The staff is unprofessional and untrained. The space is new but very small, They have cheap wire benches and no lockers to put valuables. The cashier had a hard time figuring out Groupon, she took about 10 min to get 3 kids and made the kids say their name out loud to get the wrist band, even made the 4 year old repeat his name and said he wasn't on there... absolutely no common sense or customer service. The employee at the ramp made an issue about my 4 year old not understanding the rules and complained about having to remind him not to run or walk on a trampoline while someone else is on it. We came in at 9:12pm it took this young man 5 min to explain the rules to a 4 year old and a 6 year old and wanted to wait until our entire party was there to let the kids play so finally started at 9:22pm and come 10pm got kicked off loosing out on the 22 min. Very untrained staff pretty much just a bunch of kids and one middle aged Asian guy running around running around yelling at kids they make it impossible for the kids to have fun. I had to end up paying to watch my 4 year old since one of the employees said I couldn't go help him up on the trampoline. SAFETY the carabiners were loose and not tightened, their jungle gym structure in the back has bolts without a stamped head showing the grade. Residential grade gym ring's. Usually take the kids 2-3 times a month to place similar to this after this experience I'll never bring my kids back even if it were free. There are a few other places in town that are much better set up and beat this new company in customer service square footage and the kids can have fun. The best thing about this place was one employee, a young black man who played with the kids, encouraged them and made the visit worth while.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Most ghetto place in town!!!!!! They seriously need to have a limit of people they let in. It was insane in there!!!! Literally people and kids EVERYWHERE to the point you couldn't even jump on the trampolines!!! People getting hurt left and right bumping into each other. Whole bunch of uneducated rude a** little kids and teens with zero parental supervision acting like straight up animals. This place is disgusting! Never coming back ! Untrained employees. Don't waste your money you wont be able to enjoy the attractions. My kid got hurt by other rude a** kids. So if you like being around rude stinky people, and getting bruises all over your body, then sure, buy a ticket.

I bought a Groupon to go, so, firstly, certainly don't pay full price. Parents don't have to pay to watch kids. The trampolines and activities are on an upper level then games and snack bar straight ahead. There's seating on the trampoline level for parents, so that was nice. My child tried the climbing wall, which was too much for them, and hit their wrist on the side on the way down. I climbed over to get them out since they were crying and couldn't get themselves out. I'm not fit at all and ended up getting myself stuck in the foam pit. The girl working there had come over to talk down a different child, and while she was doing that I let her know I needed help getting out. She never came to help me. After finally getting out with the encouragement of my child and another little girl, we went to the snack bar to get refreshments and put the injuries behind us (to my child's wrist and my ego). I thought I had read online something about nachos, but the snack bar is only packaged snacks and bottled drinks. But also, there was no one at the snack bar. After several minutes, I finally saw an unmarked doorbell among the tangle of the register's cords. I rang it several times, then several times even longer and got more ignored. We finally went back to the trampoline area where the girl who ignored me earlier when I was in distress was sent to let us know we had to have THEIR grip socks and not the fully capable grip socks we had on. I wasn't spending another $8 or another moment there. YOUR WAIVER FULLY COVERS NOT WEARING YOUR BRAND OF GRIP SOCKS!

My sonā€˜s birthday was there and despite paying over $500 for a party room. The Hispanic staff member was extremely rude to the kids and if I was the owner I would never allow this sort of treatment to adults or kids as this guy. Unfortunately our pizza came late for the party so we ask if we could sit at 2 tables to sing happy birthday and eat cake downstairs (we explained it would only take 10 minutes ) even though no one was in the building besides our party and four other people the entire night, so pretty sure our money was needed. The kid (staff) said no youā€™re not allowed to sit here and weā€™re like dude we just paid $500 for a party weā€™re just trying to sing happy birthday for 10 minutes but he was just stubborn power tripping told us no and also it would be running up to the kids as soon as a wrist pan expired yelling at them after only five minutes had transpired. Iā€™m like bro nobodyā€™s in here and we spent a ton of money relax. Hereā€™s a pic of the staff that Has absolutely no business working at a family place.

