    I would give a zero star if I could. My mom went to this place to get her x ray done, however she ended up calling me and CRYING on the phone. The front desk manager was very rude to her and did not want to assist her with booking an x ray appointment. She had the request form on her phone and the front desk manager told her to fax over. I tried to fax it over at least 10 times to the number which was provided by the manager, but the line was consistently busy and she told her they couldn’t print it out at their end. Would it have been so difficult to show some compassion and at least an attempt to help this patient ? I’m sure she was not the first one ever to run into this problem. If your fax isn’t working than how are we supposed to get the forms to you?

    First visit here. Ample garage parking with handicap access. Parking lot was neat and clean as well as the interior. Minimal wait to check in. About 10 minute wait to be seen. Service rep at check in desk was friendly and helpful. The medical assistants were patient and attentive. They were thorough and answered all my questions. They provided all the information that was required.

    I have always had exceptional care at this facility. Everyone has always been friendly and willing to help regardless if it's their department or not. I love the welcome the M.A provided. What a great way to ease a patients nerves and make them feel comfortable.

    There isnt a long wait time to get into the facility. They have many cubicles open in the radiology department ready to assist as you walk in the doors. The people up front are nice and get your intake done quickly. There is 2 different waiting rooms available at the radiology department and I like how clean and open those areas are. What stood out the most for me was how thoughtful the people checking you in are. When I had came in the first day to get my daughter's xrays the gentleman helping me was nice enough to inform me there would be a one hour wait time at that time. So I was able to make a well rounded decision based on my tight schedule and decided to come back the next day. Friday morning shortly after 8 am was WAY faster than the first time we came in the day before around 10:30 a.m. There was NO waiting line to get in the building, NO wait to be checked in, and maybe 10 minutes before my daughter was called to get her Xray done. All in all a great experience, just make sure to schedule yourself accordingly and ask questions if uncertain.

    The standard of care is simply unacceptable on so many levels. Failure to call in prescriptions in timely manner and then failing to update medical record so someone else can do it. Left with no rescue inhaler for 96 hours despite calling in 6 times. Referrals sent to SW instead of Steinberg where it sat for 2 weeks with no followup. No follow up on labs or biopsies. If you're the primary doctor your job is to quarterback my Healthcare. Would not recommend

    I have been going to this office for a four months now and it has been a rough experience. Dr. Seibel in pain management will call you a liar, tell you that you have no idea what you are talking about and dismisses you without listening to what you are saying. I would avoid this office because they are not helpful and have just wasted my time. Then the primary they sent me back to Dr. Ramogi wants to send me back pain management and has no idea what is causing my symptoms. This office has been awful. Today I got so frustrated I just left crying. One doctor tells you one then the next something different. They do not communicate and have no clue how to treat patients. I gave them a suggestion about what I thought was causing my issues and Dr. Ramogi tells me to stop playing doctor and let them figure it out. Well that hasn't worked so I have been trying anything to get them to listen but he told me he has no idea and doesn't know how to help. Well if he can't do is job then maybe he doesn't belong being a doctor. It's his job to figure it out but because he can't that is somehow my fault. I felt so threatened by his aggressive behavior that I left and will be filing a complaint with the medical review board.

    I am currently waiting on test results that I was supposed to receive over a month ago. I am also unable to make a follow-up appointment due to the lack of care from the employees who don't have the decency to answer the calls being made. If it was once or twice, it wouldn't be an issue, but over a month of no contact in a case with internal bleeding is unacceptable. A virtual visit can not address internal bleeding, so that is not an available option, even if it may be their only one.

    Have called a number of times regarding an appointment and most times you get an answering service and never received a call back as I requested, I was seen by interns and received poor service at best, I am looking for a new primary Doctor and better treatment and service, if you call be ready to be frustrated, their machine told me, the wait time was two hours! Asked for a call back and got the call 4 hrs later. Horrible customer service

    All employees are very efficient friendly and helpful. If you're afraid of needles than this is the place to come to for a blood test, as they are understanding and compassionate. 🐱🎼😻

    Very nice staff and doctors but I have been trying to refill one of my meds since Friday and they have yet to fill it. Now I'm out. My NP is on vacation but someone else really should've been given my info instead of just leaving it in her box for 2 weeks while she is on vacation. I called again this am and they STILL haven't filled it. Not a happy camper right now. Get it together.

    Shout-out to June in laboratory services. Fast, friendly, efficient and competent. Told her I was hard to draw blood from. She said, No Problem. One light pin-prick and we were done in no time. Great job, June!!

    Don’t go there and save yourself aggravation. It’s almost impossible to get appointment in this place. It takes months to see primary physician and the only option is to arrange tele-visit yet with new doctor every time. Front desk and medical assistance staff rude and lack of compassion. Unless you have no choice due to insurance limitations, stay away from there, especially if you want to get better since stress makes things worse and this place will give you nightmares!!!

    I absolutely love the family medicine clinic on the 4th floor. Dr. Nolasco and his team are determined to treat patients and go the extra mile during the appt to ensure the appt is successful. I have never felt so cared for. I truly appreciate the effort and attention of the family medicine clinic.

    This wasn't the first time I've visited this location but it's the first time I have ever seen food crumbs on the seats and floor but the most unsettling and disgusting thing? There were TWO roaches crawling around on the seats in the middle sitting area; I wasn't the only one to see them! That was disgusting and unsanitary, but when I mentioned it to the desk clerk, at least she reported it to the office manager who cared enough to call someone else. A patient waiting to be called, had to take his cane and squash one but where the other roach went, I don't know and where it came from, I really do not want to know! Not the cleanest office!

    The worst experience ever Had a appointment at 1030. Was after 1140 when got called back. Then another 20 min before I walked out. Still no dr to see me. Worse place ever. Dr Anthony Bratton is his name. If you can't see someone don't schedule.

    Great and caring staff it is only nearly impossible to actually reach someone on the phone here thier phone system is horrific and the people who work there acknowledge it but there ia nothing that can be done to fux it. This is a big problem for those who are elderly and or disabled like me.

    MEDICATION REFILLS ARE A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!! I am tired of chasing this place just to get a medication refilled. This time I called a week and a half before the refill date and guess what?? Still waiting. 100% looking for another provider. This place has too many patients and obviously can't handle the caseload. UPDATE: FOUND ANOTHER PROVIDER WHO ACTUALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND REFILLS MEDS ON TIME. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING IGNORED AND NEVER GET A CALL ANSWERED. SO GLAD I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE.

    I was in need of some serious pain management so I was relieved to meet Dr.Niumatololo or Dr.N. Excellent listener and very informative. A week later I was on the table getting my epidural injection and walked out pain free. Thank you to the friendly staff at South West Medical starting with the receptionist. Thank You Dr. N.

😠 If you can, try to go somewhere else, this place is a joke. Do not respect people's time. I get it sometimes the are delays being seen, but 3 hours is unacceptable. This is the second time that it has happened. When you ask the check in people they react like they don't care one bit.
