Scam Alert - DO NOT bring your pets here! The staff is turned every time we return. We had been sent here a few years ago when Northwest Pet Hospital was sold. Not ever really happy since we never seen the same vet for any of my 4 dogs, they always said the dr was no longer there. I called a month ago to refill my senior dogs pain medication and was told she needed an exam I stated we were just there we did the bloodwork now we need meds they said oh she needs an exam - I said wait what you didn’t give an exam at her appointment when we did the blood work??? WTH so I played along brought her back for an exam even though we were just there and had her bloodwork, mind you she’s 14 it’s traumatic any time she leaves the house. That was about 30 days ago, I called today for a refill and was told she needs an exam, I said No check your records we were just there and had the exam, the girl replied No that was for her other medication! Hahahaha so they want the dog to have a new exam for each medication and each refill???? What a scam I just wish we would have left sooner so my dog doesn’t have to suffer. Shame on them!

Had my pup neutered here. Staff was excellent and helpful. Really liked they followed up after surgery to see how they were doing and if I had any concerns to reach out to them.

Short Story: Horrible vet, horrible front desk staff & horrible manager. They are negligent & I feared for the wellbeing of my dog. Long story: By far the worst vet in the Northwest. The manager, Tabitha, is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in general & at a vet. I brought my dog in as an emergency. Tabitha literally said “why are you here” in a very unwelcoming tone. I was immediately uncomfortable & felt unwelcome. From that I feared that they wouldn’t help my dog just out of spite. I was so shocked at her rude demeanor. I ended up leaving just because how uncomfortable she made me. I even sent them pictures of my dog and they told me to come in so they could help, just for them to treat us so poorly. This is the worst experience I’ve had. I’ve previously had bad experiences with this vet but I figured they would have enough empathy to care for an injured animal. I was definitely wrong. The vet, Dr. Logan, is money hungry, he barely looks at your dog but wants to do all the high costly procedures that may or may not work as stated by him. You can tell that he’s in it just for the money. Other vets that were previously at the practice were phenomenal. I had them do second opinions more than once after seeing Dr.Logan & they were always so much more helpful. They actually looked at my dogs & actually helped them for the passion of helping animals. The front desk staff is also pretty bad. They have a very high turnover so most of the time they don’t know what they’re doing & a lot of mistakes are made at the expense of the owners. Hayley was also very rude. I was standing in front of her so I could be helped and she ignored me to help the people behind me. She didn't say "give me a minute" "let me help them real quick" nothing, just completely ignored me. Definitely do not recommend if you care for your animals.

We recently moved here and were searching for a vet to provide annual cleaning for our dog's teeth; nothing more and nothing less. I saw a special advertisement on Google for a "$199 Dental Cleaning Promo" and called them to schedule a dental consultation for the advertised cleaning on 8/21/22 since I knew the promo would end by 9/1/22. On the day of the dental consult, I met with Dr. Devin Perry. He assessed my dog and came back with a quote with his "recommendations" for more extensive dental work including x-rays and "potential" for extractions which would total anywhere from $794 to $878 (see photo attached). I VERBALLY DECLINED his recommendations and requested a new quote that would only reflect what I came here for: for the dental cleaning as advertised on their promotion only. Ok great. Dr. Perry printed out two estimate sheets for me (one with his "recommendations" and one without all the extra stuff that just reflected the teeth cleaning) and I go off to the front desk to schedule my dog's teeth cleaning on 8/29/22 (again, cognizant that the special promo would end on 9/1/22)  - I only wanted the teeth cleaning based on the promo, I signed the estimate form that reflected the promo price between $267 to $383 (not the $199 ballpark that they advertised but I was fine with that quote) & gave the signed form back to the receptionist. I kept the two unsigned estimates that were provided to me by Dr. Perry. I assumed by signing the estimate, we were all agreeing to my request of the cleaning only without the extra fluff that Dr. Perry recommended. On 8/29/22 my husband dropped off our dog and was inundated with new forms to sign off on; a bit befuddled, he signed the document assuming it was authorization to provide emergency services to our dog in case of an emergency under anesthesia; no new quote was discussed or new cost by the tech. My husband assumed that the cost and procedure were all agreed upon prior at the consult that I attended the few days prior. My husband signed a release with NOTHING STAPLED to the form. We went and picked up our dog late that evening and were SHOCKED to learn that our dog had multiple dental procedures done without our explicit consent, including teeth extractions with necessary medications to take after. Apparently, the consent document my husband signed that morning when he dropped off our dog was now conveniently stapled onto the ORIGINAL estimate that Dr. Perry recommended that I verbally declined to last week! And the signed estimate that I provided to the front desk on the day of the dental consult on 8/21/22 IS NOW CONVENIENTLY MISSING. Because I wasn't provided a copy of the estimate I signed, there is no actual proof, however I am flabbergasted and in shock at such deception of this clinic; THEY PULLED A BAIT AND SWITCH ON US! They swapped the estimates the DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT and ultimately made us pay for services we never agreed to. We love our dog and his safety and well-being is paramount to us, but what Dr. Perry recommended was not in our interest at this particular time and he should have documented that we verbally declined in our notes and respected our decision. When we asked Dr. Perry why he proceeded with a procedure that I verbally declined to last week, his answer was "I could not recall" if I had declined. THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Why would you PRINT OUT A NEW ESTIMATE without all your recommendations then and give it to me last week? (1/2)

