My cat was scheduled for a grooming appointment, nail trim, exam and updated vaccinations. I made the appointment for 10am and was not assisted until 30-40mins later. Front desk does not know how to triage/multitask or get people taken back in an orderly fashion. If you run on “appointment only” you should be better about running the floor or not scheduling more than you can handle at once. The worst part was pickup, I get a call saying she would be ready at 1pm, I arrive at 1 and I’m told she’s not ready yet, after another 20+ minutes they bring her out WITHOUT the carrier I dropped her off in and her whole lower half is WET. She was not dried or brushed. Not to mention they misplaced her carrier. The tech hands her off without saying a word and leaves. I was not told how her exam went, how her vaccines went or anything. If this was the service I received, I can’t imagine what my poor baby went through behind closed doors. :(

So my dog got hit by a car nearly 3 months ago and we've been looking for an office to do surgery on my dogs back hip, it was the scariest day of my life I thought I was going to lose my dog. For 3 months we've been looking for a doctor Bullard to do this huge surgery it's really hard to find people that care in Las Vegas. my co worker referred me to this place Ann road animal hospital, I met the doctor and immediately I did not feel any fear in the surgery that was about to happen he was confident in his words and immediately we did the surgery it's been 2 weeks now and my dog Apollo has been walking on his back leg. Today we got the sutures removed and the doctor is very proud of how well Apollo is doing. This doctor is amazing, sweet and explains everything I recommend this place to everybody thank you again doctor. Bullard for taking care my baby.

PLEASE READ IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUR BABY!!! I do not even know where to start, I have been using this vet since early 2000's, I am shocked at how much in a couple years they have declined in so many ways. Even with an appointment and a very sick dog, you will wait over an hour to two..BUT if you pay $200, magically the Dr is available. This is an emotional review so let me just be blunt, Dr. Williams and Dr. Georges, emphasis on Dr, Georges gave a treatment plan that made my dog suffer, unnecessary surgery, horrible after care, 5 visits in three weeks, including when they miss scheduled and forgot to call us, never assisted me and he's a MASTIFF. Prior to his surgery they had us wait in the hallway with the kennels like it was some back alley illegal procedure, heard staff talking bad about the animals there. "Ugh I hate Pomeranians", I would never have one" so much more. Front desk was wearing Lilo and Stitch sleep pants. I don't think the dr's scrubs could be any tighter, So unprofessional. No follow up calls, watching people leave because they were tired of the wait and they could care less they were losing clients. My dog couldn't even walk and was bleeding on the floor and we had to wait because DR. GEORGES WAS GOING TO LUNCH! No empathy, but again if you paid the $200 she would be available, at the end of all of this madness and exhausted from trying to follow their treatment plan and watching my dog decline and the endless hours we spent there over the past three weeks, we left. We took him to Craig Road Animal Hospital and they brought a gurney out for him and assisted us with getting him inside. Options were given and it was inevitable to euthanize him, they allowed us to get Mando cheeseburgers and allowed us plenty of time even though it was almost after hours. My family cried, the vet and the tech had tears and were so gentle and understanding, My Mando peacefully went to sleep and stepped onto the rainbow bridge. I will never forgive you Dr. Georges, I hope you reflect on this failure and I pray when you become ill you don't suffer from an incompetent Dr. You failed Mando, Enjoy trying new foods and binge watching TV as your bio makes you seem human but the truth is your treatment is inhumane. RIP Mando we love YOU

Updated: I would give zero stars if possible. Dr. Mata is great but the staff is a joke. I just picked my dog up from boarding (see below for info from drop off) they tried to tell me I had dropped off 2 dogs, which I most definitely did not do, they didn’t feed him his food I took for him, he was covered in feces all over, they had sprayed him with air freshener but he had clumps of poop stick to him, he drank 3 bowls of water when we got home, and his equipment was all messed up. I’m pretty sure they stuck him in a crate and left him for 3 days. I understand it’s a kennel but this is inhumane. Will NEVER go back. I have very mixed emotions about this one. Vet services have been awesome but it’s way too big, hundreds of pets per day, check in takes an hour every time. Communication is poor. My dog is reactive I informed them then when I made boarding appointment, at check in the receptionist was unaware so I informed them again, and asked for an exam for anxiety for him, when tech came out he was unaware of both. I had a strange feeling the next day and called to confirm he had been evaluated for anxiety meds. Nope no one claimed to have been informed even though I told 3 separate people. I’ll be trying a new place next time.

