    I walked in to this location for the first time, I ordered my drink at 08:28:12 am as showing in the label on the cup and got my order at 08:44am. So many customers lined up at mobile 📱ordered area for pickup. So behind and slow barestas and may be short handed (8 workers) in this shift. So many yelling, talking, screaming behind the counter unprofessional. My drink was ok, tables in the lobby were dirty and flies all over the place. Too bad such a nice location, and definitely not coming back to this store.

    Ordered a Carmel Frappuccino with Carmel and chocolate drizzle in the inside of the cup and a mini one with no caffeine. Mommy and daughter day (2yrs old). They made it even better with drizzle on top. Usually isn’t done without asking for that touch and whoever did it today for us I just want to say thank you the thought and extra effort in making the drinks. It looked so cute and my daughter loved it!

    Every time I see my doctor, I stop in at this Starbucks located at 4505 E Charleston. So you can imagine that I haven't been here in quite some time. This morning I was astonished to see that this relatively new Starbucks was very crowded since only a year and a half ago it was brand new, and only a handful of customers frequented here. This store is much larger than most and one of the few Starbucks that still have comfy chairs for customers to sit as well as the now-standard hard seating and tables. I come here, as I said, because it's only a few minutes from my doctor at Culinary Health Center. But I also come here because the staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel very welcome. One woman, in particular, brightens my entire day with her broad smile and inviting repartee. She knows who she is, so I won't embarrass her by using her name. You don't often go to "any" Starbucks these days because of people, but in this case, I always make an exception when in the area.     Went through drive thru. Fast, patient, and friendly service. My granddaughter couldn't make up her mind about the Pink Thing (?). The girl at the intercom demonstrated an amazing of patience.

    I had to ask the name of the employee who was handling everything in the front because she was moving fast and very professional. I hope Kayla is a manager because the way she was handling things she just made my morning. I know you have to know people names in Starbucks but she would say the persons name and say yes I’m fixing this right now for you. Even someone with broken English came up to her while she was making the order and she was handling that while she was making an order. I mean just the best customer service I’ve seen in Las Vegas because for some reason customer service isn’t that great out here but this has been the best I’ve ever seen that I had to write a review and I don’t even do that .

    Everytime i come here the girls have a bad look on their face, as if they’re upset. But today was my last straw. I placed my mobile order as I usually do and ordered with cinnamon powder on top. Itzel was the one who made my order, I noticed there was no cinnamon powder. So I KINDLY asked her “excuse me” SHE IGNORED ME. I told myself , I know their busy so let me give her a min, then I said “EXCUSE ME” again, despite her looking at me with a “WHAT FACE” I still politely said “I asked for cinnamon powder on top” before I can finish my sentence she yelled “WE DONT HAVE CINNAMON POWDER, YOU CAN HAVE PUMPKIN OR (she mentioned a different powder but I can’t remember the name)” I’m not the one to get upset, even when my drink takes longer than usual because I know their busy and they’re doing the best they can. I DIDNT KNOW YOU GUYS WERE OUT OF CINNAMON POWDER BECAUSE IT LET ME PLACE MY ORDER THROUGH THE APP. maybe update the app or when you yell out my order, tell us you were out of something and if we’d like a replacement.

    I went today and didn’t have no sign of not being open waited like 7min no one answered me in the drive thru they have a camera so I know they could see me ,3 cars left I went to window and I just saw someone fixing cup no one acknowledge me at all so I left . I eventually call their number and they tell me we open today actually 6:30 their website says open already or at least put a sign up or something so we know to find another near Starbucks . Which doesn’t make sense. Your girl needs caffeine

    Been going here for a couple months since we moved to this side of town. They have the worst customer service the first time they accused of stealing a drink we never got and paid for. Today we gave it a try again and there was 6 employees working and not one could give us a cake pop we ordered took over 5 minutes to get it. So unprofessional and just straight rude here. Starbucks is our go to place but this location is just the worse.

    The Service here are the worst, they never have what you requested it, every week, it’s like they don’t want to sell it, a good excuse, and plus the bad actitud and meaning in one of the barista that slamming front in your face, I don’t know if he or she is a boy or girl, hard to know, black hair horrible, it looks like she never take a shower probably once per year, with the hair down so mess up, it looks like a spider web, plus her actitud making you faces, and rolling her eyes on you, so ugly and making you faces with nasty rejection face to you when it’s the opposite, she is the gross one and she don’t know it, which is worse, horrible, she can be good for those kind of scary movies when you cannot wake up, seriously.

