that end up in your sandwich. The lack of a sanitary appearance is not inviting, and the parking lot entry with the traffic cones that seem to have been there for years have not been removed. All this leads to a less than hospitable atmosphere. The person who takes your money is also not smiling. No one presents the atmosphere of being happy a customer is there. Growing up in Philly, part of the charm was the hospitality and warm feeling created by the staff.

I tried POP'S for the first time for lunch. I ordered cheese wiz add onions. Price about $12 . The lady took my order was nice and quick but soft spoken so hard to hear her response when placing order. It was good but I had to scrap off some cheese and I love cheese.. 🤣Next time, I am going to try just Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms.

Sandwich was bountiful and tasty! So are the side appetizers, but a bit pricey. So a sandwich -ft long + 1 side appetizers would be $20 and NO drinks! So it might be just for special hungry occasions then.

Impressive with a bit of a old school drive through vibe. Staff had the kitchen cooking and pumping out food. Very friendly with great food. Would highly recommend. Does seem to stay packed understandably. Did not see any restrooms.

The parking lot is hard to get to with all the construction right now. The cheesecakes were nice, hot and soft. The meat was real tender and the cheese was very mealty / cheesy (like when you can stretch it lol) I got the chili cheese and my partner got the bell pepper. They were both well seasoned. There is an outdoor seating area only, but we decided to go home to enjoy.

Short: greasy cheesesteak on delicious bread, just as it should be. There’s even a greasy vegetarian option. Lots of fried side options. No indoor dining. I’ve been passing this place for years and there’s always a long line for food. Finally stopped in and wasn’t disappointed! I didn’t know how people eat here all times of the year as the weather in Vegas is almost never suitable for outdoor dining but the food is worth it. 4 stars because it’s expensive for what it is.

It was totally worth the wait to come here. Been in town 6 years, and I finally checked out the hype. Well, it lived up to it. Super bomb!

First time here. I had the mushroom cheese steak and some onion rings. It was very good. Nice soft bread and lots of meat. The onion rings were good too. Plus the ranch dressing they use is very good 😊 Will be back

I’ve been going to this establishment for over 25 years. The food has remained consistent and amazing throughout the whole time. The service is always fast and reliable. There’s nothing like getting an original Philly cheesesteak sandwich served in Las Vegas. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I have included a picture of the menu and a picture of the #34. It taste as good it looks.

In A Nutshell: -POPS (Pride of Philly) automatically cements this cheesesteak spot as 100% legit. -Its open 24/7 which is cool like a oasis in the desert for those late nights or early mornings in Vegas. -Its a walk up & order setup w/ some tables & chairs if you wanna eat here. -The cheesesteaks are filled with delicious cheese (they have 3 choices) & hot thinly sliced steak w/ your topping of choice. -Grab an order of fried okra too while you're at it, they are hella good! Overall, I've eaten the cheesesteaks from POPS a couple times & I really am happy I found this gem!

Stopped by Pop's at 5pm on a Tuesday.. I had no wait in line, but by the time I was done eating the line was wrapped around the patio . Service was fast and friendly.. the Philly with provolone was outstanding, fries were crisp, and they will give you a side of hot sauce if you ask.. No indoor seating here, a super tight fit for a truck exiting the parking lot, but the food was worth it. Philly, fries, and a Mexican coke ran about $20.

So glad to have found this gem. In my frequent travels to Las Vegas I'm always finding places off strip. Love to go where the locals hang out and just simply find some of the best food in Vegas. Pops is definitely one of those joints. Even going in at 12:45 in the morning and getting a freshly chopped Philly cheese steak piping hot It was absolutely delicious from the wonderful bread to the delicious meat and that wonderful cheese whiz. Pops does it right. I am a fan. This will be a frequent stop for me. Hope you enjoy it.

Went for the first time because my wife is 8.5months pregnant and wanted cheese fries. We ordered two orders of cheese fries and a few other things. When we got home we noticed there was no cheese on the fries. The fries are not that good by themselves at all, and it ruined the rest of the meal for us. Wife is extremely disappointed because she used to love coming here. It was too far for us to drive back so I left a message on their number (there is no live rep or line to talk to someone working). Never got a call back. Will never visit this place again. Not only do you need to make sure you have the items you order , you need to now open everything to make sure they do it properly. I’m leaving One star because there is no other recourse since they ignored my call/message to remedy this.

No cheese, no onions and no mushrooms. 2 inches on each side if sandwich that didn't have meat and it was dry. This was my first time here. Won't return. Go to Capriottis, way better.

Fantastic retro atmosphere on a busy street. A lot of fun. Pops was cooking (I assume). He kindly recommended philly w mushrooms and big chunks of green peppers/onions. Buffalo sauce put this over the top for me! 2nd best I've had in Vegas and maybe better than 20 joints like this I've visited in Chicago. Rafmans in Henderson is the best BUT dam this was so good! As usual, I wish the price were $2 cheaper. $16 was a lot for lunch. Art and atmosphere and soft 50s-style barstools were fantastic. Service was friendly and VERY FAST, despite the joint being packed (not enough parking BUT park around corner = fine).

Went to lunch, nate got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and I got the chili cheese fries. We sheared the mozzarella sticks, which were delicious!! Nice place only outside seating, but they have shade. Not very much parking, but always has a spot for when we go. #Grahamwashere

The food was delicious! I do feel as though the sandwiches could've been a bit fatter though . But the service was great as was the food 4+ Fasho

Visited Pops today, got a cheese steak wit prov & onions (trying to keep to the original Philly standard). The sandwich was a pretty solid representation of what I would typically expect to get if I was in Philly. Pretty decent, nice soft hoagie roll, with the meat chopped right. My only (minor) critique would be that the rolls are cut from the side instead of the top. Good stuff, one of the best I've had while out west.

Hi all! First time visiting because I had been craving a good sandwich place. This place did not disappoint. Good sandwiches, ok prices and cool spot. Parking is a little tricky and the area is a little sketchy at night but overall good 👍🏻 Thank you

Made this my first stop on my Vegas vacation. Great flavors and very generous portions. Perfect local spot. The cook was friendly and obviously knew we were from out of town.

Decent prices for a good amount of food. Fries are soggy. The steaks were severely under seasoned. The guy taking orders was super fun and positive!!

Really good Philly cheesesteaks, the number 8 has pepperoni and is really good with mushrooms. The Mozarella sticks are ok, they have marinara sauce for them but it's a type of pizza sauce so that wasn't very good. But overall good Philly cheesesteak options and extra add on's. If you like Philly cheesesteaks this is a very good place to go eat.

I had a basic Philly cheese steak. It was juicy and delicious. It was my first time after seeing the place for the last 20 years as I drove by. Decided to stop in and see why there is always a line. Glad I did. Absolutely delicious sandwich!

I am very picky about cheesesteak sandwiches. I don't like rubbery, canned mushrooms, fake cheese or lots of huge chunks of green peppers with hardly any meat! This sandwich was AWESOME! I can see why they have such a great reputation. All I can say the sandwich had a perfect amount of everything! Yum! Will def go back and great price for drink and sandwich.
