I needed a new PCP and I was recommended here by a friend. I first scheduled an appointment in December 2021 for January. The office canceled. Okay, no problem. I called in January after the holidays and I scheduled for March 2nd, 2022. As of 02/07/2022, my second appointment was canceled and Erasto Flores (MA) was really insensitive and seemed like he did not even care when he called me after the message I sent. Lack of compassion was obvious which led me to just look elsewhere. Good luck if you’re a new patient.

Arriving at Dr. Omit Duggal's office I was greeted with warm and willingness to assist me to the room where the Dr. by a very nice congenial Medical Assistant within 5 minus after my arrival. After taking all my vitals the Dr. arrived, since this my first appointment with this Dr, he took a medical history and asked many questions as well as my medications that I take. In going over all past blood tests and surgeries, he gave me a plan that after X-rays and blood he will evaluate my heath issue and treat me accordingly. I was amazed how thoroughly he went over my history and most importantly how intelligent, articulate, and what an educated doctor he is! Thankful to have him as my doctor.

I started seeing Dr Sweeney many years ago when she was on staff with Southwest Medical. When she left there, I was dismayed. I had finally found a good doctor that really listened to me and I felt in good hands. Upon talking to a friend several months later, I found out that Dr Sweeney was now with Healthcare Partners on Blue Diamond. I immediately set up an appt with her. I was so happy to be reunited. She and all the staff have been wonderful to work with. They are all friendly and I get a strong feeling … I once again felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend Dr Sweeney and what is now Intermountain Healthcare.

My primary Doctor is Jennifer Adobo. I have been a patient of hers for a few years now. She is by far the best clinician I have ever had. She takes the time to go over my complete medical history. She is up to date and well informed of current meds etc. On the personal side she is kind hearted and really cares about her patients. She has helped me thru many personal problems, including my husband's death last year. Cannot day enough about her. She is my clinician and my friend. How many doctors are like that????

So far - GOOD vibrations from this clinic, staff & Doctor of my choosing as I've been searching for a PCP. After my 2021NYE bout at a local hospital and its staff of nurses, techs and ENDLESS flow of doctors - I look forward to developing a longer relationship here! Would you believe they actually LISTEN to my concerns - No, I am NOT in the medical field and am in need of medical assistance but who know better about what's going on with one's body - I attempt to do MY part and learn about the functions of my body - especially since Im aging . Here's to awareness and some changes towards living a fuller senior life.

I've been with Dr Dao for a while. I never feel rushed and he genuinely listens. Nancy always greets me with a smile and is very good at her duties as well. From Rose at reception to Rose in the blood department, I couldn't be in better hands.

Just started on medicare so I had to get a new doctor. My doctor Dr. Ofa spent time and was caring . I enjoyed my visit and liked my new doctor. ☺️

I got there a little early in case I had to do some paperwork which I didn't because I did everything online. It didn't take them long to get me in to see doctor Alexander Dao. The doctor was very thorough with my examination and he was very informative about the things that I needed to know. He explained some things to me about getting older which I didn't understand but now I have a better view of my situation. This was the 2nd time I saw doctor Dao and everything went smoothly. Rose and Nancy at the front desk was very helpful and very professional and I appreciated everything they did for me. 👍

This was my first visit and I must say my Dr. Listened to what I had to say and not just talk at me about things. I must say this is the most caring dr that is about the patient and not just to be there. I would recommend her to anybody

Had an appt on 9/7…was a positive experience as always. From the time I checked in to my visit with primary. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly,, knowledgeable and caring! Kudos to Jennifer and Charmaine.

The staff is always professional and caring. Dr. Ofa is very detailed and through talks to you wants to know how you are doing overall. I never feel rushed or just a number. The facility is always clean and COVID protocol is in place.

I saw Dr. Dao for the first time and am very impressed with his knowledge and his friendliness. He attended to my medical needs quickly and efficiently. His assistant Heather is also great, so nice and thorough.

Coy wouldn't let me have my prescription 2 days early (NEEDS DOCTORS AUTH.) CAUSE REFILL LANDS ON DEC 25! Called 3 THREE times to tell them this, EVAN went down there. Didn't do nothing. My Christmas is ruined thanks, thanks alot!

Intermountain health care on a S. Rainbow has been a blessing. They have a lab, pharmacy, and other services located in one place. This in itself makes it easy. Seen the dr, I needed lab work to find out which antibiotic I needed and a prescription was easy to fill and pick up. Dr., lab, and pharmacy all done with in a short time. Just would love to see more video med for those times when you don’t necessarily need a physical visit.

I had to revise my rating because of the way I was recently treated. WARNING DO NOT ! ! ! Sign up for the patient portal! they feel that they can cancel your appointment without leaving a reason without notifying you simply you will receive an email that says your appointment has been changed. From this email you would have to then log on to the patient portal find the messaging section and find that they simply say they cancelled your appointment. Once again they do not leave a reason for canceling your appointment or an option for rescheduling or anything it's just cancelled that's it good luck.

Dr's appointment went very well. Received services that I'll need for recovery. Would recommend Dr Sweeney highly.

