I had an evaluation with a psychiatrist (Dr.Ajay) for medication that was only 12 minutes long. He seemed mad because he had to cut time short with another patient to attend to me but I already spent an hour passed my appointment time to see him. Apart from treating me like a piece of garbage he sat and laughed at me when I asked if I could be tested for a learning disability. He wasn’t understanding and made me feel like I was making up my mental illness (I was getting evaluated for schitzo affective disorder). He asked me inappropriate questions such as if I use birth control and if my boyfriend used contraceptives and what type. He made me uncomfortable and I ran out of there balling my eyes out from just 12 minutes. He wrote me a prescription not bothering to ask if I had any health problems such as seizures which this medication causes. I tried calling the office about 10 times on different days and times to get a hold of someone to speak to and nothing. I even went in and wrote a statement because the clinical director was too busy to speak to me. This was back in December and I am still waiting for a call. Its March and I just need some help. I called my insurance company and they refused to pay for an appointment that was under 30 minutes long so if anyone else has this issue go ahead and talk to your insurance! That way these guys don’t receive money for bad service.

My therapist is kind and helpful. I can't imagine how difficult her job must be at this time and working for this group. My disappointment is solely in the management of the company. They have one (1), just ONE Psychiatrist under their umbrella. Did I mention it's just one MD to assist in ALL cases. What a shame. Bless him and the stress he must be under. He said he was not able to help me after one try and two meetings. Due to their agreement with my insurance, this is the only place I have coverage. I hope to find and will be okay paying full price for a quality MD who will be better qualified to assist in my case. A completely normal, run of the mill type case. Stay well everyone and reflect deeply if this place is right for you.

Dr.Ajayai is by far the worse health care “professional” I have ever encountered. Dr.Ajayai was not only almost 30 minutes late, he was also very rude. His “diagnosis” was about 4 minutes and never gave me an actual diagnosis. Instead he told me that my symptoms would have to be managed by multiple medications and never once mentioned why or the reasoning behind it.

the waiting room does not have any fidget or stress toys for patients. the staff are not welcoming and as a first time patient the counselor and psychiatrist did not have a warm welcome or introduction. DO NOT see doctor danny for children he uses CPS as a manipulative tactic to convince parents to get their children on medication. He says he will call CPS for neglecting to provide medication for their children. He also lacks sympathy/empathy for women nonetheless young woman and referee to me as “young lady” instead of by my name. Not only that he had pointed out several times that I do not run the session he does because he’s the professional. He is very opinionated about others appearance and stated that majority of people with colored hair out of the ordinary are mentally ill. Please steer clear of this person unless you are a veteran or older male that way he can be more empathetic and relate to you more.

I understand that with every therapist you meet is trial and error. But the therapist that I had Today was terrible and awkward (especially since it was my first time meeting her). Ingrid was not the right fit for me I feel that she’s probably new here at harmony healthcare. She obviously kept asking me questions trying to figure out what is going on with me and her simplicity of understanding me was to repeat the same question and going back to me that it’s all my decision on what I should do. Truly, I understand it’s up to me what I do with my life I control my thoughts and my actions I get that, I do. But I felt that it did not help me at all! I came here to figure how I feel/think and how to overcome that feeling I genuinely feel that I got downplayed by her that how I was feeling and thinking was nonsense to her. Plus, she didn’t finish my full hour of therapy she let me go 15 or 20 min early and towards the end as she kept asking me questions and what I’m planning on doing she instead of talking to me face to face she was shuffling papers and texting. From what I’ve experienced from my past two therapists they turn off their phone or silent their phone before they’re session with they’re clients ( I recommend you taking note of that Ingrid) also it’s not okay for you as your walking out your client to say “ to get it together ,ok” for everyone to hear in the waiting room. Like I said she was not the right fit for me in my opinion she’s terrible ! But everyone is different .

Ashley at the front desk at this location has an attitude problem. I went to schedule my follow up appointment after seeing Doctor Glaucia and she wasn’t friendly at all. This company needs to hire people that are friendly and respectful. Especially the people that are being seen at this location who are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety recovering addicts, etc. She needs to be more cautious and mindful of what people are going through. Even a smile goes a long way. But not with ASHLEY she literally came off as rude with a big attitude!!!

They got me on an anti-depressant and then when I ran out of refills they denied my refill. No one ever called me, they just denied it. I went through withdrawal on a high-dose of an anti-depressant they got me hooked on and didn't refill. Thankfully, my GP refilled it when she found out but she agreed that it was medically negligent.

This place is a joke. My first appointment was with a therapist that told me i had anxiety. Scheduled me an appointment with a psychiatrist that actually turned out to be an APRN. No help there whatsoever. After my appointment went back to schedule a follow up and asked the lady for medical records release form so I could have my old psychiatrist send my medical records to give them a better sense of what I was being treated for. I filled out the release and the lady asked for a fax number. I told her I didn't have a fax number and she told that yhe medical records technician absolutely would not call for the records I would have to call and get the fax number myself. We are there for mental health and they make it harder on us by not being compliant in their job. Will not be going back.

Very unprofessional.. From the front desk to the doctors. If you want your patients to arrive 30 minutes early, doctors should be on time too. Our appt was at 5:30, was told to arrive 30 minutes prior. Arrived at 445pm and was not seen until 6:10. Mind you, we were the only ones in the waiting room. Dr. Ajay was no help at all. Basically paid a copay to just have him take my information and sign a consent form. 5 min appt for nothing.

Brent Reynolds is my therapist I go see once a month for counseling sessions in person discussion’s about my anxiety, depression, and critical thinking skills. He goes above and beyond to weather the storm if a situation/problem doesn’t seem it is not going well with me. Brent lectures and suggest my mistakes has to be cleaned up and turned around. I will continue to go see Brent he is very funny with a comedian sense of humor.

Dr. Anthony Quinn put my life in danger by not responding to my pharmacist. I didn't have my benzodiazapine for seven days until I had to go into his office to resolve the problem. That night I had a seizure. Their office staff is rude and unsympathetic. I tried calling day after day. I'm sure they have caller ID because they frequently ignored my calls and if they did answer they acted as if they were exhausted to hear from me. I have bi-polar disorder and DID. They didn't have a counselor that could help me with my DID. I just started seeing a new psychiatrist who explained to me that Dr. Quinn didn't even have me on a therapeutic dose of my anti-psychotic for almost two years. I lost five jobs in that time because I was unstable. I lost my disability insurance because he said that I was improving. He never documented my cervical fusions that I had in those two years (3). Please do not seek care from this facility.

Went in for a psychiatry visit Glaucia had us waiting for an entire hour. The set time was a 3:30 but she brought us in at 4:30. She was not welcoming and had a complete lack of professionalism. Don't waste your time with this joke of a mental health clinic.
