I came in super hungry waiting for that famous Benedict and salmon meal. Got me unlimited mimosa with pineapple to start with and went down the line whatever they had. Got a potato cake & smoked salmon Benny That was a thing you gotta get. It’s different and perfectly melts in your mouth. Stuffed French toast for desert with strawberries was equally tasty. Over all experience is great 👍🏽

My family and I reside in the far Northwest part of the city, so heading to the Henderson area is like a pseudo road trip for us, therefore, whenever this occurs, I like to research some new places to try. I found this place online and decided to give it a whirl. I will say this very first...this place is phenomenal! We ended up eating outside because the wait time for inside seating was about an hour, and plus, the temperature outside wasn't that bad. The host/hostess at the door were friendly and cleaned our table really fast so we could immediately sit down. Our server was outstanding (if our receipt is accurate, then his name is Derick). He was very attentive and provided exceptional customer service. I was thoroughly impressed on how often he was refilling my water (something you would see at $$$$ restaurants). We ended up ordering the CRAFT Benedict, Creme Brulee Stuffed French Toast, Portuguese Sausage, Protein Fix Omelette, Fruit Plate, Strawberry Matcha, and of course the Bottomless Mimosa. ALL the food quality was excellent and the price for the Bottomless Mimosa is a steal!! I'm not increasingly large but at first, I was a bit skeptical of the quantity of food because I do enjoy eating larger portions of food (has decreased as I got older). Even though coming here isn't like going to a Las Vegas buffet, the restaurant definitely provides the RIGHT serving of food. At the end of the meal, I felt content (something I haven't, nor probably the rest of America, felt in a while). Definitely walked away happier and less weighed-down eating this way. And finally, thank you, CRAFTkitchen for supporting the men and women in the military, to include the Veterans. Please consider building a restaurant to accommodate us Northwestern residents. Highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

It was decent. I had the pancakes of day (pictured) which was Strawberries and cream... huge servings with lots of Strawberries. Could only finish half. Service was fast and friendly. I went on a Saturday morning around 9am. The place was packed about an hour later. Good local place to grab breakfast/brunch

Great service, seated and drinks on the table right away. The menu is good too, a little something for any taste. I like the atmosphere, very modern and sleek. The protein omelette I had was excellent, just the right size and the sausage patty gave it the spice. I’ll be back for sure.

Well, we can all understand restaurants are short-staffed, but you have to have more staff if you're going to open your doors to a full house. The Hostess, a little bright eyed brunette was absolutely wonderful. The Blonde Manager, needs MORE training. When you come to apologize for a lack of proper service make sure you deduct the entire meal that wasn't consumed. If you have a Children's Menu, someone needs to ensure you don't run out of copies.. So, food was good. Enjoyed my frittata. The French toast stuffed dish looked yummy. The Eggs Benedict was very nice. Also, do not bring our (3) packets of sugar per person, when we asked for cream/sugar for coffee. We coffee drinkers have no clue how much sugar we'll utilize if we're 1st Timers, which we stayed we were. We WILL go back again, but I hope they have more staff. They need (2) Busboys and maybe a Food Runner Thanks

Came here for breakfast and it was excellent! The caramel apple chai latte tastes like a liquid form of apple pie, yum! I got a chai latte and it was terrific! The food I got was the smoked salmon & pretzel, it was delicious and yummy 😋! Highly recommend this restaurant! Food was excellent!

Saw the great reviews on Yelp so thought we'd try it out! Was such a nice experience. Didn't make a reservation but the hostess fit us in. Luckily we were only 2 people! Sat down and later found out that the hostess was the owner. She explained that they cooked all their food fresh in the restaurant. We tried the Impossible Tacos and Poached Pear Salad. Very fresh and tasty! Food was good portions and priced right. The tacos were so good you couldn't tell that the protein was actually plant based! Yum! We were so happy to have dined here that we'll be back for sure to try their other dishes!

Server was friendly. Food was pretty good. My daughter had the cream brulee stuffed French toast. It tastes good, but was almost too sweet to eat. I had the breakfast burrito that was really good. Metal chairs where a little bit uncomfortable. If you lean back in the chairs even a little bit, your butt would almost slide off of the chairs. You definitely needed to lean forward to eat and have conversation. Which most normal people do.

