I scheduled an appointment for this location for a Sunday, got all the texts and email reminders, even got a text about an hour before. Got there… closed. I get things can happen, but then patients should be notified of cancellations and not reminded of appointments. For me, it is just inconvenient because of my work schedule and because as does everyone else, I had to organize my day to come here, but I’ll be fine. But I saw people there for whom this was a bigger deal, people without cars, handicapped people, elderly who, in the middle of a heat wave and 110 degrees, were just standing there staring at the door dumbfounded. So yeah, apologizing for the inconvenience is not good enough for them.

This Quest location is set up to provide the most impersonal human experience. The waiting room has zero customer service and is always filled with lots of confused people, many of which are sick. There is no restroom for all the people waiting. One lady who had been waiting for a long time really needed to use the restroom and the staff that randomly pops out to call names had zero empathy for her. She obviously needed to pee but the staff when approached completely dismissed and ignored her. Shame on Quest for not providing basic human services to the customers. The check in to the lab is also very impersonal there are digital kiosks that are easy to use but provide no assistance if there is a problem. The waiting room is always packed with people and it appears that nobody is having a good time. The blood and urine tests I purchased over the internet were taken efficiently. The staff did that well but it was also very impersonal. It was all very rushed. I did like the fast pace of collection. My over all visit was just over 20 minutes.

Since they apparently don't want to be helpful, they have set up their whole phone system so you cannot get help before going to the lab to ensure you are properly prepared (doctor advised I call to make sure I follow their protocols). Their horrible phone system has numerous very very long messages before presenting options that do not provide actual help. Instead of properly staffing the office to handle the basic function of answering the phones (or even using an answering agency), they essentially block you from talking to a person. This is bottom of the barrel "health care" and I must use the word "care" very loosely in this case.

I came here July 26,2022 I took a glucose test and when I went to my doctors appointment on 08/03/2022 my doctor told me that they did not send the full report. I stayed up here for 2 hours on 07/26/2022 from 2:47 pm to 3:47pm. I come back to talk to the people and now since they did not write the time when I took the test I’m back in here waiting another hour because they failed to put in all my information the day I was here to give to the doctor. I am highly upset I am retaking a test I already took because someone failed to write the time when the test was taken . They are dropping the ball and I don’t appreciate it. I had to tell my job I was going to be late because of this. Then I find out two other locations are closed so this is the one closest to me but the service was provided was not good. I’m hoping that they can get it together for the next person but I’m not sure if I feel comfortable about coming back to this location.

Stay far away from this place. I sincerely wish I could give 0 stars. I have never been treated so badly. I have been waiting for my results from Date of Service 4/1/22. I asked to speak to a someone regarding where my results were and if I could have the phone number to the lab upstairs to see what was going on. I was brought to the lead. She said they don’t give out the phone number to the lab. I then asked if she could call for me and she refused. So I then asked her well where are my results then ? At that point she told me to leave or she would call security on me. So I left, but then I went back to ask her name and and an older man came out and I asked what his leads name was. He asked me who was asking, and I told him I was. He then asked me my name and I told him. He then said that he wasn’t going to give me her name and I said I wanted her name cause she was very rude. He told me that I was rude and he wouldn’t give me her name. Is this a business or not ? I have never been treated so badly at a Quest Diagnostics before. If this is how patients are treated I would much rather pay cash at a different lab then ever give Quest my business again. The treatment I received on 4/9/22 at Burnham was totally and completely uncalled for. I was completely taken back being threatened with security when I was asking for help. This is by far the worst I have ever been treated by Quest.

If you make a appointment you are seen quickly, if you dont have a appointment YOU WILL WAIT FOR A ETERNITY!!! I understand appointments should come first but i dont think you should have to wait hours because you couldnt make one especially when all you are getting done is a pee test. If quest is going to make those without appointments wait until god knows when then they should operate by appointments only

When I visit this quest location, I dont have a pleasant experience. They use inexperienced fresh out of 3 months of phlebotomy school do their internships there. This is the only place where they have to stick me more than once. I have easy veins. There is no receptionist Just workers popping in and out of doors calling names. You get no help if you have questions. Poorly organized, poorly run, too many inexperienced people sticking people too many times.

Quest has become so dysfunctional. I rec my referral for a blood draw tried so hard to get it done physically went to 2 locations was told no more appts I could be on stand by if theres a cancellation. I was told to go online, site didnt work tried calling no one answers and the automated system was a joke. I went to the one on Tenaya inside Mt. View because they open at 7am standing room only went to the kiosk a customer told me it didnt work but I overheard no more appts available I was just having a conversation with the girl and the employee steps in between me and the kiosk and said " this doesnt work that is what she is trying to tell you" in a rude way. I held my tongue, went and returned the referral at COHW so not to be billed and ended up going to First Person Complete Care on 4th st. as a walk in got my blood drawn and was out in less than 30 minutes

They seem to be organized, fast, and efficient, however they are very short, almost rude, and just not very friendly. When they are open! I've gone there on more than one occasion when it says on line they are open, but they're not.

