Had the Las Vegas "Furry Con" here last week. Tons of fun. Big, beautiful conference rooms, clean. Didn't stay in rooms. Has a classic (60s-feel) to the pool area with doors opening onto decks onto a fun and varies cascading swimming pool of BIG size (though shallow). Kid friendly. A0 mile and a half or so from the strip which may be a bit too far to walk for many Bus? Shuttles? Probably. Front lobby was very nice. A good place for a cozy convention scene. Parking was tight on first days of busy convention. Very positive place -- especially to the furry crowd, which some hotels might tend to shun a bit.

List of my complaints; 1. Hotel check in took a long time, and I was the only one there , waiting and it still took about 45 min 2. The room type I booked and paid for, they did not give me . They could of gave me a room that was equivalent to the room type I booked, but didn’t 3. The toilet tissue is VERY cheap, the show tub did not drain 4. The removed the light fixtures from the ceilings, and still left wiring in them, and on the wall outlets they didn’t work in the bathroom either 5. The fire place was used , left a bunch of ashes all around the floor. But they removed the safety features on it, and took away the buttons that helped control it 6. Paper thin walls, very noisy 7. They charge for a resort fee, but it’s nothing like a resort. What are we paying the extra $50 for, the roaches in the room!? 8. The room was nonsmoking , but all you could smell in there was smoke 9. The bed was broke !! Very uncomfortable This hotel is 0/10 I would NOT recommend.

Very convenient place to stay at a reasonable price. Great for families! The rooms are all suites with a mini kitchen. It is in walking distance from the Vegas strip. There are two pools. They have a showroom with nightly shows. The All Shook Up, Elvis Show is excellent. They are still renovating so, the restaurant is not open now. I gave it 4 stars because you have to eat somewhere else or buy food to heat in the microwave. But we still enjoyed our stay there and will stay again.

Worst hotel I have stayed at by far! First the room was nothing like the pictures I seen when booking the room. Second the room was super hot when we arrived with some of the AC nothing working. Tried to deal with it because it was late but we had two infants with us who we couldn’t keep in that heat. Also the room smelled like cigarettes despite the no smoking signs at the door. Finally we decided to complain and they agreed to switch us rooms. We were expecting something better but ended up being the same thing. The AC did work in the new room but the whole room felt dirty, the sheets didn’t feel clean, tried using the sofa bed and mattress was horrific. The shower heads need a huge update and the Tub was dirty. Overall was not satisfied at all. For the price I was expecting something better!

The rooms were nice.. but not very clean. Great friendly staff. However, we went out did our thing and came back from the RRU Festival went to bed and woke up to water all over the floor and in my bag of clothes and expensive shoes from the air conditioning vent soaked everything running across the bedroom floor. So we called the front desk and explained that happened. They said they would send maintenance up. They never came. Just to find out the shower had no hot water and no water pressure. So eventually they switched our room. Well we were getting ready for the day. I went to do my hair. Turns out the outlet in bathroom did not work what so ever. I had to curl my hair in the kitchen. It was very frustrating. Plus in the showered and the faucet/nobs were going to fall off the walls. I walked around the room. My feet were so black and dirty on the bottom from poor cleaning. We expressed this to the front desk when we checked out. She was kinda rude and said well you should have told us this and we would have sent someone up to fix it. We were like no we weren’t going to switch rooms again. Overall not a good experience. Also, it didn’t bother us. But it was very loud from the planes taking off every 10 minutes. Kind of takes the peaceful quite relaxation out of it.

