Body Shrine is the 2nd only acroyoga studio in the US! The owner, Eric, is so knowledgeable about acroyoga and fitness and it shows in his teachings. This studio has a very supportive community that helps you especially if you feel out of your comfort zone. They teach to all levels & make sure safety is of the upmost importance at all times! Step outside of your traditional fitness routine and mix it up with the most fun practice that incorporates communication, trust, & balance. Many elements that you can use on & off the mat! I highly recommend Body Shrine!

Body Shrine's teachers are amazing, especially Eric! Incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in their craft. I started going here last year after I was introduced to acroyoga. They have acro classes and jams, both are a blast! I now take flexibility and handstand classes here. From the first visit, this place gave me that good, deep stretch that my muscles happily remembered from my days in gymnastics as a child. If you want to go beyond yoga, this is the place!