Hayley was pretty epic. Sweet and welcoming at the front. The vet tech, I dont remember her name, but she helped my cats get their shots despite not enjoying trips to the vet. They also helped me schedule further appointments and even took the time to text me 2 days after just to check on how the girls were doing after their shots. I really appreciated the concern and care they took to ensure my cats were well cared for.

I've been meaning to write a review, but kept forgetting. This place was simply incredible. I woke up on a Tuesday and came down to my German shepherd shaking and barely able to walk. He's only 5 and was pretty healthy up to that point so I wasn't sure what was going on. They told me just to come in and they would work out the schedule. I was brought back to the room in less than 10 minutes and had 3 people in there helping me with him (he weighs 130 pounds). Luckily it wasn't anything life threatening, but he will need constant veterinary care and we will continue to go to Providence Pet Hospital. I wish I could remember all the staffs names, but they were kind, funny, and professional. The vet was really cool and has a shepherd himself. Front staff was sweet and accommodating. And the vet tech in the back was awesome. She couldn't have been more than 120 pounds and helped carry my dog. She also called me a few times that day, the following week, and even the next month, just to check on my dog. We just got a new cat so we'll definitely be heading there soon.

I had been going to the same veterinarian with my 3 dogs for the past 10 years but unfortunately had a few bad experiences with them the past few months. I needed to get my sick 14-year-old bichon (who has cancer) in for a “quality of life” appointment, and they said they said they were booked for over a week, not to mention they were rude on the phone. I decided to call Providence Pet Hospital because it is right across the street from my house and I also needed to get my dog in somewhere as soon as possible! The staff was so unbelievably nice and accommodating and even texted me the following day to see how my dog was doing! Fast forward to yesterday, I called them to see if I could bring her in because she was having trouble breathing and just not acting right. They told me they were booked, but due to the circumstance they immediately got her in within an hour of my call. We decided that yesterday was the day to put her down and I can’t say enough about the staff and the treatment and respect they gave us. The doctor was so nice and even sat on the ground with us, asking us if we had any nicknames for her and what some of our favorite memories were of her. I will definitely be switching my other two dogs over to Providence pet hospital immediately! Thank you for loving our little Chelsea girl like we did!❤️

I’m new to Las Vegas, so I had to find a new vet. I found Providence on a Google search and decided to give them a try. Highly impressed! The staff is very professional and extremely friendly. I love that it’s a smaller vet, (less commercialized) and you really feel like your pet matters and is getting the best care. Dr. Logan was awesome! Very nice, funny and thorough. They give you an honest opinion and don’t try to over sell you. Also, I thought the prices were very reasonable. It isn’t often that you leave the vet feeling happy about going there. Highly, highly recommend!

