We were told to be quite on the casino floor.... we were playing and having a good time.... I had already lost over a 1000.00 but I was having fun so I didn't care.... until security told us to calm down and be quite!!! WHAT??? I THOUGHT IT WAS A JOKE AT FIRST.... NOPE! I have never been ask to be quite at a casino .... a really nice guy ( manager maybe) came over and said don't worry about it , he said we were fine but the mood was gone! I just said we would leave and we did. Our friends were staying at the hotel so they stayed as they had already paid for the whole week. I'm super sad because although I don't ever win here we love to play here. I'm afraid I probably won't be back.

First and foremost they are trucker friendly, offer a trucker discount, and are pet friendly. We were welcomed by the lady at the front desk, she was so sweet & helpful. She went over everything with us and answered all of our questions, which we had a lot. All throughout the hotel was clean, including our room. We enjoyed the Casino later that night. Bartender was helpful, showing us how everything worked. Food was amazing, highly recommend eating here. Overall our stay was pleasant and will return if ever in the area.

This place is really run down. Lots of homeless people hanging out. My husband went to play the slots for a few minutes and had three different people ask him if he could give them money or buy something they were selling. The whole building looks like it's under construction. Even though there was truck parking, it was a tight fit in and out of their one driveway.

The hotel's casino, bar and restaurant were all under renovation when we were there, so essentially, nothing was available. Our room had a mini fridge (hidden inside the dresser which had a facade door). No microwave but there was a 'community' microwave (gross) in the vending/ laundry area. There was also another community microwave on the first floor behind the coffee carafes which one would need to move to access the microwave. Some staff were incredible and helpful and it seemed night staff were just angry about everything and didn't want to be bothered. The construction crew and security were the nicest staff we encountered. We stayed due to auto repairs being completed near by and the hotel being pet friendly (no pit bulls though). They also have a great rate if you have a CDL (which we did). Overall, it's ok. Not safe to walk around outside at night, but there is a strip mall across the street and down about a block. Most stores within it open at 10am. The hotel also has a small fenced area for dogs to 'do their duty ' - that was nice to have accessible.

Women are beautiful but the food is terrible. When you order chicken wings, it should come with carrots and celery as advertised. Pretty petty that I was charged $3 dollars per carrots and $3 dollars for celery. It should come with the meal as common curtisy.

I'm a fries fry connoisseur, have most of my life. You know me you know I love hot fries. I will die for. I decided to try their take out wings & fries. I inspected my fries once I got into the car. To my disappointment my photo tells it all. Fries cost $6 which I don't mind paying. However you give me a kidd sz order you cross My line. I took them back hoping it was a mistake. It was not & theur motionless unprofessional explain their lack of customer understanding. Not sure where their logic of serving their interpretation of portion order. So I asked for my money back & extremely disappointed with strictly because their lack of my concerns. I VOW I will not enter their place of business again. I also realized that I'm just a grain of salt to them but I'm somebody that have unseen influence power. So enjoy yr glory & one day you will realize people like me counts too. This my experience $ shame on that you don't care about other partons.

This is your off strip attraction. Right off the 15 & Cheyenne. I've grown up in this place and watched it go through a few changes of ownership. This is not your 7 star spot but it definitely isn't a run down bed bug infested spot. CDL holders get discounted rates and free rig parking. Most of the rooms have been remodeled. If you like fresh air like me, you can open the window. They have new tvs and charging outlets. I don't believe any room has a tub. All have had showers. I like to get the nachos at the restaurant. The drinks are great when you tip the sexy lingerie wearing bartenders (Pro tip: always tip before you order, preferably cash. $5-10 bucks upfront can make your night). I hate they did away with the table games, but they still have the slots & sports book. I miss the late night kitchen. I member the wings, BBQ or steak & lobster at 3-4 in the morning πŸ˜†

For it being linked to a casino, it's not too bad. Just don't sniff the towel when you get out of the shower. And don't sniff the sheets either. But this place is dog friendly and has a fenced-in area for them to go and play.

Great people and they also offer 5$ free play and very laid back crowd. Slots pay fairly.

We really enjoyed our stay at lucky Club Hotel and Casino. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. This will be our go-to hotel when we are in town. We did not Gamble since we are only there for the one night, but we did walk around and we will be gambling next month when we stay.

There's some front desk clerks that were so helpful and I liked that a lot but other than that they gave out too much information that shouldn't have been given out as far as my room number and they didn't have my authorization to do so. Service in the restaurant/bar was a 0 rating. My party and I were there two and a half hours and still had not received our food. Some of their staff couldn't speak English at all so they just didn't take our order until I hunted someone down to do it all over again. We NEVER got our food and we left.

Rooms were gross, smelly, and not very welcoming. The bathroom was dingy and unpleasant. Sink was not mounted properly and moved around. Very unfriendly dangerous neighborhood. Lots of graffiti and vandalism.

The food was good and the servers were dress not showing too much well done and picking all the girls same high and shape and hair color was good idea. Now called Ojos Locos.

This was never a five star resort by any means given the neighborhood, depending on the time of day it was semi enjoyable, since the change of ownership and name I've given it a couple different chances and will never go again, it's literally turned into Tijuana from the aggressive homeless to the smell of sewage.

It was neither the rooms, service or location. Truthfully it was pretty much the two promoters and two others that I don't want to call by name. The 4 of'em are a peculiar Kind I'm glad they shut down the entertainment part behind the kitchen. In my opinion they were going down πŸ‘‡πŸ‘Ž anyway

I have to say it is not the Hotel and Casino's fault really for only getting 3 stars. Everyone was polite and helpful. BUT They are under reconstrution.. I am sure once everything is completed, and they keep the same staff they will get a 5 star rating.

I had a really good stay, I'd been on the road for 2 days and the bed is so comfortable, the people were so friendly I don't even care that the pool was being remodeled. I was kind of apprehensive after reading the reviews but I would recommend this hotel to anybody. there was no homeless people hanging around and it was just really nice place to stay

Me and my wife were going to lunch at the restaurant in the lucky club it was the worst of any experience I had in a restaurant. First of me and my wife were waiting to get a seat and all of the servers were paying us no attention to get us a seat waited 20 minutes and just said that is it this place is trash and would be better to find a better place to ear and have a good dinner.

Went for Karaoke Night, ordered a bucket of Coronas (total of six) for $36.00 USD, not many people, bartender didn't give us lemons... People seemed nice and were enjoying the music, the only good thing was the music.

This is an urban casino with working class patrons. Its conveniently located off the Northbound I- 15/I- 93 freeway. Out of 4 visits my friend and I had good odds on slots. Its roomy with high ceilings. A players card gives free slotplay and specials are featured in the monthly mailer. The food and drinks are good. The bathrooms are clean. Anyone who is generally kind and patient with service should not have a problem. We go to this casino early afternoon to early evening. When I needed help or had a question, the staff took care of it. Be aware of players card reader errors on some of the machines but overall there are plenty of slots to choose from and a cozy sports book area near the bar.
