If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have been trying to call for the last two days to schedule an appointment and NO ONE ANSWERS! Today let alone I've called 5 different times and no one picks up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Waited for 2 1/2 hours between the reception and the back office. My son had a throat infection the doctor wanted to run a bunch of test. In the end it was just a throat infection like I told them. I asked doctor for his prescription she said we will send it to the pharmacy. I went back to ensure they new the pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy the office NEVER SENT anything. I called back the were closed. A day later I still can’t get to them. Called and left messages numeros times. This place just DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE KIDS. Their answering service pages the doctor and the doctor NEVER BOTHERED to call us back. Horrible experience and my son still doesn’t have his medication. It’s upsetting to have to jumó thru so much hoops for a careless pediatrician center. That should not be given a license to practice.

Maryland location is some liars, I called trying to schedule an appointment. They told me that the person I wanted wasn’t available until 2 weeks out, I said can you check other locations. They said she doesn't have any appointments until the 15th. So I decided to call another location. They told me that she had appointment way before that. So I call Maryland location to see why they told that the doctors wasn’t available. They had nothing to say!! Then they said oh we see that she has appointment. Just some liars I swear. I hate liars, and please dont lie when it comes to my kids. Ill never use this location again. If I didn’t like my doctor, man I would have been left Sunrise pediatrician as a whole.

They need more staff no one answers phones, I literally was told their system was down and that’s why they didn’t upload the Web IZ with my sons immunizations & for me to get the correct vaccine card with all his vaccines they wanted me to pay. Refusing to pay since our new pediatrician has faxed them for the records over 3 times in a month and nothing, they have tried to call them but Sunrise Peds never answer and when they do they just place you on hold. I’m actually on hold now waiting for someone to answer and fax over my sons records.

This is the worst office by far The people in the office never answer the phone , or when they do answer the phone they put you right on hold as soon as they pick up , They won’t give you they name , They move on their own paste , They have no care in the world , Corporate of this office honestly need to do an investigation on how this office is ran , hire new managers or something . I have been going to this office for over 5 years . & I have never seen anything like this ! It’s honestly frustrating how they treat the patients and clients that do chose to visit this office , After so many complaints why haven’t anything been done ? This is a MAJOR problem at hand & Im sure IM NOT the only one that feels this way !! Please please please help us help our community by doing a better job by going to this office and fix the problem .

No one never answers this is just mind blowing. Office full of ppl and no one can answer the phone. Time to change my children PCP asap because this is crazy

DR KANDOTH YOUR TEAM IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK DOESN'T EVEN ANSWER YOUR CALL. YOUR IMMEDIATELY PUT ON HOLD. GOING ON 45 MINUTES NOW. AS A PATIENT FOR 5 YEARS I AM FINALLY MOVING TO A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. BEING THAT I PAY A COPAY I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!

Today is the last time I bring my child to this clinic!! We saw Dr. Sanjay and he was very unprofessional very rude and very cold-hearted towards my daughter's illness. We've been coming to this clinic for the past 10 years and the way this doctor acted and treated us, we're no longer coming here!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not bring your children here 🤬

First of all i will not take my daughter there anymore they don’t answer calls. My wic tried to get in contact with them. No one answered not even to just pick up so did i and no one answered . An asian lady attended my daughter she was already old had addittude being rude didn’t even fill out the paper right which is my wic tired to contact them for weeks they didn’t do anything until i went face to face. Their team is so terrible. Very careless don’t take your child there i recommend looking for a better place

They need to hire more staff because the waiting room is always packed with sick kids. The nurses don’t move fast enough, walking around talking story. My son’s appointment was at 9:45am and he wasn’t seen by a doctor until 11

Horrible service I’ve been waiting for more than an hour just to make an appointment. The call gets answered but to quickly say to hold you don’t get a chance to say anything. Just ridiculous!

Honestly don't know why people complain so much about this place...it isn't TOP NOTCH but it's pretty good. The TV at the reception could better or kept at a lower volume...AC in there is also SUPER COLD....if your kid has a cold or a flu, you don't want to stay at the reception very long. All personnel are really gentle. Guess they will only give you attitude if you are rude with them for some reason...in that case you kinda deserve it. Had to edit this review as I've been trying to schedule a vaccination appointment for my kid but haven't got anyone to answer the phone....

The staff there is terrible they never answer there phones or give a call back I just love dr.kendoth he amazing great w kids amazing doctor he cares but staff is terrible

This has been the worst doctor office I have been too my son had a ring worm(fungal infection) in the scalp and it’s impossible to schedule and appointment when we finally did get an appointment the doctor was nice but did not have answer and mis diagnosed my son with something else giving him a prescription that did not work. They sent the medicine tothe wrong pharmacy and I could not get the medicine until 2 days after finally when we did get the medicine it made the lesion worst when we tried to call to schedule no one never answer and the front desk even lied about where she sent my sons prescription my son has been suffering for weeks I ultimately had to take him to summerlin hospital because of the lack of knowledge of the condom and professionalism that was given this is a pediatric office and you would think that they cared more about children but my son is still in pain and we are still looking for a pediatrician I would not recommend this office if your child actually has a illness

I absolutely will not be coming back here. I had an appointment for my child’s shots at 11am on Saturday 2/11/23 and we showed up 20 minutes early just to avoid waiting longer, but we never got called back until 11:50 and then we waited another 15-20 minutes until we decided to just leave because we still hadn’t gotten seen yet. They do not know how to run their business at all.

This is the worst place to call to make an appointment. No one ever answers and if they do they put you on hold for 30 minutes then they hang up on you. Love the doctors do.

We were in sunrise across the street and a man named Sanjay came in and disturbed her from her sleep to check on her and didn't even know how to swaddle a baby. He practically threw her blankets over her and left. I had to fix her swaddle and put her back to sleep. If you can't even swaddle, you shouldn't be a pediatrician.

Never answer call I’m trying to make an appointment for my baby for a list three weeks already. And never answer me I leave voicemail with my phone number nothing was ever

DR- Sanjay make more money but why he didn’t hire one employee for answer the ph call, he should hire one for 3 of his locations, or he is cheap, please! I call u guys 100000 time I leave so many voicemails also but no one call me back. If u guys didn’t call us back then please ans our call, need to find someone for my baby.

Omg the wait time is really ridiculous Waited in the waiting room for about 45 minutes or so not too bad but only to get called to the back and wait another 2 hours would not recommend this office and will be looking for another pediatrician
