Utterly worthless care facility!! The staff are nice to deal with but their value of you as a patient is horrid! I recently went there with COVID symptoms and was tested and told I could be treated if I was positive. Well, I came back positive and they threw me too the curb stating I was too healthy of a person to be treated. I needed to be a chronic smoker, overweight, or have horrible eating habits and underlying conditions to be treated. This place has lowered my faith in the American medical system more than I ever thought possible. You are better off treating yourself than letting these Doctors ā€œtreatā€ you!!!

Not a bad experience. We ended up here New Years Day. My daughter scratched her eye. It was less than an hour total. And theyā€™ll give you the WiFi password if you ask for it. My only complaint was the check-in lady was rude.

I took my wife here on a Tuesday night around 10.00 pm. I googled Urgent Care that was open at night and this place was one of the few options. So glad we went here. We were in and out in under 50 minutes. I am sure times change from hour to hour and day to day. There was very little paperwork at the check-in; the receptionist did most of the work. We waiting less than 5 minutes to see the doctor. The care was excellent. We were even able to get an X-ray on the premises and read at this late hour. Every employee, from the security guard at the door, the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor, to the x-ray technician, was friendly, compassionate, and very professional and knowledgeable. I just want to thank everyone there for their help.

Easy access at corner of So Rancho and Charleston. Lots of parking with handicap access. Neat and clean interior. Customer service at front desk was friendly and efficient. Wait time was 10 minutes after appt which was no problem. The technician was professional, patient and caring. Over all it was a good experience.

We went here around 9:30pm and waited till 1am in a room by yourself since the staff said doctor is coming anytime but took me almost 4hrs to be given attention. This is Urgent Care meaning we need urgent attention , how come I need to wait for a long time ? I understand thereā€™s a lot of patient but you have to anticipate those and have enough doctors to help the patients . Because by just waiting alone it adds up to our burden as a patient that needs urgent attention Not a good location to come when you needed urgent care . Very slow service ā˜¹ļø

I've always had a great experience with this practice until my recent encounter with their staff. The front desk was very quick and polite. However, the back office staff has been very rude and unhelpful. I was seen the day before yesterday and forgot to request an excuse note for work I was placed on hold three times until I got to the "back office" I then explained what I needed and what my issues were when I was placed on hold, explaining myself each time I am placed on hold. By the fourth time my call was picked up by a very rude agent who proceeded to ask for my name and has no idea why I was calling. At this point I was very frustrated nevertheless I was still calm and polite trying to express my concern for the unprofessional service I've experienced today. She interrupted me and ask for my first and last name as I did not even have a chance to finish my sentence I continued the speak and she interrupted me again and even raised her voice at me demanding my first and last name TWO more times completely disregarding what I am trying to say. This is when I asked to speak with someone else. When I was transfer I spoke with a women who claimed to be a manager. She expressed no empathy or concern for the staffs lack of patient care. Nor did anyone take accountability for the unprofessionalism. I VERY RARELY write a bad review but this is unacceptable. I have no intentions of ever visiting this practice again nor will I continue to recommend this practice to anyone. I am a medical professional myself and I would never give my patients the treatment I received today. I was seen for chest pain and a stomach bug and not only did they tell me I didn't "look sick" or show signs of illness yet I've been having a documented cough for over three months, chest pain and have been vomiting for four days straight. I wasn't even seen by a doctor I was seen by a resident who advised me to take ibuprofen and OTC meds. I then had to leave my visit early because I could not control my vomiting and was told because I left after speaking with the resident that my covid swab was THROWN AWAY for an "Incomplete visit" yet they are going to bill my insurance because I "SPOKE WITH A DOCTOR" I didn't speak with a doctor I spoke with a resident who simply told me I wasn't sick and because I could no longer stand being there they threw away my test. This is the worst medical experience i've ever had and that is a lot to say for the medical care here in Las Vegas.

