😠 I gifted my mother with a massage treatment last week. Her therapist was Tasha. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly people at the front desk, but from there our experience went downhill. My mother explained to me that her therapist Tasha was rude and short with her. She didn’t seem to care... People often mention massage, told, great, time, therapist, experience, room,

My friend and I went Harrah’s Spa March 8th for facials and massages, it was cut short due when if found slimy MOLD . The services were average and we were hoping to enjoy some time in the spa afterwards. I should have just skipped the shower and went to lunch, instead I went to the showers and was so disgusted by the amount of mold ringing the shower stall. I proceeded to the next two and was even disgusted. I told the three people at the front desk about the mold and showed them pictures. They were surprised and disgusted, and gave me an contact information for Sparkle the spa manager, Shortly afterwards I sent an email with pictures and stared my concerns about the facial equipment being cleaned, since they didn’t clean showers. No response, then hours later I texted. If I were aware of this issue I would have responded immediately or called the number the reservation number was under. Instead, three days later I got a lame email response that the issue was investigated and it was not mold but missing and discolored grout. I know the difference between mold missing grout. There was no response about cleaning the facial equipment on a regular basis. Im not sure I would have believed her anyway. I was supposed to get a refund for the services, but it’s been 10 days since the email and $560 has not been credited to my credit card. I won’t even go into the OSHA violations. Look at the pictures and let me know if this is MOLD or missing and discolored grout. THIS SPA HAS MOLD THAT WAS NOT NOTICED BY STAFF FOR WEEKS!

I gifted my mother with a massage treatment last week. Her therapist was Tasha. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly people at the front desk, but from there our experience went downhill. My mother explained to me that her therapist Tasha was rude and short with her. She didn’t seem to care about what problem areas my mom wanted treated and instead provided her with a rushed, painful, and uncaring massage. She also ended the service early, so my mom didn’t even receive her full 60 minutes I paid for. Overall it was a very bad experience, and I would suggest spending your money at any of the other near by spas on the strip.

I went for a Swedish massage. Stayed in the spa for awhile before and after. It was great! Quiet and clean. All the staff was polite and helpful. The spas are seperated by gender. Only the waiting lounge is co-ed. My masseuse was friendly and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and informed. She gets 5 stars! The only issues I noticed were no shaving cream and the hair dryers didn't really work. I wasn't expecting a shower and dressing area but it could be improved by having it more stocked.

I enjoyed my experience overall with the Harrah’s Spa. We stayed at the hotel so it was convenient location. The staff was very friendly and my massage and facial services were both great. I did not like the layout of the spa at all! I had to walk through a gym to get to the waiting area. Men kept coming in for the free apples and water, and to stare at us... one even turned bright lights on. Seriously rude. The steam room was amazing. I would suggest putting a water fountain in the gym for the people working out, because that was very strange and awkward.

Wanted to get a quick cardio workout in before heading to the airport. They have only 3 treadmills and 3 elliptical machines. 2 were closed for social distancing (which was reasonable), but that is woefully short of what should be available for a hotel of this size. They should have 10 of each, easily. Also, their hours of operation were not consistent with online information. They open at 7:30 AM, not 7:00 AM as advertised on their website.

Receptionist attempted to scam us! Ordered a voucher via TravelZoo. Called ahead to see if two vouchers could be used for a couple's massage, told yes. When we arrived, we were told the policy had changed and the normal $20 fee for the couple's massage room had been changed to $75. When confronted the receptionist--same from previous day--with the fact that we were not told this when we reserved, we made the decision to not get a massage at all. While waiting at the elevator the receptionist told us we could get the massage for 20 additional dollars. We declined as we were already refunded by TravelZoo. Receptionist walked off only to return seconds later to inform me the card reserving the massage would be charged full price. We then ask to speak to a manager, but none was available and receptionist did not seem to want to provide a name of the manager. After additional conversing, we were told to speak to the lead therapist. Receptionist did not inform him of the situation but instead scurried about the waiting area and floor talking with the massage therapist, likely about us. When told the story, Lead Therapist offed to provide the massages at the voucher price only. ****Additionally, he, the **Lead Therapist**, stated he had no knowledge of a $75 fee.**** When we declined again, he apologized graciously and told us no charges would be made against the card on file. Thank you for that Steve. He is the reason for the one star versus zero.

I just got the Swedish massage through Groupon and I tell you what....it was amazing!!! I highly recommend Jenni as the massage therapist. I’ve had about 30 massages in my life and hers ranked in top 5 hands down. Perfect blend of therapeutic touch and relaxation.

Came here with my girlfriends for a Spa Day. We arrived at our scheduled time, paid for our services (massage), and waited for someone to take us to the backroom. I wish I remembered everyone's names that helped us. From the front desk, the workers in the back (who took our photos), and my massage therapist, thank you for your customer service. Everything was perfect. My girlfriends and I enjoyed the hot tub, steam room, and sauna. We also enjoyed a bottle of champagne. A great and clean spa. I will definitely return.

Don't waste your time or money. Massage was so so, the time was cut short by 15 minutes and the clock was laying down when they left to room, in hopes we wouldn't realize. You're paraded through the fitness center in your robe to get to the massage room. No where does it state that the spa is not coed so if you're planning to go relax with a significant other you will not be able to. The entire experience was a disappointment. Front desk tried to be helpful but manager could not be reached. Overpaid for services that were not worth $5. Don't bother and leave the hotel to use a spa and enjoy your time and money somewhere else.

Perfect spot in Las vegas for a hotel/casino, but the room is about a 3 star. The bathroom is where we had a problem, they have half of a shower door, and the shower spray is weak and doesn't push water out at all, and there is no ventilation in there. Just a basic hotel/casino on the strip.

Great massage worth the price. Shame the facilities were closed, but the discount applied as a result was compensatory.

Amazing massage, had a great time with my sisters. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, nice facilities, after all that fun in Las Vegas, we needed to slow down and relax, it was the best decision we made. Got free Champagne, thank you everyone for nice experience!

The overall stay was nice the bathrooms are beautiful but the beds only had 2 pillows that are way too soft at least have four to double up to be more comfortable . The Wi-Fi was very slow and there isn’t that many lights in the rooms.

I had a 50 minute Swedish massage. The masseuse was wonderful. He kept checking in to make sure the pressure was right and his hands were magic. The price was significantly less than at other spas. The general set up wasn’t great, it was kind of like a maze.

I got the facial half off on Groupon, and added extraction. Carol was my aesthetician, and she was very nice and knowledgeable.