NOISY! Walls are paper thin, and planes fly overhead since it’s close to the airport. If someone is talking in the hallway outside, you can hear everything they’re saying. BRING EARPLUGS!!! Otherwise you won’t be able to sleep at all. Someone was mixing music between 3 and 5am, and just the reverberations kept me awake. Safety: felt safe during day. At night, if you go out for a walk, you might pass 1 or 2 people smoking something in the parking lot or sidewalk. FYI, they directly CHARGE (not hold) your credit card a $75 deposit on top of the resort fees. The front desk told me the $75 would be refunded to me within a few days. We will see. They do have 2 pools, one 24 hours so that is a plus. But again, someone was arguing a few hundred feet outside my room, and I could hear everything. They were swearing like a sailor for 30 min straight while I was trying to take a nap after my plane flight. I couldn’t really relax. The room itself was fairly nice, clean and spacious. I got a ground floor studio since I was only there 1 night. Had a mini fridge, 1 cup coffee maker, and lots of cabinet space. Key card worked with no problems. Staff is pretty friendly. They DJ the pool during the day - loudly. Lots of kids. Bar was open during daytime but no food. They said 2 more weeks before food service starts. The place has about 20 buildings. A fair walk if you’re in the back but if you have a car it shouldn’t matter much. Looks like plenty of parking. A 24-hour 7-11 is just 2-3 blocks away so that is convenient. I spent more than $200 for one Fri night. Quite pricey in my opinion. 3 reasons I chose Alexis: 15 min from airport, across the street from my venue (the Theatre), and the place next door I really wanted was fully booked. If you’re sensitive to noise, do not stay here.

Great prices, great rooms. Rooms has bugs, can smell the sewer from down the street on your balcony by the pool at the front. 4 stars because it's still WAAAAAY nicer than it should have been. I paid $100 for three nights & two beds. It was lovely for the price. Probably the best if you're trying to enjoy the budget. I spent my money actually enjoying the vacation and not on the room aka I didn't spend much time or money there. So it was perfect.

Older but accommodating hotel. Sofia was fantastic at both check-in and check-out - very helpful. She explained the amenities and hours - she got us in and out within moments. The rooms are also older, but everything is well maintained and worked perfectly. The event we attended was a ton of dancing fun. The airport is close by so if airplanes bother you - ask to be away from all that ...... we will be back. The overall price to value ratio makes this a wonderful place to stay.

Attended a show there during the Christmas holiday. Upon arrival, the Host greeted us and seated us promptly. The sound and lighting were great. The performances were amazing. Classic disco throwbacks from Diana Ross, Linda Ronstant, Olivia Newton John, Gloria Gaynor, and the beautiful Donna Summer. The show featured Tina Turner as the main attraction, but it was a treat to dance and sing a long to all the disco classics. A must-see showstopper.

The pictures do not show what this place looks like. We expected a "Resort" type atmosphere, it was a motel type atmosphere. The outside area close to the front desk is manicured and has flowers, etc, but the further you get away it is all weeds and run down. They put us in a room that faced the parking lot and the back of the buildings. There are many rooms that will have this view, all the way around the so called "Resort." So if you can insure that you will be in the area that is by the main pool in the inner part of the facility, you are okay, but any other area, stay somewhere else. I know this is situational but, the pool (#2) that was closest to our room had a family there playing load music and was pretty small with lots of kids in it. We skipped pool time.

To make a long story short: roaches, ambient sounds of planes taking off and coming in. Stayed here this last weekend, had 2 rooms booked, one room was okay with no major issues. We drove in from a good bit away, and crashed as soon as we got there. After walking the strip the next day we came back to find a MASSIVE roach had just fallen out of the air conditioning Unit and releasing eggs as it died. I’m being graphic intentionally because it was truly disgusting. Called the front desk, who said “there is nothing we can do we are fully booked.” Decided to search further and take off the sheets which were done up to look like fresh clean sheets, in between the linen, we found several legs, and other bug parts. IN A BED WE HAD slept in overly trusting the room was very clean. For the cost of these rooms, to have been told there is not a single thing they could do, astonishing.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Alexis Resort, and I must say it was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a series of disappointments that left me questioning the quality and professionalism of this establishment. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. The lobby and common areas were unkempt, with visible dirt and dust accumulating in corners. The lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the premises, as I noticed stained carpets, smudged windows, and even cobwebs in some areas. It was clear that the hotel's housekeeping standards were severely lacking. Moving on to the room, I was greeted by a musty odor that lingered throughout my entire stay. The linens appeared worn and had visible stains, making me question their cleanliness. The bathroom was no better, with moldy grout and a shower that barely produced any water pressure. The overall state of the room left me feeling uncomfortable and unsanitary. Furthermore, the customer service at Alexis Hotel was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, failing to address my concerns or provide any assistance when needed. It was evident that they lacked proper training in hospitality and guest satisfaction. Additionally, the hotel's amenities were either outdated or non-functional, further adding to my disappointment. To make matters worse, the noise levels within the hotel were unbearable. Thin walls allowed every sound from neighboring rooms to penetrate, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The lack of soundproofing and consideration for guests' comfort was truly unacceptable. Lastly, the location of the hotel was far from ideal. It was situated in a noisy and unsafe neighborhood, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable to explore the surrounding area. Overall, my stay at Alexis Resort was a regrettable experience. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, outdated amenities, and noise issues made it impossible to enjoy my time there. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay, as there are undoubtedly better options available that offer a higher standard of comfort and service.

