YIKES. TOOK THESE PICTURES TODAY. Will be calling the health department on Monday. EDITED REVIEW 12/20-I sent these pictures to the manager and I have to say his response was professional and he was quick to get back to me. Things have definitely improved in the Sauna, it has never been this clean before. The locker rooms have been cleaner but they really need an update because the grout in the showers is so stained. But I raised my review from one star to 3 stars based on the managers response and the overall improvement. I hope it continues! 4/11/23 So I do think that they have tried to improve the cleanliness in the saunas, but they still have a lot of dirt in the corners of the dry sauna. I mean it is still built up into a pile. But the amount of mold in the ladies showers is still horrible. They need to do a deep cleaning, and then reseal the grout so it does not mold. I know it is hard to keep it clean but this place is really busy, so they are making enough money to hire a cleaning staff to work more often.

Filthy… always something broken i had to delete my good review from a year ago because this place went to s#%T in last 10 months. Pool , sauna and steam are closed early this place is not 24 hours and as the manager said after many complaints don’t get your hopes up. Let’s not mention the amount of members has tripled in last few years but they say they don’t have budget for 24 hour wet area . At this point I only go here because I have to … attention district managers or higher ups please do something this is a wealthy neighborhood we don’t deserve this mediocre facility charge more we can afford it but make it better

I have to give a 3 unfortunately. It's a pretty good gym, although they need more flat benches and need to be more attentive to refilling the paper towel dispensers to clean the equipment. The reason I'm giving only 3 stars is that when my buddy and I signed up, we were given false information concerning their summer deal. We were informed that we would get two guest passes each and access to all national 24 hour fitness locations. In actuality, we got neither of these. I don't believe the lady who signed us up intentionally lied to us, but she didn't seem to have any knowledge about what the plan we asked about entailed, and this misinformed us. These were two reasons why we got this particular plan, and now we're in a year contract without these things. My buddy even looked the plan up and on Google while we were signing up and pointed out that the plan only said regional access and didn't mention guest passes, but she assured us that we would get national access and guest passes at this location. We tried to bring a friend into the location and the lady who signed us up was standing behind the desk with other employees and told us we had no guest passes. She did not offer to help or maybe just give us a one day pass to work with us, despite misinforming us about our plans. They sell day passes for $25, which is ridiculous, so we turned around and drove to the park to work out. I'm not saying we were lied to in order for us to buy the plan, but we were lied to nevertheless and were not offered any kind of flexibility or customer service when attempting to bring in a friend. It is not our job to know the ins and outs of the subscription prior to signing up, it is the gym staff's job to know so that we can ask questions and be correctly informed about them. Once again, it's not a bad gym, but beware when signing up and do your own research to know the plans, even though you shouldn't have to.

Been going here for about a year now and it's fairly nice with some exceptions. Men's bathroom is pretty dirty. Trash is usually always full, paper towels on the floor and the bathroom has a sewage water smell to it, like a pipe is backed up or something. The gym floor is pretty clean and they stock paper towels, cleaning spray, and hand sanitizer fairly well. My biggest gripe is the TVs...Most of the time it shows news channels or judge Judy or something similar. Can we watch sports or something more motivating lol we are at the gym!

I joined this gym for convenience and cost and have been super disappointed. During the pandemic, they did not enforce the mask mandate or limit group fitness class sizes, posing a health risk to members. They have televisions throughout the gym which they keep tuned to partisan news channels. When asked to keep them on neutral channels like those featuring sports, they give some line about members changing the channels with universal remotes or them changing the channel to these news channels at members requests. When asked for the corporate office's number to contact them about this, they do not provide it. It seems like the club's management is more concerned about advancing a political agenda then providing a clean, safe and inclusive space for people to work out. I would not recommend this gym.

The gym has poor ventilation and is overcrowded. There are many very unsanitary women who use the ladies locker room. I paid a year in advance but can't stand the place, so I don't usually go. When I have gone there, I've just hung around charging my phone or listening to music and the news in the locker room before a shower or a swim and have had aggressive/snooty Caucasian women (I call them "posers") complain about my presence to management, as if I were a vagrant or something. Looking for another gym.

