I've
read
Alot
of
reviews
that
say
the
doctors
are
the
main
reason
for
dissatisfaction.
I
actually
have
the
opposite
experience.
Maybe
I've
been
lucky.
But
in
the
almost
3
years
I've
been
going
here,
the
doctors
have
actually
been
fantastic.
My
problem
is
with
staff/administration.
Most
recent
example,
I
seen
Dr.
Phan
on
Nov.
23
this
year.
She
put
in
a
referral
for
a
physical
therapist.
Hadn't
heard
anything.
So
in
the
month
between
than
&
now
I've
called
the
main
number
3
times
to
see
what
going
on.
It's
the
same
old
thing
"well
get
a
hold
of
the
referral
dept
and
leave
a
message
to
contact
you.
And
I
hear
nothing.
So
today
(Dec
28
2022)
I
had
another
appt
with
the
doctor,
so
I
brought
the
referral
issue
up.
She
put
the
referral
in
again,
along
with
giving
me
the
direct
line
to
the
referral
dept
and
said
to
call
them
and
if
they
don't
pick
up
to
call
the
main
number.
So
I
call
the
referral
direct
number
multiple
time.
It
immediately
gives
me
a
busy
signal
and
hangs
up
after
about
3-5
seconds.
So
I
call
the
main
number
and
use
the
option
for
the
referral
dept,
where
I'm
on
hold
for
almost
20
mins.
So
I
think
OK
I'll
leave
a
message
with
the
"scheduling"
dept,
but
also
think
why,
I
did
that
in
that
past,
only
to
get
told
we'll
send
a
message
to
the
referral
dept,
only
to
never
hear
anything.
Again
I'm
gonna
make
clear
I
think
the
doctors
have
been
great
(atleast
the
ones
I've
been
seeing)
but
there
is
a
serious
issue
in
the
communications
and
performance
of
the
staff/administration...............
OK
after
writing
the
initial
review
I
did
contact
the
email
provided
in
the
reply
to
my
review.
The
young
lady
that
was
tasked
with
finding
out
why
I
wrote
a
poor
review
immediately
got
on
the
issue.
Between
emailing
her
or
on
the
phone
with
her,
another
gal
was
informed
of
the
situation
(foegive
me
if
I
can't
recall
what
either
of
their
positions
were)
but
they
got
right
on
figuring
out
what
the
hold
up
was
with
the
referral.
Within
a
matter
of
a
few
days
the
issue
was
taken
care
of.
These
2
gals
were
very
professional
&
I
felt
they
understood
my
frustrations.
Should
it
have
gotten
to
the
point
that
it
took
writting
a
disapproving
review
to
get
results.
That's
for
each
person
to
decide.
I'm
not
trying
to
be
harsh
on
anything.
Just
explaining
what
it
took
to
get
a
referral
to
go
through.
I
do
appreciate
and
thank
Christine
&
Mahasin
for
getting
right
on
things
once
they
were
aware
of
the
situation.
They
truly
seemed
to
care
and
show
the
same
frustration
in
the
time
frame
it
took
to
to
get
a
referral
sent
to
a
physical
therapist
and
that
it
had
to
come
down
to
getting
them
involved
to
do
it.
Again,
this
seems
to
be
some
sort
of
breakdown
in
the
inner
office
communications
when
you
have
corporate
personal
step
in.
But
once
they
were
aware
of
the
issue,
they
did
get
it
solved
promptly
and
immediately.
Shout
out
to
Mahasin,
this
lovely
lady
stayed
on
top
of
things,
called
regularly
to
see
if
the
referrals
got
sent
to
the
right
physical
therapist.
Stayed
in
constant
communications
with
myself
and
the
proper
people
to
make
sure
things
got
done
right.
Went
as
far
as
calling
the
physical
therapist
to
to
make
sure
they
got
the
referral.
I'm
not
good
with
words.
Bear
with
me
please.
Since
my
initial
review,
the
staff
has
gotten
better.
I
have
never
said
anything
negative
about
the
doctors
I
have
had
the
pleasure
to
see.
UNLV
does
seem
to
produce
some
great
doctors.
They're
empathetic,
caring
&
competent
in
not
only
their
training,
but
their
personalities.
I
do
wish
these
doctors
the
very
best
in
their
future
endeavors
when
they
graduate.
They're
a
reflection
on
not
just
their
schooling,
but
also
on
the
supervising
doctor.
I
know
I
made
a
long
review
&
drag
it
out.
Thank
you,
anyone
that
read
this
far.
It's
so
easy
to
criticize
people
&
companies.
It's
harder
to
show
respect
&
acknowledgment
to
the
ones
that
excel
in
their
profession.
To
make
a
very
long
story
short.
If
you
need
a
primary
care
doctor.
I
urge
you
to
use
UNLV
primary
care.