This is the best blood work facility I have ever seen. Every time I go I’ve had easy first time blood draws unlike other facilities I’ve dealt with over the years. As long as you make Appt ahead on app and check in you are usually out of there in 10-15 mins. I wish Dr didn’t order bloodwork so much but I will certainly come to this location and Quest every time I’ve able. Thank you for being so wonderful!!!!

Horrible exerience. Absolute horrid management. The male floor supervisor was intentionally visibly trying to provoke certain people and cause problem. He even threatened to call the police on customers and started trying to kick people out for doing nothing wrong. He almost got hurt by multiple clients. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen and frankly their staffs behavior is reckless and dangerous. 1

The worst costumer service ever!!! On Monday I called to book testing. I told the referral I can provide is from Colombia and they told me is ok and booked me for Friday. On Friday, when I went back there, Brad, or whatever his name is (introduced himself as supervisor for the facility) told me that he cant accept the referral from Colombia. Its a freaking test that Im paying for out of pocket and they still wasted who week of my time for that, cuz I had to prepare for a week for this test. Disgusting people

Wow. What a great experience. I was a little put off by the waiting area not having a front desk, however the security guard was more than helpful. I came in as a walk in. I was able to talk to the manager on staff today 3/20/23 and she walked me through the process, I had absolutely no idea where to start. She could have been so annoyed with me 😱 but she answered my questions and helped me completely I got partial results already 🙌 alsoooo I hate having my blood taken, but my phlebotomist was awesome. She made it smooth and quick..even made me laugh 😅 thank you for a great experience! 10/10 would recommend this location.

Terrible experience this place deserves a zero. Had a scheduled appointment that I had made online a week prior. The appointment was for my son who is 12 and the last time he had blood drawn was when he was a baby. So of course he was a bit nervous the check-in was not a problem. The problem was when we got called back the tech that was helping was already seemed bothered. When my son sits down in the chair he starts telling my son that there was rules to follow. My son gets nervous when he see’s the needle and this guy lifts the arm rest almost hitting my son in his chin, tells my son to get out of the chair and that he was not there to baby kids when he had other people to see. He was yelling at my son and only made it worse. Not to mention my son has Autism and high anxiety. I couldn’t believe the treatment we were receiving. He told us to leave the exam room and come back another day after we paid our co pay. I ended up being helped by another tech who was a bit more patient. Unfortunately I did not get this guy’s name but I will be calling the main corporate office this Monday and better business bureau as well.

The first that happened to us in this location. I checked in around 10:24am at the parking area as soon as we arrived. And was in the waiting area 2 mins after. We noticed that our appt wasn’t on the screen so we thought we wait a bit and ask phlebotomists that are coming out. 10:38am since no one was coming out and confirming what happened to our appt we decided to check in again on their portal but the name/schedule is still not on the screen. 10:45am Jean Baker(phlebotomist) came out saying she already called us earlier and we weren’t there. Thinking she already called us 2 mins after we checked in? Coz we were there by the parking and came inside the waiting area. She was arguing that she called us before 10:30am which never happens coz they usually call us way behind or atleast 5 mins after appt. They would always emphasize most of the time that they will call us on our appt time and never before our appt time. Well anyway, she told us that she’s gonna call us again. Waited for atleast 15 mins and our child is hungry so we’re trying to leave. 3 mins after one of the patients called us outside that were being called again so I hurried on to go inside. Then when I knocked on the door and another phlebotomist was trying to get us in that Jean Baker was trying to convince the other phlebotomist not to call us back and just tell us to register again as walk in so we could wait again. She has no empathy and very condescending. Very unprofessional. It is a shame that she’s like that while her coworkers are very compassionate with patients. Since we came to the waiting area atleast 10 patients were already called and there aren’t a lot of people there as well. We always go to this location and met different phlebotomist and are always courteous. Hopefully management will take necessary actions with her kind of behavior. I sincerely hope that this doesn’t happen to any other children or any parents.

I went to get blood work done at this location about 4-5 weeks ago and never heard back from my doctor with results and I was told they never received anything…. I’ve been trying to call quest and all they have is a HORRIBLE answering phone system…. I went to a GI doctor and explained to them that I had blood work done at Quest they called and apparently I’m not a patient there nor do they have any blood work from me? The Doctor I work for has access to quest’s online service and they couldn’t find me as a patient… it is very frustrating to not be able to get a hold of anyone and be told they pretty much lost your info and blood work.

Staff has always been professional and friendly. I have utilized their services for a long time with no complaints other than closing a location I frequented.

As long as you make your appointment online, it’s super quick & easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes from check in, staff was efficient and also asked if I was okay while getting my blood drawn which I appreciate. I also like this location because it’s quieter and less busy compared to other Quest Labs i’ve been to.

