😠 If you can, try to go somewhere else, this place is a joke. Do not respect people's time. I get it sometimes the are delays being seen, but 3 hours is unacceptable. This is the second time that it has happened. When you ask the check in people they react like they don't care one bit. People often mention staff, wait, procedure, office, waiting, time, hours, care, experience, patients,

Very crowded but they handle it efficiently. The wait was a little lengthy but necessary to insure everyone is taken care of in a professional & efficient manner. The staff was confident, caring & efficient. Thanks to everyone.

I had a Endoscopy done on May, 1 2021. A month lather they billed me for $301.80 after they've billed Sierra Health Care insurance and collected $6,550. I don't even have that insurance. My insurance was Nevada Health Care with completely different coverage. It took 4 weeks to call me back and blame everything on the computer glitch. So the did apologized and i don't owe nothing. Now, over a year lather, the $301.80 is back on the surface. They are telling me i owe them that money. People, watch your pockets. This is how this surgery center dip in your pocket. They are bunch of thief's. They smile on your face and then they stick it to your back. Never again. I would rather to die then getting another procedure done at VALLEY VIEW SURGERY CENTER. I'm forced to pick at least one star, in order to post my review. Believe me, they don't deserve that either. Moe Ghomi.

I recently had a procedure done at the Valley View Surgery Center and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by their team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The medical staff were knowledgeable and competent, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process, and the procedure itself was quick and painless. The recovery room was also comfortable and well-equipped, with attentive nurses checking in regularly. Overall, my experience at the Valley View Surgery Center was top-notch. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of surgical services. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as smooth and stress-free as possible, and I am grateful for their expertise and care.

I took my 24 year old daughter to have an endoscopy. She has bad anxiety and was really nervous to have the procedure. The staff was really great, staring with the front office. Very helpful and courteous. For those who complain about waiting too long, they need to take into consideration the fact that there are several doctors and not everyone is seeing the same doctor nor having the same procedures. Bottom line I'd recommend this facility. They made my daughter and I feel at ease. Thank you to the medical staff that still cares about patients :)

Great experience.. everyone was so nice from the ladies in admitting to the Dr's, nurses, and ancillary staff. This place runs very efficiently. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Amazing! Thanks for the great care.

I get an info packet to go through prior to a procedure, one of the last pages says all fees are due day of in full before operation. Of course doesn't say how much and nobody told me. Called several times and went to voicemail. I guess I'm missing my appointment today because I'm not going to get ready and drive there to be told some outrageous mount is due and walk out wasting my whole morning. If an amount I'd due day of, INCLUDE THAT AMOUNT DUE IN THE PAPERWORK. NOT EVERYONE HAS $500 THEY DON'T NEED, ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY OR DISABLED.

They charged me 975 instead of what should've been about 340. I only found out after calling my insurance about it. Then they said refund will be issued in 7 to 14 business days. Which idk about everyone but most people dont have 630 to just wait around on. I'm finding a common theme in Las Vegas of poor front office but great Drs and nurses.

Wait times are a little long. Arrived at 8:45am for a colonoscopy but was not called back to pre op until 10:30am. The waiting area was very full and many people seemed upset and uncomfortable due to long wait times. Fortunately I found a seat near a tv facing a wall and I was comfortable there until I was called back. Once I was in pre op I really enjoyed my nurse. She was kind and explained every thing in detail and I felt very comfortable. Once I had my procedure I was wheeled out in a wheel chair to my waiting ride and I really appreciated the sweet nurse who helped me get inside the car. I was quite dizzy from the meds. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received here. Yes, the wait was long but the staff and service received exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the staff and would return here again if needed.

My wife has an appointment scheduled for 7:00 AM, and they ask her to be at the appointment 2 hours before her scheduled appointment. Now I’m a very prompt person so I get her to their office at 4:50 AM, and the office is closed, and now it is 5:10 AM, so now we are sitting outside in the cold car. They don’t even open until 6:00 AM, SO WHY WOULD YOU HAVE SOMEONE SHOW UP 2 HOURS EARLY (5:00AM) FOR A 7:00 AM APPOINTMENT WHEN YOU ARE NOT EVEN OPEN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. The doors just open 5:42 AM. Still ridiculous.

Valley View Ambulatory Surgery Center December 11, 2023! From the front desk to pre op to surgery and finally post op a super experience! Post anesthesia terrific! He said I will knock you out for twenty minutes and you be fine! A man of his word! Dr. J deserves a gold star ⭐️!

