I'm so disappointed. I have been in pain for months and finally make an appointment and I'm totally disrespected. First I'm told the only appointments are on Tuesday or Thursday mornings- I'm a teacher, second I arrive for my appointment on time but I'm told thirty minutes later that it'll be another hour or longer because the doctor arrived late. I'm on my lunch break and prep and the receptionist just stared at me. Mind you I explained all of this before scheduling the appointment and was told it'll be no longer than a thirty minute wait. Now I have to choose between getting wrote up at work or waiting 2 months for the next appointment. I understand that my life is only important to me but as medical professionals and as much money patients pay something needs to change. I hate living in Las Vegas.

At first was happy, near to my house, no waiting, apps always on time, as walk ins ok, but this time my son had fever for like 3 days and very bad cough, the doc said it was nothing, just allergy, I ask for something else, but he said 'theres no inffection". I went to another doc and he gave my son antibiotic and some Xrays to do, now my son has bronquitis

Dr. Moore is great! He is knowledgeable and caring. We had a great well check he was very thorough! Its always easy to get a last minute appointment and the wait is short. All staff is very friendly!!

Dr. Moore is great! Very caring. I bring my daughter and son here for their check ups and I always love how attentive he is to their needs.

Dr Moore (pediatrician) is one of the few doctors that care, I definitely recommend him

Went here because they are listed as urgent care on my insurance provider's app. Opening hours are until 5pm. Showed up at 435 and was told my son could not be seen because we don't have an appointment. This is unacceptable!! The parking lot had two vehicles in it so it's not like they were swamped.

Called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Had a whole attitude the entire time I was asking questions, then got upset I didn't have the right information and kept sighing in the phone. Was excited to go here but as of now I'll never give them my business and will no longer take my children back here as well.

Dr.Moore is a great Dr. Very respectfull and caring
