Very unprofessional staff members here, it all starts with the owner Nate Anderson. He should not be in any management position. He has zero customer service experience, or possible does not care. Which that alone explains everything I need to know about his character. I could go on, but these are the main reasons we left this gym.

I stopped by this privately owned AT hopeful for a less packed and more clean experience than what I had with other local gyms since moving here in August. Not only was I impressed w the tour given by Nate (one of the owners)-I left excited to come back the next day. Don’t let any of the bitter reviews here steer you wrong; the customer service is great!!

One of the nicer anytime fitness gyms in Las Vegas. Personal televisions on each treadmill machine. They even have a water massage table for members of that specific location. Nice big area for stretching and Olympic style lifting.

Great gym! I've been an Anytime Fitness member for over 4 years. I use AF gyms everywhere I go, accessible 24/7 with my purple key fob. The Summerlin AF is clean, well equipped, and in a safe location. The gym manager is a great guy, friendly and helpful. I enjoy knowing I will find an AF gym in convenient locations everywhere I travel. Thanks, Anytime Fitness!

Always Clean. Friendly ppl. Great customer service from the owner Nate. Olympic lifting equipment same quality as a regular oly gym bars and weights. Plenty of room to stretch and do abs .

It was a pleasure dealing with Nate. He was informative, helpful, courteous and friendly. Anytime Fitness should consider themselves lucky to have someone like him representing their company/brand. I'm looking forward to future transactions with him and utilizing the gym. I've been a member of other gyms in the past, but, this location has impressed me. Plenty of equipment to workout on, clean, organized and well managed. If you're looking for a gym, do yourself a favor and visit this location.

A high end gym with easy on the wallet memberships. This gym has been a life saver since moving to Las Vegas. The gym is open and well lit 24 hours a day and is always extremely clean. The weights and equipment are all new or near new. The employees/ trainers are all super friendly and informative. I would suggest this gym to anyone. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I used to be a member of this gym under the old ownership and decided to try to start going back. It’s amazing how updated and well taken care of the gym is under the new ownership. Nate was super helpful and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be recommending this anytime fitness to my friends and family .

Great cardio setup with stairmasters, very friendly and neighbourly. Great owner definitly cares about the gym and it only improves.

Clean and quiet. Not overly crowded at anytime. Great for a small local gym.

Been a member a while now. I enjoy this place because it is a smaller gym. For me I need fewer people to be around as I am a high risk for death if I do contract Covid. The gym is always clean, always open and the manager is always very personable.

The Summerlin Anytime Fitness is my home gym away from home gym when I visit my Mom. Clean, well equipped, comfortable. The manager is very nice and helpful. Love AF anywhere and everywhere I travel. This review can be duplicated in many other cities from Seattle to Atlanta.....all good, Anytime!!

Best anytime fitness I’ve been to!! I live in WA and am out here visiting so was excited that my membership works here. This gym is the best one, so clean, updated, and the guy working is so nice! I wish I could transport it back to be my home gym!

I have tried other gyms but I always come back to Anytime Fitness. The Summerlin location has everything I need and it is not crowded. Additionally, the gym is clean and smells nice. The owner and staff have been very pleasant and helpful.

The owner is a great guy and has a very fun gym. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get a good lift and meet nice people.

Anytime fitness is a gym that I truly felt like I got a good workout in. The owner is extremely nice and friendly. The gym is so clean and has the best functional fitness area. They have all the necessary equipments and the price is UNBEATABLE!

Such a great gym, I went in every morning of my vacation. Large, clean and excellent equipment with an owner who adds value with a coffee bar, towels and snacks. Members are getting terrific value and guests will appreciate the experience. Thanks!

We are members in Utah and were in town for the weekend and stopped in to this location. It’s huge compared to our Anytime! It was clean, quiet, and the employee working made a point to say hello to us which was a friendly touch. We really like anytime, but I know the quality can vary between locations. This is a good location I recommend!

Tried LVAC and Lifetime, but this gym is the one. It got all the equipment I need, not busy, and next to my house. Perfect.

Very clean and well maintained location with new equipment and cool stuff like treadmills that allow you to select hikes and terrains from around the world. Good selection of machines and free weights with two lifting platforms where you can do squats or deadlifts. Reasonable membership rates that also allows you access to all other locations. 24 hour access to the club with your own key fob. Wish I'd found this place six months ago after my old gym closed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, the gym is okay.. but the service. you cant even contact the owner i’ve been billed so much and tried to contact for weeks and i’ve gotten nothing back. i’ve went into the store during work hours many times, nothing. emailed and called over and over, nothing. save yourself the stress and money and DO NOT GO HERE. sure the gym is nice and clean it has very few equipment but that’s not the issue. the owner of this location is the issue, i’m not sure about anytime fitness as a whole but that’s just what i know and have experienced.

Nate was GREAT!!! From my initial phone call inquiring about membership details, to signing up at this location, Nate was so patient answering all my questions and taking the time to thoroughly explain each area of the gym. This location was VERY CLEAN, not over crowded and smelled GREAT! Looking very forward to being a long time member.

If you’re looking for the perfect gym. Look no further! The gym is always clean with plenty of disinfecting wipes. They have all the equipment necessary to get a full body work out. They also have tv’s through the gym and a locker area. You’ll always feel welcome and greeted with a positive attitude by the owner.