It was the only urgent care that I could find that took my insurance after 8 p.m. in the entire city of Las Vegas. Check in was fast but the lady who processed my check in told me there was a three hour wait, ( it was 10 p.m. when I arrived). My husband and I took seats in the waiting area only to be called 10 minutes later (?). I wondered if she was saying that to discourage people from waiting and they would leave; the waiting room was almost empty. A very nice lady took my vitals and escorted me to a room. A man came in, I thought he introduced himself as "Dr." But I'm not sure. He spoked extremely fast. I found out later by looking at the prescription label that he was a NP, not an M.D. He must have spent 7 minutes with me. Visit was o.k. since it was so late at night but my real complaint isabout the nurse who came in afterward to give me the exit paperwork and prescription Info. I was still sort of confused about what the "doc" said and I still had some questions. I asked her if I could speak with the doc again and she wouldn't let me. Then, she showed me a list of pharmacies that were open 24 hrs. For my prescription to be filled. I chose the one closest to my house and she had the nerve to argue with me that she lived right by that pharmacy and it wasn't close to where I live. I now began feeling like I was in the twilight zone. I stood my ground and told her that I know where I live and I know the closest pharmacy to where I live. Couldn't believe she was being so petty. Other than her and the rushed doctor visit; it was o.k.

I was there last night because I was not feeling my best. I was there from 8pm to 11pm. And at the time I was getting my x-ray done I asked the tech Is my suff (wallet, phone, and keys) going to be safe in the room? The tech told me yes it will be fine. And at that time I believe that someone came in the room and took $400 from my wallet. I did not realize that my money was missing until this morning. I went down there today to see what can be done and all they told me that they need to talk with there director. That she dose not know what is going to happen.

Best choice Iā€™ve made coming here. Friendly staff, Professional treatment, quick and efficient. Iā€™ve never felt that Iā€™d had a GREAT DR at an Urgent Care but this was it. From the receptionist to the Triage nurse to the DR to the X-ray tech and the staff that just stopped in to check that everything was ok, itā€™s a Wonderful feeling! I hope itā€™s always like this. I have a Quick Care less than a mile from me but it was well worth driving the extra miles to come here. Thank you Dr. Lockwood and the Triage nurse for everything, saving 20-30 minutes on crutches getting to the car! I broke a bone in my foot. šŸ™šŸ¼ I appreciate you all!

Please tell your backroom staff not to argue with clients. I'm trying to get a prescription straighten out that my cardiologist prescribed, and I just spent 10 minutes going around in circles with the 20-something year old staff member who answered the phone. She was very rude. I know what I need. If you have to get back to me, fine, but don't argue with me, especially when I had just hung up with the pharmacist who countered what you had told me. Excellent customer service skills go a long way when situations get messy.

Glad they offer 24 hr service but sadly we waited 7 hrs (8pm-3am). They could have called for help or have on-call Dr's during busy times. 1 Nurse practitioner w waiting room full of patients i believe is too much.

DONā€™T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE MADE TO GO HERE - circus operation Poorly managed Poorly screened there employees No accountability Plan to spend Minimum of 5 hour wait in rooms No one comes and checks well-being of patients After 2 hours they will Move you to another wait room so they can bring more patients Itā€™s amazing they cannot handle what they have in rooms and they bring more in. One they move you to 10 by 10 size with 3 chairs room with other Patients. U are just sitting ducks no one even checkin with you to see how you doing. We donā€™t know those patients in wait room have any contagious sickness. I donā€™t think this legal. Rude nursing staff donā€™t even care you pay for this service. They will act like itā€™s free services. Itā€™s a government public health department with a bigger bill. Shameful they calling there self medical service. Itā€™s a kangaroo operation.

I went in after a week of intense stomach bug symptoms. Not only did they mention that I "didn't look sick" but they seemed very apathetic the whole time. I had to ask them to draw blood just to be safe. They didn't run any other tests and then sent me home with medicine that only half helped. A week later, I went to the ER for the same symptoms not going away and found out that I had appendicitis. Good thing it didn't rupture. That's just ridiculous. I won't be returning.

