Effective with the survival techniques to overcome the issues taking you down. They have quick service and help and can do a lot of tests and solutions.

If I had to bleed out or come to this hospital ever again it would be the first option. The staff are extremely rude and patronizing. I was kicked out of the waiting room by security after receiving care and waiting for my significant other who I was waiting on to get off work. Wow what a threat, considering I'd been waiting for 3 hours after being discharged at nearly 10 at night and my significant other was at work while I was there. The security guard completely patronized me for "being in the waiting room too long" as if I was not a patient waiting for a safe ride home and asked for me to call my significant other to prove I wasn't lying about my ride being quite literally 2 minutes away. Also ! My significant other pulled in the parking lot just as this whole nonsense was happening. I explained to them that if this is how they treat patients I will excuse myself from the waiting room and never recommended this hospital on my worst enemy. If you want a hospital that respects your humanity this is not the one.

I would give it NO STARS if possible. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. The WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!! My daughter has a torn ligament and they sent her away with some crutches telling her it did not qualify for an emergency MRI!!!!!!!!! I had an accident myself and pulled a ligament and it is one of the most painful things you can imagine. Even the tiniest jiggle is excruciating pain. (Fortunately, I had a great doctor and a different hospital and they put a cast on immediately.)

My daughter was rushed to this hospital after going into metabolic acidosis due to a major surgery in August. Her cognitive functions were also effected which meant her speech was slurring, coordination was off. She had this prior and when we saw her declining, we had her friend take her to the closest hospital. We explained to the ER doctor what my daughter was suffering from, explained it can mimic an intoxicated person. She was admitted. Then each time we called to get information as our family is in another state and trying to figure out how to get her home and fear of losing my daughter. The nurses were emotionally abusive to my daughter, and towards my family. I would never recommend this hospital unless you want to die. They refused to give any updates on my daughter and expected my daughter who was suffering a medical emergency tell us. My daughter was admitted on Saturday and released on Monday morning. She was dropped in front of the hospital with my friend not there yet and left with no nurse or anything. She could barely walk. We drove her straight to the University of Utah hospital. She was immediately hospitalized with metabolic acidosis, as this hospital kept telling me she was drunk which a simple blood test would show she wasnā€™t. They also found after running tests at the U of U hospital that 50% of her stomach has ulcers. The worst case that doctor had seen. My daughter spent 5 more days in the hospital and is the healthiest she has been in a long time due to the amazing care she received at a different hospital. I will be filing a complaint with Nevada in regards to their negligence. This hospital needs to be closed!!

Update: They responded, as you can see inline below. I filled out their form online and it's been two months with no response. Very disappointed. Visited this site back in Feb. It literally cost twice as much (even with insurance) as their full service hospital. My wife was inside less than 20 minutes and we were billed $2,000. Visited the San Martin campus a few months later and we were only billed $1,000. Both bills described them as "Emergency Services". On the first visit, they did literally nothing. Don't waste your time at these satellite campuses.

I rarely leave reviews, and I have never been a fan of St Rose. Iā€™d have to be unconscious to be taken to the Sienna campus. We had an emergency that needed the closest ER on Friday and the staff at Blue Diamond were absolutely outstanding. They took such incredible care of my son that I am forever grateful. Thank you for being what an ER should be and thanks for having compassion on our situation and creating the best possible outcome in the long run for him. I would seriously drive across town to come back there if I needed to.

