$660 BILL for A DOCTORS NOTE FOR OUR KIDS. The doctor didn't even do anything except walk into the room, see the runny noses, and agree to sign the note for the school. There were no tests, no consultation, just a doctors note. When we asked to pay the much much MUCH cheaper "cash only" price they say sorry and insist they can't let us. They are not willing to negotiate down a price. Do not go here unless you want to get majorly inflated bills sent to your insurance and your insurance sending the rest of the expense to you. Fraudulent, greedy, overpriced, uncaring. We will not be going again and I suggest you don't either. UPDATE: After posting my review on Yelp where I talked about our $660 DOLLAR BILL FOR A SIMPLE DOCTORS NOTE FOR OUR KIDS, I was messaged by a staff member who asked us to email and talk it over with them. We emailed and the lady said she would look into it for us. Next thing we knew they had sent us to collections! When we called the customer service person back she assured us it wasn't supposed to happen and promised to get us taken out of collections. She said she would find out what was going on and contact us. A week or two went on with no contact and collections calls continued. Finally it showed up on our credit report. We have no choice but to pay, despite their "customer care" people promising they would help us out. Double disappointed.

HORRIBLE doctors here, stay away. My daughter went in for a very bad ear ache and the dr told me just to give her allergy medicine, he didn't even look in her ear! I took her to a different dr the next day at a different location and he told me her ear drum ruptured and had an infection and if went untreated much longer it could cause serious damage. Allergy medicine!?

Nice people. However horrible at medical. I went here expecting the usual poor quality care that seems standard at SMA facilities. But got extemely sub poor treatment. If you want to chop it up with some strangers then go here. If you want medical treatment stay far away.

The provider is incredibly slow and extremely inefficient. I was first in line with one patient ahead and it still took almost 2 hours. I could hear the provider in the adjacent shooting the breeze with the patient ahead of me. If you're managing this clinic, you should probably find someone more efficient and better at time management and dealing with people than Josiah Simon. About 10 patients walked out during the time I was there due to the unnessary wait time. Save your time and make an appointment on line. You'll skip to the front of the line.

Worst place ever the front staff was nice but the doctor was terrible! She told me I was fine even though I had a sore throat and blood in my phlegm. You are better off with seeing your PCP.

They saw us quickly and was very friendly and efficient. Very happy with the check up for our child and will revisit if we need medical attention in the future.

Big fans. Between all of us (adults and kids), we are here a lot. Never wait more than 10 minutes. We usually see Elena and are extremely happy with her care. In and out under 30 minutes. Recommended.

Absolutely do not come here. Brought my 4 month old daughter in with cough and congestion and was told it was teething. They didn't even bother listening to her heart or lungs at all!! Thank God it wasn't life threatening or she wouldn't be here right now. Less than a week later her brother was thought to have pneumonia but found out it was a respiratory virus. Likely from her. She just didn't present all the symptoms. Took her weeks to recover with a humidifier and allergy meds.

They’re just really nice, the front desk, the nurses, the doctors. Also, they remain professional and sincere. I never once felt unwelcome or treated in a condescending manner. Keep up the great work guys! ✌️

I have anxiety related insomnia. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating regarding my circumstances, especially being a free-lance musician without insurance. Thank you for helping me and giving care without judgement. I finally got some sleep and I'm so grateful for the service you provided me. 🙏

The staff, (everyone from receptionist, nurses, doctors, etc.) were always kind and professional. I hope this place opens up again.

Went to this facility last Thursday. It was quick to get in and get prescriptions. Follow-up took too long though. I waited a week for my results, which all came back unremarkable. No news is good news I guess.

My visit could not have been more pleasant and healing. I visited these folks with an eye issue. The doctor examined me and determined that I had an abrasion of the cornea, a very painful and annoying injury. She treated me with an eye antibiotic and numbing drops for pain. All and all, I was quite impressed with the doctor and her staff.

I had a wonderful experience here! I was seen for a UTI, so it was pretty straightforward. The staff was very friendly. The doctor came in briefly at the end to say she would call in my script. I'm not sure how a sick visit would go, but I was very pleased with my experience this time around :)
