My husband was taken to Henderson early in the morning by ambulance, before 7 AM. While he did get into a initial ER room when he arrived it went down from there. He agreed to be admitted for testing, he was told he was being moved to a room. I ran home to get him a few items he would need and when I returned at noon he told me he was moved to A6. That is NOT a room, but a piece of paper on the wall. He sat in the hall for 26.5 hours before we signed him out. He was left in the hallway for that long. They were watching for seizures and left him out in a hallway with minimal care under florescent lights. Nurses did not seem to remember that they had a patient because it was impossible to get someone to help him, and they barely took his vitals. I had to ask at 6 PM if anyone was going to get him dinner, and after an hour and half aaand asking 2 people someone who was not his nurse grabbed a tray. I also had to follow upon breakfast this morning. We never received a bedside table and he was never given any water. The lack of care by the staff amazed me. I did complain to the charge nurse, but I am not sure it will ever get anywhere. The only reason I am giving these 2 stars are because the hospital was clean and the actual doctors he spoke with with were nice, so was the 1 nurse who would occasionally ask how he was doing when she would walk past him.

The initial intake at the ER was great - efficient and lots of friendly folks doing a great job of communicating. Once I was “admitted” I was stuck in a bright, noisy hallway bed for 24 very long hours. So many patients yelling for help - needing to go to the bathroom, etc - and it took a very long time for them to receive help. I will not be going back to this hospital.

My first time experience with Henderson Hospital was great. From the ER at Green Valley Ranch, I did not wait to be seen by the nurse or the doctor. The ER staff were all very professional, caring and compassionate. The labs and diagnostics were taken as soon as the doctor ordered them. The diagnosis was fast and accurate, the doctor took the time to explain the diagnosis the transfer from the ER to the Hospital was also fast and seamless. Every staff that my husband and I met were all very professional and compassionate. At the hospital, the staff were all the same caring and compassionate individuals. The attending doctor took his time to explain my situation and the surgical team visited twice a day to monitor my condition. The best part is that the Doctors took the time to listen to the patient and give their honest recommendations. My husband and I are both registered nurses and this is the first time we had experience the excellent treatment from everyone in a hospital. Our warmest and sincere thanks to everyone.

My time here is very pleasant. I will admitted on October 16 in the labor and delivery ward. The nurses try to make you Feel as comfortable as you can during your labor process. This was my first time giving birth and man I was really scared of the epidural the nurse even let me hug her during the process, which very comforting. The postpartum section was also a great experience. The rooms are private there is a place for dad to sleep. The nurses here are amazing And vary nice.

I unfortunately had to spend 6 days in the labor and delivery unit. But all of my nurses were absolutely amazing! They all went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. During my stay I received care from over 15 nurses and I don’t have a single one to complain about. I was extremely impressed with the care I received. The high risk team was also fantastic and put me at such ease!

If I can give it -1 I’ll do it ,The hospital has everything necessary to be excellent, but the lack of space to care for patients makes it worse than a third world country, the attention in the hallways is people suffering from pain and other patients arriving, hospital staff bump your beds and continue , the crowd of people in the hallways is too much, therefore it makes the care terrible, a patient needs attention and tranquility so their discomfort can be calmed, the staff is incredible, the supplies and medicines are available there, it's just that there is a delay for so many and so many patients causes your pain and your care to be delayed, therefore you suffer a lot and your pain continues, let's remember that this is business not alms, any care or procedures have to be paid for AND EXPENSIVE is not a favor, the biggest excuse is not There are beds and that is why the patients are in the hallways, so expand the hospital and make the care excellent and exceptional, not days of suffering in the hallways for people like me. I mean that Cynthia is a kind of manager without any shame. of sending me home with a pain of more than 10 on the scale used to measure human suffering, I use the most racist comment that someone can make, LUCKY YOU SPEAK ENGLISH, because when you don't speak it is more difficult for me, who thinks her that not speaking English is a defect, her racism and lack of humanity caused me to feel uncomfortable and more pain, I hope that the hospital takes action against this treatment and insensitive people like her, her behavior is intolerable and unacceptable, the cleaning is good. food and in general the nurses are from another world very good I was two days on the hallways plus one in a half in what I called cave is a room with big curtain no one ask me do you want wash your teeth or take a shover , no one change my bed sheets and people believe this is a great HOSPITAL if you wanna suffer and DIE IN PEACE COME HERE , I hope gov should close this institution for bad practice FOREVER, on those days they send me two workers to talk with me about my experience because I post this review when I was there how convenient they make question about my experience how convenient , LAST here

I was brought to the ER by ambulance. ER staff was attentive, conducted preliminary tests to determine my health status and provided care to stabilize me. They subsequently admitted me to the hospital where I spent approximately a day and a half. I received excellent care. All staff were very professional, attentive and caring. Someone checked on me at least every hour. Providers did a good job of informing me of what tests they would administer, why and results of tests. Food choices and preparation were excellent. Follow-up was excellent. Discharge staff contacted my primary care physician and arranged for a follow-up appointment. I was also referred to case management. I am very pleased with the care I received there.