    Always fast, friendly and good quality. My wife and I like this one a lot. They do get very busy(it's a starbucks/coffee place which is to be expected) regardless they power through their lines and they do it with a positive attitude each time I have visited.     This location gets pretty busy, but they’re always on point. When I order ahead it’s always done right on time. Ordering in or drive thru make sure you have the extra 8-10 min to wait .. Even though they look slow, they’re processing tons of order ahead drinks.

    Well it has to be said and it is very disappointing. Althoughservice is good and the people here are nice and very friendly, lately it has change to be more like "drive thru". Yes, because now they are closing the store at anytime by that fact and, most likely they operate "dinne in" up to 6pm or 7pm. After that they may chase you out, nice and polite but they do it. Employees here are not the issue no, if they are closing early to when having some coffe and perhaps some company it may be because main offices commands. Sad to see that what they announced some time back it's happening now. With the competition of other coffe company around town, they will be closing about 200 of their stores on the east cost and the remaining will be converted into a "Drive Thru" only. I guess it's a matter of choosing the competition instead but, do we really deserve this here in Las Vegas? A 24/7 town? My sympathy goes to those employees who may loose their jobs in the nearby future. #loyalcustomers #Starbucksgreat

    Imagine dumping a bunch of money into remodeling a Starbucks just to make it less consumer friendly. They did a renovation here and when coming back it's clear it's meant to make everyone less comfortable. WAY fewer outlets, the tables are significantly smaller as in none will accomodate more than 2 people. If making Starbucks unwelcoming is what they're going for, they nailed it. One positive I'll add is that that bug infestation they had seems to be remedied, for now. Redeeming qualities all thanks to the staff. They make drinks right. If something is ever off you should politely ask for a remake and they never seem to make a fuss about it. They do stay stocked on products well too. I notice when other locations might be suffering shortages on food product or drink mixes they are ol' reliable. So definitely a location I enjoy BUT clear that Starbucks corp is moving in a direction that wants you in and out.

    I always come to this location usually in the mornings and I came in today at night but honestly they have a really bad customer service at night , I love the team in the morning but afternoon team not even say hello when you got inside the store and they were so many there and no one went to take my orden they took about 5 minutes to help me , I prefer to go in the morning they offer better customer service

    The music is way too loud so that you can't hear your name to pick up your drink. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my daughter's drink to be ready until I went up and asked if it was ready and they said with a polite but smug tone it's right here. We sat there the whole time and never heard a single name called.

    Honestly terrible experience, I'm really shy and avoid confrontations at all costs, but this is the first and last time I'll be ordering from this store. I am always afraid to order via apps, but I tried it out this time and while that was very easy to place the order...but it was frustrating as I expected it to warn me once the order was ready... it only gave an ETA for the time it would take to get it done. I literally work across the street from this store, it would not take me longer than 5 mins to arrive to pick it up. But I gave an extra 10 mins from the eta of when it should have been ready...just in case they were busy and that may have been the worst decision. I had ordered 2 Ham and Swiss on Baguette, one caramel frap, and an iced coffee with milk. When I arrived, only my frap was sitting on the counter. Basically pushed aside to a corner, I had tried to wait patiently for one of the employees to speak to me. I wanted to be respectful and understand as I worked food before, they had a terrifying drive-thru line and it was building up inside too. I remember the stress that came with that, but seeing as they ignored me and everyone else who had already ordered in the lobby as well was down right awful. Eventually, a lady asked what I had been waiting for and I explained I had ordered via the app and I saw the frap was ready, but was wondering about the other food. She proceeded to tell me the order must have been taken and simply looked at me silently afterwards that without even offering to remake it. Another gentleman behind her probably noticed the look of confusion I gave her and stated he would remake everything I was missing. That was fine, I understand mistakes happen...but after that I was given an iced coffee with syrup, but never had any mlik put into it and was sent on my way. When I asked about the pair of Ham and Swiss, I was told there was no baguettes and was offered a croissant ham and swiss. I was frustrated, but assumed it would simply be a change of bread and that would've been fine. That...wasn't the case though? I was given two of the croissants from the bakery as replacement. It may seem petty, but I literally came for a sandwhich as part of my lunch and for a friend of mine. I ordered that as I was looking for anything that was a little more than a snack. Worst part of it was that I wasn't even apologized to. I really regret not sticking to my guns and requesting a refund, this was ridiculous and sadly the only thing I that was correct was the caramel frap...seriously upset with this service. It even wasted my chance to go to another place and order something I ACTUALLY enjoy for my break. Sadly I didn't get a picture of the croissants, I had forgot to take a picture of those...but at the very least I am adding one for the coffee. Not the best lighting, but you can still tell there was no milk. If I could give a rating of no stars I would, sadly the default option is only giving one.