The easiest 1* review ever Joined the club for the squash courts, which were great at the time I joined Shortly after, the lights for the courts broke and were not replaced for a few weeks (I was referred to play squash on the racquetball court in the mean time…..) After not being fixed for a few months, I asked for a cancellation of my membership and return of the unused part of the yearly paid amount since I cannot use what I registered for. They agreed to do that, all good. A couple months later, looks like I have not received the refund and my membership is still open. I pay a visit to the club (same issue with the lights) but this time I am told there is nothing they can do about the refund since it’s a 1y membership. They did offer a generous 2 months free extension - 2 months longer of not being able to use what I pay for…. No logic to that. Anyways, moral of the story is don’t join the club for a longer period since if anything breaks it won’t be fixed and you won’t be able to do anything about it…. very poor management, 1* is way too much

The workout area is fine. But the men's locker room is often out of soap. The men's toilet often smells of urine. A little more attention is needed by the cleaning staff.

The staff at this location are rude and useless. A computer with a sign to “use your app” would be more useful. The girls chat incessantly, won’t get a manager and if you need assistance beyond their flippant immature attitude, they won’t provide you with any number to corporate. This is not a cheap membership, you’d think customer service would be a part of the experience. It’s not and by hiring these people that clearly don’t want to help or be bothered by members you are tarnishing your brand. Read the other reviews, I am not alone in my assessment, and clearly by not changing the problem this gym standby their poor staffing decisions. I’ve called corporate. I’ve called the other location and I waited for somebody in a position to address this issue to reach out to me and it’s never happened. It wasn’t a bad day because in person the staff is just as horrible in person as they are over the phone.

Two stars. Amenities are great and believe they provide value for what is offered and the workers I met were great. However, the cleanliness or lack thereof is the reasoning for a two star. I was really disappointed with the maintenance of this gym. Really unclean … I felt like I couldn’t touch anything.

The gym has a good selection of equipment but things are broken too frequently and not fixed for too long. Cleanliness is subpar, there are dust bunnies and hair climbs everywhere, not just the nooks and crannies you expect but even just in the middle of the gym. The cleaning supplies for members are often not restocked and you sometimes have to go to two or three stations before you find paper towels or sanitizer spray.

I have been a member here for almost 8 years and I have to say over the last year this place has DRAMATICALLY gone downhill. When I tried to talk to management about it I was brushed off and told that none of this was true but we could do a walk-through together if we want. No, I’m not interested in doing a walk-through I would just like you to believe me and the dozens of other bad reviews echoing my remarks. Let’s start with the lack of paper towels for the cost of this membership you would think we would be allowed to have paper towels. Regular towels used to be provided and then that privilege was taken away, there are no paper towels in the bathrooms leaving you to just drip dry everywhere. The one single restroom which has the luxury of paper towels has been out of order for a month. Papers towels on the gym floor are few and far between, due half of the paper towels stations being removed recently and then you are lucky if 30% have paper towels in them at any given time. Hand sanitizer stations are empty half of the time as well. The bathrooms are dirty the majority of the time. Dust everywhere on the gym floor. A mirror which has been broken for at least 3 months with just a cone in front of it. I am pretty certain it’s not that hard to find mirrored glass to replace it. If a machine goes out or breaks the average time for it to be fixed is about two weeks. Both EOS and planet fitness are a fraction of this gym’s cost and have now become equally as good with this gym’s decline. I’m strongly considering changing my membership as this gym doesn’t have much more to offer than the low cost ones. A shame as this place was once great!

Let’s start out with the pros: 50% of the staff is very friendly, especially the personal trainers. There’s a good variety of equipment and the gym includes a basketball court and sauna, if that interests you. There is ample parking and a large locker room. The cons: First and foremost the gym is upstairs and HOT. The air circulation is awful and I think they cheap out on the A/C, half the time you will go up there and it will be a 80 degrees and smell like sweat. Another factor that probably contributes to this is the gym workout area is quite small and all the machines are super close together, making it frequently overcrowded and just Musty. The machines are quite old and outdated, you’ll find better machines at most other gyms in vegas. Along with this, there is a decent amount of staff members with really bad attitudes. I understand working customer service can be difficult and annoying (I have personally worked many customer service jobs), but if I’m being nice and polite to you, there’s no reason for you to be rude to me. Lastly, and the worst of it all, they charge you more than places like EOS and PF, despite not really having much more to offer and not being any more clean. They are just as dirty as most other gyms and personally I don’t use the sauna or basketball courts so it’s not worth it to me.