My puppy broke his leg we took him to an emergency vet and they wrapped his leg and instructed us to change it a week later. We went to Providence Pet Hospital to have it changed and the Vet there said that it didn’t need changing we asked if he was sure and maybe it did anyway. The Vet told us no and the wrap was fine. We took our dog home and the old wrap fell off a few hours later. We had to go back to the emergency vet to have it Re wrapped costing us $550 unnecessary dollars. We called Providence Pet Hospital to explain what happened and they said that they had nothing to do with it falling off so it wasn’t their problem and there was nothing they could do for us. The Doctors here are very unreputable do not stand behind their mistakes or bad decisions. They cost their customers money and unnecessary expenses. The staff could have cared less that we were leaving their practice. Avoid this pet hospital at all cost.

Dr. Logan is humble, kind, and very professional…he healed my toy poodle’s left eye. I am glad he is a vet there. The team quickly accommodated my dog-daughter the same day, right after the grooming incident because it was her eye. The team is very kind and professional! They also did a follow up call to see how she is doing. Thank you for everything you all did! I know her eye could have been worse if not for your quick action and treatment. Lotus no longer suffers and can open her eye now, I’m sure she is grateful as I am!

I have been trying to find a closer vet clinic to my home and this one popped up so decided to give it a shot with my new pup Ronin. Upon walking into the establishment the clinic had a warm and cozy vibe. It was small but all the windows made it feel open. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. I got into a room immediately and only waited about 5 min for the vet tech and 10 min for the vet. The vet tech was awesome super friendly and very nice she paid special attention to my little pup. The vet was very down to business but nice and answered all my questions and then some. They did great getting me in and out and it was a great first experience for the newest member of our family. Thank you!

The staff was very nice and accommodating the vet was also very nice and knowledgeable and caring. The only thing I wasn't really on board with was my dog being out of the exam room for so long. I felt she could have been examined in the room with me I'm not really sure why they did that but I will be going back again and asking to keep her in the room with me. They were very nice and knowledgeable so I do want to give them another chance to have her in the room with me the entire time. If they do then I will be going here with her and keeping them as my permanent positions for her.

Providence Pet Hospital is amazing! My fur baby had to get a tooth extracted, that was not doing well. Being the first major surgery I've had to do with my fur ball, they put me at ease throughout all of it. Everything from the drop-off process when checking in to the friendly smiles at reception, to everyone else like the vet techs or the vet herself, is spectacular. They called me throughout the day to give me regular updates on her surgery, even getting a call from the vet herself. This put me at ease, knowing my fur ball baby was being cared for 1000%. And on top of it, everyone in the office is so nice and friendly! I can't wait to keep coming back to see everyone here, bringing Gidget in for her monthly wellness checks, like nail trimmings and such. Thanks again for the amazing work you guys do! I highly recommend Providence Pet Hospital to any pet owner.

This was my 1st time at the Providence pet hospital. I have a brand new dog I adopted. I was able to make an appointment and be seen in under 24hrs. Dr. Logan was extremely friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing, and why. He also answered all questions I had. The staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile I would recommend Dr. Logan and Providence pet hospital.

Everyone was so awesome here! I couldn’t recommend a better office to go to. You guys were extremely patient and very informative. Thank you for giving Olivia and I a great experience. We have been traumatized by another vets office close by and they didn’t even come close to the service I got today.. thank you guys for helping my sweet baby girl get better. We look forward to having you as our primary vet for all our animals for the future. Above and beyond! Olivia thanks you guys as well for being patient with her and leading her back to being healthy! You ladies are the absolute sweetest with animals!! Thank you for helping my anxious big bear Olivia! Carly listened and relayed every concern with so much compassion and we always love when Tianna pops in to greet Olivia!! Olivia loves people and always loves seeing her friends! The staff at Providence took great care of our kitten. We knew the proposed care was good but thought it was very professional to share the cost before asking us to make a decision. The team understood our love for our new pet but also respected our family’s budget. We ended up following the proposed care and our kitten is doing great!

