They scheduled me for 5pm, I showed up at 4pm and I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours. Everyone left, I’m the only one in the lobby, I started knocking looking for someone finally someone comes out from the back and tells me they’re now closed. That they can see me in 25 more minutes however they won’t be able to run any blood work or tests because their lab closes at 4pm 🤬. Why schedule me for 5pm when he lab closes at 4pm and the lobby at 5pm. Make me wait over 2 hours, made me waste my day for absolutely nothing. This place ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!! I do not recommend it at all!

I called a few months back asking if they accept my mom's insurance which is 'medicare-blue cross blue shield' instantly the lady said 'NO' which was surprising because of verified through the insurance already. I asked her again & asked her if she was sure, and again she said no. After the call I was very frustrated. I called back 5 minutes later the same lady answered. I was a little firm and asked her to check again before telling me 'NO' again. She put me on hold fir a few minutes then returned saying 'yes' they do accept her insurance. I scheduled an appointment for my mom. I later canceled due to the experience from the first call. The lady was so quick to say 'NO' several times. I'm not comfortable putting my mom's health care in the hands of someone/a place that's not taking the time to efficiently verify something. With that being said, I will not take my mom to this place. A first bad experience with anything or anyone will be the last experience.

After going in with a crises and finding out less than 24 hours later the prescribing Dr will not approve medications I called still in crises and the rudest person who should not even be a nurse named Brady not only did not help but flat refused to help me, he wouldn't find the Dr who I saw, he wouldn't do anything and told me to complain about it. If you care about your loved ones mental health DO NOT go here.

This hospital does not respect patients rights to their privacy! They disclosed that I had been diagnosed with covid to a third party without my consent. A lady called me asking personal questions and had my information and my test results. She told me Dignity Health sent my results to St Rose hospital where I have never been. This is disturbing and I will be taking action against dignity health. I have also been prescribed medication here that I had allergies to and had to suffer because of malpractice and negligence on the Dr. Part. If the Dr actually checked my chart and medical history including my allergies he would've seen that I could not take the medication he gave me due to my allergies. People die everyday because Dr negligence and lack of care in the Health "CARE" system. Regretfully informing you. This place is not safe don't take your kids or family members here God forbid they give your loved one something they can't have and they don't survive from it!

Just a heads up people if you are involved in an accident, dignity health with not file the claim with your health insurance in hopes of getting a portion of your settlement. They are targeting people who have state governed health insurance such as a Medicaid and Medicare as well as HPN. They are doing this to get money from car insurances.

Avoid at all costs. The ER is seriously empty for good reason. The pricing is ludicrous, inconsiderate, and exploitative. For a 30min ER visit with an X-Ray, cruches, a brace, and pain medication, they charged $6,949. Where is the ‘dignity’ in this pricing model? Coming to the ER alone justified them to charge $4,188. The X-Ray costs $2,448. And they just ended up referring an orthopedic specialist anyways. The nurse wasn’t very nice either. When I asked to speak to someone to dispute the charge, I was told that I have to deal with it and pay it and learn my lesson for next time. What lesson you ask? The customer service rep actually told me on a recorded line to avoid going to the hospital next time and that they themselves choose never go to the ER, but rather an urgent care. Seriously, take her advice and go to an urgent care instead or another more dignified hospital.

The medical assistant I was assigned to had not a bit of professionalism. I came in not knowing I would get a check up so when I asked why I’m getting a check up the medical assistant looked at me as if I was stupid. I can’t even ask simple questions because they believe it is common sense everyone should know. Also, they ask these vague questions and expect me to understand them. I was getting confused of what they were trying to ask. By the end of the exam, their patience was gone. What made it more worst was when they started to ridicule me to their other coworkers at their offices. I hope they understand that those doors doesn’t block all sounds. I can hear everything they talked about and was not happy with it. This hospital is definitely not the best choice.

Currently disputing a medical bill from them. Normally when visiting a hospital they ensure to check for all insurance information. I had Medicaid at the time of my visit they billed my brand new PPO insurance instead. I went to another hospital and they gave me options to completely cover my visit with Medicaid or pay partial. Nobody chooses to just pay partial especially not for a COVID related issue.