Great food! Very nicely decorated place with fancy menu. Price is very reasonable. We have a big party and waited for a while. They offered complimentary cinnamon buns while we were waiting. Great service. Highly recommended.

What an excellent little spot!! I happened to hear about them via an IG post that they were tagged in & I just had to give them a try. My daughter & I enjoyed the quaint, relaxed atmosphere and the service was great. She enjoyed the burger and garlic parm fries... I had a most amazing chile rellano omelette with added carnitas, per recommendation of our server. It was excellent. My only complaint would be the almost $2 charge for that tiny bit of avocado which In thought was a bit excessive & it should just come with it as a garnish. I did see that they have bottomless mimosas, and a weekly new pancake creation. We will be back.

Tried this place out today for the 1st time and we were impressed! I had the chili relleno omelette and my fiancé had French toast, they were both delicious. We sat near the kitchen and everything coming out looked amazing.

We went here on a Friday, past noon, and there was still a lot of people, but we were able to be seated right away as we came in. The place was clean and beautiful, and the customer service was great! Our server was the best. We were seated at this cute little booth for two people, by the window. For drinks, I had the matcha latte. The food came a little later, so they gave us a blueberry muffin on the house, and it was sooo delicious. I told my husband I want a box of it. Then our food came, and it was yummy! He ordered the burger, and I ordered the crème brûlée french toast, and it was the best french toast I’ve ever had. They also serve mimosas! I highly recommend this place!

Staff helped out with questions regarding the menu. Food came out pretty quickly. The wait can be long on the weekends but we got there early this visit. No wait. The receipt showed you can pay for the bill using a QR code. It didn’t work on my visit.

First time eating here. It was amazing food, amazing service, recommend the CHORIZO SCRAMBLE SKILLET. It tastes as good as it looks. Great other options if you’re GF or vegan. Ice vanilla latte was the best thing ever as well

We ordered a few things for breakfast: potato cake and salmon Benedict, strawberries & cream pancakes, and the chorizo scramble. The kids had fresh orange juice and our oldest had the matcha tea. The food and drinks were AMAZING! For a busy Sunday morning we didn't have to wait long for a table for 6. We weren't rushed to finish either! The service was friendly and very attentive! Highly recommended!

Dang! So good! Started with the drinks, all of ours were better than we expected. We got the strawberry matcha, iced pumpkin chai latte with sweet cream, and the brown sugar latte. We got a pumpkin danish as a starter and it did not disappoint! It’s delicious pumpkin pie filling with a danish crust. For our mains we got chicken and waffles with the spicy jalapeño syrup, the croissant Sammy and the crème brûlée stuffed French toast. The chicken and waffles were really flavorful and delivered as promised. The croissant Sammy was good. The crème brûlée French toast was amazing- not only are they stuffed with the custard but they’ve got the hard sugar top on the top of the French toast. The service was really good and our waiter Derek was really observant, bringing us extra ice without having to ask, and taking the time to give us recommendations and answer our questions. For the atmosphere, the place is poppin’. It’s just fairly minimal/casual in it’s decor. Overall great experience and we would come here again for sure!!

Beautiful gem in Henserson ! The food and service great. People friendly. Breakfast and lunch served all day. Bottomless mimosas every day. They used locally organic roasted coffee. So if u wait a little longer for your coffee, is worth it!

Had a lovely breakfast with my mom before catching a flight home. Arrived early on a Saturday and the location was busy but had seating available without a reservation. The portion of pancakes was huge and tasty but there is no way to get a pancake with another meal option (they do not offer it as a side or smaller option) and that is a lot of sweet for breakfast without the balance of a protein/other items. Mom was happy because the pancakes were what she wanted but she only ate about a quarter due to the size. The avocado toast was delicious but a small portion, the bread slices were small so the price seemed a little high for what you get. Again, the food was delicious- the prices /portions just seemed a little askew.