Great hospital! The staff. Including the Nurses, Techs, Admin, were magical and caring. They made sure that i was comfortable and well taken care of. My only issue was having to be staged in a hallway overnight until I could have surgery. But they don't control the number of people who show up in the ER. Just know that could be a possibility.

I can't say enough about the care I recieved here. From walking into the ER to the lab and radiography, my overnight stay in an ER bed and my ambition to a room. It was all done with care, and Kindness! My stay was short and sweet and discharge was very speedy. I definitely left feeling much better than when I walked in . All thanks to the excellent teamwork by the staff. Thank you!

I will never return to this hospital again. My 3 year old son slipped and fell and hit his head, rather hard playing with his siblings. To insure no severe damage we took him to the ER. Aside from the long wait we dealt with incompetence from all levels of the staff at the hospital. Months later after the insurance and billing was finally agreed upon, a $1,700 bill was owed on our end. It took another month just to set up payments over the phone, which they verified our home address. I made the first payment and thought it'd be okay from there. Nope. They sent the next month's bill to my place of work. So I didn't get it until a week after it was due. So I made a double payment and thought all was well. Nope only two weeks after it was due and even though I made a double payment, they sent us to collections. Have been trying to fix the problem and speak with a manager or director and am told they're busy or at lunch and they take my name and number and never get a call. And forget trying to set up payments on their website. The hospital tells you to call a 3rd party help desk, who then tells you to call the hospital cause the help desk doesn't do that. Incompetence and frustrated all around. Would rather drive 30 extra minutes with a gun shot wound then go to the Henderson hospital. Edit: it's funny that I make a review on Google and you reach out to me to do the very thing my wife and I already did as well as over the phone with your billing staff. If you can't figure it out you have many more issues in the billing and admin departments. There is definitely a lack of communication.

The staff at Henderson hospital were terrific, I had gotten to know my nurses down to the great people that cleaned my room. They were gracious and personable, they made me feel comfortable at a time during pain, fear and uncertainty. Dr Moreno was also amazing, the thoughtfulness of his actions were far and in between, he was intent on me being completely healthy before leaving this facility, this doesn’t happen often from Doctors but Dr Moreno is one in a million! A huge appreciation and THANK YOU to him and all the staff at this hospital!

Despite the long wait, the staff was friendly and engaging. I understand now that they try to see patients multiple times for each stage of their diagnostic process rather than doing it all at once in order to fully prioritize heath concerns that enter the ER. I would like to thank Elena who did my EKG, Anthony who drew my blood and set up the IV for my CT scan, Mohammad who was my PA or Dr. Mindy who handled my discharge and the radiology ladies who conducted my CT scan. And lastly, the young lady who was doing vitals before we were seen was consistent with her friendly and kind interactions for every person she saw. I wish I knew her name but she was great. Everyone I mentioned was caring and compassionate. It was the best ER experience I have ever had. I also watched how each of you took care of the other patients waiting, my heart going out to so many with more dire concerns than my own. Thank you! You made my challenges easier to bear and managed my care with true professionalism and tenderness. Thank you again!

I attended this hospital for my second c section. Not only was the staff in L&D amazing at easing my nerves but the anesthesiologist was amazing, she made me feel comfortable the whole time. My Ob did a great job with my incision. Once I got to recovery all the nurses I had during my 48 hours there were very attentive, caring, and helped me with any and everything. I would highly recommend having your baby here. Such an amazing staff!

All of the nurses and staff were amazing. They all exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. I wish I remembered all of their names to specifically give them a good review. I had a baby and all of them made me feel like family and made my delivery as easy and as pain free as possible. I would choose Henderson hospital all over again. Thank you to everyone who cared and made my delivery so easy going.