Itā€™s great they are open 24 hours butā€¦. You arrive no waiting time. You get your vitals taken and then moved to a room to wait for the doctor. Then the real waiting beginsā€¦. 20 minutes go byā€¦.. 45 minutes go byā€¦. And yet no doctor to be found to walk through that door.

*this is about your very kind receptionist with glasses and lots of piercings* I came here a few days ago because i had a massive headache and felt the sickest i have ever felt. I sat down in the waiting room and i got called back just to be told the wait was going to be two hours. they told me i should do a Telehealth visit instead. i told them i just paid my copay, i canā€™t afford to just pay that and waste it. she said ā€œokay thatā€™s fineā€ keep in mind, NEVER told me i could get a refund. so i sit in the waiting room for a few more minutes sobbing and decided to leave anyways because my head hurt so bad i wanted to go somewhere else or just lay down at home and give up. I walked up to your lovely receptionist with the glasses & piercings and told her i was going to leave and try the ER or something because the wait was too long. she immediately decided to get loud with me for some reason even though i just told her i had the worst headache of my life and said ā€œyou know the wait at emergency is gonna be longer rightā€ Iā€™ve gone to St rose dominican on w flamingo several times and never had to wait longer than 15 minutes, but okay girl. I told her i didnā€™t care and i tried to walk away because i thought that was it. She literally shouted at me as i tried to leave (and no i was not far away, girl just felt like yelling that day i guess.) and told me to COME BACK. SO. I. CAN. RE-VERSE. THE. CHARGE. and was shaking her head, scoffing, and rolling her eyes at me whole time sheā€™s pulling it up. Whole time, iā€™m sobbing because my head hurt so bad. And she was shouting at me. Anyways, I didnā€™t even think i could have a refund, but since you offered iā€™ll gladly take one (:. Also, it turns my massive headache was due to the fact that I have COVID. So tell that wonderful lady she should get tested since she doesnā€™t wanna wear masks in medical facilities either šŸ’œ have the day you deserve queen

Yes there is a wait time, but you need to remember every one there is experiencing some kind of discomfort. I went in for kidney stones at midnight and was seen in 45 minutes. Dr Shin and his staff did an excellent job at keeping me comfortable

I am writing to share my experience. I visited the facility on Saturday, June 10th. We arrived a little before 10pm expecting attentive and prompt care, as advertised on the facility's webpage where they show wait times and weekend hours of operation. What we received was extremely unprofessional and inattentive treatment that caused undue stress and could have led to a worsened medical condition had my daughter's finger actually been broken. After arriving and having X-rays done on my daughter's possibly broken finger, we were left waiting with no update on the results or her condition. About an hour after the x-rays, the provider informed us that she wanted us to go home so my daughter could rest, without providing the X-ray results or a diagnosis. We were told the provider would call us the next day with the results. That call never came. Upon following up with the facility on multiple occasions over the next 2 days, we were given excuses and told we had to continue waiting for the provider to review the results and call us back at her convenience. No other providers were allowed to review my daughter's X-rays or provide a diagnosis, and our calls expressing concern over this unacceptable delay in care and asking for answers were dismissed. It was not until today that the provider finally called to inform us that my daughter's finger was not actually broken, while also providing conflicting accounts about whether she had actually told us this information during our initial visit. We were provided with no papers or documentation about my daughter's diagnosis or treatment. The treatment we received was unethical, unprofessional, and caused undue stress and anxiety over the course of multiple days due to the facility and provider's negligence and failure to provide prompt diagnosis and attentive care. We pay high premiums and copays for health insurance and services with the expectation of receiving attentive and quality care, especially in urgent situations, and that was not provided in this case.

I do not recommend going to their urgent care. I came in as a cash patient and the service was the worst I have ever had anywhere. I spent 250$ to wait an hour and be seen by the doctor on duty for 30 seconds. She proscribed me medicine equivalent to Tylenol and sent me on my way. I asked if she needed to ask me questions or check further and she said no. All she did was check my breathing. They are ripping clients off and not taking the time to probably diagnosis. They werenā€™t even busy online wait time was between 10-14 minutesā€¦.

