The BEST crossfit gym EVER. Been coming here for over 2 years now, doesn't get any better in terms of the complete experience. Tons of space to play around in (not cramped and suffocating like most other tiny crossfit boxes), world class equipment and coaches, super friendly and warm folks working by your side, all ages and all levels. Also, this crossfit program is a part of a much bigger multi-level gym with all kinds of standard gym equipment, pool, yoga and other classes and most importantly, clean showers. Highly recommend!

I'd been a member of the CAC gym for years prior to joining their CrossFit program, and becoming one of their coaches. This is hands-down one of the best facilities I've ever had the privilege of training in. In addition to a large CrossFit area, CAC is a fully-equipped gym that features a lap pool, Pole Fitness Studio, dance/yoga/aerial studios, and a boxing area. Basically your one-stop shop. The members, trainers, and environment keep me genuinely excited about coming here every day!

I love CAC Crossfit, I first started with a Groupon and got hooked right away. I had never done crossfit before, so I told the coaches. They were so nice about it, they helped and taught me everything I know now. From how to do a squad correctly, to all of that heavy weight lifting. I love this place, not only because I'm seeing great results, but also because everyone is super friendly and supportive.😍💪

I found CAC on Groupon and it ended up being the greatest purchase I've ever made. I started CAC with very little prior experience, but the coaches and the crew were beyond amazing in showing me the crossfit ropes. Director/Coach Mark, Head coach Lexi, coaches Tyler, Dezi, & Tara always went above and beyond to make it the greatest experience, everyday, I had never been so motivated! The wealth of knowledge that everyone is willing to share is unimaginable!! The 630p class is the GREATEST GROUP OF PEOPLE IVE EVER MET!! I spent a year with them, and it was 100% life changing in every way! I moved to California (where crossfit originated) recently and can't find anything close to CAC Crossfit, though I still continue on thanks to the habits I created at CAC. I love and miss it everyone tremendously! It was truly wonderful experience! (Not to mention you get to use the entire gym which is beautiful and full of wonderful trainers and people)! It CAN'T BE BEAT, !!! Love you CAC framily !!!

Katie has the perfect mix of encouragement, surgical corrections, and learning on your own. While the gym is a little smaller, the coaching quality is first class.

This gym has so much potential. The CrossFit coaches are great, the atmosphere is awesome, and CrossFit area is big. Been here for over a year, and have progressed more then I could have ever imagined. The only down side is the owner does not seem to care about the CrossFit side of the gym, we don't always have enough equipment, the floor is uneven, lights burn out and not replaced etc. 4 stars because I love this place, even if it is a train reck. <3

CAC, so much to love about this CrossFit...first and foremost, great instructors. Lexi and Kanoa are my favorites but they are all highly skilled with the right amount of tough love. Great locker rooms, child care. Yoga classes are the bomb. Water CrossFit! Treadmills, weights, full access to everything. I could go on, just go here...

I recently started doing CrossFit workouts with trainer Shelton Malone Jr., and I love it! I feel like I am hanging out with a friend while getting a great workout; he makes me feel extremely comfortable and is very motivating. Our sessions are challenging and fun, and have already given me more energy on a daily basis along with a stronger body. I highly recommend CrossFit and my trainer, Shelton.

The coaches are awesome! Big gym with everything you need! Just started but definitely enjoying their workouts. Plus the members that have been goin there for years showed me support from the start as well. It's like a big family. Great atmosphere!🤘🏽

I have been doing crossfit for almost 2 years now and have been to several boxes away from my home town in Roseville ca and HotSpot Crossfit made me feel like I was at home. Crossfit is a community and and Shawn and his wife have built an amazing community for people to get healthy and fit. Extremely professional and all the memebers I met were amazing! The equipment was amazing, it was super clean but not your globo gym lol like lifetime or any of those junky places. They are my Las Vegas crossfit family and if you are looking for an awesome place to workout full time or just visiting I suggest HotSpot. The programmed WODs were challenging too for RX and I'm a valley guy in CA so it was awesome to be struggling. Great job team and keep up the work and see you guys again.