From the time you enter the parking lot (very clean) you feel comfortable. In the lobby you are greeted by the receptionist. Next you get checked in (quickly). Both contacts were very pleasant. Then the RN comes and collects you. In the surgery prep area (?) EVERYONE was friendly and professional. Things move efficiently but not in a hurry. The operating room personal were organized and coordinated. Recovery was just as nice. Professional and engaged.

The hospital called me to tell me that a family member has been checked in (I was listed as an emergency contact). The person did not know where the member was located and instructed me to call back on the main number and ask to be connected to said member's room. Nobody seems to be able to tell me anything about my family member and is unable to locate said member. I'm currently on hold after having been transferred 4 timers to somebody who was supposed to know where to find the family member. I've spent about 18 minutes on the current call as of this post. I called earlier and was told I would be called back once the nurse looking after said member was available. No call back was made. The staff is not helpful and their system of communication is terrible. I have no idea if the hospital service is any good because I cannot communicate with anybody who seems to know what is going on. I understand that Nevada is currently at its worst point in the pandemic, but people have family members who care about them and want to know what is going on with them

I had chest pains and tightness in chest. Vitals were taken quickly and everything was handled by the nurses and doctors quickly. Looking around In the emergency waiting room I noticed a lot of people in a great deal of pain and discomfort. One person was shaking continuously. Another person was wrapped in sheets to stay warm. Many people were very irritated with the long wait. I waited 13 hours for a room, during that time my wife brought me a down jacket and wool blanket, the room was extremely cold. I got a room around 2am and slept good. First thing in morning I had a MRI and a stress test. I was the first patient to get those test in the morning. I waited in the room for about 7 hours for the cardiologist to release me. He didn’t come in that 9 hours, so I went out in the hallway and suggested that I could go back in the waiting room area and wait until the cardiologist could release me, and let someone else more needy take my room. I was told most abruptly that I need to go back to my room. A little later they got a hold of the Cardiologist by phone and I was released. Things could have been handled much better. The nurses were great.

I have been here twice to the ER, received excellent care, although wait times are extensive. But the staff is friendly. This review is solely based on my recent hospital stay. I was transferred from another ER to here, prompt tests confirmed & I was admitted. I did have to stay in the ER hallway (back) for a little over 24hrs because they were very full & had no rooms. Every nurse, Dr, tech, house keeper, security guard & whomever else I had to deal with or be taken care of by, have all been amazing. RNs Alexander, Meaghan, Brandi, Kat, Gabby, (I can't remember them all). My nurses Kat & Brandi while I was upstairs took such great care of me, I couldn't believe how they actually listened to every word I said & they stayed on top of my medicine times. The CNAs I wish I had gotten all of their names but they were ALL great, specifically Toni R. on the 3rd floor who I was with the longest, she went above & beyond for me as her patient. Dr Dienes & Dr Nguyen took really great care of me & addressed every concern I had. My pain has been controlled, my nausea has been controlled, they wrote down everything I said, my extensive medical history, my concerns, my symptoms & informed me of all results/imaging as it came in. Hospitals aren't 'clean' but housekeeping really stayed on top of the ER back bathrooms which is really appreciated especially when you're not feeling well at all. The CNA who gave me an eye cover & earplugs so I could rest as best as I could while waiting in a hallway bed for a room upstairs. I have been admitted to 3 different hospitals in Vegas area, Henderson has taken the top spot for me as a patient for comfort, care, being thorough & keeping me in the loop for every little thing regarding my medical care. I can't say enough good things about my care here these last 3 days. As someone who's constantly in the ER, hospitalized or in a drs office, it takes a lot for me to give a rave review. I do however wish their ER was expanded so patients didn't have to sleep in hallways while waiting for admin beds, but they try to make you as comfortable as possible with what they have. Thank you Henderson, & I hope whoever owns this hospital recognizes that these employees (from Drs, Nurses down to housekeeping, transport & food services) are all outstanding people, they've all treated me with kindness & patience, I don't hear bad gossip like at some other hospitals, everyone seems to get along & enjoy working here. And that is important.