Rude and inattentive staff. Pros: Good location. Cons: Aside from having to walk nearly 2 blocks to reach my room. All the common areas were dirty. When we arrived in our room there were bugs crawling in the corner of one of the walls, when I called for service to switch my room or have someone take care of the insects crawling on the walls. They said they'd come but I waited for two hours and no one showed up. Went on with my night as I had plans, when I came back the bugs were still there and no one to be seen at the front desk. Absolute terrible hotel. Would never go again, please avoid if you can.

Hotel has no elevator to get to second floor rooms. Was not advised of this during check in. Our room was very close to runway of airport. The entire resort is right next to active runway.Constantly hearing engines roaring day and night. The only reason we stayed was our Tour left from there. The rooms had basic amenities and some updating. Had to leave resort for food. I understand that the price lures people in but considering no sleep please rethink. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for lodging.

Room was not clean. The rooms used to have a small stove top to cook, and a larger fridge. After the remodel those things no longer exist in the 2 story loft room. The sliding doors to the shower were not hung correctly, had to have their maintenance come fix the shower doors and drain, the doors still did not close correctly. Mold all over the shower walls. Also the Internet was down the entire weekend for the entire hotel, so could not do any work. Not very happy. They offered nothing in return for all the inconveniences.

We've stayed here many, many, many times and love the property for the most part. Pet friendly, close to the strip, remodeled rooms, large suites, and friendly staff. This time was a bit different for many reasons. We had a late check in and wanted to shower from the long drive. The newly remodeled shower had no pressure and no hot water. Front desk was not answering their phone for some odd reason so we had to call through our cell phones. After a few attempts, they answered and sent maintenance. When maintenance arrived, they were unable to fix the issue because they didn't have the right part at the time and it was close to 12:30am. They said they'd send someone the next morning. Another reason which wasn't the biggest deal was finding a bug on our pillows. We flicked it out of the room and moved on. But....the biggest let down of the trip was hearing gunshots right outside our building (22), hearing commotion outside, and seeing two gunshot victims laying on the floor. There were also two employees beating up and subdoing a suspect. Police arrived after a few minutes and began medical assistance. After about 30 minutes, medical personnel arrived and hauled them away. The next morning, you can still see the blood stains on the pavement and grass which nobody bothered to clean up. Not sure I want to come back with the lack of security and the fact that anyone can just waltz in or hop the wall and start shooting at random people.

Considering this place is off the strip, it's pretty good value. The room was nice and large with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Also had a mini fridge and a nice big shower. The walk over to the strip was about 20-25 minutes for me, although I have a tendency to mosey around and not hurry. Their booking system is a little wonky though, never did get anything emailed from them. Not a confirmation or my receipt and it did result in several phone calls. A little annoying, but a reasonable place to stay.

Went here to see the motown review. Is very entertaining. But when you buy your tickets online. The seating is nowhere close to what you see online. Wasn't too happy about the chairs slash comfy plush chairs they sat too low. The drinks came in a plastic cup didn't expect that for the price I paid.

