First of all, let me start off by saying that the doctors at this medical practice are WONDERFUL. The issue with this office is the front desk staff and the wait times. The office staff are BEYOND RUDE. I am a patient here, and I have visited this office on three separate occasions, and every single one of my experiences here was spent watching and listening to the front desk staff speak incredibly rudely and condescending to mostly elderly patients, some of whom are cancer patients. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I felt extremely uncomfortable witnessing this type of behavior from front desk staff who should be kind, patient, and understanding/attentive to the vulnerable and extremely sick patients that are cared for at this practice. I actually consoled and assisted a confused elderly couple at the office, while I was waiting for my first appointment here and very nervous, who had been screamed at and dismissed by the staff because they were confused about a referral paper, which ended up being a simple fix after I called their referring physician’s office myself and explained what this office needed. Cancer patients are mainly seen at this office, and it is a disgrace to see them being treated so poorly and like trash. I am appalled at the lack of simple human kindness this staff lacks, yet they have time to make personal calls which the entire waiting room can hear by the way. Also, expect to spend 3-4 hours of your day waiting for your appointment. My scheduled appointment time today was at 1:15 and it is now 3:17pm and I still have not been seen. Ridiculous having to basically take off half a day of work just for an appointment that takes 20 minutes. WONDERFUL and KIND, AMAZING doctors. Please get an entire new staff, particularly staff with some basic customer service skills please! No one should have to put up with that sort of treatment.

The single star is for the doctors and nurses. I'd give 0 stars if I could to the office staff. They seemed very rude and unhelpful despite their JOB being to HELP patients who are literally fighting CANCER. Multiple families in the waiting room were complaining about the over 2 hour wait time just to be seen as well as the disorganized and rude office staff. While multiple patients were waiting for help at either window, the staff inside were talking to each other and obviously ignoring the windows so they could prolong their conversation. One member of the office staff was coughing, open-mouthed, without a mask on, IN A CANCER CLINIC! Incredibly unprofessional. This place has had horrible reviews of their office staff for so long, I'm sure this review won't do anything to change that, but at least this can be used as a warning for future patients. The doctors are proficient and worth dealing with the staff, but barely. The staff just doesn't seem to really truly consider the patients whose time is more precious than ever.

I went to this office because I was referred by my OBGYN. The front office staff was extremely overwhelmed because their system was down. When I received my appointment reminder call, I was told to be there 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the lobby before being called back to have my weight and BP taken. The MA asked me to go back in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes. I told them to cancel my appointment and I left. Every patient deserves a higher standard of care from their healthcare providers.

Curious & warm greeting as soon as u step walk in the office by the receptionist ... The doctor is very pleasant & informative on how she could help me as a patients.. you really felt lik a human being.. she was very concerned about what I was conveying to her.. The appointment didn't feel rushed!! I left feeling confident that I would get the right & proper health care

One of he worst places I have ever been too or had to take my mother. They do not have chairs for any one plus size at all (They make you stand or go into the hallway). Their scheduling staff got mad when my mother didn't understand the material. They do not care if their patients have anxiety problems when it comes to doctors and won't let anyone back. They charged us extra because we requested copies of the documents that were signed and intentionally charged extra by not double siding anything. I will never leave her alone with another one of their medical professionals ever again. Advice if you are referred there run they are not worth getting in as quickly as they do. They are very unprofessional and don't care about the patients that attend to receive their services at all. They shouldn't be allowed to treat patients if this is how unprofessional, disrespectful, ruthless, or unkind to their patients. I cannot put into words how angry I am at the care my mother had to receive and go through alone. we waited over an hour to get into an appointment that was at noon and spent three hours there.

As a new patient, there is room for much improvement to the patient experience at this center. We arrived 15 mins before my mother's 10:30 AM appointment to a full lobby of people. After two hours the room had all but cleared of patients and she had yet to see Dr. Hsieh. All though she advocated for herself throughout the two hours, I finally made a complaint about the waiting time. The doctor had fallen behind at the hospital with other patients. Unfortunately, this was unexpected and exhausting to be waiting without explanation for two hours. I advise future patients to be prepared, the waiting room is busy and unpleasant. We left at 1:15 PM. Patients should demand more from their health care providers. Unacceptable.