Great staff…..extremely accommodating! Lola, pictured below, is very animal aggressive and unfortunately we are NOT able to sit in the waiting area. The front staff accommodates with having us a room ready upon arrival or they call us when a room is ready…to avoid any confrontation with other guests and animals. The nurses and doctors are ALWAYS polite and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ann Road Animal Hospital.

I have been going to Ann Rd Animal Hospital for awhile now. I like this hospital and haven't found another that is fair in cost with good care of my fur babies. However, time has always been an issue. You get there and wait at least an hour is my experience. I know they try to improve the situation, but if it Vets they are short of, it would be nice to let us know instead of just sitting there waiting with no idea when we are going to be seen. Vaccines didn't take too long I was in and out within the hour. Several months ago it was over an hour. Don't know if it is not having enough Vets. The other is the Front Desk clerks. They need to be a little understanding that we cannot hear them with the mask and the glass that separates us. And then signing in was an issue when you have tons of people coming in at the same time. You had to sign in, then wait to be called so they could register you in. I waited once almost 45 minutes to be called up to the desk even with an appointment. [this is if you have an appointment later in the day, like 10am-11 am]

We had an appointment at 3:50pm, and the Dr. met us in the lobby to triage our pug at 4:05. We were talking and walking to the exam room at 4:08! Very concerned and polite when addressing our Pugs concerns. The Dr. took her to the back to complete a more thorough exam, and conduct an ear swab test for allergies. This is the second time we bring Marley the Pug in to this Vet. ***the exam rooms wall back splash looks like Star Wars’ “Death Star”. 😎

I was able to do a same day appointment when my kitten got really sick. I couldn't even get in to see my regular vet. The staff and vets are very caring of your pet. They took very good care of my kitten when she had to go into the hospital. I appreciated that they gave me a cost break down of the treatment my kitty needed. It allowed me to see all costs of treatment and choose which course of treatment I wanted. I will be switching vets to Ann Rd Animal Hospital moving forward.

The doctors and staff are very caring. Ann Rd is a good 30 minute drive from my house. However it is worth the trip. I understand while time is a factor for some, and I have waited more than an hour for my appointment on a couple occasions, I know that they work on patients' time- Meaning if they have emergencies they are taking care of it, and if I have multiple concerns for my pet they will address them all as best as possible. This unfortunately runs into other appointments, and I am on the other end of this too, but my pets are cared for. (By the way the same goes for human doctors too, no one should feel rushed when caring for their health.) The staff and providers are always friendly and knowledgeable. Just know they have many doctors and are pretty busy, but that should be a good sign.

I’ve always received great service here for all our pets. There are times we’ve waited longer than our appointment time however when you are dealing with medical staff, you have to be patient due to walk in / urgent matters. Hopefully we never need an emergency service but knowing I can be seen that day is really important to me.

Simply the best place in the world - if I could rate it infinitely I would. Took Mundy here and the staff did everything in their care to make sure he was comfortable and accommodated. Front desk was amazing and scheduling for an appointment is quick and snappy. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in caring for my little baby boy; I'm going to go here regularly now!