I'm not much for giving reviews but when it comes Intermountain Health all I can say is they are the best. Great staff ,great attention to health details and over all their caring and really a good group to handle your needs with a positive and peasant way of doing things.

I have had a great experience with this clinic and love my therapist she very informative and has a great personality I definitely recommend Shelby she is fantastic and puts me at ease.

I'm always treated with respect and positively. I love this place. No long waits. Everyone is professional. Everyone has a smile on their face. Everyone is happy to help with whatever you need.

Shelby is awesome. She is more than willing to go the extra mile to reach out to my healthcare providers on my behalf to make sure that my healthcare needs are met. She has direct access to my providers to where I don’t have to jump through hoops to get the necessary help I need. she is thorough with follow ups. I appreciate that even after a visit that I’m checked on in between visits to ensure that I am emotionally and mentally well taken care of. No other therapy group that I have dealt with has offered that amount of effort and professionalism. Even the people who call me to remind me of my upcoming visits are very compassionate and friendly and professional. I’m thankful that I have this available to me. It’s an essentially part to maintaining both my mental and physical health.

I would like to compliment Holly, who gave me 10-star assistance today when I called my Doctors office with a request. She was kind, helpful, and professional and you can hear that she had a caring heart by her voice over the phone. It was a great comfort to me, and I thought someone should know what an Asset she is.

The doctor did not order blood work before my 6-month checkup, so I made an appointment. After fasting all day, I left work early and went to the facility. The receptionist told me the doctor didn’t order the tests, so I couldn’t have them done. She told me to “come back tomorrow”. I told her I couldn’t, then she told me the tests take a week so wouldn’t be ready before my appointment with the doctor anyway. I don’t know what makes me more angry, the condescending attitude of the front desk or the lack of care exhibited by the doctor. Also, when we had our flu shots, I told the nurse about an issue about which I needed to talk to the doctor. I was told the doctor was on vacation, and a message would be left for her return. I never received a call or acknowledgment. My shot was administered by a trainee, and I still have a goose egg on my arm a month later.

Arrival at door and check in was very welcoming starting with the friendly security lady at temp check. The safety protocol was in accordance with mandate, very easy. The waiting period was only a few minutes. The nurse who took my vitals was kind an pleasant. I’m apologize for not remembering her name, she desires a mention. Dr Sweeney is both professional and friendly. She explained clearly my results and what’s next. In addition taking time to answer every question I had with a caring response. Thank you to all the staff and please stay well.

The staff is efficient, organized, professionally competent and caring. Myriam performed her Nursing duties with a cheerful and personable energy. I look forward to my 6-month check-ups with AJ Marlon and his staff — I find their treatment to be comprehensive, educational (I always learn something), caring at a personal level, and reassuring.

Dr Sweeney saw me in her office today but this time was to obtain an new prescription for a previous device. This always competent doctor thoroughly made the visit worthwhile. She is extremely pleasant although I have various health issues. With her excellent memory, she recalled these along with the reason for today’s visit. By providing specific questions to me she has stayed abreast of all conditions. She is never pretentious so if I mention anything she may be unfamiliar with she researches and calls me either to give instructions or to plan for my next time. Yes, like before she should have a raise and even more blessings!

This was my first visit to a My Generation clinic. Anthony Marlon took the time to go over all my concerns and took the time to explain everything to me. He never rushed me. He has the best personality and very caring. His nursing assistant was wonderful as well. Very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend Anthony Marlon to everyone.

Finally so glad I got hold of my PCP Ms Jennifer Quiamzon-Adobo after a month of calling the Member Service to assist me on switching my provider to Ms Adobo. The people I spoke with keep on telling me they can’t find her on the lists of provider and suggesting different names of doctor despite I keep on insisting Ms Adobo’s specific location. Ms. Jennifer is our doctor ( me and my husband) 10 years ago prior being on Medicare and I liked how she treated her patients thoroughly with well care, compassion and explained well our illnesses, her plan and reached her desired goals on how to treat us if will cooperate with her treatment plan. That’s why we were happy when we learned she joined Intermountain Healthcare. Our transfer to Ms Jennifer were facilitated by Ms Anna Ladao and would like to commend her for following up always if we received our new membership card with name of Ms Jennifer on it. Ms Ladao is really working hard on giving good services on assisting members who are in distress. I would like to commend Ms Jennifer’s assistant Charmaine who is very courteous, bubbly, gentle and exudes charms that even you’re sick she will help alleviate it , well organized for giving us folders containing important flyers for us and enclosed with our visit summary, arranged our next visit and our lab works appt and ultrasound paperwork without leaving the comfort of the room we were checked in. It’s a different environment/facility from my previous clinic we’ve been to. It’s so clean, staffs on front desk are all courteous, helpful and prompt. Also the technician of Quest is also highly commended as well and very gentle. And even the front security guard is so friendly and will greet you as you enter the facility and as you leave as well. Looking forward to stay here unless my PCP will not leave again. Because my 2 previous providers were gone, Dr Arlene Rillo and Dr Salome Masghatti.