I have never been treated so poorly by any other healthcare setting!! Immediately following a weeklong stay in the hospital, I developed hyperemesis, and severe diarrhea making it necessary for me to go to the ER for dehydration. During this 5 days of feeling so helpless and ill, I left 14 urgent messages and never received a return call!! I have worked in healthcare my entire adult life, working my way from front window checkin to hospital administrator. I would NEVER allow the rudeness, unprofessionalism, and the use of the power of one’s position to cause the mental and financial hardship I have endured from this staff, specifically Patty! She held us hostage with the fees, overcharging, giving a 15 minute window we were “allowed” to pick up my FMLA paperwork, and when my husband arrived, pulled it out of a folder & did it right in front of him! I couldn’t go, too upset from the way I was treated by Patty the first day, the day after my ER visit, the day I was given my diagnosis!! When my husband brought that paperwork home, it was messy, had the wrong diagnosis code, and inaccurately stated that I needed no more treatment! Now, I have been denied my short-term disability, going unpaid for my post operative period, because no one responded to the 5 requests in May, from the company that handles this benefit! I am currently trying to get that rectified, but my husband (I still can’t face her)was told today, by Patty that we would need to wait 5-7 more days for the paperwork to be completed. This is the beginning of my battle with cancer and I feel exhausted already!! I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone! When you have cancer, you need positivity, not this!! I am so thankful that I will no longer have to go back-going to CCCN!

I am very disappointed in speaking to Patricia, an insulting and inconsiderate person. You call the women's cancer center, and she has no respect. You are talking to "ghetto fabulous" Patricia, a very rude supposedly supervisor with no sympathy. I called today to see if I received a referral, and her response was in a loud tone" we will contact you; we did not receive your referral" she started smacking her lips coarse to a person working for a cancer center...

TERRIBLE customer service! Very rude office staff! Phones go unanswered! This is a cancer center? ! Patty is horribly rude. I’ve read this office’s other reviews. I don’t know why you keep a staff member that is causing so many people to be treated badly. My doctor was great, but the rest of the experience was a nightmare. Trying to coordinate my surgery and my medication‘s was nothing but confusion and unreturned calls. I work in healthcare. The girls answering your phone might be overwhelmed but I am sure that they’re not nearly as overwhelmed as cancer patients. No excuse!

When you are dealing with people's health, you should be friendly when answering the phone. When you are dealing with cancer patients, you should be very positive and friendly when answering the phone. Not only are all of these people rude, they lie. They were supposed to get my mother authorized for chemo on January 3rd. She was scheduled to start Jan 14th. Her insurance company didn't get an auth request until the 15th of January. They don't return phone calls. They are not taking care of my mother. We are currently looking at other oncologists. Do not recommend!! This office needs to get it together. Go somewhere where you are treated as a human being. Also. The office is old, cluttered, and dirty.

Communication is horrendous at this place. I have been trying to get information regarding order for blood work for my wife. I constantly get messages of cannot answer phone right now, leave a message. Done this for three days now, no one calls back. Incompetent staff also encountered here.

One of the classic medical industry situations. Doctors were great, Patricia/Patty was awful as their front office coordinator. Heard her argue with various patients while waiting over an hour for our appointment. Uncompassionate and rude to everyone who walked through the door. Lobby unkempt and dirty.

The AUDACITY of this place. patients who are going through an emotional fearful experience to then have to come to the inhumane office. Appointments are useless because you will wait hours to even be seen, this how they treat you before even getting seen what is your worth to them? I wouldn't trust them with my life nor my family's life unacceptable and if you have another option I suggest looking at them.