After waiting one hour past my appointment time, I was told it'll be 2 to 3 more hours before it's my turn to be called to be prepared for the procedure. And then what? Wait a few more hours for the doctor till it's my turn? That's when I walked out. "Not enough staff" because of all the medical people who quit during the pandemic is NOT AN EXCUSE. If you know you don't have enough staff, then DO NOT SCHEDULE SO MANY PEOPLE!!! Also, like other reviews, the small waiting room was ridiculous - more than totally packed. Some people had to wait outside.

I left without having a procedure done because the staff were rude in the face of my concerns. Upon checking in, I was surprised to hear my balance due was higher than expected. The front-desk registration representative mentioned notes in my file regarding old/secondary insurance. This worried me, as I'd had issues with my insurance before, I wasn't sure if that was what was producing the high balance. I asked the person at the front desk if there was a billing/insurance person in the building that I could talk to. He let me know he would "see if she could come explain it to you better" and I responded that "I don't need another interpretation of what you've told me. I have some questions I'd like to ask" He returned at least twenty minutes later- not with the person I'd asked for- but to tell me that nothing had changed. This upset me, because I'd asked for the person who deals with insurance and billing, not a front desk registration representative. He went and got her and when she came out front to talk to me, it felt contentious from the get-go. As if she was annoyed she had to leave her office to talk to a patient. I simply wanted to clarify somethings about the notes in my chart and about how my procedure was coded. Because I was already aggravated, she didn't seem interested at all in calming me. It really did seem she came out of her office with the expectation of having a debate, rather than to calm the worries of a patient being faced with a huge bill upfront. The front desk representative offered to have me seen and would send me a bill at a later date, but this woman vetoed that plan. I would've still gone through with it had that option been on the table, but this lady's rudeness prevented either of us to getting to the answers I needed before I decided to cancel my appointment so I could take my insurance and money someplace else. *On top of all this, and unrelated, this is the type of office that yells your name out "MIDDLE WINDOW PLEASE!!" rather than being private and professional about it like a normal doctor's office. It felt like I was at the DMV. I will be having these procedures done, just not at this surgery center.

-Second window processing paperwork: TERRIBLE experience! Young lady was rude, unwelcoming, deplorable attitude, unkind, makes you feel like a nuisance, definitely not patient oriented. She might be a good fit to work with papers behind the scene, but please, please, please, don’t let her talk to people. Patients are not cattle in a processing plant, they are human beings. Don’t treat them like trash. By the way, patients provide the opportunity to bring home a paycheck. OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/MANAGER: If you are interested in training and making this office a better place, here’s some specific information. I think it was window number 2. Young Hispanic lady, don’t remember her name. October 31, 2022 some time in the morning. -First window to sign in: PLEASANT experience! Lady was kind, friendly, welcoming, patient oriented. -Inside care: GREAT. Once you pass the horrible experience in the lobby, you are treated with dignity and kindness from the nurse opening the door to let you in, to the nurse bringing you out on a wheelchair to your car. I understand a bad apple doesn’t represent everyone. Hope this helps the administrator to check if it’s an isolated employee problem, or a culture problem that requiers training, coaching, supervision, etc. It’s very simple: treat others like you would like to be treated!

Very nice center. Clean. Good staff. I waited a little too long. But that was the doctor not the center. They were all ready. The doctor chose to do a clinic in Pahrump before our procedures. He was two hours late. Thanks Doc. Next time just let us know so we can stay home a little longer. Two hours waiting on a gurney was not okay. The five stars are not for you.

This was the best experience I've had in a long time. From the front desk to the end of my procedure. Everyone in there knows how to treat their patients. If I could give you guys a rating of 100 I definitely would.

Escorting a patient. Was told I have to wait outside because they dont have room for rides. Upon using the restroom I noticed 20 empty chairs. 6 rides waiting outside. There is plenty of room. I was told it would be 2 to 3 hours but currently the patient has been waiting 70 minutes and not been called back. If they cant handle a waiting room and rides.. I would not trust whats going on in the back. Do not schedule here.

I had a great experience at Valley View Surgery Center! The front office was very friendly. The three guys prepping me for my procedure were Sean, Chris, and Ernesto. I was so nervous for what was to come, all were very friendly and put my mind at ease, adding a little humor, before my procedure.

Second time we had to take hubby there for procedures testing. People are great very polite very kind the facility was very clean. One of the texts explain the test results to my husband so we don't have to wait before we can get in and see the doctor because they were all very positive. Would highly recommend the facility as I said people there with absolute caring and kind.