The published hours and door signs are not accurate for Sundays and Weekends. Waisted a trip there only to find they lab closes at 2:00PM on Saturdays. Door and website signs say open till 2:30

Your company has got to be the lowest scumbags on the face of the Earth. I am a disabled veteran and went in today to have some blood work done at my doctor's request as I suffer from heart and lung conditions. So the nurse says there a past due amount that I have no knowledge of and in return I said I'm sorry but can't pay at the moment because of my financial situation . She then informs me unless I pay I have to leave. I couldn't believe it . These lowlife turned me away because of money . Even when I do pay it I will never use your company again. There's a special place in hell for you. God bless

I usually prefer this location but today was an all time LOW for QUEST they made my daughter wait 45 minutes twice we began at 2 it's 5pm! Over a urine sample The supervisor was nice and explained the process, But there's something wrong here and I would recommend going elsewhere horrible experience!!!!

Waited two hours, only informed after waiting you can Only order tests online, waited another thirty minutes Website charged my card, no receipt Told it takes up to four days sometimes for an order to clear. So I'm now out 150$, no receipt or email confirmation, and wasted hours of my life because staff isn't informed how the business aspect works. People were nice enough but the facility/website is ran horribly. No one to talk to about the money or anything either. Don't go if you're paying yourself and doing walk in. Just make the appointment and ig order tests a week in advance

My first experience was wonderful hardly anyone was there. The current experience is that the staff is rude. I changed from the Lake Mead due to the rudeness but I guess management doesn't now how to monitor their staff and they hire the wrong people!

I went there, they were very professional and the wait was ok, especially the lady that did the blood test were very kind and didn't feel a thing when she inserted the needle... I mean overall was a pleasant experience.

Absolute zero customer service. Everything is done by computer automation. I was 15 min. Late to drop off a sample and the computer made me schedule a new time to place a cup into someones hand. So now I'm sitting here for hours. I don't dare go do something else for fear of missing my appointment again. This place sux.

  • 1/5 Meghna N. 8 months ago on Google
I wish I could give them no stars. This place is horrible, the staff is rude. There check in system needs to be fixed. In the stand by list the person who checked in last was moved all the way to the first and when addressed that to staff member she wouldn’t understand and was not helpful at all. I had been to other quest location and checked in as stand by but was seen within 45 minutes. But I was waiting at this location for 3 hours and was NOT SEEN. Because the lady came out and said if you are on stand by you will not be seen. They should have told that 3 hours ago when I was waiting to be seen. They should make it clear that they would take appointments only and not have a sign outside saying “walk ins welcome” HORRIBLE PLACE

  • 5/5 Megan C. 1 year ago on Google
I don’t normally do well with getting blood work. I’m a fainter. It’s something medically that happens to me so I fall out. Well this has been the only place that has been able to draw my blood without me passing out. Idk what they do but they sure know how to do it!

  • 1/5 milkymorii 11 months ago on Google
Came here on Sunday and it’s supposed to be open til 2:30 but their doors are locked with employees inside of the building with no indication that they are on lunch or not. No sign and calling their phone is just an automated system with no real person to pick up and ask if the office would be open. If they just posted a sign or anything they wouldn’t have wasted anyone’s time coming here and waiting. We have waited for over an hour and for no employee to post a sign or unlock the doors. Ridiculous, don’t waste your time here.

  • 1/5 Kathleen T. 1 year ago on Google
Phlebotomist doesn't listen to the patient, & the place is always dirty. I don't trust their office, & they're not reliable for quick test results.

  • 1/5 Sarah N. 1 year ago on Google
The quest diagnosis organization is infuriating. They loose labs, blame the patient, do not have a way to contact local offices. The phone system is just a game to redirect and eventually hang up after several minutes and trys. You will never actually speak to a human. If you have a minor child you cannot creat an online profile for them but are forced to creat an online profile to get results. The actual phlebotimists are good despite the horrible horrible and deceptive business of the organization. So just be forwarned. And you absolutely have to make an appointment if you don't want to actually sit there for hours. I feel sorry for anyone without a cell phone and cable dexterity.

  • 1/5 Bezawit B. 1 year ago on Google
I was double charged because the supervisor insisted I pay the balance on my visit when I had a payment scheduled. Very frustrating! Now I have to wait weeks to get refund by check.

I had an appointment for my baby and I and they didn't give us service.I couldn't sign in the computer when I got there and a staff member tried too and it didn't let us, so i was there for more than an hour and they never call us. They were rude, and after all that time they told me that they can't see my son. They are unprofessional, rude and no customer service.

Went to GET Bloodwork DONE. AS USUAL, the wait was very SHORT (I DID MAKE an Appointment), & the Technician was SOOOO SWEET TO ME! After we chatted a bit, she told me that I "DESERVE TO BE HAPPY!" & I left there feeling wonderful, and hopeful, & GOOD! THERE ARE STILL SOO MANY GOOD PEOPLE IN THIS World! All the Techs there are kind & Sweet! And always very Professional #QuestDiagnosticsRocks 💕💞💕

  • 4/5 Michelle De D. 1 year ago on Google
I was originally going to give this place a 1 star rating because I didn't have a good experience getting my blood drawn here. The phlebotomist didn't show much empathy as I have a bad fear of needles. I was just going to do what most patients do which was to go home and chalk it up as a bad experience, but I couldn't do that. I was able to speak to the supervisor name Brad Scott and he was beyond kind along with understanding of my situation. Simply listening to my experience made a difference and I truly appreciate that.