DR Fruary is the best surgeon !!I had my hysterectomy today 9/20/23 ! Best GYN Surgeon ever !! Dr Gourd ( SP) is excellent as well I ‘m not sure why there are negative reviews ?????!??? I witnessed one female client being extremely rude to the staff The staff stay professional with her, 1. Surgeons and staff members employees are not there to dump your toxic abusive issues you have with your life !! **** In my opinion: surgeons and staff were Extremely professional and polite . They explain everything in detail. No one had to wait long for their appt. You get a chance to asked any additional questions . The surgeon tells you about what to expect again to make sure you understand ***** I’m glad the VA women’s clinic sent me to this clinic !!!*****

Such terrible service. From the front desk to the doctor. I work in healthcare so I was shocked when I met with the doctor and she almost laughed at my concerns, which by the way had been enough concern that I was referred by my OB/GYN. First, I had made an appointment to see a female doctor. A male student walked in with no warning or explanation. When I said I preferred a female (which I had made an appointment with) he and the female doctor were not kind about it. The female MD went on to tell me all the horrible things that can happen if I have the procedure I was asking about. The way she was telling me was so inappropriate. It wasn’t about giving me information and letting me choose what was best for me, considering what I’d been through, she was basically telling me to not have it with a VERY condescending tone. I would never go back there.

My mother is a patient of Dr Gould, mom thinks she is the best. What I'm upset about is that we were scheduled for an appointment today, after fighting traffic and parking. Get my sick mom to the office they inform us her referral is expired. Why didn't they let me know sooner

My mom had an appointment here today, and they said they needed a referral. Her doctor sent over a referral twice, but they said they still never received it. This place sucks. Took me over an hour to find a parking spot. Also, they cancelled her appointment because of their incompetence.

Las Vegas Local! I want to start off with the positives. My doctor was Dr. Browder. During my first doctor visit she was great. She analyzed my problem and told me the steps I could take. I was very optimistic that this would be a good experience despite the reviews. Everything went smooth on the days of my surgery, the work that she did also looked good. The problem came in when I got my three prescriptions. 2 of the three prescriptions needed prior authorization. I called the day of my surgery and got an answering service. The next day the surgery center called me and I advised them that I could not get two of the prescriptions they advised they would reach out to doctor and for me to try and call. I called the next day and was transferred to a voice mail. I called the Monday after the two day weekend. Let me remind you the two prescriptions that needed prior authorization were pain medications. I went on after a surgery with no pain medications. That Monday I spoke to someone in the office. I was told they would change one of the prescriptions so it did not need prior authorization. Then I was transferred to the same voice mail to ask for prior authorization request for the other pain med. They never sent or put in for the other two medications. I had my surgery on 6/10/2021 and my follow up appointment on 6/25/2021 at 11:30. The office called me and moved my appointment to 1:30. When I got to my appointment I waited 2.5 hours to see my doctor. Apparently, she was still at the surgery center. When I finally saw the doctor I had told her how upset and stressed out I was trying to get medication after a surgery in which I was in pain. She had advised that the assistant did the change on one of the prescriptions. I advised her it never made it to my pharmacy. I advised her I never got the prior authorization on the other prescription. She had told me the surgery center was suppose to give me an ointment to help with itching. In which they did not. She told me I could have paid for the prescriptions out of pocket. Sure I was quoted $200 and $ 70. I am a teacher and am not rich. She gave me a box of topical pain med and itching med in the office. My questions is why couldn't this have been done to began with instead I suffered. She checked my recovery and said it recovered great. Probably, because I did not take any pain meds so had no constipation. Let me just remind you I had an open wound inside and outside my body. I would not recommend this doctor or staff. They should know the insurances and practices by now. If you value communication and follow through pass on this one. Just an FYI I had another surgery two weeks later in which every procedure was followed correctly and I got the medications I needed.

First visit was not too bad - we were seen just a short 60 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Second visit - things are getting worse. Sixty minutes past our scheduled appointment and we are taken to an exam room. Another 60 minutes before the doctor enters the exam room. Third and final visit - outrageous wait. Ninety minutes past our scheduled appointment time and we are still in the lobby. I approach the front desk to tell them we are leaving and I am told they are running “a little behind schedule.” We then discover that our doctor is no longer affiliated with this practice. I wonder when we were going to be informed of that change? As the founder of WCCN, I hope that Dr. Spirtos is deeply ashamed and embarrassed at the way patients are treated. Best of luck if you can’t find another comparable provider. We have and won’t be looking back. I might suggest posting the Hippocratic Oath so the patients can better understand the sort of care their providers have sworn to give.