As a traveler from out of state, I debated long and hard about going to the ER. I knew what the problem was - my gall bladder - because I had an attack 2 days prior to this ER visit. What happened for the next almost 7 hours was unbelievable. I got in relatively quickly and told the PA my medical history, including being in treatment for terminal cancer. I explained my symptoms, told him I'd had gall bladder attacks before and this was just like those. Then came a long list of tests, each time being taken back to the waiting room for a long wait for results before the next test was done. After putting in access for IV, there was an echocardiogram, chest x-ray, urine test, CT scan without contrast, ultrasound, CT scan with contrast to check for a pulmonary embolism. I told them I've been on blood thinner for a year and COULDN'T have a blood clot. At one point the nurse came out and injected something into the IV because they said I had a kidney infection. They didn't ask me, or explain it. I have no idea what that medication was. I was so tired and by myself because "no visitors". I don't have a kidney infection. I have a gall bladder problem. But they didn't believe me and subjected me to many unneeded tests that kept me sitting in the waiting room for about 7 hours. While waiting for the last test result, I asked the lady at the desk if she would just discharge me because I was SO TIRED, but the nurse said "That would be "against medical advice", and so I waited longer. I never saw a doctor, just the physician assistant at the beginning of the ordeal. There wasn't a room to go to, just the waiting room which was a cesspool of people not wearing masks properly, people vomiting, a couple people coming in various states of dress, sitting on the seat with nothing but bare skin. When housekeeping came through, there was no sanitizing - just picking trash up off the floor. I was left speechless and very disappointed. There's no question about whether or not I would go back to this hospital because I don't live here. Whether or not you should go there? No way.

I went in to labor and delivery on a Saturday night, right about shift change time. I hadn’t felt my baby move in a few hours and was extremely worried. The nurses took great care of me right away. They treated me so nicely and helped calm my nerves. The baby and I were fine but I will absolutely 10/10 be going back to have my baby.

The nurses and doctor were very nice. The facility was clean and social distancing was possible, if not easy. Everyone seemed to comply with the mask mandate. The problems were that I waited 4 1/2 hours to be seen (no room they said). Then the procedure took another 4 hours. After waiting for discharge, I had spent from 1:50 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. at the ER for a very simple procedure that I had to have that day. I didn't get upset because these people have been through Hell in the last two years, but it was frustrating that the hospital had not scheduled an appropriate number of staff to handle demand. My other issue, which was very important, was not addressed. They seemed to focus on one issue and not capable of focusing on the other. I did get a prescription to help me deal with the second issue, but it was written incorrectly and was therefore of no help. I know they meant well, but not addressing the second issue could lead me to spending time in the hospital, which I'm trying to avoid. Overall, they were kind, and I don't blame them. I blame the hospital administrators who don't schedule enough staff on any given shift.

So very impressed with how they are taking care of our Mom. She has been in ICU for a few days now and we couldn’t ask for better care. Nurse Devan ROCKS! They have been more than attentive with her. The Pulmonologist has been spot on with what he’s ordered. Thank you Henderson Hospital for hiring such competent nursing staff.

I had a great experience! Didn't have to wait long to be seen and cared for. The facility is only 3 years old, very clean, modern and I felt very safe. The team of nurses, docs and personel were just amazing and provided me great service, care with smiles I can see through their masks. Can't say enough great things about this Local ER and Grateful they were close by! I'm doing great today and thank you so much Henderson Hospital ER!!

I LOVE THIS ER! I appreciate the fact that there is a sign that shows the wait time and how peaceful it is here. Most ER’s feel like a nuisance the moment you pull into the parking lot but not this one. I pulled in and it’s so pleasant. The parking lot and the building from the outside to the inside is spotless. The security officer and all the staff members are so kind, considerate, informative and patient. I will always come here for any of my urgent needs. I felt comfortable being treated here.

Wonderful nursing care! Loved having a private room. Doctors were able to spend time with me and included me in the care plan. Would definitely refer others and would return to this hospital if needed. The only negative is food service/delivery. Wait time was over 2 hours and I'm not sure the order system helps get patients what they want. My husband brought food daily for me.

I had my first baby here and I couldn’t have been happier. The nurses, specifically Leah and Vicky, were truly amazing and made the entirety of the intense labor so much easier for me. They are so helpful and quick to serve and I am going to continue to use this hospital for the future. Thank you so much it means the world to my family.

Surrounded by Angel's. From the moment I got there to 3 days later when I could leave safely on my own I was truly Surrounded by Angel's. Everyone I met was nice to me. That's unusual for me to experience. Even the night nurses were very kind to me. When your sick and in an unfamiliar place, it's real nice to know that if I end up in the Hospital again and of course I will, I know that I can go to Henderson Hospital and get the best care imaginable. Thanks to all of you. You saved my life and I truly appreciate it.

