Decent enough gym with 24 hot access which keeps me here. Bathroom has a smell of sewer that seeps into the gym. Drain in floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in about a decade. Overall has everything you need but good god do something about the smell in the bathroom

Never bothered to update their equipment, or service.Therefore aren't surprised when people leave apparently. There is no such thing as customer retention at this gym, they understand that there isn't a reason for you to stay. Of course when you do finally ask to leave, they will rush you through the details. But you will get conveniently charged for the time after you send a postmarked letter saying you with tno longer workout here to end service. It seems they simply just don't care about doing anything worthwhile to keep what could be a good gym alive.

We enjoy the flexibility of the hours, the location and how fantastic Jodi is. She always has a smile, and willing to help in any way possible. The gym is very low key, and that is what I like about it... no meat heads, or guys looking to check out girls, just everyone wanting to get their fitness on. In regards to the cancelation policy - people need to pay attention when they sign up. It is specifically outlined AND they verbally review it with you before you sign.

Horrible cancellation policy. You have to mail your keys in and a 30 day written statement of cancellation which takes effect 30 days after the post marked date of the letter. So you will get charged one additional month, without having access to the gym. And the only statement a customer service representative can say is, "Sorry, thats policy." Gym has mediocre workout machines and treadmills. The dumbbells were of good quality. They have one small studio and mainly utilized for their classes in the afternoon. I recommend overlooking this gym, but if you decide to work out here, please do a thorough walk through before you commit to membership.

Not bad. Lots of space but only one dedicated bench press. The bathroom smells like a chemical toliet all the time, and if the door is open so does the whole gym. Come in get your gains, or take them off, that's all I need in a gym and this is a decent place to do it. Also, props to the manager who approved this extension chord out of the wall for an outlet next to the squat rac.

I love this gym. The management is very accommodating and helpful. During COVID, they were closed, but they froze all payments for 2 months and also had a detailed away message explaining what was going on when you called in during their closure. During COVID I moved out of state and was unable to cancel my membership until the gym opened up again. This was incredibly easy. I left a message, received a call back within 10 minutes, and had my account closed out without paying the 30-day notice. I highly recommend this gym for all service members and their families as they have the best pricing in town. Thanks, Vegas Fitness for being my gym!

(if it was possible to give them a zero, i would) Terrible, terrible, terrible gym. Only care about squeezing out every penny out of your pocket. Customer service sucks and so does management with there ridiculous policies for cancellations. Most of the time employees are not present or when they are, they are always on the phone chatting with friends. They promised good service and flexibility for Service Members, but when I had to leave for training, they hassled me and gave me a hard time about it. Equipment is horrible, with most of it being second-hand or donated from the owners. DO NOT join this gym!

Moved from vegas to Colorado in August 2016 went into the gym and cancelled my membership it was simple easy and painless the lady who cancelled my membership didn't ask for my club card I just offered it because I had no use for it. I was also able to keep my girlfriend on the account make her the primary and keep my credit card on file until she was ready to move out here with me. It is now October 2016 girlfriend is ready to move and she goes in to cancel her membership and was told a 30 day written notice has to be mailed in and the "contact" would have to be paid out along with other requirements. The lady I spoke to was rude claimed she was the manager after I asked to speak to a manager and told me that their was no way that I cancelled back in August the way I did. When we signed up we did a month to month payment and were told we would be able to cancel at anytime with no cancellation fee. I was happy with the gym and actually met the owner a few times he was a very cool down to earth guy this is the first hassle we have ever had no need to speak to the members that way and have people jump through hoops to cancel just to try make a few more dollars.

I am give them a 3 because the gym staff was always friendly every time I came in. The gym is small and clean. However I do not agree with their policy when you decide to leave. I had to send my access with a post marked letter stating I was leaving. Now I am paying for an entire month with no 24 hr acess.
