Just as good as I remember it being! They don’t have their full menu up here just yet (they do at the centennial location), but what they do have is just as delicious πŸ˜‹ I got the traditional gyro and spicy dill sauce for the fries. The lady was super nice and gave me a little pitta on the side. They staff here is very friendly and attentive and the food is still just as good as it was pre Covid. I can’t wait until they get enough people to bring everything else back!!

The services was excellent. all persons there are attentive to everyone which isn't the normal routine at restaurants. The meal was like a home cooked meal and tasted authentic. There are some places that use olive oil or feta and it just doesn't taste like home but here it does. The rice was new to me but it wasn't bad. I had a salad, lentils soup, the stuffed chicken gyro with hummus and yougurt sauce on the side. I will return when I get a craving for lentils soup! The pita bread was soft and tasted like they made it there. I forgot to ask if they did. I'll make room for dessert next time because I think it won't be a mistake.

Service was absolutely wonderful; our waitress was fab. I ordered alacarte lamb chops. Not the best I’ve had, but the rest of my table seemed to enjoy their food.

We got the lunch deals, they are actually 14$ but it is still worth it. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Their portions sizes are pretty big, so go in with an empty stomach!

What a great place! We loved our food, the ambiance was awesome and our service (Robert) was amazing! Live music was a bonus. The owner came over and asked how our food was-super nice! Homemade Greek and Italian food!! Go check it out!

Found a lg bug in my lemon soup beware!! My updated review "It gives me great pleasure to move this restaurant up to a 5 star. The owners have been running it since covid. And oh!! What a difference. I'm so glad I gave them another chance. The wrong staff can cost you your business. I go there now once a week and look forward to it. Still can't bring myself to try the soup. I recommend their fries and wraps. The best hummus in Las Vegas πŸ˜‹

OMG! We were over the moon with our food experience here! We both enjoyed a traditional gyro lunch special with a avgolemono (lemon) soup and an order of dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) with beef inside. They serve them cold but ask to have them warmed...most delicious!!! Huge portions! Great staff!! We'll definitely be back often! Yum-o!

What happened to my old review? Anyways this is our first and favorite local restaurant we have tried when visiting Vegas as a tourist 13 years ago. The food is the same quality it has always been. You must try the grape leaf appetizer and the Angelina pasta is so good! We don't like how this location closes on Sunday, but if that bothers you, they have an excellent location on Durango.

This place is magnificent!! I felt welcomed the minute I stepped foot in this Cafe. They were all so very warm and eager to show me the menu , since I wasn't quite sure what I was going to order. I had the traditional Gyro with fries on the side. I ordered 2 ,thinking I might still have room for a second one. But the gyro was large and full of deliciousness. So many tastes in my mouth made me happy. The lamb, the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers in their yogurt sauce .... I was beyond impressed. Great food and outstanding customer service. Thank you so much πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Great staff, good and flavorful food, although the portions of Moussaka and Pasticcio would have been doubled in size in a Greek-owned diner, not including the side of rice and Greek salad. The rice pudding was not to my liking at all; loose and too much cinnamon. For six dollars a serving, I could have bought two containers of Kozy Shack..

The food is delicious! Our server was very attentive & helpful. My favorite food today was the Mediterranean trio appetizer...you get to taste a little bit of everything & then go on from there! For a main dish the Gyro bowl with traditional sauce is a nice change of pace. I go out w/my fiance & dad so there's always enough food! Get the Jasmine tea, it's so refreshing! They have live entertainment on Fri & Sat...how fun is that?

Amazing food, amazing service, the owners have paid attention to every detail and ensure you have the best experience possible. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Plus the food is amazing and worth every penny. Huge portions! Don’t forget to try dessert on the way out. I promise you won’t regret it! Can’t wait to go back next time I visit Vegas

Love this place! I tried it for the first time last night and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. They have great service and the owner is so friendly which is very rare to see. All the food I got for my family was delicious and the portions were perfect. If you love Greek food and pasta this is the place for you. I’m so happy I found this place and even happier it’s right down the street from my house.

A seriously foodie friend and I both enjoyed the food ! We shared a wonderful salad, a decent appetizer, and what we both felt was one of the Very Best pasta dishes we have had in Any restaurant. (I think it was Angelo...pasta in a lemon citrus sauce with spinach and mushrooms. Fabulous !!!)

Wanted to try something new and decided to try this place. OH MY GOD. The pomegranate chicken was fantastic! The service was great, the delicious food, and live music made for a wonderful dining experience. It was a great date night for the wife and I. 10/10 would recommend.

