    Very disorganized. They parked 5 cars and weren't handing receipts to anyone. Then the kid that was trying to bring out the orders had no idea who's car to go to. When I finally had my food brought out they had forgot my tenders and biscuits. I let him now and he came back out with the tenders but no biscuits. I just gave up and took what I got at that point. Seems like they're trying? But don't have any idea how to make it work smoothly.

    This place is horrible. First off, the lady working the drive thru is so rude. She didn't give us time to order and she got our order wrong of course. Then we get to the window and we tell her the order is wrong and she tells us we're lying and continued to yell at us. So we left with our food and I open our food and it looked absolutely disgusting. There was chunky black stuff all along the sides of the chicken tender box and the tenders were sitting in grease. And the coleslaw smelled nasty and it was sour. And of all things they should've gotten right, but didn't....our drinks were warm..we ordered strawberry lemonade! And was warm!! Terrible customer service and the food just isn't right.

    The fries and soda were great. Chicken breast- yuck. Asked for 2 honeys and 2 ketchup. Received 5 honeys and 6 ketchup packets. Your inventory is going out the window and in the trash. I know how many condiments I need, which is why I said at the window 2 honey packets and 2 ketchup. The biscuit was gummy. First time having the fries and they were surprisingly delicious. The wedges used to be a great treat.

    Look everyone...it's quite simple. Fast food is fast food. People really need screw up bad to get people to even write a bad review about a place. The reason why it doesn't really matter is because you're going to come back anyways haha With that being said, a group of us came to this KFC literally 5 min before they closed. They were friendly, gave no attitude, got all our orders on point, and the food was good. That's really all you can ask for in a fast food joint. I really appreciate this crew and hope yall forreal keep it up! πŸ™

    Worst food ever! We picked up two chicken sandwiches after seeing all of the TV advertising. First, this is not breast meat! It looked like they threw an old piece of thigh meat on a tiny bun with mayo and some pickles. The meat was so so tough with no seasoning. Ended up taking a bite and throwing everything out. I can't stand to even see the commercial now. Gross.

    I'm a delivery driver who spent an hour in the drive-thru line, unable to escape. I had to use the drive-thru because their lobby was closed. When I finally got to the window after an hour, they told me my order still wasn't ready and had me go park to wait for it. While I waited another ten minutes, two of the cars that were behind me pulled up to the window, got their food, and left. I gave up and left too. Mind you, this was for an order that was placed BEFORE I even got to the restaurant. It should have been worked on BEFORE I even got there, yet I had to spend an hour in the drive-thru line only to be told it STILL wasn't ready. This is just inexcusable. I will never again return to this or any other KFCs. Oh, and while I was there, another customer ahead of me who had just been serviced got out of his car, walked up to the drive-thru window to berate the workers and demand his money back. This place really is ridiculous, and I can't believe people keep coming here to have their time wasted like this.

    Found plastic in my coleslaw and it stank. They didn't even give me biscuits. Disappointed, and if the kids have ate that plastic, they could've choked on it. Nasty experience.

    Not to impressed !! Ordered the chicken and waffles. No syrup for the waffle. ! I paid an impressive 10.81 for two pieces of a dry chicken and waffles. The DP was the best item i got. Two people i was with even had to go back cause they got their order wrong. What is going on back there people ?

    Charlene was really great! There was a mistake with my drive through order. I asked for mashed potatoes, but instead I got cole slaw. She was really helpful and got me what I needed. I could hear 2 guys fighting about my order in the background which was awkward, but she really diffused the situation well. Her customer service was really great. This KFC makes a lot of mistakes, but everyone tries to go above and beyond to correct it.

    Made a order online….. apparently that was my first mistake because when I walked in they had not received it. They then state they will make it right now. The kitchen is disgusting. Literally they had 1 person in the drive thru and 1 person behind me to order food, yet they were scrambling to get orders out. But it gets better. I spent $80.00 dollars on chicken that was so dry it was leather, not edible. Must have been in their warmers for multiple days. No gravy for mash potatoes. Received incorrect sides. Absolutely disgusting. So disgusting that it was all thrown away. They wanted to make sure my bags were tied…..I don’t know why they felt the need to ask multiple times to tie my bags. do not go here. Worst quality of food I have ever received. Not worth a penny. Felt like I was a bother to the employees by ordering a somewhat big order. It was just 2 buckets of chicken, sides and a drink bag….. that I ordered.

    We ordered from here through Uber Eats and it was the worst experience ordering delivery we’ve had. First the food was not in a sealed bag so I have no idea if the driver took some of the food for himself. The drinks came with one of their lids off. Then I ordered a meal with chicken sandwiches and mashed potatoes and the bread was stale, it included pickles which I asked not to be included, and it was missing the side of mashed potatoes. And my partner got a meal with fries and they came cold like they had been sitting out a long time.