Alexis Park Resort is a lovely place to stay while in Las Vegas. It's truly a hidden gem. I LOVE the Carpenters and "Carpenters Legacy" at The Modern Showrooms at Alexis Park Resort did not disappoint. The duo portraying Karen and Richard Carpenter are very talented and their resemblance in sight and sound to the brother-sister duo is uncanny! Many people forget that Karen also played the drums and they included that in the show as well and the gal did a fantastic job. Plus she sounds and looks just like Karen. Amazing! If you're in Las Vegas you don't want to miss this show!!

Overall, the stay was okay. The property is a little old and ran down our first room was the same and it had a lot of gnats we couldn't stay in it we had to be moved. That room was much nicer, but it had the gnats as well less than the first one, but it also had a lot of mosquitoes, so we're not sure which one was better or worse. I didn't like that the main pool with the cabanas and things was only open on the weekend we were there on a weekday. I dislike that they didn't have the room as shown in the pictures there was plenty of tables coffee table and end tables we had to request those to be brought to the new room because it didn't have any and they only have one chair at the dining room so we requested another one and they accused of breaking a chair on checkout and we were told that we were charged $200. The card holder noticed different charges that were charged after we arrived for the prepaid room and later had to have things sorted out with the hotel. This was my 50th birthday celebration, and I'm just glad that they reached out to rectify the situation. I was able to get on with the celebration without gloom hanging over it. Believe she's just waiting to see what the final charges will be . This was my first time staying there. I may try it again. I would have to demand that I have one of the nicer rooms and bring a lot of the bug spray off with me.

The area surrounding doesn't seem to be a good area but have stayed here many times with no issues. The occasional screamers from being drunk walking to or leave the rooms. It would be considered lower end the rooms have some things that could be addressed. As the quality and upkeep is poor. Imperfections from remodeling or improving/updates. I will stay here again as it's an easy-going and accessible location and close to the strip.

I was gifted with tickets to their Motown show featuring 5 dynamic, energetic, beautiful ladies. The ladies did a great job singing the greatest hits of stars like the Supremes, the Temptations, Marvin Gay, etc. It was non-stop fun and excitement. I can't say enough good things about them. They kept the show going song after wonderful song. I clapped so much my hands hurt. There wasn't a single pause in the entire show. When I say they kept it going, they REALLY kept it going.

The rooms (I went in and out of several during a convention with my friends) are half and half. The newly remodeled ones are excellent, especially the ones closer to the front lobby and look like the pictures a bit better. Our room was in the back however and had two tiny TVs, an ancient toilet that couldn't flush very well, rough but nicely sized bath/ shower combo. No ice tray or bucket for ice, and no paper towels? The room is priced well for events, but not for an average traveler or tourist. The room also felt like it needs a face lift and is quite shabby for the price point, but not as bad as nightmare hotels in Las Vegas by any means. It is good if you get a good price for a budget traveler, and it worked well enough for the convention. (We stayed 4 nights) The service and front desk were very kind, but seemed overworked especially the diner staff who were understaffed (only 1 or two seemed to be working at a time each time we ate breakfast) The location is perfect for a Las Vegas trip, close enough to everything you want, and close to the airport. That might be a problem for light sleepers as the airplanes pass by very close constantly to Alexis Park. Also we had a rear/ left room on the second floor, so our view was a shuttered motel in the distance and a huge dirt lot. In the future this view probably will be nicer. Also the 3 pools and outdoor part of the hotel look nice and feel like vacation suites, but the insides feel like a motel (until finished renovating perhaps)

We are senior citizens yet they initially gave us a room on the second floor with no elevator. When we realized this we had to return to the front desk. They didn't have any one to carry our suitcases up but they did change our room to the first floor. The room had no information on how to use the a/c and no TV guide. One of the TVs didn't even have many channels on it. The beds were on platforms and you practically had to jump up on them. And the platforms creaked every you moved on it. The sink did not drain properly. We would not recommend this place.

