😠 Been here with my 11 year old since 10AM it's almost 12PM now. When we got here we were told only 3 people are in front of you. I've watched at least 7 people get seen & 5 leave after being seen. 2 hours is the opposite of quick. She can barely breathe is the reason why we came here. Question, why d...     Been here with my 11 year old since 10AM it's almost 12PM now. When we got here we were told only 3 people are in front of you. Question, why does it seem that we can't be seen. It's 5 black families & none of them have been seen. A black woman & her asian boyfriend checked in together. He's being seen as we speak she's been sitting here for 30 mins. What's the problem? People have went to lunch/break. This should just be called a clinic because there isn't anything quick about this care. The UMC children ER is faster then this & these are the people that send them reference. What's the rules on who is seen first. Is it first come, first served? If so why haven't we been seen. What's taking so long? Why is my kid not a priority?

    Jamey and the staff here are wonderful and extremely attentive to “ones” needs. The office is immaculate and up to date for sure!!! Mahalo~Jett. 😎🏝

    I went in with a really bad narcotic reaction after having a baby getting medicine that was too strong for me and very bad anxiety feeling as I was about to die and when I SAY I had the most amazing experience and team support there ever I mean it. They were on it as soon as I entered to the time I left. The Dr. Concio was amazing and so sweet and the nurses omg angel's.Donna especially you.. You wouldn't think Quick care would be this important. Better that any hospital by far. Thank you guys so much for your patience and support. The front desk Brenda your so amazing thank you. Credit needs to be given to this amazing team...

    There is nothing "quick" about this UMC Quick Care. I waited more than 3 hours and still wasn't seen, then left. There weren't many people, so I asked. They have a worker's comp contract that leads them to take all people who show up with workers comp issue before those who are waiting for quick care. They also have appointments that they put ahead of walk ins. None of this is disclosed until you ask why you are waiting so long. Stay away from this place; the people are nice but this is not quick care as you think of it--not open to all or quick.

    I WENT TO UMC CHARLESTON LOCATION DIDN'T REALIZE EVEN IF I HAD TO WALK WAS SO CLOSE I WENT ALL OUT MY WAY STRESSED I FEEL I REALIZE THIS GREAT I WAS ACCOMMODATED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOCTOR WITH AN OTH . TO BE CONTINUED

    This location actually treats you like they care and not like you're just a burden. Robin @ check in is awesome! Friendly, diligent, and respectful (exactly what you need when you're dealing with a medical emergency) and of course we can't forget about Dr. Brown! He was very thorough & listened to every one of my concerns and did everything in his power to take away some of the brutal pain I was in. Very professional and empathetic. Overall an amazing experience

    I just wanted to say I had an excellent experience. The wait time when I went was the fastest I’ve ever been seen besides my orthodontist. The staff are friendly and the nurses are so sweet. The teacher / nurse loves people. Dr. Vu was professional and was even kind enough to check on me the next day even though I didn’t ask. That really made me feel like people cared. The male nurse I called after my visit was supper sweet as well as the first. I’ve never seen such genuine caring people in a medical office. It is not like your typical office where workers are disgruntled. The nurses actually care. Dr. Vu was very kind and professional to check on me the next day. I sincerely appreciate all the care and concern from my initial call to the end. I’m not all better yet but hopefully I will be. I would have to assume as a fellow medical provider myself that the work culture is good and therefore the employees are competent and caring. I would have to believe the staff at the top quality of what they do. I hope the staff find my review. Thank you again.

    Crooks charged me $420 to ask me if I had any pain when I went in for ‘go back to work’ slip. No treatment, no tests, one question. “Do you have any pain?” On top of that they insist that they sent 5 bills before my account was in collections but I didn’t receive a single bill.

    I just want to give a big thank you to The ladies up front . Edith and Brenda 10/10 customer service . I’ve never felt so welcomed in any facility I’ve been to . Fast service , friendly , I was in and out in the most efficient way . I’ll definitely be back for my needs and services .

    Dr. Huan and all of the staff made today very easy for me. I came in very stressed and not feeling well and they made me feel at ease the second I walked in.

    How do you close 20 minutes before your actual close time? So then when someone needs care, you’re not available. What’s the point in y’all doctors taking oaths to care for people?

    I have to say I was referred here by a family member and she did not steer me wrong! They got me right in and out feeling better with no problem! They worked with me on my co-pay and Nurse Verna did my vitals and got me to the back immediately after noticing they were abnormal. Nurse Verna is the real MVP and I have to give thanks to her for handling me with so much care and kindness.

    Thankfully, I've never had to visit a Quick Care and hopefully, I won't after a few more visits. Not my personal choice. Even with scheduled appointments, the wait time to be seen is unacceptable. Almost as worst as visiting an ER in the early morning during winter.