Just to let you know, Dignity health is refusing to bill health insurances when youā€™re involved in an accident so they can assert a lien and get a portion of your settlement. They will bill it in an untimely manner and your health insurance will reject it due to timely filing, making you pay the overinflated price.

in April of this year i visited the ER of this hospital. i was in a lot of pain that i was almost fainting. After taking my vital signs and regustration, doctor came and said that he cannot do anytbing. He dont give any narcotic to patients. i am not an addict. i am seeking treatment for my severe back pain. And this is what i get? I am not seeking any medications because i have a vice and i have addiction, What kind if hospital is this? No symoathy, no mercy at all. is this doctor a human being? I dont think so because he only protecting his license without cinsidering a patient seeking treatment because if sevete pain. i hate this hospital and never will forget what treatments i got from them especially the doctor that was very inhumane. it was around 7pm that time but could not remember the date. So i went to anither ER and there i recejved treatment for my severe back pain. Thank you to Dr. Benjamen he acted immediately and accordingly. This is the ER in Blue Diamond and Cimarron a branch of Spring Valley Hospital. Thank you so much for attending to me. You are my hero.

DO NOT come here!!! Every single staff member rude. Front and back of house. I came for an overdose and they were nothing but rude about it. One nurse provided a fake EKG. Because mine didnā€™t bring out due to the machine being turned off and had the nurse give a precious report and put my name at the top. Iā€™ll be reporting this first thing this week. Also wasnā€™t given any meds or anything to help moving forward. Had to go to a diff ER after because they literally did nothing.

The worst! NEVER again. Went in for bad vison issues. I am diabetic never did a finger stick. Just did a blood test to find out my sugar is high. Been running dangerously high but didn't seem to concern them. Did a couple tests Said all was normal. Told me a couple times maybe I need glasses this coming from nurse Vogt. (Melissa) been to the eye doctor 3 times since March and 2 times to my retina specialist. The latest being this past week. By the way the urine sample that I asked them if they needed after being there over an hour was still sitting in the restroom after I got my discharge papers. TOTAL waste of time and money. Good luck to the next patient. I forgot to mention they took blood twice since they couldn't get it right the first time. They are not overly friendly and they don't like small talk. No one checks on you and has no compassion or caring nature. The first few sentences from the doctor before any tests was like see the eye doc and follow up with the primary doc. Really? The only GOOD person here was the CT test. He was very kind and genuinely cared for patients and enjoyed his job. Wish i knew his name! ANYWAY thanks for nothing today and wasting my time.

I've been here on 3 different occasions, and this last visit will be my final visit. My first I was discharged I later realized I was sent home with an IV still inserted in my arm. My second visit I was treated sent home had complication just to have to go somewhere else to be treated due to them not completing the initial precudure. Finally todays visit I arrived at 5:40 pm and it is now 7:15pm and I'm still in the waiting room with 2 people waiting to be seen, one being myself. The other patients who checked in after me, have began to leave without being seen. When I finally got up to ask what was the reason for the long waiting. I was shocked and angered by the rude way the receptionist spoke to me. He was rude and very insensitive. And I didn't understand why it was necessary, he just got there why did he have an attitude the two patients waiting to be seen for over an hour you think would be the upset. But he was rude enough for the both of us. Never again will I go here. And I'm still waiting to be seen.

My daughter took me there cause I was having really bad abdominal pain I wasn't even in the waiting room for 5 minutes when they called me put me in a room and dr John was right in to see. Ran test to see what was going on and was very quick to give me pain meds to make me comfortable. I would highly recommend this emergency room. With I could give 10 stars. And the staff including the nurses were very caring and helpful.

I have not spent much time in hospitals but I was blown away by the attention and care I received when I went in. I came for an emergency and ended up staying 3 days. It was almost spa like the way they attended me. They very much helped me and did so with vigor and care. A special thanks to Arlene and Jorge. I think they represent the utmost professionalism in medical care. Thank you very much for all you did!

Not the greatest place in the world... There is no communication or not enough communication between the nurses and the patients.... My ex husband was there for fourteen days... I thought he was going to die there.... Until I finally got him out and home.... He is fine now that he is with me but that place What's a horrible experience for him....