I just arrived at home after a liver biopsy and my experience at Henderson Hospital was so fantastic that I want to write a review right away. From Beginning to Ending, my experience was fantastic, and I felt the professionalism, compassion and kindness from all of the professionals, especially the three nurses with whom I spent the most time, Holly, Amy, and Deb. All three of these nurses were professional, kind, and caring individuals with delightful personalities. They made the experience so comfortable with little anxiety. Again, everyone with whom I interacted on January 7, 2021 was fantastic - I don’t remember too many of the names of people during the procedure since there were many, but Sarah and Ivan were two names and the doctor was fantastic and kind too. Thank you, Henderson Hospital for making a stressful Hospital Procedure surprisingly pleasant :). May God Bless You All for caring for people every day, especially during the pandemic :). The staff was super amazing. I had a nurse named Natalie check me in before my surgery. She was super kind and chatted with my hubby as well. She did an amazing job with my IV. People usually leave me like a pin cushion but she got it on the first try. I would love to have her every time. The team for my surgery and the anesthesiologist put me at ease right away. I wasn't anxious at all like I usually am. I wish I could remember their names. The anesthesiologist came to talk to me before surgery and he came right up to me to look me in the eyes and ask his questions beforehand. He was upbeat and very concerned for my well-being. I had forgotten to use my inhaler before we went and he had one for me to use so I wasn't tight chested before the surgery. My nurse afterward named, Ray was attentive and very sweet and knowledgeable. It took me a long time to come out of anesthesia and he got me some water and then some juice when I asked for it. He was soft spoken and I didn't feel rushed in any way. I know all these things are their jobs but I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience for gallbladder removal surgery. My doctor, Fikre Mengistu, prepared me for all possible scenarios and outcomes. He answered every question I had even if they seemed ridiculous. He ended up using robotic technology for my surgery. I think that is so cool! From start to finish it was a great experience even though I was there for surgery. I would definitely choose Henderson Hospital in the future for other procedures. Thank you to all the staff for being amazing and caring.

Cynthia, the first nurse i was welcomed with, was amazing!!! My anesthesiologists Dr. Ian Banks (I hope I caught that right) and Dr. Messina were equally amazing! I really wish I had caught the name of the nurse that transported me to the OR because he was also amazing!! This was the first time that I felt completely comfortable in an OR. Dr. Hsuing is quite possibly my favorite doctor ever! Going into this, I was a little terrified, but every person I met was absolutely delightful and I would highly recommend this hospital!

we came in for a hernia surgery, and my son had a cough and a slight cold. Sarah was terrific making him feel comfortable. She has a great demeanor with patients. The physicians felt that it was best that we wait so I appreciate their being very cautious again. It was very comforting to have a nurse in the surgical department like Sarah who really made my son feel. not Nervous and very comfortable. Will be back in a month or so so they can do it.

Went to the ER on 11/30/23 at 1:15pm and everybody was nice and helpful immediately. The staff was very quick to help my four year old with Asthma problems. I have never had such great care in an ER. Keep up the good work and thank you.

I'm 35 weeks pregnant I had to go in to labor & delivery due to high blood pressure. As soon as I got there I was checked in. Staff was really friendly and sweet went over everything with me every step of the way making me feel better. I want to say I probably was there 2 hours max before I got to go home and that was getting checked and getting blood work results back. The nurse went over my discharge paper work I made sure I was in a good place before going home.

Other than the emergency that brought me there, this was an amazing experience. The hospital was clean and roomy. Folks were not parked in the hallways like other hospitals. The rooms were single occupancy. The bed was super comfortable, which was great because I was stuck on my back for two days. But the best part was the staff. From the intake nurses, through the pre-op folks, into the OR and for the follow up stay, the nursing staff was amazing. They were kind, efficient, responsive, understanding and professional. I am thankful for them and for making the choice to have my procedure done at Henderson Hospital.

The hospital is very clean with very comfortable beds and quiet rooms! The window shades bring very little light in which to sleep both night and day! The nursing staff is exemplary, cordial, patient and attentive to your needs! They arrive within 30 seconds to a minute when you request their help! The physician on staff takes time to explain your test results, treatment and always asks if you have any questions. Everyone seems happy to work there! Only downfall is the food could be hotter but trying to feed hundreds of patients of a task in itself! I will always go to this hospital if ever needed again

I love this stand alone ER-they get you in the back quickly and you get to speak to a provider who listens and cares. Unlike other ER that’s swamped, the doctors here take their time to make sure you get good treatment. If they are able to fix what’s going on it’s nice to be able to go home but if you need to be admitted, they can admit you to Henderson. This is always my first go to.

