2 stars because there is no way of getting in touch with someone who knows whatโ€™s up with this art installation. ITS CLOSED. Had to go in person - someone told us the lighting is not working and they have no idea when it will again. have this info relayed to the Louis Vuitton call Center linked to this location, or on your website or HERE

This semi secret art installation is amazing. If you are interested, the Atlas Obscura article linked as their website in Maps will tell you all you need to know. You really do need to book well in advance and the exhibit is free. You'll be asked to remove your shoes because you walk into the exhibit. The installation is two chambers of complete white, illuminated with changing colors. The larger chamber becomes an overwhelming, vast expanse as some of the colors change. It's an incredible experience, lasting about 20 minutes. Please be mindful of the guests you are with. The other two people in our group were so loud and talked the entire time. It was very annoying.

One of the most amazing art installations ever. The staff are friendly but the one who explained the exhibit to us was robotic and stiff and had clearly memorized the script and was awkwardly reciting it to us. But whatever, once you're inside it's magic. I made the reservation exactly one month before I was going to Vegas; there were plenty of time slots available, though, so you might have more wiggle room.

(added a star rating to post the review) After having encountered the same thing as the most recent reviewers (phone rings endlessly with no answer), I contacted Louis Vuitton's social media to ask them about it. According to the helpful customer service agent, this installation no longer exists.

Called multiple times on multiple days during posted business hours. They don't like to answer their phone. Finally got thru after a dozen or so attempts and was told to call back the next week about the requested weekend. Called back multiple times on the day of and the day after I was told to call back. No answer. After another dozen or so calls, finally got thru and was told the entire weekend was booked already. Could have possibly gotten tickets if someone actually answered the phone. Very disappointed.

Added a star rating just for the review, but since no one picked up the call i went in person and staff says the installation is currently under repairs and they donโ€™t know when itโ€™ll be open again.

So so cooool. Located inside Louis Vuitton. Call for reservations a month out. Tell any employee when you come in that youโ€™re here for Akhob and theyโ€™ll direct you to wait at the bottom of the escalator by and old sales trunk. Someone will come get you and take you up to the exhibit. Entire experience lasts 25 minutes - actual exhibit is 15.

One of the most peaceful, magical things Iโ€™ve ever done. Words canโ€™t describe the absolute wonder I felt experiencing this installation with my eyes both open and closed. So deeply moved and relaxed all in one.

The only way to make an appointment is by calling. The usual waiting time to see this installation is over 30 days but due to a cancellation we managed to get in the very next day. The Crystals mall offers free valet parking and is architecturally very interesting inside and out, plan to spend some time just walking around. The Akhob installation location is not marked, you need to wait on the first floor of the Louis Vuitton shop for someone to come and escort you. The exhibit itself is difficult to describe but definitely worth seeing. Photography is prohibited. Be prepared to take your shoes off (white, plastic booties provided) and stand or move around for about 25 minutes. After you exit, you can go see another James Turrell installation at the tram station on the third floor of the mall (not nearly as impressive as Akhob), or sip coffee at Starbucks on the second floor with a view of the mall's interesting interior.

James Turell installation is located inside LV. Make a reservation. I enjoy taking the monorail from Aria to Bellagio

As of July 2022 - the exhibit still exists. Seems like LV is trying to move this to an "exclusive" special list type deal.

My experience was so similar to the post that I just read, I had to check and make sure they I didnโ€™t already send this post in. Iโ€™ve been calling since July and when I did get through to somebody they told me that was too early to reserve for October and to call back in September. . I called over 20 times in the month of September and when I finally got through, I was told that October was booked. Very disappointed but Iโ€™m sure Iโ€™ll find other things in Vegas to do!

Super cool experience - I definitely recommend this as a 30-min break from the hustle and noise of Vegas. Calling ahead is a must, and be sure to be there on time. Two people were late for our time slot and we started without them!

Amazing experience. Was extremely lucky because they had an opening and we were able to visit a few hours after we called. YMMV.

I've called multiple times, so hard to get anyone on the phone. No one answers, there are no times listed for business hours.

Super cool and immersive if you want it to be. However, the installation does seem to show some wear

This was just supposed to be something we did to pass a few hours in the day, and it ended up being the thing we talked about and remembered the most, even 2 years later. Such an amazing experience!