    I recently went here for my third time door a workers comp related incident and each time the wait has been extremely long. The bright spot each time, however, has been Robin. She's extremely attentive, professional, caring and funny. She made the wait worth it and would always make sure I was well taken care of the moment I stepped foot into the office. I truly appreciate her and would recommend dealing with her if you need to come into this location.

    Love it fast and friendly service but the lobby music is absolutely terrible and made me feel worst 😭 must be the frequencies. Rather watch the cooking channel lol

    Been sitting here waiting for 2 hours watching the front desk clerk talking for about 15-20 before taking the next person they need someone more serious about people and job! If front desk doing this I can imagine how long to see the doctor…….. 😔what is this world coming to

    I was there yesterday for the first time at this location, and I might say I was very impressed with their customer service, every single person working at this facility is great! From the front counter to the back everyone was very nice and understanding! Thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond! Keep up the great work! I personally feel that they received more than 5 stars, I would rate them 10+

    This UMC urgent care is by far the Best I have ever been to. Each and every time I come here the staff have been very nice and compassionate with all of their patients. They do not let you leave unless you are ok making sure they helped you as best as possible. They care about you being in pain and if they can't help you here, they will prepare your paperwork and have it sent over to the nearby Emergency room. Today Linda at the door was extremely nice and helpful as well as the intake nurses, the xray tech lady and Dr. Johnathan Brown being that I was in sooo much pain. I recommend this Urgent Care 💯for any of your medical emergencies here in Las Vegas. You guys keep up the Great work.. Your customer service skills are Amazing😍

    Got in pretty fast because it was dead thankfully but it was a hassle because they had to call my insurance and make it extra complicated for a number that was already on the card then after proceed to still bill me for it despite my insurance being active on the UMC chart app. They make a huge hassle days after. They are always rude about insurance, it’s a waste of everyone’s time to call my insurance when you have my insurance in your system active but are too stubborn too look for it or what not because it’s this issue only applies with UMC no where else. They sent me the bill despite the cast they gave me on my broken foot didn’t even cover my toes. This itself was more problematic than my foot honestly and I covered it myself till I got into a orthopedic clinic for it because there’s no way the one I was given would last.. Really hate writing these reviews because I favor healthcare workers but I’m not sure why UMC makes everything so frustrating I’ve had numerous calls about this insurance issue yet they still send the bill??

    I was there today because I hurt my back at the gym. I was triaged by a lady named Gace and I have to say that she was awesome! In all the trips I have done to UMC Quick Care this was the best customer service I have experienced. Thank You Grace.

    Quick care is a laughable name for this place. I have been here for 3 hours!!!! And I was told there are STILL 4 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. When I know for a FACT that NONE of these people came in before I did. IDK how I got put behind these people. I have a 1 year old with me. And I was also told there wasn't much they would be able to do for me. IDK what they means But I guess I'll find out in another hour!!!!! Horrible place will never come back!! The only nice thing about thiss place is the security guard who offered my child some graham crackers and a water.

    I visited this place back in December and from the beginning there were only issues. The wait times are long and the doctor only sees you for a few minutes only to tell you what you already know and prescribe you some pain pills. The staff did not send the prescription when they were told to and I had to wait FOUR DAYS to be able to get my prescription. Can you imagine? FOUR DAYS in pain? Apparently, they took long to send the prescription because they were “busy” but yet they have time to gossip with their co workers. Make that make sense! I bugged them everyday until they sent my prescription to the pharmacy. And on top of this, two months later they billed my insurance wrong! I had to take time of my day to call my insurance only to find out that they wrongly filed the claim and even the staff member from this place admitted it. Please do not go to this place if you are in need of urgent care. You will have issues right then and there and even after your visit. And as you can see, other people also had issues with them. I will never come back. You are better off somewhere else.

    Been here over 6 hours and watch people come and go! When asked after I felt.... ok too long ,they didn't see us in the system. From the beginning when they called on the phone while waiting in the car after 3 hours, the Receptionist would not let the nurse know we came in. She said wait she will call the phone again... It never happened. Once I got somebody to get us in the back we just got checked in triage and then had to go sit back in the car to wait for another call, never got the call. Now I dont like to play or use the race card, but right hand to god.. us African Americans got the rudes uncaring service and was damn near last to leave after being here before others way pass 6 hours. Im typing this while still waiting.

    Truly the worst experience I've ever had. First, when I went in, the doctor told me I needed a further test. So I waited to do the test, then the nurse said I didn't need it and she sent me home just to call me back to come do the test. Then, it took 3 days after waiting the 3 days for the test results to come back to get prescribed the right medication when I was in an unbearable amount of pain. Just don't think the communication between staff members is great and honestly, I don't think they care about their patients.

    Sick as a dog. I know I have an infection. Not even doing or ordering blood work. I've had a serious headache for 4 days head full of fluid. Congested, low grade fever, dizziness and vomiting and continued nausea. I have a history of sinus infections. I just n3ed them to do blood work and give antibiotics so I can get well