This is one of the nicest dining experiences I've ever had. My husband and I were on our way to Idaho, and we stopped there for lunch. I had my dog with me, and the people working there allowed me to bring my dog in. The food was excellent and made fresh. We were asked if we had any allergies to food so that they could accommodate us if necessary. I've never been asked that before in a restaurant. This is a family owned restaurant, and you can tell they take great pride in offering a great dining experience.

This used to be a busy lunch spot. When I walked in at 2 30 pm I was the only customer. The lunch special has gone up from $9 and change Gyro and 2 sides to $14 Gyro and ONE side. It does include the drink. Well by the time you tip it's $20 for one person not much of a lunch special anymore. The lentil soup was good. The Gyro bread was fresh and soft but the meat was more mild flavored than what I am used to in other places. Still good. But yeah for $20 for lunch I have lots of options. The place was clean and service was good.

A beautiful place but the food is just... Not very good. First off we found the signed credit check in folder on our table and we thought it was weird but by the end of the night it made sense because the staff was all over the place and we literally saw other customers walking around looking for someone to take their bill. The grape leaves we ordered for appetizer were incredibly cold straight from the fridge and drowning in lemon. The texture was all off because of the temperature and the flavors were overwhelmed by lemon. We both ordered gyros and my husband ordered the chicken pasta and while the gyros were mostly OK, the biggest complaint was that the meat was taken straight off the rotisserie and not crisped on a flat top or anything so the meat was spongy, the grilled chicken had ZERO spices or flavors on it and the pasta was simultaneously dry and flavorless on the top 2/3 but with unflavored pasta water in the bottom of the dish. I'm not exaggerating; There was NO SAUCE or spices on the chicken OR pasta. It's as if the cooks didn't drain the pasta all the way, dumped it in a dish, forgot to sauce it, and left it on the counter for half an hour until someone mistakenly took it for good to go and tossed unspiced grilled chicken on top and served it. For a place so wonderfully decorated and so full of people I cannot figure out how the food could be THIS BAD. Our server vanished for long periods of time and, as I said above, other customers were wandering around looking for someone to pay so they could leave so our whole experience was simply a mess. I understand that every business can have a cluster-f of a night now and again but I cannot understand how so much could go so wrong with so many things in one evening and not have it be a common occurrence. It's a real shame. Great location right near where my husband works so we had high hopes that we might have found a place to go for a quick dinner on nights when no one wants to cook. This was his 1st experience with Greek food and I'm just glad that it didn't turn him off of trying it again somewhere else.

This is my all time favorite place to eat! Their chicken kabob and balsamic rice is so fire! Pita bread fire, everything fire. Wish there was a location by my house but I’ll drive the 25 minutes any day. β™₯️β™₯️

I have already provided a rating, on the Durango location, mentioning this one as well. But, this review request popped up because I made the visit: I have always loved Market Grill Cafe and have been a loyal customer since its inception. The experience has been affected by the pandemic, according to the owner. He is unable to keep employees. So, at this location, you will have to expect to eat out of styrofoam containers because there is no staff to wash dishes. This changes the experience. In addition, there is only one cook, so things will take longer. Only lunch is offered, and it is a severely limited menu. One must order at the counter, but food will be brought to the table. Everyone is still very friendly, but the entire experience is different. A review is meant to help others who wish to dine at the restaurant, so this is my intent. It is not meant to disparage the restaurant or the owner. I really want Market Grill to get back on its feet and thrive like it used to. I wonder why some other favorite restaurants have never closed, have the same number of staff, and the same familiar wait staff and cooks for decades? There is something that could be learned. Not all restaurants are having these issues, and I hope advice can be given/received so they can stay in business.

The gyros are huge and loaded with fresh vegetables and yogurt sauce. I also love the chicken skewers with veggies and rice.

The menu was limited for lunch. The food was a Mediterranean, mostly Greek. They served traditional entrees with a modern twist. My friend and I enjoyed it very much. Warning: they advertise a baklava cheesecake I am dying to try, but it wasn't available at this location.

I never leave reviews but this place was so AMAZING I have to! My mom and I came for lunch and were blown away. The waitress was so friendly and helpful. She knew a lot about the food and could answer all of our questions. The food was perfect and came in large amounts. I don’t know if it was the owner, but he also gave us great service. They took our plates as soon as we finished them and checked on us often. The bathroom was clean and inviting as well! 100/10 would return again.