Someone stole our kidā€™s shoes and we kindly ask them to check the cameras and the general manager Caleb came and kept telling us there is nothing we can do just send them an email and he start slamming hes hands on the counters and yelling, even at my older sons 10 and 12. because we were talking. This is the worse experience Iā€™ve had anywhere and they threaten you that there watching you on camera so dont jump, but when we ask them to please look at the cameras to find out who stole our sons Cookie Monster shoes they were more mad than us telling us its late and they cant help us. The other manager is a over weighted sad women with very inappropriate tight clothes who just watches the cameras and threatens everyone. They also raised the prices with no explanation. This is not a place you want to take your kids or money or time! I wish i can give this 0 stars

They're usually nice but today, after 3yrs of coming almost weekly we've decided it's better to go elsewhere. Idk what this one girls problem was, she seemed pretty miserable. Immediately jumped on us over dumb stuff and ruined our good time. Prices are so close to the other, nicer places now, it's not worth putting up with salty employees attitude. We're usually the only ones since we go early, no excuse to be that horrid to people. She just lost you some good long standing customers. Get your life girl for real. No need to be a jerk.

As of 10/05/23 the kids cannot even have fun without a manager literally standing and watching you I have a seven-year-old and a six-year-old and they jump on the same trampoline like weā€™ve been coming here for two months already and never had an issue their kids playing and they canā€™t even have fun without a manager telling them what to do and canā€™t do. This is supposed to be a fun experience for the kids not to keep getting told what to do and how high to jump if itā€™s a trampoline place I think this will be my last membership here. The kids did not have fun at all because basically they have to play it by themselves instead of playing with each other.

Nice place to jump. Weā€™re from out of town and are used to Airborne but I donā€™t think Vegas has one so this is a good mid level alternative. The staff were friendly and courteous and thereā€™s tons of space. The only reason I didnā€™t give it 5 stars is because itā€™s slightly dingy and could use some TLC as far as cleaning the trampoline areas. The bathrooms and other areas seem clean enough. Thereā€™s small areas for parties and a private room in the back and a larger private party room upstairs. Overall, itā€™s a good place to take your kids to jump.

Miserably HOT!!! No or barely any AC air. Poor kids were ready to pass out from the heat stroke and the parents were sweating just by sitting down. My child had such a bad asthma attack we had to leave early. Should be illegal in this weather.

Promoting a 13$ rate on your website is bogus. It's actually 19$ if 5 years or older. And then you require xplozone grip socks only, tack on another 4$ per child. I won't be back. Customer service extremely poor also. Maybe that's why there are 10 people in the building šŸ¤”

It's a great place! Trampolines are fun and food is great. Only problems are is the food takes a long time and some of the staff need to lighten up. Otherwise it's great.

Needs improvement and hygiene as well. They charge 17 an hour and flippin out charges 20 an hour but way different environment. Hope to see some better changes come to this place and to stand out more professionally.

Giving a 2 star rating due to an employee who argued with me about my oldest granddaughter jumping with her 19 month old sister in the 6 and under area. When I said my friend was allowed to jump with her baby (same age) he said well, that's her baby. He didn't know if my oldest granddaughter was our babies mom or not and said it so disrespectful that "that's her baby?" Does it matter? (I'm disabled, obviously I'm using a walker) no way I nor my husband (disabled Vet) could jump with our 19 month old gd. I asked for the manager and he refused to call for one, I asked his name and he wouldn't tell me but said "I'm the only one on the floor" so I went back down to the registration desk. There were 2 people sitting there and as I was walking down the ramp I heard them talking on the walkie talkie and BOTH were laughing. I found nothing funny about the situation. The first thing I asked for was the manager, the young lady said she was the manager, the gentleman with her departed. I said so the employee radio'd you and told you my problem? She said yes. He told her something totally different then what happened. I asked if there are cameras they can look at she said yes, she would watch it and see what happened. I left and returned back to our group. That same employee followed my other 2 grandchildren (ages 16 and 11) around the entire hour we were there mean mugging them and trying to intimidate them. He was not and is not a person who should be working around children. Not to mention everything they wanted at the snack bar we were told "oh that's going to take at least 45 minutes to heat up." They ended up with Starburst, a coke and a water. Don't understand why a business wouldn't have things on THEIR menu ready to sell knowing kids are going to want to order? The owners could make more money if the staff would actually do what they are hired to do. Not sure If we will ever return. The kids just didn't feel safe.

The best indoor trampoline deals in town! Currently starting at $18 monthly per kid unlimited monthly access.