Staff and medical team were really nice, patient, and took their time to making sure I was comfortable during my stay. Very thankful for the ER team who go over and beyond their duties even when they busy going from patient to patient. Big thank you to RN Puch & Melissa from night shift who helped me with my fear of being here alone and eased my mind with comfort that my other half could stay with me every step of the way. They both made me feel okay. I'm truly thankful.

Labor in delivering was very nice. In and out emergency room was all over the place. I understand they had high volumes of patients coming in but very ill patients waited what seemed to be to longest. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and was there from 1:00 pm to 8:23pm waiting to get scans. They did the best of their ability they should definitely implicate a system of where they scan your bracelet to let others know where you are instead of doctors all looking for the same person

Our visit was quicker than we expected. They were quick to check us in and go to triage. The facility was clean and all the staff were kind and seemed like they really cared about patients. We needed a few more services than I knew an urgent care could provide and didn't want to go to a full hospital ER. They were able to accommodate what we needed to rule out any major issues, which was exactly what we wanted in the first place. We would probably go there again if we needed services a little more in depth instead of urgent care.

Overall, not a bad experience. I thought I broke my foot but x-ray showed it was not broken. It’s interesting that you really never leave the waiting room. They take your info and your vitals there. Then you get taken for an x-ray and returned there. Eventually, they give you the diagnosis and then wrap your foot and give you crutches. I just hated that it took 5 hours to accomplish that. I saw a PA instead of a doctor. Maybe that’s the new way…more expeditious? Staff were friendly.

Each time I have gone to the Henderson Hospital I have always had a good experience, unlike others I have heard about. The staff was very nice. Spoke to me nicely and if I had questions they would answer the best that they could. I know the ER is always busy but I wish they could not be in such a rush to get to the next patient. The only other thing I hope y'all could work on is the wait for results. I waited 2 1/2 hours. Other then that it was a good visit

Wow. Outstanding experience. Andrew D. was my nurse in the ER and was extremely respectful, kind, professional and was just incredible at his job. He made me feel better mentally and physically. He actually listened to every word out of my mouth and his care of top notch. If I come back, which hopefully I wont need to but if I do I hope he's my nurse again. And if you're reading this, thank you. You made my day so much better and I hope to be as good as you in my future career. 😊

I had to take my wife to the ER at Henderson Hospital. We had a little wait but once you are admitted the staff & doctors were extremely kind and efficient.

This 5 star review is not necessarily for the hospital in a whole but rather one extremely great nurse. The RN by the name Meghan on labor and delivery. I cannot say enough good things about this woman. I feel very strongly that if she wasn't my daughter's nurse the night my daughter delivered that my daughter's delivery would have been very different. She was so extremely compassionate, knowledge, soft spoken, gave very good and mellow vibes. My daughter is young and was scared to give birth, Meghan was there to coach her through every contraction while trying to push her baby out. Totally so supportive. The room was just so quiet and peaceful I couldn't even believe my daughter was in labor and pushing my grandson out. It's like something I've never seen. Meghan had her so calm and collective that my daughter was just so peaceful. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make my daughter comfortable and to make sure my grandson was in good hands. Thank you so very very much Meghan. I hope someone from this facility lets her know how thankful we are for her.

I always come here for my care. The staff is top notch and the private rooms are great. The nurses are fantastic too.. The only 4 star is because of the food. You used to be able to choose from a menu, now they just bring it. They choose the food , which is not good. Like I dont drink coffee, they put coffee on the tray. Not enough fruit, etc. You should be able to choose, as most other hospitals let you. Once they fix this, they get 5 stars.

The staff at the hospital was outstanding. From the cleanliness of everything…the parking, the entry, the glass… to the ladies at check in. The nurses were so kind and I was completely comfortable and trusted them fully. The after care from surgery was exceptional. I was really sick and they were patient and thoughtful. They kept my family up to date and I really appreciated them

The Dr., the Nurses, and the Medical Assistants. Medical Technicians were all very caring and made me feel that I was the only one there - even though most beds were full! This made me feel very comfortable and stress-free.

I am seriously impressed with the staff and medical technology at the ER at Green Valley Ranch. They were fast, and so kind and amazing in every way. Highly recommend this satellite ER when you need all of the technical abilities of a hospital ER without the long wait.

From the moment I walked in the door everyone was so kind and caring. My procedure was explained and they double and triple checked to make sure that the procedure being done was the correct one and that I understood everything. The staff at Henderson Hospital took excellent care of me and kept my family informed of my status.