The receptionists and doctor were very attentive on the concerns we had with our baby. We had been at a previous vet to tend to the condition our doggy was diagnosed with who had not returned our calls for follow up visit and additional concerns. Providence staff did the follow up needs and addressed our new concerns with honesty and with out delays nor did they push on other things not relevant to the current needs our doggy needed. made us and our baby feel comfortable during the visits.

I don’t know who the receptionist working yesterday around 4pm was. I didn’t take a look at her name tag but she’s the reason why I will not be returning to Providence Pet Hospital. I let my boyfriend take ONE of my sick cats there last year because I was too busy to do it myself. After that first appointment, I’ve been to the office by myself three times and have made all of the payments. The second time I went in, I paid for two giardia tests for both of my cats because my boyfriend’s pet ferret tested positive for giardia. I was told the fecal matter I brought in was too dry and that I’d have to bring in a fresher sample. I called two weeks later asking if I could come in for a refund instead since my cats weren’t showing any symptoms and they both are night poopers making it hard for me to get a fresh sample. When I called, I was told that they ran the tests anyway on the dry matter and the results were both negative. (I never received a phone call or voicemail about these test results) I came in yesterday for another appointment. This time I got one of my cats microchipped and the other one received allergy/steroid shots. After the appointment, I went to the front desk and asked if I could change the information on the account. The account information was under my boyfriends name and his number. The imbecile I referred to earlier told me she could not change the information without my boyfriends permission and told me that he is the primary owner of both my cats ??? I’ve had these cats prior to dating him and they are telling ME who the owner is?? Completely ridiculous. I could not believe what I was hearing.. I let the giardia test results issue slide by but this I could not put past me.

Staff was friendly & it was clean. Didn't like that my pet was taken to the back to be treated. Also they tried to do testing that we felt was not necessary and charge a lot of $$$$$ for it. The fact that they said they would come in with an estimate so we wouldn't be shocked kinda bother me. The estimate was around $410.00 for a mild ear infection. I felt this was a little on the high side.

I'm New to Vegas from Atlanta, and very happy I found Providence Pet Hospital for my Lil Baby. Everyone was super Friendly, and Informative. I feel completely comfortable with bringing her back. The staff handled AZIZI was care, and made sure they followed-up with me, after she got her shots. Just to make sure she was Ok. Very sweet, and caring environment. We traveled over 2,000 miles, on route 40 with our pets. This was a delight. Y'all are something else. Thank you for making us feel at home, in Las Vegas! 🐈😻💗

My cat was injured and we had to do a follow up after the emergency pet hospital. I was not 100% happy with the previous vet and decided to try Providence Pet Hospital. Best choice we ever made. The staff and Dr. Monica are great! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and they don't break the bank or suggest expensive tests and treatment. Dr. Gunther is a happy man and recovering very well thanks to the excellent treatment.

Our overall experience at Providence Pet Hospital could not have been better. We were quickly assigned to an exam room and were seen within minutes. The vet was excellent--even letting my little ones listen to our dog's heartbeat through the stethoscope. To ease the checkout process, the receptionist took our payment while we were still in the exam room, meaning we didn't have to wait in the lobby to process payment. I really appreciate all of the little things the Providence team does to make each visit as hassle-free as possible.

We LOVE Providence Pet Hospital! They always take amazing care of our dogs, and especially great care for our dog, Rover, who is diabetic. Everyone in the office makes us feel so welcome every time we’re there. They all exclaim how much they love Rover and how much of a joy it is to have him there! This makes my husband and I SO happy knowing that Rover is being well taken care of. Dr. Perry is the best vet I’ve ever taken my dogs to! Theresa is so kind every time we speak on the phone and Carly took such great care of Rover at his last glucose curve. All of the staff is lovely to talk to and they’re very communicative as well! Thank you Providence Pet Hospital for always being kind and taking such good care of my fur babies!