If you have an existing membership and need to work out here, go ahead and come in. But if you are looking for a new or regular gym, go anywhere else. I had a prepaid year membership here and came into both the area's two remaining locations regularly before moving on. Corporate has put no investment into the remaining locations since their bankruptcy, and it shows. These gyms only stay open for corporate to milk the cow for whatever money they can still get out of it. This location powercycles through local managers every few weeks. Vagrants and creeper regs have gotten away with harassing members on the gym floor unchecked for months and probably will continue to do so as long as this location stays open. The A/C is set to a bare minimum to save money, indicating that one big Nevada Energy bill alone could shut this place down for good. This never minds that their TV music video feed is especially awful even for a big box gym, but (along with being outside of this location's control) that's the least of their problems. Just avoid if you can.

Good sized gym. It was fairly empty, but considering it is shortly after they reopened from covid and it being 5am, it wasn't very unusual. Did not get to use their wet area and not sure when these will open at any of the 24 hour fitness locations. Free weights seemed clean and organized. Better than some other locations.

I don't know if they have a cleaning team or they were fired months ago, the steam has dirt maps in the wall and it smells bad, the jacuzzi has sand in the bottom, the dressing room floor is always dirty. They don't know how use the brush or I don't know if they are forbidden to use. The staff is friendly but it is unfortunate that they do not have a standard of cleanliness. I paid for a year of membership and it annoys me to live with this day to day. Ps. If someone from the gym will answer me, please let it be with a solution and not with condescending apologies.

Like it. Clean for the most part, though the men's restroom, locker area and showers could use some good deep cleaning and then kept up with several daily cleanings. Machines are, for the most part, kept up and functioning properly. Gets busy but not excessively busy. Plenty of parking. Friendly employees.

Purchased membership about a month ago. Overall I do like it, small issues like only 3 flat benches, bad drinking water, and cleaning supplies not always refilled. My main reason for writing this is because when I signed up, the employee helping me said I would get 2 free buddy passes with the membership I bought. I told her online the membership didn’t come with it and she told me if I go to this one, it is included. Well I went the other day with a friend in town and was told I don’t have any buddy passes. I explained that I was told differently when signing up, and they said it’s $25 to bring in a friend or I can upgrade my membership. The least they could have done is let me bring in a friend one time for free, since an employee gave me wrong information.

Another incredible exercise from my fitness coach. There was a code blue (individual in trouble) today and the staff was incredibly proficient and clearly very much prepared and rehearsed. Incredible new hardware also. A digit of a drive for me after my nearest rec center shut, yet else I'm happy I discovered this area.

Downloaded the 3 day pass as I have just moved to the area. Arrived at the gym to be told due to "security" I can't use the pass. I asked what security and was told "security reasons right now" . The representative confirmed this reasoning with the manager. I have no idea what that means and I'm not sure why I was able to obtain a 3 day pass? Wasted journey, poor customer service and won't be back. Shame as its the most local gym

Supposed to open at 5 am... I made the 25-minute drive and arrived at 5 am and waited and waited. Employee finally arrived at 5:32 am and said he did not have keys. He could not open the gym. I gave up and left at 5:45 am, My schedule and workout was disrupted and my time wasted. I do not plan to return to this location any time soon.

This location is clean and well stocked. Music was a bit loud today, but this is not usual. The equipment generally is in working order, and even when the gym is well populated, there seems to be no problem getting to what I want to use without waiting. Or, if there is only one of something and it is being used, the wait is short. Folks there are generally friendly, but not invasive. One manager could use some sensitivity training for those with a hearing disability. Very rude, even after I revealed that I had difficulty understanding what he was saying. Considering the number of members who are elderly and have hearing loss, and probably younger people with hearing loss… he needs to gain a better understanding of our limitations in a loud environment such as this gym.

As a long time paying member of this club, I am sharing this experience with the general public so they can make their own decisions about whether they want to visit and potentially join this club. Earlier this I week, I arranged for my sister, a visitor from New York, to attend a yoga class. The professionals at the entry helped arrange it prior so I hoped there would not be a problem. The ladies at the entry today denied my sister and said the other workers made a mistake. One group of workers say yes, the others say no. There are plenty of gyms in Las Vegas one can attend without having to endure these policy inconsistencies. Moreover, when one pays for multiple memberships each month, common courtesy of giving a complementary pass to a family member brings untold good will. Conversely, rejecting that person after it has been set up creates a great deal of animosity and could result in multiple memberships being cancelled. The public can decide for itself if they want to be a part of this gym. I suspect I know the answer.

I was hesitant to get a gym membership here with some of the negative reviews but I’m glad I chose to come in and check it out for myself. Maybe it’s not the cleanest gym in the world but I’m not there to eat off the floor , I’m there to lift. With that being said they have everything you need here and then some . The staff has always been super friendly and attentive. Overall it’s a really good gym.