    The urgency in this location is 0 to none, a line with 20 cars deep wrapped around the building. Employees on phones Talking about plans Drinking water up front which is a point for health department Poor guy in window is stuck asking for drinks, while taking orders. Offered me a gift card but I rather not come back to this location. Always an issue. Dont have the drink you want ? You have to wait until you ask about your drink for them to tell you it's out of stock. You get a sticker for your cup, call out the name on sticker and say drink is out of stock vs waiting until customer brings it up.

    I love the coffee, I hate the randomness of what I get served, I order the same thing every day, usually 5 days a week, and it usually comes out 5 different ways. It would be helpful if we could train everyone the same, and that starts with management knowing how to do the same.

    The staff at this location are very friendly and efficient. I usually come here to work on my laptop. Plenty of tables to do this and they have outlets pretty much everywhere so you can plug in devices to charge. They also have an area in the back for seating (like a lounge area). The atmosphere is relaxing and place is always clean.

    I ordered through the app and I used my points. I went inside to pick up my order. Only my drink was there. I told the lady I had ordered a brownie. The lady said it would be right out. I waited. The lady said there were no brownies. She asked if I wanted something else or a refund. I said a refund. I had to stand in line for a refund. I told the lady I used my points. The refunded me $3 dollars. My time is worth more than $3 dollars and the attitude I received. I'm disappointed.

    I went in Sunday morning, I ordered several drinks. I did have to wait about 30mins. Yes, I know that’s a while but they were swamped. Anyways, that is not why I am writing this review.     This location takes WAY to long drive thru or inside!!! No matter what time of day!!!! This time took from 8:44am till 9:02am to get and this was inside!!! Do not waste your time at this location if you are in a hurry or on your way to work, I promise you, you will be late!!!!

    Honestly this drive thur location sucks. But if you go inside they are amazing Tyler has the best customer service and very helpful. Honestly was very disappointed the last few time but tonight change my mind. Thank you Tyler. Will definitely be coming more inside from now on.

    I came to Starbucks on Charleston and Lamb around 11:25pm and was refused service. They said the systems were down, yet when I've previously visited during this period, service had still been provided. I'm aware that this location shuts at 11:30 p.m., therefore I'm curious as to whether or not my request for customer service was turned down since they were about to close.

    Let’s start off by saying I’m truly upset. I visited this location on 02/01 I came inside to order two drinks. Once was a white HOT chocolate w/ whole milk and second drink was a peppermint mocha frappe. I got the drinks drove to work. Once at I work I realized they had messed up the white hot chocolate with whole milk. I drove back came thru the drive thru this time. The girl in drive thru that helped me her name was “Liz” I told her the drink was made incorrectly and needed it replaced the girly proceeded to give me attitude for no reason, but I specifically said “white HOT CHOCOLATE w/ whole milk” heard her said “okay” got up the window and got the drink. Looked at the sticker and it was still WRONG. I had to get off and go inside to get it remade once again. This is such a waste of time it took the barista’s 3x to get this one drink right. I understand it get’s busy and it can be stressful, maybe other people gave the one girl in the drive thru attitude but it wasn’t me, so why am I getting attitude from her? I didn’t like this experience whatsoever

    I normally don't write reviews and am a Starbucks fun but this Starbucks prices are different from the app and other Starbucks stores. Chai tea latte in other Starbucks stores charges $5.69 but this store on Charleston charges $6.12 and the drink was not really good. It's just $43. Cents more but I don't like thieves 😒.

    It's always hit or miss with this store .....Line in drive thru is always long and does not move quick at all . We ended up just going inside and I ordered a ice coffee with light cream , there was no one in line ... It took them 10 mins to get my order and they made the drink wrong STILL......not the best Starbucks to a Seattle native standard.

    The employee Leo at the drive thru window was the absolute sweetest. He was a great listener and allowed me to share what was on my mind. I lost my dad yesterday, and decided to just treat myself to some SB. He did his usual on asking how i was doing today, and as much as i did not want to share such news to a stranger who may not have been ready to hear something like that, he was completely open to it and was very very emphatic. I appreciate him being a listening ear, and took the time to cheer me up. It was my first social interaction, and he definitely made my day. His energy was a blessing. Someone give homeboy Leo a raise!