I never write reviews but Iā€™m tired of coming to a place that doesnā€™t care . These people are never concerned. Iā€™ve gone here a couple times because itā€™s close to the house last night was it. They never try to see whatā€™s the root of the problem they always want to give patients medication without seeing whatā€™s really the problem or whatā€™s the cause. I came in due to my vision being blurred and my eyesight colors merging together and massive headaches, I explained what happened to me and all the doctor said I can give you some meds for the headache not trying to figure out why I damn near couldnā€™t see. If you are a junkie this the place for you if you really need help go somewhere else!! Iā€™m going to edit this review I had to bring my son here the other night he had a really bad fever and shakes , delusional speech they showed more concern well the nurse did for sure , much better experience

What a lovely staff and what a lovely ER! We were on vacation and I got the fun surprise of a kidney stone. I was in so much pain and so scared as I didn't know what was going on. We found this ER just a few miles from our hotel and boy, they were really on their game. They don't have Kaiser's in Nevada so that made me kind of nervous, but they just did a great job. Labs, CT scan, IV's etc. and back to hotel in about three hours. I highly recommend this facility and Dignity Health. They were great and, it's comforting knowing that when we come back, they are close by and can help if necessary. Thank You St. Rose Blue Diamond Dignity ER and thanks to Micah, Dr. Jobes, Tracy and front receptionist (I never got her name.)

Such a wonderful experience for such a scary situation. From the front desk back, everyone has been kind and caring. I came in in AFIB. I was terrified. The Tech Don immediately made me feel better and in good hands, give that guy an award!!!!! Thank you to everyone that cared for me. As a nurse, I can say, this place is wonderful and these people really care.

Absolutely terrible! I called in asking specifically if they can treat specific symptoms and was told they could test and treatā€¦.. only to be told they donā€™t, wouldnā€™t even do a blood test. Then was told by the doctor good luck our medical out here is awful. $150 dollars wasted for over the counter medications! Do not come here

I cut my foot open and went in with blood all over my sock and limping in pain. The girl in the front was so rude, didnā€™t ask anything and hands me a sheet to fill out. I ask her if they could bill me my copay, I do have insurance, but I donā€™t get pain until Wednesday. She told me we donā€™t bill, so I donā€™t know what to tell you. I asked again if there was any way to be seen as my foot was really hurting and she said ā€œyou can go to the back, but Iā€™m not promising you anything when you come out. You need to payā€ I told her well, I donā€™t think Iā€™ll have any money from the front to the back , so I guess youā€™re saying I should leave? She took the paper and said Whatever you need to do. I left and went to another ER where my foot needed many sutures and was bleeding really badly when I got thereā€¦ And guess what. They were nice and billed me. So much for ā€œHello human kindness!!!ā€ From Dignity. Thank god I wasnā€™t having a stroke or heart attack.

Broke my ankle in 3 places while on vacation, all of the staff knew I was from California and would be getting in the car and driving home immediately, at no point did anyone mention that I wouldnā€™t be able to fill my prescription when I got back home to California now Iā€™m in extreme pain and the are telling me thereā€™s nothing they can do to help. If you want to treated like customers and not patient you found the right place . 8 years of medical school and no common sense

This hospital is HORRIBLE!!!! Not too mention the HEAD NURSE AMY IS RUDE!!! I checked into the hospital at 6p.m. Only to be put in a room and forgotten about for 3 hours!!! Then to come out and have the CHARGE NURSE on duty say I DIDNT EVEN KNOW YOU WAS HERE DR IS DISCHARGING A PT THATS MORE CRITICAL THAN YOU?! like how do you you know Iā€™m not in critical pain she just said she didnā€™t know who I was Iā€™m so angry at the service and way I was treated and spoken to. Like my time isnā€™t valuable I will be complaining until this is made right!!!! My time is important just as much as anyone elseā€™s

I came to the ER because I thought I had a bug bite. (Turned out to be cellulitis) but I just want to say what an experience. From the second I walked in everyone was polite, kind and courteous. The Doctor was thorough and informative. He explained exactly how I could have got the Cellulitis. (FYI never stay at Tahiti Village Resort.) thatā€™s where I got it at. But Iā€™ve probably been to all the ERā€™s in Las Vegas at some point with one of my children and I have never felt like I wanted to return to a specific ER. But if Iā€™m ever in trouble itā€™s St. Rose for me from now on. The staff here is freaking awesome and amazing!!!!!