Everytime I come to this ER, service and wait time is fast. I checked in online and waited two hours with another er and just finally decided to come here. In and out. Never had a problem with dignity. Update: I’m always treated good here. When I go to other ER Im leaving with no medication in pain. I never had ever problems at Dignity. Im treated with respect and DIGNITY plus I didn’t leave in pain. Great checkin, great nurses, great doctors. I will always come here even when it’s out of my way!

This hospital workers specifically emergency room front office receptionist very rude and disrespectful to a patient. I called and asked about my prescription that needed to be authorized, she told me we don’t do it, just pay from your pocket and hung up on me twice. If I do have a money to buy prescriptions, why do I need insurance ?They are very disrespectful to the professions and to the patients. This hospital clean and neat with bad workers who have favorable to give services and they are very selective to patients who they give good services and who they are not give a dam about . They are yesterday people please stay away from this. You came here to have treatment and left with more depressed.

When I received the bill for Dignity Health' visit of $16,000 I was shocked! For a simple visit, blood work, and doctor's orders to take tylenol, my insurance and I were horribly overcharged. How can it be legal is beyond me. I will never go back there again. Cheaper to fly to another country, enjoy a visit and get medical attention elsewhere. I hope one day there will be a legal recourse to get these medical providers in line. I am done using medical services here.

RN- Benjamin, RN - Alex , Dr. Ni are awesome and kind. They were very professional and my experience was great from start to finish. When you go to these places , you’re already not feeling your best and you are looking for some care and compassion this location is always really excellent but these 3 individuals went above and beyond!

Charged me $407 for a doctors visit and just about the worst service I have ever experienced. They "cannot locate me in their system" in order to provide an itemized statement and refuse to negotiate the charge. Average charge for standard doctor's visit in my area as per my insurance agent is $61 - $87. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Minimum cost for seeing a doctor for less than 10 minutes is $2,400. Price gouging at its best. Disgusting!

This place is dangerous. They discharged me while I had sepsis. Less than 24 hours later I was in a real ER almost admitted to ICU. They also wouldn’t allow me to use the bathroom and kept telling me different codes that didn’t work for the restrooms. Really bizarre.

My experience at this facility was excellent. The nurses were extremely helpful and accommodating to my son. Nurses Kate and Alex did an amazing job. The facility was clean and professional. Even though staff shortages can be felt here. They still have a great level of care. I really appreciate this place and am glad to know it’s there, God forbid we ever have another emergency and need to return.

I've been struggling with healthcare needs since I moved here from Seattle a little less than two years ago. Despite all the awfulness that is life in that city these days, their healthcare is outstanding. It took me a year and a half to finally find a doctor who was in line to what I am accustomed to after a lifetime in WA. I'm really glad that I did and hopefully we will have a long relationship. Dr. Mercado was fantastic and I'm so glad I found her

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Everyone was rude and the doctor acted unwilling or to help. Haha will absolutely never step foot in there again and I hope that old a** finds some humility.

Took my baby here because she had a break out and thought it might be an allergy, they didn’t know anything and the doctor pretty much said he doesn’t know what it is and I should ask my pediatrician. Thanks if they were open I definitely would have. On my way out I was given a nice $1000 bill that I’m expected to pay for the 5 minutes I spent with a doctor that knows nothing about babies. Thanks a lot ! 👍

I am a new patient and recently saw Dr. Mercado at this location. The check-in process was pretty fast and easy (minus all of the paperwork). All of the staff were very friendly and professional. I could tell that the doctor genuinely cared about my health. I felt very comfortable and am happy to have found such a great doctor!

Staff was nice but not on top of things as I waited for my lab results... they hadn't even run the tests right away - even though there was no one else there at the time. But my main complaint were the costs are way too high. Total bill for my less then one hour visit was $2650 which my Cigna health insurance only paid $1948... leaving me with $637. That is ridiculous.

Both my parents and my handicapped brother all come to this location. ALL the staff here from the receptionist, nurses, doctors are all amazing. They cater to all of our needs and I absolutely love all their bedside manner. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

I went to this emergency room last week and had very bad experience. I'm waiting for more than an hour before even she asked me why I'm here. When tried to explain, she rudely I'm on a launch. I went for chest pain and elevated blood glucose. Generally they are very unprofessional and disrespectfully health center. Don't think they gonna help you with your sickness. They are very cruel and unsympathetic people I never seen before. And also their bill is unspoken amount .