We had a wonderful experience at Henderson Hospital! We delivered via c-section and the staff was supportive, professional, friendly and very attentive! The nurses are well trained and competent. The floor was quiet and peaceful. Will deliver here in the future!

I have to say the nurses at this hospital are the most caring and down to earth people. I was taken care of by Nurse Nikki and Nurse Janelle in OBS along with an apprentice Paige, and a student (who I wish I remembered her name). I went in for one issue to which my surprise they found another issue caused by it. They got me comfortable and feeling better before leaving. But, I don’t think I’ve ever gone to a hospital where the ENTIRE staff was so genuinely warm and caring. My nurses made sure to check up on me constantly, kept me company and made sure to keep me in the loop of my care and plans for the day. I have to say I’m happy to see future nurses being trained by the staff of this hospital! Great breeds great!!

Walked into the ER at 4pm and was temperature screened and checked in right away. Immediately got my vitals taken and did not have to wait too too long before they took me back for my first procedure. They did keep bouncing me back and forth between tests and the waiting room with long waits in between, but everyone was very nice and seemed to be working efficiently. Overall, I did end up being there for 6 hours, but that included three breathing treatments, some fluids, and the EKG and a chest X-Ray. As much as you can enjoy a visit to the ER, I had a pretty good experience with lots of competent and caring health providers!! Go Henderson Hospital!

This hospital is great. The staff is the best I have seen in years. I did give it 4 stars. The one star I did not give them represents the food the patients are served. I wanted to take a picture but I let them take the mess they called breakfast. I am sorry kitchen staff.. not good at all

The finance manager could have been a bit more understanding especial she knew the money was coming. Because my doctor scheduled my surgery in 2021 instead of 2020 I had to pay the whole deductible. I was not informed this until New Years Eve. The first day back after New Years I call hospital all morning trying to contact someone to find out about the money I just recently was informed I needed. $2907 I needed for a Lumbar Five Laminectomy. I was not contact back until after lunchtime. By the time I got all my paperwork in for my hardship loan to my 401k it was pass deadline time. Nonetheless, I was approved that day. I sent all information to hospital and was informed I would be fine for surgery. I received a email surgery day telling me the payment was mailed in error. I was at the hospital at 5am with the proof that the check was in the mail and I was still refuse service until I had the money up front. However, the service of the staff at this hospital is past amazing. I felt like family, every staff member treated me like I was one of there own. I was taking care of and cared for 1000% I would definitely recommend the surgical department at this hospital hands down from pre op all the way to the post op. Even the anesthesiologist was wonderful. Everyone had the best attitudes. I even felt the love as I was discharged.💕 Just make sure you know all about your insurance, deductibles, and have some kind of money upfront because the accounting manager has no heart.

I was very skeptical when hearing people’s past experiences or lack of. I’m very impressed and greatly satisfied on my experience during the COVID situation. The staff in the ERH was very professional and extremely friendly to all patients in this section. Their courteous and professional integrity as a representative of Henderson Hospital is well worth to be my #1 recommendation to anyone. Great job, great staff, great choice for anyone.

The wait time and the space allowed for ER patients is less to be desired. The Nurses were very friendly and kind. Allyson made the time very pleasant with her humor and wit. Cody was my main nurse and showed much care and compassion. I respect our Hospital Heroes and the long hours they endure, so for Cody to have so much patience and knowledge, the wait wasn't as bad as it could've been. I would have given 5 stars if provided a bed to deal with my issue.

The staff here was great. My wait time wasn’t too long and the care I received was great. My only complaint about my last nights visit is that the security guard on duty went into the are designated for COVID patients and picked up the trash ( juice boxes, water bottles and such) off the seats and tossed it all but one carton of juice in the trash and as she walked past me she stopped and stretched her hand out to me and asked me if I wanted the apple juice? I said no thank you and she went back to her station by the door and never changed her gloves.

The treating doctor was excellent!!!!! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, concerned and hands on. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!!! The only reason I put 3 stars is because I got there around 8:30am and didn’t leave until 1:40pm. I could see that they were busy but the wait was to long for me but the doctor that helped me was amazing

Can hear them talking about the patients and they need to understand that going thru these surguries is difficult enough let alone to have nurses have an attitude of course the older nurse were excellent the PT was excellent I cant give 5 stars because of the attitude of one nurse an one nurse assistant Joe was excellent Thanks Joe

Should you not go here unless you have covid-19? I went because I been waking up severely dehydrated from night sweats. Was sent home severely dehydrated with a referral to Sagebrush where they can't even help me. Like what do you even do in this situation? Wait for the problem to get worse and come lay on the ER floor like everyone else?