We stayed over the Mother's Day holiday and were also surprisingly impressed based on the fees we paid. We got a room with the suite and it was exactly what was advertised. It was clean and spacious and very close to the strip. It was quiet at night and there was no issues with parking. The only issue that arose was that our shower would not stay on one temperature. Every time we showered, it fluctuated from hot to cold and nothing in between, making it really aggravating to try to take a shower. Other than this, we'd consider staying again.

Firstly you have to remember what this is. It is not a resort on the strip. If you don't compare it to one of those and instead think of it as a hotel in your hometown, then it is very nice. It is really massive, I was impressed how well it was kept up considering how big the property is. This place could very easily be trashy because of it's size, but it was all clean, nothing was broken, in general I was impressed at the value. I was here with an employee and was concerned that it would be embarrassing for me and it was not, it was just fine. The only thing I ran into was that we got to town early and were trying to check in early and the lady at the counter didn't even consider that as an option. 'Check in is at 3:30' or whenever it was. Which was fine. They did hold our bags for us so in the end everything was ok, but very very very obviously they did have rooms that were clean and open (they have like a couple thousand, truly gigantic property) they just wouldn't let us in. Oh well. Short stay but the night we were there was fine, I didn't even hear the planes though my employee said he did.

Mold in the shower!!! A little bleach goes a long way. The main pool closed at 7pm and opened at 11 am. Check-in and check out were fine. The main bed was comfortable, but the sofa-bed was awful! The carpet was nasty! The building was subpar. As you can see, the stairs need repairs and the walkways to the room were leaning. This hotel/resort could be nice if they were to update their buildings and rooms. I will not be staying here again.

I stayed here and also held my wedding here. The rooms are a bit dated but large and have fridges and the parking is free! There is no room service currently but there is a bar and restaurant on site. The rooms are clean. There are 3 pools and it's slightly off the strip so nice and relaxing. For my wedding everyone was raving about how great the food was and how enjoyable the wedding was. They accommodated everyone with assorted diets and allergies so everyone could eat, not only that but that it was all delicious and presented in a great way.

Arrived at midnight. The room temperature was 98 degrees and the two ACs didn’t work. I called front desk and they said they would send maintenance team. Maintenance came after 20 minutes, fixed one of them and told me to wait 20 minutes and call front desk if AC #2 doesn’t start cooling. It didn’t! I called front desk and asked to switch rooms, they said all rooms are hot! What kind of a hotel expects people to sleep in 98 degree rooms? Front desk guy was so indifferent and couldn’t care less. Terrible hospitality.

I had a great room, I stayed 4 days. It was clean and there's a mini kitchen, I used it for storing/reheating my doggie bag leftovers. There was noise from time to time but nothing to keep me from getting my z's. The staff were pleasant and genuinely helpful. They cleaned my room 3 out of 4 days without my additional request. I didn't smell any smoke on the property or in my room. I enjoyed walking to the strip,15-20 minutes, to MGM and the monorail. I'll be back when I visit again. The four stars was for the pool. I didn't use the pool, the one, of three, by our rooms seemed to be the only one open. I never saw anyone clean it?

This place is low budget in every way. The lobby store doesn't even have a pain killer. I had to go to 7-11 to get an aspirin. At the bar, expect the cocktail waitress to be taste testing your drink before she brings it to you. The location is seedy. I recommend staying on the strip.

Alexis park was a decent resort to stay at. Rooms were clean and the bathroom as well. Our toilet handle broke and maintenance replaced it right away. We also asked for a pack and play for our newborn and they gave us one right away. They had new pergo flooring, & a kitchenette & a small fridge. Although the mattress could be newer as it was really saggy in the middle. It’s a pretty quiet room. The resort has 3 smaller pools. They do have a nice gym and the equipment is modern and free weights are up 50lb dumbbells. Location was only a couple blocks to walking or driving to the strip and next to the Virgin hotel & casino. Overall , the price was a little high but it was satisfactory for staying downtown. I would stay here again.