  • 2/5 Silvia S. 1 year ago on Google
For $530 you would think the room would be nicer and easier to access since we had to bring everything for the party with us. There were stairs, tiny trashcans to throw away plates and cups from 20 ppl, no way to watch the kids from the hole in the upper corner we were placed in, and when parents went to check on their children they were told to leave the area due to a white wristband we were not told we needed at check in. Not at all a real birthday party venue.

I've been here a few times with the kids. Didn't like the fact they made you purchase their socks. Can't be other facilities grippy socks. Also, it was hot as heck inside the jumping area. The check-in area is cool but gets hotter as you walk towards games and party area.

I visited today with a coworker and had a great time. As an adult this park has the most trick trampolines in the Vegas valley. Staff let us do our thing and it not being busy was also a bonus as most of the other parks are packed with peoples kids not being watched making it almost impossible to be able to flip out of fear of injuring children. Inside is not the best but I was there for the trampolines and not the bathrooms or seating. Will definitely be back and recommend this place to others

Very friendly staff. However, this place is very overpriced & just not worth it. I purchased a party package & the area we were sat in was very small. The package I purchased was the silver package with a minimum of 10 kids & each additional kid cost $30 which is a bit overpriced when the normal price for 90 min is just $19. I just feel we should have gotten more for the price we paid. Also, the area was very muggy & the bathroom lights did not work due to renovations. I just feel if you're doing renovations, the website should be updated to inform anyone who may be looking to reserve a party...

I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit 10/28/23 around 6p. I was there for a birthday party and from the moment I walked in, the environment was not welcoming. I requested a refund and have yet to receive a response. I requested a refund for the following reasons; - When approaching the counter, I let the employee know that I was there for a birthday party. She starts fumbling through papers and appeared to not be able to find the name of the person whose party I was attending. There was a woman wearing a shirt that said ā€œmanagerā€ who came and stood next to her, didnā€™t acknowledge me as the customer and told the employee that she already gave out the last two wristbands so we had to pay. The employee also kept trying to add grip socks to my bill. I had to tell her more than twice that my child didnā€™t need grip socks. She was already wearing grip socks. If I was unfocused by my already then frustration, I would have paid an unnecessary extra $3. Is this what Xplozone banks on? Parents not paying attention and just saying okay to the charges? - The party was upstairs, which we had to carry our stroller up the stairs. The stairs are very steep, even for children. If someone attending the party had a wheelchair, how would they get up the stairs? How are steep stairs or stairs at all, convenient? - The size of the pizzas, there were at least 4 children that didnā€™t get pizza even with the additional pizza that was ordered. Did anyone research what other indoor parks were offering for parties? Where were the drinks? Water? Again, was any research done? - The menā€™s bathroom only had urinals and not stalls (in case of a bowel movement). Is this legal? - Once realizing my children werenā€™t going to get a slice of pizza, we went back downstairs, again carrying the stroller. When we entered the trampoline area with our 4 year old and twins (in the stroller), we were rudely greeted by an employee telling us that we had to leave the area because we didnā€™t have a pink wristband and that since our 4yr old was the only one with a wristband, she was the only one that could be in the trampoline area. I asked the employee if and how much the wristband costs, she said she didnā€™t know and continued to reiterate that we couldnā€™t be in the area without the wristband. However, the first time, during our visit, my husband took our 4yr old to the trampoline area and was there with her for more than 30 minutes and not once was he harassed about needing a pink wristband. On our way out we brought this to the attention of a gentleman dressed in all black and he said that the employee was new and thatā€™s why she didnā€™t know further details like cost about the wristband which leads me to the conclusion that staff are not properly trained or possibly not at all. - This establishment isnā€™t fully built/developed and offers minimal play space but your are charging full prices for admission and parties. How is that moral? Xplozone is supposed to be a place geared toward kids with certain conveniences for parents and in no way shape or form does Xplozone represent that. They take parentsā€™ money (because they know parents will do almost anything to please their children) but they offer so little and have inferior customer service. Their employees are rude and lack confidence in their role and their ability to be friendly and welcoming. And by the way, the sign on the outside of the building doesnā€™t light up all the way. It really would be in Xplozoneā€™s best interest to fully develop the park, and make major changes to not only give customers their moneys worth but also provide superior customer service and overall experience. They need to do their due diligence as a business and make the necessary changes so that families like mine leave with a smile on their faces and a great experience.

So fun! Really fairly priced, absolutely huge place. Wasn't super crowded when we went and all 3 of my kids had a blast. We'll definitely be back soon!
