We get into room 37 and it smells like cigarettes, and the bed frame doesn’t look sturdy at all, it’s like a non certified handy man did this type of job!!! Hella irritated at this point….I rather be at hawks at this point!!!!

Venue was fine, spacious if a little dated, but kept very clean. Wasn't as busy as I was hoping for a Sunday afternoon. As a visitor, the no bag rule is rather peculiar to say the least.

I'll give you the lowdown since they didn't give any information on their site since reopening. No lockers. Rooms start at 20 for 4 hours. Would have been nice to know when I checked their website before going. I understand things are changing everywhere but more info would be nice. Sauna -closed. Arcade- closed Jacuzzi- closed. I didn't see anything letting customers know about this at the entrance and the attendant never told me. Overall, really disappointing and not worth the money at all. I knew it would be different, but I wish they were more upfront about things.

I was in Vegas for a few days to see the sites. I had a day to myself (June 30, 2022) and wanted a memorable “sin city” experience. Let me say that I’m a straight but very curious guy and my thought was just give it a go. I was very nervous to say the least. However, when I arrived I was met by the attendant, who was very friendly and got me checked in very quickly. I asked about the layout and he was very informative and made it easy for me to find my way around. I grabbed my locker and disrobed. I walked around this well laid out club to get a sense of where I’d be interested in hanging out. I have to say the establishment was very clean and comfortable. There is definitely something for everyone at this establishment and the patrons were very friendly and respectful. It was my first time at an establishment like this and it turned out to be a great experience! I’m happy I had the courage to walk in there that day. If you’re reading this just do what I did and GO!

Price is decent and the staff isn't super overbearing like some bathhouses. However, that's about the only good things to say. Otherwise the place is small, stinky, and a bit of a safety hazard. There are many steps that are difficult to see and can cause you to trip. The hot tub is way too small and has the biggest steps that I've ever seen that are easy to trip and hurt yourself on. Also the jets turn off after about 10 minutes so then you have to get out and walk around the corner to turn them on again. Also there are very few places to just sit, watch, and wait. I left after about half an hour. Would not recommend unfortunately.

I called to ask if they are transgender friendly...what a mistake. After 15 calls, 5 hang ups, I literally was trying to ask "are you trans friendly"...by the 16th call the guy finally gave me his precious time and said "no we are not trans friendly, anything else you want to ask?" Nope. All good. Thanks for making sure EVERYONE knows this is a CISGENDER ONLY establishment. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Call was made 10/14 @3am

I've loved coming here for a long time. The reason I prefer this one over the gym on the other side of the parking lot is that this one can be enjoyed even if you don't see another soul. The other one is but more focused on what a gay gym needs but this one has a pool (my favorite part of the whole thing) a tv room and a few maze that I really liked. So to recap, if you're going for business only go to the other place. If you're looking for a facility that you can enjoy for it's own merits this is the spa for you.

Recently in Vegas and was looking for a gay spa, picked this one out of the three choice in Vegas. With a pool, jacuzzi and sauna this place got me in the relaxing mood. After that I was able to explore the rooms and have a nice time. Loved it so much went back the next day and found the big back room with a sling. Nice guys behind the counter too.

I was there yesterday;I am sure management is aware of the guest who wasn’t well and was in and out of consciousness in jacuzzi, ambulance were called and all. I would like to just say the guy who works there and handled that situation, had to have been trained for that he positioned the man, was calm, and really knew how to delegate task in a bad situation. He really saved that man’s life no one else would have noticed he was out cold. I don’t know the young mans name but he is white with glasses and is usually at the front.

Entourage is about as good as an adult spa/bathhouse as you’ll find in Las Vegas. Amenities, cleanliness etc are all top-notch, HOWEVER they have a shady little policy that Is not disclosed at any point until you’re basically forced to pay more than double what you agree to when you sign in. You pay$20 to rent a room and you’re given a room key, a TV remote and a towel; which is standard. When you check out….you’ll be asked to return a lock box key as well; which is where it gets pretty shady. It’s not until this point when they are holding your drivers license that you are informed that you owe $45 more for losing a key…a key that you have no proof was ever given to you in the first place and the only way to leave is to pay the fee. I went back and searched my room to find absolutely nothing. The staff were completely unhelpful and acted like this was something that happens all the time…which if they are handing customers one key when they check in and charge for 2 keys when they check out seems like a nice little way to supplement their income I’d skip this place; but if you do go…and least make certain they give you 2 keys (and maybe verify that if they give you 2 they don’t expect you to return 3!) Or just realize that a $20 room really cost $65 - and there might be a better place to check out on the strip.

