The SLOWEST Chipotle I’ve EVER been to!!! In 25 minutes I have literally only moved 5 feet. The person running the register moves super slow and isn’t offering to help out her one and only coworker who is busting her a$$ trying to help people.

The level of quality decreasing in a incredible fast way. Now they give you almost half of the bowl that the one used to be. But the worst is the staff, they literally do not care about anything, absolutely unrespecful. It's a shame its food is healthy and good

I got a chicken bowl here on Sunday night (10/7) and got seriously ill. Ended up in the ER with severe GI issues. I was here for a Gaming conference but ended up suffering immensely. Stay clear!

Good food as always except an employees who would not give us her name was giving my grandma trouble. Refused to give us her name and the cashier didn’t give her name either but they were both young Hispanic females. My grandma wanted some more white rice and asked her to get some more rice because she was scraping the bottom and then employee gave my grandma attitude and then my grandma said thank you when she came back with the rice and she said “YEP” my grandma does not get mad easy and we are on vacation. If the employee doesn’t like people or if she’s stressed by the crowded atmosphere she should quit. Badish service and bad attitude. Good food tho.

Can I give 0 stars? My daughter got food poisoning and missed out on a lot because of it.

The food was similar to a normal chipotle, but they had no guacamole, no chips, and no margaritas even though it was on their menu. Service was also bad.

Staff was super friendly. I ordered a burrito; it was delicious!!

Worst chipotle experience ever.. I use chipotle every now & then. Who puts heap of spicy sauce on the bowl? Staff were so rude , they were not even ready to listen. Rude & untrained staff.

Portions at this location were not up to Chipolte quality. I asked for a bowl and the employee looked to be purposely putting very little rice especially. Looking at others in line it seemed to be the same scenario. When I asked for more she gave me some more but it was certainly not generous by any means. I eat Chipolte on a regular basis and would recommend manager of this location encourage members to give the appropriate amount of food as per standards of other Chipolte’s. Other than that food was delicious and always gluten-free which I appreciate.

The team here did a great job with my larger order and kept the line moving for others - I was impressed. Chipotle is Chipotle, good food for decent price.

Out of everything by 9pm. No tortillas, no salsa, no veggies. Rude employees. Skip this one. Tried again earlier the next day to give them benefit of the doubt, and this is what they calll a burrito. A complete mess.

out of a lot of items, gave me a GARBAGE tortilla crumbled up in foil. bad experience.

Placed an order for pickup. Staff didn't start to make it until after I arrived to get it which was well past the pickup time. Food was cold. Didnt have the items i ordered. Didn't have the beverages I ordered. Didn't get a refund for my beverages. Worst Chipotle ever.

3 employees talking story behind the counter, no one notices me for a good minute, ran out of sour cream' i said No sour cream and tha kid making my burrito said'... it aint tha first time... and my burrito looked like a Taquitto... Chubby cashier with Glasses had to ask what i oredered, Dur Dur DuuuRR... kid that made my burrito said tha Pens ran outa inK... bwwhahahaaa!!! Cashier Fool had tha Humor of Patrick Star!!! DaaaaMN chips were stale,mitve been from 2-3 days ago... Wen is Robertos gona b up in tha Venetian!!!!!

Be forwarded- if you order through the Chipotle app, it looks like it’s right inside on the map but it’s located VERY far into the Venetian. Food was very fresh and delicious. The 4 stars is only due to where the pin is on Google maps and the chipotle app.

It’s July 11 10:30pm I went to this restaurant the employees were so rude they didn’t have any brown rice lettuce, and salsa. All I got on my plate was rice, chicken, black beans and veggies. when I asked for extra he kept saying no, I don’t know etc.. this was such a bad experience this was my first time not coming back here again I own a franchise aswell and this is not how we treat customers.

Food was pretty decent. I got the veggie salad and it was a good lunch. My only complaint is that the lady making it scooped the same amount of salsa as she did for the rice and veggies. It overpowered much of the dish. Otherwise, good food.

Terrible customer Service skills, upon my son trying to pay for his food the employee at the till was yelling at him because he wasn’t sure how to use the debit machine as we are not from the US. I am not really too sure how this place stays in business with such terrible service. We won’t be returning and if there was an option to choose ZERO for service I would have.

Nothing to complain about. Quick service and the cheapest meal on the strip. Went here because we couldn’t find Truth and Tonic.

Worst exp ever! Unpleasant staff!!!! No sauces available. No salad! All I’m paying is for rice and beans! And then on top of it, the employees tonight were so rude like that dint even care about their customers. Is this kind of service and professionalism one should expect from this restaurant! Super nice staff and opened pretty late compare to the other restaurants inside the Venetian. So would recommend for a bite if it’s towards the later part of the night.

Decent, quick filling food. Food was a bit bland, but there was a large crowd, as it's located in a Food Court. Ok for a quick bite.