My mom just had a colonoscopy done a few days ago. She had a wonderful experience. The attention from the nurses and doctors was excellent. It made her feel comfortable and that they really care for their patients and also super clean 👌🏼

My mom had a colonoscopy on Wednesday and it was packed. I couldn’t go in to help translate but luckily there were a lot of nurses that are bilingual. But the wait time is ridiculous. Had to be there at 1:15 for a 2:45 colonoscopy appointment. And she didn’t get the procedure done until like 4 in the afternoon. But my mom said that her experience overall was amazing. All of the nurses treated her great.

The parking situation is kinda awful, and we waited a long time, but that was to be expected. The release process was amazing. They called me to tell me that my mom would be ready to be picked up in 20 mins, so I drove up to the pick-up area, and they wheeled her out and they were very nice.

Came here with my wife for the same procedures that we were schefuled for on Wednesday, August, 30th, 2023 at 7:30am. The most aggravating part was the office was jam packed. A Gentleman who works here had to come out and politely ask all rides wait outside, so patients could sit down. Even after he announced this, some left and the other half stayed and ignored him. They should've kicked those who refused to leave out. Then to top it off there was only one restroom for men and women. Apparently the office doesn't like to clean it or keep the toilet paper stocked. To legit sit and wait for my wife and I to be called just to give insurance, I.D, and payment was ridiculous. Very uncomfortable feeling when you were told to take a colon prep the day of at 3am and one restroom is pathetic, no less like I said no toilet paper. Yet I will admit the staff were polite, professional, showed common respect, and did try there best. They said good morning and did try to break the awkwardness in the office after telling rides to wait outside. I can say I wish they had more restrooms for patients as they should understand some are still on colon preps, medications, and or have medical conditions. The office was waiting area was not really clean.

This place is the worst! I went there for a colonoscopy and arrived at 10:15AM. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours and 15 minutes before they called me! When we arrived they told my husband there was no room in the waiting area and that he should go somewhere else or sit outside. After an hour passed I was concerned about my husband being out in the 100 degree heat, and asked him to join me, as there were ample vacant seats available. At 1:30PM I was finally called into the back where they inserted my IV and went over my history. I was not wheeled into the surgical area until 2:45PM and did not leave until 3:30PM. It is awful how they treat the patients by making them wait that long, especially when they had a liquid diet the day before and were instructed not to drink anything 4 hours prior to arrival time. They overbook the patients and it is a cattle call! While the staff was very friendly and professional, I have to give this one star because there is absolutely no excuse for making patients wait that long. When I complained to the Dr. and staff, I was told this was just a crazy day. However, from talking to repeat patients in the waiting room and seeing other negative reviews on YELP it is easy to see that this lack of regard for patients is the norm! I have had 2 colonoscopies over the years in a different state, and never had to wait that insane an amount of time! The negative reviews on YELP go back many years so it is obvious this place has very little regard for how the patients are made to wait and only are interested in making as much money as possible!

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIME! VERY OVER SCHEDULED! HAD TO ARRIVE BY 7:15 to an already packed waiting room and 15 min procedure was finally at 10:45. It’s an assembly line system. Very unprofessional. Took 4 hours for something that has never taken more than 1 hour elsewhere. Never again!

Went here recently for a colonoscopy. Three days later began feeling ill with headache, fever, diarrhea, body aches, and fatigue. I went to Urgent care and they found that I had an e. Coli infection. They told me I was likely infected at this location. When I call my doctor at Digestive Associates and reported my symptoms, they told me it was either a cold or Covid. They did not offer me any medication or medical advice. Avoid this place for for your own health.

I was there on Friday and experienced a welcoming and very professional environment. I wish I could remember everyone's name but I do remember my nurse Kenyatta. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was patient and caring. Dr Chan spoke with me before surgery and let know what to expect. My after care nurse did everything she could to ease my anxiety. I highly recommend this location.

I feel that the staff at VV Surgery Center made my visit there as comfortable as they could. I was very nervous but they put me at ease and all of the nurses were extremely kind and attentive. I felt cared for and safe from beginning to end. Dr Carlson called me the next morning to see how I was and then I got another call from one of the nurses to make sure I was ok. Great team, great care.

have been twice for testing. Both times, from the front desk to discharge. Everyone was very friendly and efficient but also their bedside manner was top notch.

Not sure what it is really but how can this place schedule a 3 o’clock appointment, tell a patient to come in two hours early, then not even start a procedure that takes less than an hour wait another hour and a half after the original appointment time? All with no way to contact a person at the front as to when or if the patient will be seen? Luckily my partner took their phone with them. They told me the doctor was late coming into work. If this place were any other type of business, this would be unacceptable.
