The staff was very helpful in determining the best way for me to speak to the doctor and schedule an appointment in a very timely matter. The doctor was thorough and was able to provide what I need. I have used the video format before and feel it is an excellent way to provide simple diagnoses without having to drive 40 minutes to the office when it is not required. The only concern was having to call back 3 times over 3 days have the prescription finally submitted to my pharmacy. And since I have finally received it. I sincerely appreciate the staff Who were able to make it happen. Thank you

I have a new Doctor as of this last visit. His name is Dr. Bergren and he's very nice, young enough to have energy, intelligent and just all around, a Dr. you might want to give a shot. I don't think you will regret it. I just hope he stays at Intermountain Healthcare. He' at the La Canada location.

I'm so glad to finally met my new primary care physician, Dr. Juanita Ramirez even just virtually! She was very thorough and I felt very comfortable with her right away! Dr. Chad Black is an amazing Dr. I’ve been in Vegas 20 years and this is by far the best doctor that I’ve ever been to. He has a bedside manner that most doctors don’t even have anymore. I’ve been struggling with my health problems for months and months and he listened, he was concerned, compassionate and told me don’t worry I got you. 24 hours later after changing my medication and explaining everything to me I felt better than I have felt in months. I’m excited for my next appointment looking so forward to be on the road to recovery under Dr. Chad Black’s direction. After four years with my previous doctor I was afraid of change, but change is good and I am so grateful that God put him in my life. I also want to say Stacy, Dr. Black’s assistant was just as awesome! She has the same bedside manner, compassion, empathy and concern that he does. I am so thankful...

My 80 year old mother has been seeing different Dr's here for over 10 years. Can someone explain why she was turned away today because she didn't provide a current ID. Why do they need to see this after so many years? She has dementia and a compromised amune system, is on oxygen, it is very difficult for her to be comfortable in a place like the DMV but the staff here said if we dont provide a new ID she cannot be seen. Very poor service....... They dont question who she is, but they want to force this on her.

I have found a Home with Intermountain Healthcare system. I have been looking for a doctor who actually takes his time with me, going over test results, answering any question and I found this with Dr. Chad Black, he is a gem!! His nurses are great and office staff are friendly, answers any questions. I'm so happy I found a home.

Exceptional care from Start to Finish. Well staffed office. Everyone is very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Maltinsky is very thorough, listens and is willing to spend time with every patient. I feel very blessed with this Dr. and his entire staff. I don't think I have ever encountered a medical office where every single staff member was so kind and friendly. I have recieved follow up calls that were very impressive because they follow up with every need and you can tell that Dr. Maltinsky has forwarded important info and needs of mine to them. Needless to say, I am very happy and impressed with the care I have recieved.

I went in to see Dr Black for my 6 month check up and to review the blood work that I had had done. I also had some concerns to talk over with the doctor and prescriptions that I needed to have refilled. Dr Black is a very caring doctor. He always listens to my concerns and gives me answers that I can understand. He doesn’t hurry me and he makes me feel like I’m important to him and for that I’m very thankful. Being a senior it’s nice being treated like you matter.