I am new to the area. My groomer suggested Ann Rd. Vets for care of my two beloved cocker spaniels. Last week my 10 year old was fine. Then the next day I knew something was not right. They were able to give me an appointment right away. X-rays and blood work showed I had a very sick girl. They saw her five days in a row, trying hard to save her. As a retired nurse, they worked with me so that I could have her at home, following their care recommendations. One week later it became clear she would not recover. Their kindness in meeting both Gabby's needs and those of mine and her brother Sammy in her end of life could not have been kinder, concerned, and simply so reassuring. I had the privilege of having three wonderful and knowledgeable veterinarians involved in her treatment and care. The tech staff showed such caring and kindness, and even the office and support staff were so thoughtful and caring. I would highly recommend this team, and will continue to have Sammy's health overseen at this practice. And a special thanks to Dr. J for her willingness to meet my requests when Gabby went to heaven.

I have been associated with Ann Road Animal Hospital since they opened. Even after moving to Bullhead City, I continue to bring all our dogs to them for their medical care. They are always there when we need help. They are very busy so it's better to allow extra time and make appointments. The cost is high but so is every other vet. The only issue is they seem to have a large turnover in receptionists and they are often young and inexperienced. There are communication issues most times I come in. Overall, they do focus on quality and every doctor truly cares about my animals. For this visit... Penny was spayed and she is doing great.

I live quite far from the hospital, but believe me it is worth the time and drive. The hospital's staff is so friendly and caring about each dog as if it is their own. They accommodate our dog the same day on a Saturday as it was in need. The exams were accurate and Doctor Mata took the time to go over all the results with high professionalism. I highly recommend the Hospital.

So far, so good. Been here twice with my terrier-mix 13+yr-old BELLA (aren't all pets now named Bella?) and Dr. Williams has given her excellent diagnosis and given me detailed explanations of her very daunting liver disease and pancreatitis. Overall, prices have been reasonable. Dr. Williams knows her vet medicine and Bella has shown positive signs of improvement in two weeks.

I have nothing to say except great things about my experience with Ann Road AH! They have been so amazing with my very nervous dog. They have gone the extra mile to help us out and provide excellent care! I highly recommend them.

I had to put my sweet baby cat Dulchi down today (02/20/23) at around 2PM & I just wanna say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. My cat had masses on her & her previous vet said that if they kept growing they were tumors & more than likely cancerous. She was 17 years of age. I was not able to vocally say thank you at her appointment today because I was a wreck & in tears. I’m unsure of the Dr.’s name, all I know he’s from San Juan, PR because when one of the vet techs took my cat to a different room to put a catheter on her I read about the Dr.‘s description (on the screen) while I was waiting. I don’t recall the vet techs names either, but thank you to the three of you. All of you were so kind & compassionate. Although it was very difficult, the process to put my baby down felt peaceful❤️‍🩹

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved pomeranian (Coco). The people at the animal hospital were humane, caring, and made the process painless as possible. I am a big man and I cried like a baby, but the caring people tried to comfort me and my wife as we watched our baby pass on. Thank you so much.

I tried booking at Camino Al Norte (sister hospital) but they were booked for a month, had been going there for years. thought I would give Ann Road a chance. Ann Road had openings every day, now I know why. Front staff was super rude. I walked in at 0800 with staff yelling that they were short staffed, that was their response whenever someone had a question. probably heard it like 10 times in the 15 minutes I was there while dropping off my dog for vaccines and grooming. I would understand if they were busy but there was 3 people including myself in the waiting area. Picking up my dog was a whole other obstacle I had to go through. Front staff had terrible attitude and moved with no sense of purpose. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Super friendly staff, affordable and clean. Our Trixie had gotten plant toxicity and I called around new our house for help and no one would take her because of being over booked and we see being turned away when our pup needed help the most. We were referred to this clinic by our friends and we are so happy, they took us right away, even though it was over 30 minute drive for us. It’s worth it. The Vets saved our girl and we are so grateful for them!

I really like the personality of the staff. The Doctor is very thoughtful, and kind. She really cares about my baby Snowie. It was very busy in the office and a lot of 1st time customers but they did their best.