Awesome food. Well diversed menu. Chicken and waffles with spicy syrup and jalapenos was to die for. Introduced them to a chai latte made with apple juice instead of milk. Server was great. A bit pricey but well worth it.

I absolutely adored this place the first time I came here. My boyfriend called to make a reservation last minute and they told us they're completely booked but they'll squeeze us in as long as we arrive exactly at our reservation time. Our table had a great view and it was quiet where we were sitting.

I love how inviting CRAFTkitchen is. The natural lighting is my favorite part about it. It's clean, bright, and functions well as a coffee shop/bakery and restaurant. The Cuban Sandwich is incredible! I absolutely loved every bite. So savory and mouth watering. I had mine with side salad, but also tried some of my friend's fries. I didn't get to try his Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich, but that looked amazing as well. I highly recommend getting the Cuban Sandwich. I also ordered a latte to go, which was a standard latte. Service was very fast and friendly. We had to get back to the office, so that was very much appreciated. Parking is easy, as the restaurant is located in a strip mall.

I’ve been twice now. This kitchen is the perfect representation of don’t judge a book by its cover. It is in a strip shopping center in the outside doesn’t wow you necessarily. That being said, it is quaint and the inside is a bit small for the popularity of the restaurant. There is also a private room for a bigger party of people. The food is absolutely amazing! I’ve had three dishes here and have not been disappointed by any of them. And any of the food that comes out looks just as good. The passion fruit tea is good but the strawberry Matcha is even better. The host and server was also very attentive. 10/10 Photos: Strawberry matcha with a Korean Fried Chicken sandwich and fruit, Egg Benedict, Chilaquiles. Another friend got the braised short ribs and said it was delicious.

This place is amazing!! The food was great and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend. I am GF and the waiters were very mindful and were able to help me order. The manager Won saved the day when I left my phone in a Lyft ride. He helped me get everything figured out and I was able to get my phone back while enjoying a very tasty meal.

FOOD, DRINKS, AND SERVICE WAS SIMPLY AMAZING. It’s hard for me to find a restaurant that can have everything done so well! Family friendly: yes Parking: yes, shared lot Pet friendly: yes, at their outdoor seating area FOOD: - UBE BREAD PUDDING!!! $5.50 - yes it has to be all in caps. If you can, and you should, get this is as the first thing you order once you sit down. It comes out warm on a warm plate and so delicious. It’s has a coconut sauce that is drizzle on the top that isn’t overalls sweet or thick. Super moist and flavorful. - Roasted cauliflower cauliflower ravioli (spiced pomodoro sauce, roast garlic, roast cherry tomato, sautéed asparagus, CK nut-free pesto oil, micro greens) $16.50: OMG this is sooo good. There was almost no photo of this dish on Google or Yelp. I tried it on a whim at an attempt to be healthier after a weekend of drinking. If you’re turned off by the idea of so much vegetable, the dish is done so well that you don’t notice. Troi, did mentioned to add a side of chicken if you want something heartier. - CRAFTED Benedict (2 poached eggs, smoked shaved Niman ranch ham, English muffin, charred tomatoes, topped with citrus hollandaise) $14.75: super yummy. This is the IG plate of food you want to see when you’re looking at reviews and photos lol - CK Breakfast burrito (Chile relleno stuffed breakfast burrito with 3 cage free eggs, chorizo, pepper Jack cheese, spiced smashed potatoes, CK salsa) $14.95 (made “wet” which is add New Mexican red chili sauce on top $2.95): this is not a pretty plate because it’s a giant burrito 😂. It’s crazy delicious especially with that red salsa. That kick from the Chile is makes me miss Vegas so much!! We don’t get this kind of flavor in Seattle!! - K.F.C. Korean Fried Chicken Burger (Korean inspired fried org six chicken, sriracha slaw, cage free fried egg, on fresh ube bun) $14.95: this is bomb!! The crunch and flavor on that chicken is insane. The slaw has so much flavor - make sure to ask for extra!! This is definitely one of those burger you need to have napkins for. - Short Rib Grilled Cheese (pulled beef short ribs, melted Havarti, caramelized onions, peppadew peppers, toasted sourdough with side salad) $16.95 (+$3.50 sub salad for sweet potato fries): I think the peppadew peppers make the sandwich. It’s really more like a panini than a grill cheese as the cheese to bread to meat ratio doesn’t give you the cheese pull factor. Still a very tasty sandwich. - Truffle fries: all sides are a La cart unless noted on the menu!! I love that this was shoe string fries. But overall these were okay in flavor. Crispiness is great but it didn’t have a lot of truffle flavor. DRINKS: - Brown sugar & cinamon oat latte: great flavor, not too sweet, good amount of milk. - Bottomless mimosa: $18/ppl for 90 mins. They had white peach, pineapple, and pomegranate. White peach was definitely the best flavor. Troi was great and constantly kept an eye out on our glasses. RESTARUANT/MENU: Very local spot that is always busy and don’t take reservations. Went on a Sunday and as you can imagine it was packed. There was fair amount of people in line waiting. The restaurant could easily add more tables but it was so nice being at a place that wasn’t having you sit on top of another table. Decor is clean, simple, but had enough wood paneling and green that made it inviting. The menu has something for everyone - breakfast, brunch, some Mexican and Asian influences, etc. they had some very unique items that tasted amazing - the ube stuff!!! SERVICE: TROI TROI TROI. That’s the server you should ask for. He is super knowledgeable and can answer anything you ask him. Troi is great at providing recommendations based on info you give him - I say this as I’ve had server just tell me what they like and half the time none of it sounds good or it’s something I like or allergic too. Troi will ask you questions on what you like or how hungry you are 🙂. He constantly checked in on us and was the one that recommended the ube at the beginning!