Patty in the front office is a complete joke. She does not know how to do her job and shows she doesnt care. My experience: Received a referral to see Dr Hsieh Office called to schedule an appointment, went over insurance information. Appointment scheduled right away. So far so good. Drive 2 hours to get to the office. Arrive on time. Wait an hour to be checked in. Fill out paperwork just to be told my insurance isn't accepted. Patty claims I lied when giving my insurance information to them. Because that makes sense. Complete waste of time, gas, effort and energy. This office does not care about patients at all. They will not respect you or your time.

Very rude doctors office even before they moved to their new location recently. They do not call patients to remind them of their appointments. Very rude answering service 🙄 as well. My daughter has only seen Dr. Natalie Gould once at the Women's Cancer Clinic and has not been able to be seen regarding treatment for hysterectomy that was already suppose to be scheduled endometrial atypical hyperplasia. Las Vegas, NV is the worst place for healthcare. ABSOLUTE WORST FOR HEALTHCARE!!!! It is the office staff that is very, very rude acts like you should not even be calling about your appointment never were polite to my daughter. The office staff have an attitude. My daughter probably needs another referral but she has tried following up so it is wrong if she has to have another referral to see the doctor. My daughter's heart doctor suggested my daughter waits on the surgery so there are not complications like with my daughter's 2nd cervical spinal surgery in 2019.

Now that I know the only Dr I love and trust (Dr Browder) is gone , I won't be going back unless she returns there . She's an amazing surgeon and I wouldn't trust my body with anyone else . It's a shame . They lost an amazing Dr and I'm sure most of her patients will leave there as well. The office is run HORRIBLY and now that Browder is gone , ummm good luck with that !

When I was referred here, I looked it up on google and was terrified and so nervous that this facility had such bad reviews. I almost asked my HMO to please refer me elsewhere. However, I decided to stay with my referral and I’m very happy I did. The staff was kind. Dr. Fleury was excellent. I never encountered a negative. I told myself once my experience was completely over with Women’s Cancer Center, I’d come on here to praise them. For me, I had good care and I’m very grateful.

I have a friend who is currently pregnant but has to terminate her pregnancy due to tumors growing in her uterus during the early stages of pregnancy. She's in so much pain and going through a lot both mentally and physically, but for some reason this office and their staff refuse to see her for at least a month. What does it take to be a decent human being and help a person out? I guess medical ethics only apply to people they choose to treat. I will be posting this same review elsewhere too, because people have to know what kind of shady business this place really is. How this place has 4.7 stars out of 5 on Google is beyond me, because other places like Yelp share how my friend and I feel.

I was recently diagnosed with interstitial cystitis.. I started to go to Urology specialists of nevada and had a horrible experience. I then got referred to Doctor Wasserman. The last couple times i've gone are so different than urology specialists.. They actually care and get things done and ordered. I needed a mri of my pelvis done and immediately Kim got it faxed over 2 hours after I left. It's so important to have a doctor/office actually care about our health concerns. Very friendly/super clean office.. Highly recommended.. Il will post again after my MRI and procedure is complete...

I was referred to WCCN by my gynecologist. Turned out I had stage 1 endometrial(uterine)cancer and had surgery (total hysterectomy) to remove any traces of the cancer. While I’m cancer free I would still need to be monitored to make sure it doesn’t return. I’m internally grateful for the staff and for Dr. Fluery.

Dr. Kushnir was great with my mother. She is thorough, informative, and did a great job with my mom's surgery. This review is strictly for the front desk staff. They are uncaring rude liars. I set my mom up for her follow-up after surgery and confirmed once before her appointment to make sure the appointment date and time I had was correct. Once she got to the office for her appointment, she signed in and sat down in the waiting room. An hour and a half passed and she still hadn't been called and she was the last person in the waiting room. She went up to the desk and asked when she would be called. The front desk staff member told her that they had called her twice and that she must've been in the bathroom when they called her but now the doctor is gone for the day. My mom told them she hadn't gone to the bathroom the whole time. Then they told her that her appointment was in the morning at a completely different time which was another lie. They didn't apologize or try to reschedule her, my mom had to be the one to request another appointment. I came to her rescheduled appointment today and let Amanda at the front desk know about what happened and that I don't appreciate them lying to my mom and trying to gaslight her. She couldn't care less and barely acknowledged what I was telling her. Smh I manage a doctor's office and would never treat any of our patients that way. I don't understand why people like this work in healthcare if they don't actually care about people. There is no professionalism or compassion whatsoever.