Overall pretty good experience for my first time here. Tip: rent out plastic sandals for those of us that forgot to pack. The carpets are wet in places and overall I think this would be more sanitary, as well as possibly an additional revenue stream. Thanks!

Ok here’s the deal. The place is not pretty. People have said not clean but that isn’t the case. The place is just dated. But the amenities are there. Recently they have made some upgrades which is nice. There are some recommendations I would make. The rooms have a huge open space below the beds. At Steamworks in Chicago they had foot lockers (looked slapped together, but worked). They have the room and with signs posted that people break into the rooms it would be great for your clothes and etc… that said, they have free lock boxes up front for your wallet, keys, phone. People always ask if it’s busy… the best answer is that it’s hit and miss. Sometimes I have a fabulous time on an off day, sometimes I have a mediocre time on a weekend. It’s not the establishments fault, just the way it is. The important takeaway is it’s a great place to set a hookup if you can’t host or just want to play with new people. It gets the job done in a safe environment.

I would say the place is very decent. Its clean and the look is dated but its alright. Amenities are clean, staff was friendly. I would say the only thing I didn’t like was not even the establishments fault, but my own personal preference of not opting for much older guys, which had a lot more than guys my age. Other than that, place is decent.

I went for the first time at the end of June on a Monday. It wasn’t packed, but it wasn’t empty. I had a lot of fun. The front desk guy was awesome. I can’t remember his name, he was Hispanic. He gave me a tour and gave me tips. If you’re looking to explore or have fun, you should give it a try

Great friendly staff, Clean room (if you get one), showers are fine but they need to keep an eye on the soap levels of the dispenser. My partner, Hunter, and I were there on a weekday afternoon. Some hot play but I wish customers were aware of the play space around the back by the pool. Its a hidden area and should be more active. Sling, Andrews cross, benches, etc. are located in there.

Went to Entourage Health Club and Spa last night here in Las Vegas for the very first time since the other establishment, Hawks Gym and Spa, has permanently closed back in April. I love the swimming pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, sauna, and weight room. I got a private room for $40 for eight hours and was disappointed due to the lack of Asians not present for me to play and mess around with. ☹️

I have been to Entourage a number of times. The place is quite spacious. Recently the pool has been down a lot. Some common areas aren't so clean, not sure if they are being cleaned regularly. One big drawback is their rates, which is way overpriced compared to other baths in other major cities. They should consider lower rates on weekdays when they are less crowded. I give only one star due to the rates being too high.

I did not know this place was right next to Hawk's! I acfually heard about this place from someone I met at Hawk's! Compared to Hawk's, this place has a jacuzzi and pool! I should have gotten myself wet! Haha. This place is more spacious than Hawk's and they have more dark spaces for play. I ended up just walking around back and forth the whole time. I was able to meet someone and we were able to play, but I told myself that it's better than not getting any action! There were a few people I wanted to interact with, but I know I just need to step up my game next time! There is a saying "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take". That's what happened to me! Also, I was surprised that for a Thursday evening, the place did get packed for a bit whitch was something I enjoyed. Seeing all the friends you can play with! I ended up in the dry room and it seemed like the proper place to relax and unwind. Not much guys were in there that evening. You get your money's worth and I got the room. I always get a room. That's just what I prefer! I sure hope to visit again soon!

This place is great, it’s lacking a steam room but the facilities are clean, and the towel “code” makes cruising for the right fit easier. I was there early on a Friday and it was mostly busy, hot guys galore. It’s better than the bath houses in LA or NYC. Come in a for a dip in their indoor pool, hang in the hot tub, or make a new friend. This place is a great way to spend part of your stay in Las Vegas.

I’ve been going for over 10 years with my small gym bag. I was denied entrance for my small gym bag that contains flip-flops, toothbrush, soap, (because sometimes they don’t have soap,) this never happened to me before and I’ve been carrying the same bag in there for over 10 years They didn’t give me a reason, so I just left, don’t plan on coming back until they change their attitude and policy, do they expect you to carry everything in your pockets?