I have chronic shingles and had a flare up on my eyelid. Since it was so near to my eye, I decided to try giving Dr. Shin at SW Medical a visit. Combative, doesn't listen, kept on pointing at the acne on the back of my neck and calling it shingles, completely ignoring the red mucus covered eyeball, and argued with me that shingles can't be chronic. I decided to walk out since the quack can't tell the difference between herpes and pimples. Don't go to this doc unless you have to.

I've come here twice for imaging. No major complaints with either of those. Some wait for xray. Not sure how the urgent care part is. Edit on imaging..xray test results were never completed. Figuring out what to do to get results for a test I paid for.

Usually this facility is really efficient but I donā€™t know why today theyā€™re just slacking terribly. Their website said 20 minutes waiting but weā€™ve been waiting for over three hours. First the front desk made a mistake and they had to change the wrist band and recharge the copay twice. So, we waited an hour in the waiting rooms for nothing. Now, we have waited for another 2 hours to see the provider and no one seems to know how much longer we have to wait? Wow!

You donā€™t actually get helped. I came in for pain. All I got was the run around for a pharmacy. So practically useless to come here if you want to get actual help. I got a half of decent diagnosis. Nothing to actually help with pain. No point in it being 24/7 I had to wait for normal business hours to get actual help with any medication.

One of the best urgent care experiences ever. Broke my collarbone at a hotel during a work trip. I researched urgent cares to find one near the Wynn with on-site imaging. (The place the Wynn referred me to did not). This place was excellent. Reasonable price, very fast to be seen, careful docs and staff, and clear communications. Just a short ride from the Wynn. I was really glad I found this place.

I came in around 6:30am this morning and everyone was so kind. From the security officer who greeted me at the front desk, to the registration member who didnā€™t get mad when I gave her the wrong insurance card, to my nurse Sahara who walked me to the room immediately after triage and didnā€™t roll her eyes when I said Iā€™m a nurse too, to Dr. Desai who talked me through possible causes of my pain, and then Hilda, nurse who discharged me and made sure I had a note for workā€¦ everyone was absolutely wonderful and I will absolutely choose this SWM again. Thank you for the great experience!

I came July 28th for Ćnstense abdominal pain that even hurt to breathe. The MAs and RNs were super sweet but the reason for my poor rating was because of the doctor. I was sent home with them not knowing what I had after blood tests and a CT scan that they couldnā€™t find nothing and they didnā€™t know what I had. I was sent home with nothing but one prescription for pain. I went home to take a nap but woke up with a high fever and an intense pain in my lower right abdomen area. I had to go to a SECOND but to a UMC quickcare and right there the doctor was so upset how I was sent home with all the possible symptoms I had was appendicitis! I was shocked to hear that if I didnā€™t go to a second urgent care my appendix couldā€™ve perforated. They immediately told me to go to the ER. Iā€™m so upset at how the doctor at this rancho location really dismissed my symptoms and didnā€™t know what was wrong with me. This couldā€™ve turned out so bad if it wasnā€™t for tbt second urgent care. Even the doctors at the ER and my surgeon were flabbergasted at that. And to make it more worse was when they did the CT scan on me, we had to wait almost two hours for results. All that waiting for them to say everything look great except that they couldnā€™t find my appendix likeā€¦??? Is that not concerning? The doctor just said it could just be gas trapped. Lol I wouldnā€™t go here if youā€™re feeling bad abdominal pain cause youā€™ll get dismissed for it being nothing. My first and last time ever coming here. The doctors from the hospital and the UMC quickcare even told me to call the doctorā€™s supervisor to leave a report for that doctor cause this couldā€™ve been bad if I listened to the doctor there and not gone to the second urgent care.

This is the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. My mom has CHF and we thought she had to be admitted, we called the nurse advice line and were advised to go to this urgent care. We were out within two hours and my mom felt much better after treatment. Nurse Melissa Ingraham and Dr. Garcia (not sure if he is a PA or a DO) took great care of my mom and she was able to go home that same night. Thank you for the great service.