I went in there with bad pain in my lower left stomach and back region of my body. Found out I have a kidney stone. HH took very good care of me and were very careful to make sure nothing else was wing. They out me in a room with other ppl then later transferred me into my own room. It took a while. But I understand how busy they are in these times. When I got to my own room I was taken care of even better. The food was great and customer service on point! Thank you HH!

My wife and I had our first born at Henderson Hospital and the staff was great. The nurses and doctors where very informative about the process which was appreciated since it was our first time. They were very attentive and excited for us. When we were transferred from Labor & Delivery to Postpartum it was a new staff that was equally great. Our nurses from labor & delivery even came over on their next shift to the postpartum department to check on us and see our baby. The only thing that could use improvement is the food. There was something missing or wrong each meal. We didn't expect much though knowing hospitals aren't known for their food. Dr. Michelle Lewis is who delivered our baby boy and she deserves 5 stars also.

The staff was super friendly. Everybody was very attentive to me and my needs. If I had no questions the nurses would still volunteer information which was very helpful because during the time I was there, my mind was all over the place. When I ran out of stock for my postpartum pads and wipes, they made sure to restock everything as well as the baby stuff. Again, everyone was so kind and friendly and reassuring, and no one pressured me to make any decisions as I was giving birth. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay with you guys and giving me the best possible experience I could’ve had during my stay there.

I've been to this hospital 3 times the past 2/3 years ( for other patients ) & the most recent I have to say was a bit disappointed. The first occurrence ( unfortunately forgot the Dr's name but he looks like Kang Sung from Fast & furious & he was working Day shift ) He is amazing ( little biased on my part ) but he truly is thought the whole time there! Second time around was a bit uneasy given a Caucasian girl since she can't act like a lady.. with red scrubs I am recalling maybe in radiology ? she was working during the day shift & has tattoos that are unpleasantly gross along w/ her attitude towards all patients when I had been observing her she was also in a altercation w/ a patient in the ER lobby seeking help and he ended up having to be escorted out by HPD. Ridiculous, as I would have been just as furious as him with having a medical " worker " like her try to assist me while she talks utter trash about patients to her posse in plain sight when I overheard even before the incident I witnessed. Other than her the Male Nurse was amazing. Third occurrence was GRAVE shift 2/2/24, Dr/Physician Kenneth Chang Do and Nurse who was a young lady with a septum piercing ( at check in ) which I noticed they placed new cubical right when you walk in for emergency check in instead of the front.. was great, patient, attentive & showed concern with the toddler patient! Muhammad who took the patients height/weight ( don't recall his position ) was funny without even knowing it or saying much but he had a straight face looked restless, but the way he called the patient with no words was just humorous it was the eye contact for me.. Honestly they deserve the Daisy award along with the Dr. in the 1st intro paragraph. HOWEVER, during this 3rd visit it was bothering how for the whole duration of the time there not one HC worker had bothered picking up gloves, multiple Sphygmomanometer's etc.. that was all over the lobby / entrance. The Filipina woman working in cubicle 4 next to Lovely who was in #3 was rude and her demeanor / approach. She was only nice to the other filipino couple waiting in the lobby and took her time to even walk up to them to speak and show concern she was just getting info / Insurace don't know her position.. Had it been anyone else they'd be offended with her approach and tone as if she's above them acting annoyed with her JOB. Wish the patient would have had lovely instead. The others were just sitting around doing god knows what I really don't know and can't say since I'm not an employee were just lingering around. I understand the stress and business there is for HCW'S but that's no excuse.. Treat the hospital like your home no place of business like that should have filth around..especially if its not even busy in the lobby was not "busy" till around 2:30 am. So about a whole hour not one person owned it. Side note: If you don't have the patience or morals to be in HC then QUIT if you're only in it for the money and cannot handle it without the capabilities to do your job or be a decent human being to others you're in the WRONG FIELD.

Everyone went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed. So attentive and sweet, lifting my spirits during a scary time for me. Memorable shoutouts: Olivia who drove me to a last minute ER MRI, Brandy who was so gentle and sweet and determined to find an infusion vein! And Josef my PT who took the pain off my mind with some good jokes and silly stories. 10/10 would break another bone to hang out with them again. 🤟