Was accompanying family member who needed help. Overheard desk staff discussing my MIL's gender, because her name is not something you'd gather the gender from. The doctor told her that names do not equal gender. Why take ID if you are not going to utilize the information at your fingertips? Stupid.

I have NEVER been so racially discriminated and profiled in my life. I was treated TERRIBLY from the doctor that I had Dr. Rosing , the staff is unwelcoming. The whole establishment is very unpleasant. I was diagnosed based off my skin color with no tests being done . I got a CT scan of my head and was told something completely different and off topic of what I came in for! How am I diagnosed with something when no tests were given WHATSOEVER...I will not recommend this location to anyone. My heart wasnā€™t checked with a stethoscope or anything, I wasnā€™t even heard out about whatā€™s going on with me . Thereā€™s no compassion from anyone there. I was told to go to another location and lie about my medication to be seen because they didnā€™t want to help me . Also basically to go back to California to get myself treated due to my health condition. No blood was drawn , no one cared. Itā€™s truly sad .

Went to this ER in 10/22 out of desperation while traveling and dealing with intense left elbow pain. A variety of over the counter pain relievers werenā€™t helping. A friend suggested getting a cortisone shot. I called a local urgent care and was told only ERā€™a can give cortisone shots so I went to this ER. I checked in and the attending physician said he couldnā€™t give a cortisone shot and suspected I had tendinitis. He insisted on taking an X-ray to show the tendinitis. X-rays were taken and I was given an anti-inflammatory shot in my arm, as well as prescriptions for anti-inflammatory and pain relief. Neither the shot in the arm nor the prescribed medicine helped. In the end, the hospital billed out $6,934.00 for hospital services and $ 980.00 physician services. If I had known how much this minor visit was going to cost I would never have checked in, and the doctor should have turned me away when he knew he couldnā€™t offer what I wanted. I think knowing I had insurance obscured their thinking from doing what was right.

Took my sister after taking her to the Umc quick twice and Mountain Vista Hospital within a week. St. Rose took her in right away, nurse and doctor both did an amazing job. My sister was well taken care off. Staff went on and above to make sure she was seen correctly and given the correctly procedure for cause of illness .

I was brought into this hospital by an ambulance due to adrenal problems. I was almost unable to walk. I was in ICU five days before being transferred to a private room for one night and released the next afternoon. They got me back to 100 percent. I was very ill and they got me well. I thank everyone there so much. The nurses and doctors were all outstanding I canā€™t say enough good things about everyone that helped me there. If I ever need to go to the hospital I will definitely go to Dignity Health- St. Rose.

One hour to process intake paperwork. They only have 3 beds open. Once full you have to wait for people to leave and rooms to be cleaned before they can see more people. Asked for estimated amount of time and they said, I have no clue, could be one hour or 6 hours.

Worst experience Iā€™ve ever had in a medical facility of any kind. I went in because I had some concerns. I never made it in the exam room. The Dr. Was extremely rude. I walked out. Went to the front desk where you are behind a glass. I asked for my id and medical cards back. Could barely hear the lady in the booth. I asked for the Dr. Name. They wouldnā€™t give it to me. They told me to calms down. I was calm. The lady couldnā€™t hear me and I couldnā€™t hear the lady, because three other employees were trying to get me to stay. I asked again for the Drā€™s name. They wouldnā€™t give it to me. (Why not if she isnā€™t doing anything wrong). All I had to do was take a pee. And the Dr yelled at me threw her hands up and told me to go back to the waiting room. I left. Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE 2 stars.

