If I could give 0 stars, I would. The food is mediocre at best with burned coffee, but the personal is even worse. The rudest most obnoxious people I e seen. When we talked to them, the best we could get is a snarky remark and a bored glance in our direction. The person who was serving us pastries did not even try to listen us, when I repeated the same query 3 times, he pretended not to hear. Horrible experience, would not recommend anyone go there. Tried sweet and savory crepes... Sweet was alright (as expected overpriced for what you get). The savory was awful... Asked for no mayo, had a huge dollop of it still. I don't hate mayo, but that's all one could taste. They also used the same batter for both crepes, so the savory had a sweet crepe batter 😒.

I wanted to try the Lavender coffee, but they didn't have it.

Not a bad place, but make sure you ask for light ice in your $6 coffee.

When I was a young 38-year-old I fell in love with Illy coffee. Some of the best in the world. Whenever I come to Las Vegas and stay at the venetian, make sure I come to the cafe. Here are some pictures. They make an excellent breakfast in the mornings and they have a huge supply of coffees and desserts. Highly recommend visiting when you're here

Rude, rude, rude. I was told to bring receipt, and was still questioned and then laughed at and the big big guy behind counter was rude unpleasant to deal with. I order a croissant with egg and bacon and the bread is horrible taste like powder the eggs were even worst like fake eggs.

Illy Caffè just doesn’t seem to understand my coffee order. I’ve never really had a good coffee experience with them. However, their little deserts are very delicious. This white lemon cake was decadent! If it wasn’t for this, I may have rated them three stars.

The employees were rude, especially the big guy behind the gelato counter. We paid $11 for a smoothie that tastes like water, and I don't think they know what a frappuccino is. The matcha latte is so bitter, that it was not drinkable. The vanilla frappe was half foam and half water.

Average mood to unhappy employees. “Wait a second. Just give me a second.” called out to a customer who was waiting patiently for their drinks. Even with 3 employees working and a moderate crowd it can be a long wait for a coffee. Such a long time between pulling the espresso and adding the foam that the drink was barely warm.

It's good ice cream. Rich.

Wanted Ice Coffee so waited seemed all fine till I got my coffee!!! The tall guy that waited on me spilled coffee all over. So the girl said go get the mop I will finish. But when I received coffee was warm. Told her I ordered ice coffee she said no you have to drink it warm??? I couldn't believe this they all were rude! They did not care! Why didn't he just say no ice coffee? Did not offer to make again? 9 dollar coffee???? Worse customer service ever!!!! No coffee pots in rooms so your forced to buy? The tall guy said I didn't charge you for the ice you want me to put a cup of ice in a cardboard container? Then laughed at me in a smart alleck tone! He was leaving for the day! Geez it was awful left my coffee there and went to Starbucks?

Had a wonderful time taking a break from sightseeing to enjoy some wonderful espressos. Good service and nice dessert options.

Illy coffee was nice many years ago. These days the competition has driven them to buy cheap coffee and over roast it, just like Starbucks does. And I’m surprised to say I actually liked the Starbucks drip over the Illy americano.

They had great gelato with a wide selection of flavors. And the service was great. Can’t wait to stop by again.

The only thing this cafe has going for it was the location. The service was all over the place. I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and caffe latte. The coffees never came and I saw customers who came in was after us being served. I went to the counter to check and it was evident our order had been forgotten. The barista tried to give me another customers order. The cafe wasn’t that busy. There was no system like taking by your name. I had to tell replay my order to the barista 3 times and then tell him to look at his own coffee menu. I eventually got my coffee but the iced latte was still wrong it was not made with almond milk but by that time I didn’t want to have to go back to the counter and deal with the clown show again. Just a shamozzle really.

Also bis jetzt habe ich hier den besten Café gefunden in Las Vegas. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundliche und Hilfsbereit egal wer arbeitet. Auch spezielle Wünsche werden soweit möglich erfüllt und mit einem Lächeln. Nachdem ich es gefunden habe, war ich fast jeden Tag dort um zwei schöne Kaffee zu geniessen. Das 🍦 ist auch sehr gut.

Don’t waste your time with this place. The gelato is quite icy and a small portion. My husband got the raspberry truffle and salted caramel and I got the Italian cookie and pistachio. They all tasted quite icy, and they don’t let you try a sample, now I know why.

Illy is far more cheaper than Starbucks. Located in the ground floor of the canal shopping 🛍️ in front of the “LOVE” sign. The problem is that they don’t clean tables in time, they don’t honor the players card, and there Latte and muffins are cold.

Atmosphere is the only saving grace. Service is abysmal. Forgot about my espresso. Had to ask and got kind of mean vibe. Save your money and go to Coffee Bean or Starbucks.

Open late!! Coffee, tea, gelato, and quick savory breakfast sandwiches. The crepes are not always available. Note that making your latte iced adds an almost $2 charge to an already $6 beverage, yikes! Still, convenient and did the job for breakfast without a 20 minute wait. :)

Awesome food and close to the expo rooms. The line is usually less than 5 min vs an hour at Starbucks. They have oat milk! Loved their wraps.

We ordered a hazelnut and spumoni gelato, and the person serving us was alone working at the moment. He scooped the gelato, and we were initially on our way. Turns out, when trying the gelato, the hazelnut tasted like peanut butter, which we exprected a mislabel. We went to the person working in which he said it was strange, but didnt do anything about the incorrect flavor. He offered to replace our gelato. Then, the person who ordered behind us also said the hazelnut was peanut butter and he made it seem like we were wrong and that was actually hazelnut. When he started to scoop the new gelato for us, he said he wouldnt replace the spumoni, but we already threw it out. Not sure if its because his manager showed up or something.

Good cafe latte! But they won’t give you hot water even if you pay for it.

Finally found some decent coffee in Las Vegas. I had the macchiato and they served in a small espresso cup. Nice. Hard to avoid Starbucks which are everywhere here.

Non ci siamo! Dear Mr. Illy, you’ve made an investment to open up this coffe shop in Las Vegas but you did not train your barista? The espresso was not hot enough and mediocre at best. Service was rude and tables were not cleaned up.

Coffee is good but why do you open at 09:00? Why this spoiled? People in hotels are either awake from previous night or wake up at 05:30 for business meetings. So you gotta do something about hours..

Sadly, went multiple times since kids wanted crepe… was told that they were sold out all the times.. and told to come back at all different times… they probably don’t even make crepes anymore and will not admit… easier to say that so we would not wait over 10-12 min in line multiple times… Honesty trumps! It’s not that you don’t make crepes… just admit it and don’t waste time.

Horrible service… The attitude of every employee we interacted with today was sub par. Dirty table, asked for it to be wiped down… never was. Cappuccino was cold, asked to remake… they took it and remade it with the ugliest look on their face. We used to enjoy this small spot in the Palazzo… management needs work.

🍦 strawberry cheesecake is good, black coffee was ok but the service is bad.

Pretty disappointed. Came here for coffee a couple of times during my stay, which was good. I ordered food one day and my breakfast sandwich on a croissant was smashed, and on top of that the guy calling the orders was yelling angrily when I didn’t get up fast enough to grab my coffee. Did not apologize, but laughed and seemed entertained when other customers started commenting on how rude he was.

The gelato was not really gelato. It had the texture of sorbet and it was way too sweet. The portion size is extremely small for the price. I would not come here again.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they forgot the meat, got another sandwich and it was cold, got another sandwich and it was still cold. Don’t eat breakfast here. very disappointing.