Great location! Why only 1 star? It's right at the end of the runway! At 5 or 6 AM as they launch the fleet, you will be rudely awaken by departing aircraft. Please note the quoted prices of $93 ends up being $150 or $200 with the "resort fee", taxes and TAXES on the "resort fee". $33 resort fee and $4.42 resort fee tax. Really? Get a quote for total.price before booking this "resort". Staff was inefficient but friendly. Oh ya, the keys only worked intermittently.

This resort is a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for walkability to the Thomas and Mack Center and the Strip in addition to affordability. We stayed here for a business trip. The room serviced by janitorial staff was wonderful with ensuring our rooms were cleaned and ready for us when we got back. The pools there are wonderful to take a dip in and are open throughout the day. The reason why I rated it four stars is due to the rooms not being higher class and the location being near the airport which means you hear every airplane take-off and landing during the day in addition to if you have loud neighbors at night.

We came to the resort for the Elvis show. We were a bit early, so we stopped by the bar and had a drink. The bar staff were great. Attentive, made us feel welcome to the resort. We had great seats for the show and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Elvis came off the stage & gave my lady a scarf. The show made you feel like you were seeing Elvis in his early days. The venue was not real big, but the crowd was really into the show, and the performance was great. After the show we decided to stay for dinner. The dinner staff were again amazing. I had steak & my lady ribs. Both were delicious & the price was fair. Overall, we had a great experience here. Though off the strip, perhaps we will return for another show.

The room was excellent. It’s very relaxing and the bed as well. The only reason why I gave 4 stars only is that when we asked for 2 extra pillows, it took an hour before they put it in our room. So far, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much!

Location is awesome. The property itself is really quite nice. Completely overpriced though for what you get. We participated in an event there and the ballroom was typical. The food was very good. And much of the staff was nice and helpful but it only takes a couple of cranky apples to color the experience. Some of the doors that were supposed to be open at a particular time we're still locked and it took quite a while to get someone to open them. But overall I'd recommended if they'd bring their prices down.

We arrived here for a show, we took a taxi and were dropped off out front where the lobby was closed due to construction so we followed signed to the back. Some signs were misleading and lead us to some locked doors so we had to go back trying other doors. We didn't see any people around so it gave off an eerie feeling, and we weren't sure we were even in the right place. Then we ran into a funny waiter who when asked if we were in the right place.....told us no and then laughed and directed us to where we could wait for our show. Service was good. Drinks were great, a little pricey, we then ordered onion rings and then after that the service stopped. No more drinks. No how was the food, can I get you anything, nothing........! For the show, they redirected us back out around the front to a different entrance. The show was great, the all motown girls were amazing. Our seats were upgraded a few Rolls. We had to call for a taxi after the show that seemed to take awhile.

I’m so disappointed. Reserved Majestic King Suite which was advertised as separate king room and living space. Was not. I did ask if that room was correct which it was just if I wanted the separate room it’ll be up stairs and my partner has a bad back so he can’t do steps. The room was dirty. The window sills were filthy- I checked because my room was hot and the ac units were weak and wanted cool air but nah. I don’t want to touch the windows they’re that dirty. Room has small curly hairs that I don’t wanna imagine where they’d come from. Just a dirty room. I’m worried to even sleep in the bed. I wish I could have not reserved here.. Alexis Park has motel vibes. A best western would be better. Staff was nice when I spoke to them but now I feel like I’d bother them for a 3rd time to fix my situation. Whoever said these rooms are nice and clean lied to me and I hope when you sleep that your room is hotter than preferred and your pillows never cool.

The resort was conveniently located for my purposes. While the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable the overall condition was below average. The first day the Handel was broken in the shower and couldn’t get hot water. No big deal they fixed it. The last night the roof began leaking about 11:45 pm. The drip was making me nuts so I asked to be moved to another room. Had to get dressed re pack all my bags. Head to another room and unpack etc for the rest of the night. It was a pain in the butt considering now tired I was. Finally got settled back in to sleep at 1:30 am. For all my troubles they took 1 nights resort fees off my bill. A whole $37.50. The front desk people were very helpful but I felt the compensation was insufficient for the amount of trouble and cold shower I endured!