My name is Sulin H. and visited in this facility for ankle injury and throat sensation with my spouse on November 14, 2022. I was in disbelief upon hearing what my husband had told me about the doctor. On that particular day, I thought to myself, let's give this incompetent doctors and hospital a visit to diagnosed my ongoing months of tortured symptoms and a recent injury and as expected, I was been sent away with the usual discharge paper, a crutch, and my ankle tightly wrapped to the point it turned my foot nearly purple, cutting off my circulation. But before that, as my husband and I were in the patient room, we kind of had a heated argument to which I thought it's best to have my husband to go back to the waiting room. As I loudly sent my husband away, the nosy doctor which was about 6ft tall white hair, skinny male "Karen" approached my husband with a offensive question if I have any hallucinations and hear voices according to what my husband have asked him, "are you implying my wife is crazy?" The doctor insisted it was abnormal as my husband proceeds to tell the doctor, "she's normal to me." Scuffed and walked out to the waiting room. I thought to myself when my husband told me of their exchange conversation, why didn't the doctor take a further step to diagnosed me as clinically insane if he was that concerned? Incompetent was the only thing I can explain. I'm looking forward to my $30k bills from this facility which did absolute nothing to treat me, even is something we can afford to pay. Though I wish was worth to happily pay but unfortunately they're not even worth for a dollar I think it's too much. A penny I think is their worthiness. These medical staffs and doctors was even a slight competent, I would gladly pay even $100k for one hour visit.

I had to visit the ER this morning for a health issue and had no wait, was immediately taken to a room and was treated with professionalism, empathy and exceptional care. Everyone was pleasant, engaging and concerned for my comfort and well-being. The doctor took the time to listen and answered all of my questions. This was my third visit over 3 years and my experience has been the same every time. I don't understand the negative reviews because in each of my visits I received consistent courtesy and care. I will not hesitate to return here, if I need to, at any point in the future. This entire team is great...from check in to discharge.

Thank you so much to my radiology tech, Jon, my emergency medical personnel Chad, my nurse Scott, and Dr. Michael Rushton for all your patience and help! šŸ„¹ I had a wonderful experience with the medical staff here! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! I came in with a dislocated elbow and was in a lot of pain, but the staff were very patient with me and prompt in seeing me. They answered any and all questions I had, provided excellent patient care, and were so personable. Despite coming in due to a medical emergency, I could not have had a better time and I definitely could not have had better staff to treat me (: Thank you guys again!!

Took my mother in to the ER on Thanksgiving evening. Front desk staff were great and it was what we thought was a good start to a rough evening. A few issues we experienced: 1. First person to come in to the room was a ā€œtechā€ as it said on his name badge. For some reason he was the first to come to the room and ask my mother questions and immediately stated that she wasnā€™t well due to not taking medication daily. He was not personable or friendly, spoke almost in a condescending and cold manner was very matter of fact in his ā€œdiagnosisā€ before even knowing all of the symptoms or how the medication was prescribed to her. He also kept looking at my 6-yr old daughter in an almost uncomfortable and in un-approving manner which I had no understanding of he seemed bothered that she was there, minding her business on her iPad. When my mother asked me if I noticed it too I was taken aback. 2. The emergency room doctor finally arrived and while speaking to my mother about symptoms and health history, she proceeded to write all of this on her GLOVE! Flipped her palm over and continued to write on the same glove on the back of her hand?!?! Are you kidding me? 3. Once the doctor left, the previous tech and another one came in and while he was preparing my mother for her test, he and the other nurse tech and talking about the current ER doctor and the oncoming doctor and how needy they were and how they didnā€™t like working with them, basically ā€œgossipingā€ about the doctors and having personal conversations in the hospital room all while somewhat working on my mother. They all took our kindness for weakness and made assumptions about how they could behave in front of us based on our appearance and silence (it was complete shock). People come in, in a vulnerable state and expect dignity and respect, which they obviously take full advantage of. They were disrespectful, unprofessional and abhorrently oblivious to their job and the profession theyā€™ve selected. Disgusted. I waited to write a review to see if my disdain would simmer, but no. Iā€™m just as pissed and will shout this from the rooftops if asked about this location.
