I’ve
been
going
to
“gyms”
since
I
was
18.
Always
the
same
story.
I
start
off
strong,
going
consistently,
and
then
I
fizzle
out
a
few
months
later.
Nothing
to
keep
me
motivated.
No
one
to
keep
me
accountable.
My
workouts
were
lackluster,
but
hey!
I
was
there!
But
then,
two
years
ago
a
friend
introduced
me
to
Orangetheory.
I
decided
to
get
a
membership
before
I
even
took
my
first
class.
By
the
end
of
my
first
class,
I
decided
to
up
my
membership,
because
I
knew
that
two
classes
a
week
would
definitely
not
be
enough.
I
was
hooked
from
the
get!
Every
class
is
fun
and
motivating.
The
music
is
always
spot
on.
The
coaches
are
there
to
push
and
motivate
you,
but
not
so
intimidating
that
you’re
afraid
to
ask!
There
are
all
walks
of
life
in
this
gym.
From
the
young
girl
who
looks
like
she’s
barely
in
high
school,
to
the
older
man
who
has
done
1,000
classes!
I’ve
heard
people
mention
to
me,
“oh,
I
can’t
go
to
Orangetheory,
because
I’m
not
in
shape
enough.”
Please.
Don’t.
Let.
That.
Stop.
You
!!
OTF
is
for
everyone!
Every
workout
is
designed
specifically
to
target
your
entire
body!
However,
you
can
go
at
your
own
pace.
Use
your
own
preferred
weight
choices.
It
is
seriously
the
best
gym
that
I
have
ever
been
introduced
to!
It’s
been
two
years,
and
I’m
still
going
strong!!
Take
your
first
class.
Try
it
out!

mean,

free!!

you

stubborn
body
fat??
Hannah
up
front
is
seriously
the
sweetest!
She
will
get
you
all
set
up
and
tell
you
everything
you
need
to
know!
Once
you’re
inside,
Coach
Mel,
Ruby,Rocky,
or
Sydney
will
lead
the
way
from
there!
They
will
even
give
you
a
few
minutes
before
class
one
on
one
to
show
you
how
everything
works
so
that
you
are
overwhelmed
when
you
first
walk
in!
Try