My experience was with the front desk the worst ever.. checking in I have never been through that at any hotel/resort/motel... Teach them to be compassionate with your guest instead of having a resting $itch face.. I'm from TX we don't treat guests like that. I had a knee replacement and the girl didn't even try to get me on the 1st floor going up the stairs was very hard for me.....

Decent place to stay in Las Vegas if you’d like to be close to the strip. For the price you get for what you paid for, and in this case with the price of the resort, you can park you car here. But be aware, space can be tight when driving through the parking lot. Rooms were pretty good if you’re traveling with families (highly recommend 2 queens and a sofa bed). The downside was my room had a drainage problem meaning that for the sink and bathtub, it took a while for the water to drain down. It maybe because it's an older building, but for the price I'm paying, I expect a fully functional room. Overall, I would stay here again if I want an affordable room near the strip and free on-site parking.

We stayed here as we had an event at this resort, so it was convenient. The sheets were upon check in, I had to ask for extra sheets as they also didn't leave any for the second bed. The pillows were paper thin, and they also didn't leave any for the second bed. It's off the strip, which is nice until you walk by the homeless bathing on the other side of the resort. The bar and restaurant were the best part about this resort, and the staff was friendly. When we went to pack up, we had cockroaches crawling in our stuff. 🤢

Currently staying here for a bodybuilding competition. The staff have been wonderful and pleasant. However , our room had a sticky counter and floors. The bathtub was filthy. We arrived late and didn’t notice. The next day I pulled the sheet back on the bed and found glitter!!! I asked to speak with a manager and was told they would call. They haven’t. So much good here if the rooms were clean. Oh yes our friends room had 17 dead bugs.

I like the size of the rooms and location to the pool. Bad thing is that the rooms have become run down since the last time I stayed. The kitchen needed a good cleaning, the floor had grease spots, the counter was also dirty and in need of repair. The bathrooms needed cleaning as well. Lots of construction in the area.

Honestly I thought this was gonna be a resort, it was more like an airport motel. Probably fine if you just want a place to crash when doing a big night on the strip but I wouldn't bring my family here. The area is scary, there was a guy shooting up between two vans in the parking lot. The room itself had roaches and was always damp. It also smelt really damp and everything was just really grubby and run down, staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms has huge space and very good arrangement with microwave and dinning table n sofa in hall. Must recommended for when you're traveling with family and friends. Neat and clean. Thank you hotelier for making our stay comfortable.

We attended a Motown review show It was very good. The singers (all female) were excellent! Costumes were time period correct. Service for drinks was very good.

Clean and spacious rooms. Great location. House keeping was on top of keeping rooms clean and etc. The only problem for me is that the parking is too close/narrow in my opinion but definitely a good stay if you're in Vegas.

The parking situation is horrible. The lanes are 2 narrow, one area in the front you can only go in, then you have to back out because you can't go to the other aisle. Had to walk very far from the front entrance. Went to see a show, Disco Divas, which we enjoyed, but I would not go back to see anything in this venue again.

Bare bones room, but it was clean and did the job at short notice. Several good food options close by in walking distance which is nice. If you need a cheaper option off the strip it's not bad. Had a kitchen, microwave and fridge which is nice as well.

Exceptional staff. Very accommodating & willing to assist 👏 Two of the maintenance team members took time going back & forth in the morning in aim to help me repair my sideview mirror. Evidently, not only were we able to fix the mirror, but I was able to go about my day with freshly struck confidence & reassurance that solid people still exist & I can vouch that a healthy handful of them are a part of The Alexis Park Resort team. Them & their staff truly left me astounded with the extensive effort they showed in making me feel welcome & satisfied with my stay.