I have an issue with Doctors that can’t keep a scheduled appointment. I have been waiting for months for my appointment that just got cancelled because the Dr decided to take the week off. This is a surgical follow up and I have issues that needed to be addressed. I do not recommend this office. I am looking for another Doctor at this point.

This is the WORST choice you could EVER find yourself misfortunate enough to endure. PATRICIA IN THE OFFICE IS THE EPITOME OF INEPTITUDE! Visit after visit; problem after problem. They discriminate against Puerto Rican/ Mixed race. I was told I could not accompany my wife upon her visit due to covid regulations; fine. I can understand that. However, when 20 min pass by, and A WHITE WOMAN ACCOMPANIED BY HER NEIGHBOR WHOM PROVIDED A RIDE WAS PERMITTEDTO ENTER THE BACK. I've been a patient of Dr Natalie Gould for 10 years. I am thankful that I was referred to her by my primary care physician. Before surgery I cant even stand straight and walk due to pain and CA. I'm an OVCA 3c survivor for 10 years. CA journey is very hard but if you have a doctor like her its a blessing. Surgery, chemotherapy and depression is what CA patient go through not to mention family worries. She helped me connect to a fellow survivor that guides me. Grateful to have her as my oncologist.

The doctors and staff are fabulous and really care about their patients. I needed to be seen to schedule a surgery. Patricia was able to get me an appointment within a few days. The waiting room time was a little longer than other offices I’ve been to but considering it’s a specialist office, and I only waited a few days for an appointment, I didn’t mind at all! I would much rather spend an hour in the waiting room as opposed to waiting weeks to get an appointment.

My wife underwent emergency surgery at UMC in Oct. 2023 her AC-125 test was 8000+ after surgery it dropped to 4000+, she has been undergoing chemo treatments for ovarian cancer and is responding positively, her last AC-125 test after the 3rd chemo is now at 35, one point away from the normal range, working with M.D. Alexandra Spirtos has definitely made a positive difference in my wife's future longevity and I'm glad we were able to receive the care from this entire center.

This place the staff is rude, and instead of being professional Alexandra spirtos allowed her personal feelings to be involved. She repeats herself and doesn't listen to the patient. I've been dealing with the discomfort for 5 months from tumors and ovarian cyst. My original OBGYN sent me here because they're specialist and have the surgeons needed as my OBGYN did not. Both appointments I've been to all she could say is I don't know what's causing the pelvic pain after I've told her what the cause is. Then she snapped at my mother for no reason when my mother wasn't even speaking to her, she doesn't listen to all the information given she picks and chooses what she wants to hear.

This is just bad. First appointment I waited almost 2 and a half hours before I was seen. I thought maybe it was a fluke. 2nd appointment waited an hour and a half before walking out because we all deserve more Respect for our time and better care than they are equipped to provide. Very unfortunate.

My first interaction with Kushnir was December 2019, Valley Hospital where I had surgery. Had a ovarian and fallopian tube removed where it looked like I was 7 months pregnant. The wait is an hour or 2, wish their was more communication between doctor and patient. Gals at the front desk are no issues and they do bring residents who are learning to observe with Kushnir.

Disappointing experience at the cancer center. My mother being the patient. The office staff lacks friendliness, and their organizational skills are severely lacking. Witnessed an infant in the office past 3 appointments, which seemed inappropriate given the sensitive nature of the center and office staff's attention is always on the infant. They consistently mishandled claims and we had to cancel an appointment three times, only for them to later claim we missed it. Dealing with life and death situations requires a higher level of professionalism. Cannot recommend this center.

Dr Hsieh is great. I had surgery in April 2023. Dr Hsieh is an expert in complicated Gyn surgeries and put me at ease by explaining my procedure in detail, preparing me for how things will go on the day of surgery, and by showing so much compassion. He followed up with multiple post operative office visits to make sure my recovery went smoothly.