I came here for lunch on a Thursday I was seated right away and ended up ordering from the all day breakfast menu instead of ordering lunch. The service here is so amazing every worker we interacted with was so nice . I ordered a strawberry matcha , eggs Benedict and the kids waffle and the garlic Parmesan fries all for $60. Everything was amazing seasoned well and tasted fresh. My mom got the carnitas omelette she said what ever sauce comes on it is delicious. I will definitely be coming back to eat my way through the menu.

Every time I eat here, I'm reminded why I don't more often. Very good value, accommodating staff and not much veto for all diner discretions. Always happy to #supportlocal with an office favorite, CRAFTkitchen once again catered lunch on Monday, this time proudly presenting staff with a preview of Jaret Blinn’s “Thanksgiving to-go” menu. Now serving the Valley for five years, and still graciously busy despite the ongoing pandemic, lunch consisted of nine scratch-made seasonal specialties, each familiar yet at the same time innovative and all decidedly delicious. Always well-portioned and fair-priced, a group of twenty-five getting their fill of sweets as well as savories, it was alongside a simple Salad that plates were piled with juicy Turkey plus all the fixings – garlicky Pommes Puree predictably first to go but quickly followed by tender Stuffing with plenty of Herbs contrasting dried Cranberries. Surprised to see Kale Gratin also depleted in thirty minutes, its texture not dissimilar to Creamed Spinach but the flavor more pronounced, Carrots also shined amidst salty Miso and Honey while CRAFTKitchen’s Cranberry Compote eschews bitter in favor of mellow Vanilla and bright Citrus. Not about to skip Dessert, Chef Blinn’s time as Executive Pastry Chef at Le Cirque, Circo and Red Rock Resort never forgotten, this is not the first time CRAFTKitchen’s Pumpkin or Pecan Pies have wowed this writer, while the Golden Delicious Dutch Crunch Apple version did a fine job of attempting to steal the spotlight.

Stopped by for Brunch with my friends visiting from California. Be sure to call and make your reservation. Our server was very nice and checked up on us from time to time. He mentioned about the pastries towards the front so we opt for the Ube pastry. I don't remember what it's called. Food: Croissant Sammy And my friends ordered the C.K.Special (I think.) They raved about the smashed potatoes and how delicious it was. I loved my Croissant Sammy. The bacon was cooked perfectly and not soaked in oil like some other places. Ordered a bottle of sparkling wine that accompanied our breakfast. Overall, a clean restaurant and a great place for Brunch.