Honestly, it exceeded our expectations by a lot! We stayed here because we were going to a concert at the Virgin Hotel and it was perfect location so we could just walk there. The rooms are HUGE and are nicely updated! The bathtub had a little bit of wear on it but overall, very nice rooms. We didn't check out the restaurant or anything but it looked well kept. Would def stay here again if I had something to do off the strip. It is not close to the strip though so don't recommend staying here if you're gonna be doing the usual strip stuff.

We checked in during an IT conversion of systems so we did have to deal with delay and patient waiting for rooms to be available for arriving guests. We could not wait any longer so we stowed our luggage and went to our dinner on the strip. When we returned late that night we had to wait some more. That's when stellar customer service became so apparent. The 2 front desk guest services personnel were fantastic. They listened to us and the many others in suspended animation. They respectfully told us what could and could not be done. Wil Couture and Haley Ann were outstanding. Each went out of their way to bring resolution to the concerns. Wil made sure we were checked in as soon as possible. Our accommodations were superb. The bathroom was huge, clean, modern. The Kitchen was sleek...and security came out promptly to show us how to use the modern heating unit. The king bed was new and very comfortable. The space was greatly appreciated. We loved our lounging time by the pool. The garden areas variety of vegetation was pretty and peaceful. Excellent location on Harmon near enough to walk to see the new dome. Alexis Park Resort provided us a beautiful and safe respite from hours of walking and taking in all the excitement of Las Vegas's strip. Economy and location sealed the deal for us, but it was Wil's and Haley Ann's customer service when delays were inevitable, their customer service impressed us the most. We would definitely come back to Alexis Park Resort.

I was not allowed to check in but allowed to sit in lobby but was still charged for the day that I was not allowed in the room! Then they charged me to store my luggage there! The remodel is boring! The roof tiles are falling off roof! The fire alarm system is not even hooked up! The windows in my room can't even look out of it so filthy on the outside!

I stayed at this hotel a long time ago. It was fabulous then, not anymore. It was 107 on the day I stayed here. The main pool was closed, the room smelled musty and it took forever to get an ice bucket delivered. AC units are a joke and no fans available to help. Rooms have paper thin walls. If you're looking for a non gambling hotel, keep looking. I will not stay here again.

LOVE THIS HOTEL !! Stayed here and it was so amazing! Staff was SUPER kind and friendly, but I got sick from the conditioning on. That’s the oneonly cons but the others are PROS!!! :) I went to stay here with my family and my little sister loved to stay here and go to the pool. Honestly will come back here again when I head over to Las Vegas for my next birthday!! It’s so odd that this hotel only has 3 stars to be honest, I would rate it like 5.

I attended an off-strip dinner and show here. Place was deserted. Felt a little deceived. Once the package was purchased, it turns out you see the show and get a $20 per person voucher for the on-site restaurant. We were the only person dining. The place calls itself a steakhouse, but the steaks were disgusting, thin, grisly over-cooked mess. I sent it back once, but the second time was no better. Menu says USDA Prime, but it was select grade at best. Staff was very friendly and great! My only reason for 2-stars. Would give the show Frankly, Frank 5-stars.

Went for Carpenters revival show. Small venue but very comfortable with fair priced cocktails. We also aye at the restaurant which was very tasty and the service was fantastic. I did not realize how big the grounds are, a perfect wedding venue.

I was racially profiled the minute I walked in ! I called over the phone and was told the deposit was $50 a night ! I got there my room was already PRE PAID FOR ! I was charged $115! For one night … while over hearing the attendant next to me check in 2 Caucasian women for a weekend and only charge them $150 !! I’ve been gone from the hotel since Jun 22… they’ve just released my deposit and still TOOK all of my money minus $12 ! On top of that my room was So far in the back and the air conditioning unit did not work properly!!! It was leaking water everywhere so we decided just to go and check out early and head to the airport! For them to still OVERCHARGE my card!! The YOUNG DEMOCRATS OF AMERICA WILL DEFINITELY BE LOOKING INTO THIS !!!