The place it’s self is not the best looking, definitely could use a update but the experience is well worth it just keep an open mind and try not be rude or nasty, PLEASE DO NOT WALK IN CIRCLES LOOKING FOR PEOPLE YOU’LL LOOK FOOLISH & CREEPY I’ve been late in the evenings usually after 8pm and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I’ve Made some good friends and some bad ones. The age range is crazy I’ve met 19 yr olds and 60 yr olds it’s really based on how you treat and react to people. The late night front desk guy chubby Spanish with glasses (says papi alot) is probably the nicest and best employee they’ve ever had. Very helpful on the explanations of the towels & exchange policy. Can’t say much about the others They’re either too busy or not willing to work.. AGAIN KEEP AN OPEN MIND PLAY SAFE ;)

STAY AWAY Los Angeles GAYS On Labor Day Weekend 2022, my friend and I drove over 300 miles from LA to enjoy a weekend in Vegas. That night when we went to the Entourage, we were denied entrance. The front desk person gave some lame excuse that made no sense. We asked to speak to the manager or owner and told They Weren't there! We finally left and vowed never to return. We later went to another similar club. There should be a contact number to management for immediate resolution to actions of their staff. This is why so few people go here. My friend and I had heard negative things about this place before visiting, but wanted to see for ourselves. ALL THE NEGATIVE REPORTS ARE TRUE. STAY AWAY L.A., this place is a waste of time and money, plus you may be denied entrance for no reason!

BEWARE! Employee stole my apple credit card and used the card to buy $14 lunch at McDonald’s. When I called to ask for a manager, An employee named Matthew with face tattoos told me to stop f@&$ing calling there if I had no proof instead of asking questions or asking what happened. Employee Doesn’t need to ask questions when they know they stole it. Think you’d be interested in helping your customers. Now can’t get anyone to answer the phone since they are doing some shady things there. Still haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone who makes more than minimum wage there. Well apple credit cards have no numbers on them so they only way to use it is to steal the physical card. Employee kept our credit card on file when we checked in. Card was not returned to us and this was the only place we used the card. Used at the McDonald’s right down the street from the spa, and I know they used the physical card cuz I got cash back of 1 percent on the purchase. The only way to get 1 percent cash back is to physically swipe the card. Police have been notified and are investigating. This place Cannot be trusted with your credit card, use cash!

Great place to go and have fun. But please do a better job hiring people. On Saturday April 29/2023 at 8 pm they have this new guy with the worst attitude taking care of the front. And I been a customer for more then 10 years. He even throw the stuff at us like rushing us to get out of his face.

An amazing establishment. I very much enjoyed that it was actually accessible. We had rented the party room, I very much enjoyed the furnishings. It's possible to get around the property without any struggles in a wheelchair. There are a few small curbs to hop up. You do have to ask for the ada bathroom to be unlocked if you need it, and there was no ada shower stool for paralyzed individuals like myself. But aside from those small issues I had an amazing time. Thank you to Pie for your help achieving accessibility. I will absolutely be back on my next trip to town.

I was in yesterday around noon, the only people there were the people behind the counter. And they knew how much change they gave me, after checking in so they knew how much cash I had on me. The maids took my wallet and money from my room. I was offered the lock box but declined since my prior visits, there was never a problem. Thank God I found my wallet and cards but the money is gone. Thank you for your time, I just wanted to make you aware of the situation.

First time visiting. A decent, ok place. One of the saunas smelled moldy but the other one was nice as well as the jacuzzi. The staff was friendly. Special thanks to one of the workers, didnt get his name but he was a handsome Latino with gauges. He showed me around. Great time. The men were ok. Definitely above my age but there were some good ones

I recently visited Entourage Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada and was fortunate enough to have met Luis Angel attendant at front desk/desk. As a new visitor from another state, I was initially apprehensive, but Luis Ángel immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. Not only did Luis Angel provide excellent service, but he also took the time to patiently answer every single question or request I had. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he went above and beyond his duties to ensure that my experience at the spa would be enjoyable and memorable. Luis Angel’s commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets him apart as an exceptional worker. His genuine care and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest. It's rare to find such dedication in this industry, and it's clear that Luis Ángel takes pride in his work. Overall, I highly recommend Luis Angel at Entourage Spa for anyone seeking exceptional service. His professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile make him a standout in his field. Thank you, Luis Ángel for making my visit an unforgettable one.

Back in the day this dump could pass but not anymore. Super attitude at front desk by 20 somethings. The staff is awful with really dumb rules. But can't expect better in a dump like Vegas run by idiots. Will soon be out of business by the way of Hawks. Sad and too bad.
