Rude people at counter, my nurse was very nice though. Also 3-5 hour wait so for everyone. They referred me to the 24hr clinic for quicker service and they said 5-6 hour wait, drug test and non DOT physical, ridiculous!!!!!

While driving across country for a job, I was told I needed to have a physical examination. My company arranged the examination in Las Vegas. When I arrived the staff was professional courteous and prompt. The nurse who took my vitals with exceptionally gifted and pleasant. The nurse practitioner was efficient courteous. The front desk staff was very kind and got me in and out quickly. I highly recommend this place.

The front office receptionists/medical assistants were awesome, as well as the back office medical assistants. They treated everyone with respect, and the wait wasn't long. Also the doctor was very personable, listened, and took her time with each patient. For service like that I don't mind waiting in the lobby and/or exam room. EVERYONE had a cheerful attitude and made everyone feel welcomed. As a healthcare worker, this is a place I would love to work at.

Hello, I recently went to Contentra for a drug screening. I Just recently moved from San Antonio to Las Vegas and so far the people I have met here are so kind. The staff at Concentra we all so kind, respectful, fast and efficient. I was in and out quickly. Thank you. I'm not sure of the girls name that helped me but she was so friendly. I just remember she had beautiful lashes on. 😀

I had thee greatest experience at Concentra during the time of my work related injury. Dr. Reardon came in one time and treated me and I am so thankful that they have physicians that will fill in where they are needed. N.P. Joanne M. Fierro was amazing! The whole staff is so awesome and very professional. When the lobby is full, I sit outside and they always come out and get me when my name is called. Yolanda in the front office has an amazing personality. And Katrina in the front office during checkout is very pleasant. I’m happy I had to go to this North Las Vegas office.😁

Extremely caring staff! I got there late and had to wait until the next morning. They gave me the paperwork to do at home and was seen very quickly the next morning. They were thorough and thoughtful. I was in pain and they helped me get my X-rays done trying their best to not hurt me further. Even helped me carry all my supplies to the car! Greeted by friendly staff. Doctor listened and made sure he knew my complaints. Got X-rays on site. Equipment to take care of myself. Sent me to therapy ( also on site). Therapist and staff equally amazing. They really have it together. Extremely grateful that I was sent there!

I took a day off to be able to come for a follow up appointment. I called to make an appointment, but the automated voice message said that I don't need an appointment, and that they take walkins. I drove all the way from Summerlin, and the front lady said that I was supposed to make an appointment ahead of time. 🤦‍♂️ I am very disappointed with them! I don't think I am coming back!

The best Concentra office I've been to and I've been to 3 of them. Staff are professional and kind. They don't treat you like cattle just herding you through. The office was very clean and had enough seats for everyone to sit. Great office and experience.

Concentra took great care of me while I came in injured with a deep cut to my hand. They were very understanding of the care needed to administer to me at that time and the stitches were done with great care. I am glad I was able to get treatment so soon. Now, 14 days later my finger is healed and I’m back to full duty at work. Thank you Concentra!

My whole experience was amazing. I was greeted right away. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond for everyone there. Everyone had a very welcoming smile. The dr was great. He gave me all my options and respected my decisions. There was a bit of a wait but I had no appointment so it was expected. Would strongly recommend them

I was very pleased with my experience at the Concentra on Brooks arrived, signed in, told me it would be one hour finish. The online app was done and out in 20 minutes was on a time crunch. So this was just perfect highly satisfied.

If I could give no stars I would. I went in on a work injury, I had to explain 6 times what happened as I was having a hard time breathing because dr Engler wouldn’t listen and was just worried about the computer. I asked questions and in the middle of my questions he tells me he will be right back. An hour later the back office comes in to check me out. So I didn’t get a proper evaluation and need to return in 10 days. I made a complaint to the office staff and was told they would have his supervisor call and still nothing. The front end and back end were so nice but if you’re gonna have a dr with the worst bedside manner you fail as a clinic.

Went there for a pre employment drug screening. Got inside saw a huge line was a little nervous about having to wait all day, But they amazing reception and super fast lab techs I was out of there in no time! Thank you for your fast friendly service concentra!

I've been to other concentra facilities, but none compare to this site! The staff here exemplifies customer service, care, professionalism, courteousness, kind service, quick service, and other qualities that puts them far beyond any other medical facility of this nature. I'm thoroughly impressed!!!!!!!

Dr. Reehal at Concentra is Amazing. He is so genuine, caring, and He is incredibly friendly. The whole staff is so wonderful and attentive. Dr. Reehel’s hospitality is unmatched. He takes time to walk you through your treatment, which makes him "a rare gem". I’m so Thankful for the care from him and the staff at Concentra. Thank you, VW.

Courteous staff. Be sure to bring all your necessary documents and make sure to check your text messages, as you wait you will need to fill them out online. Prepare to be there for an 1 hour 30min (for physical) longer wait time if you go in the afternoon. In my opinion best time to go is when they first open or earlier to stand in line. After I was done they give you a goodie bag with chocolates and a bag of pretzels.

I’ve been here in the past, and sometimes it took forever and the staff were like zombies, this visit was totally different. Everyone involved was awesome, friendly, talkative , and professional. It was a good experience other than getting staples in my head,

Front desk staff super friendly, one of the lady at the front desk she even give a little flowers and told me everything will be ok , the nurses in the back they make me feel comfortable and the doctor super gentle I think his name is dr black. Check in was very fast and they were friendly. the waitress was kinda long but I was early so that was a given. The assistants were very nice and caring. the Dr. was kinda rude. she over talked and told me how I was feeling VS asking how I was feeling. I never hit the results from my X-RAY. she was telling me I got information that I never received and was short with me. wasn't a comfortable experience. I actually requested a different doctor so we will see how that goes

I didn’t have an appointment and when I got there the check in lady said it was a 2 hour wait. I decided to stay and wait but was assisted within 30 mins. The physical exam was pretty quick. I was out of there within an hour. The staff was friendly & professional. I felt welcomed.

Concentra employees were very nice from the front desk to the very professional lady that did my pre employment drug test. And I didn't have to wait long to be called!! Keep up the great customer service it's really appreciated.

Just got a call saying I'm banned from here cause they're doctor said I said something wrong to him🤔🤔 told her I didn't but of course she took her doctor side and that's not cool. I didn't agree with him taking personal phone calls during my visit or the lack of explaining the process more clearly but it's cool other then that the office was clean fast and the whole staff was extremely wonderful and respectful

I had the worst experience ever with the provider Michael Engler OD. From the minute he walked in, he started saying that I was lying about the injury having taken place at work, and insulting my intelligence by saying that this type of injury couldn't have happened from simply squatting when it is totally normal to tear a meniscus even by getting up from a couch when you suffer a degenerative tear vs an acute one. He made me feel very very uncomfortable the whole time like he was trying to scare me from the whole workers comp. process. Everyone else was fine. Only him made my visit horrible!

Both times that I have come here I had great experiences. The nurses here are very caring, friendly and inviting. I can’t remember all their names, so I won’t even try, but I wanted to take the time to give them a five star review. They all had great attitudes, which is important in my book because it shows true character. I enjoyed talking to the ones I did or the ones I encountered. ❤️

I’ve been using this facility for at least 6 years and I’ve never seen it as crowded as the last time I as there. The wait was very long, but the staff was working fast and professionally and keeping patients informed as best they could. The only reason I didn’t rate it a five star was because of the very long wait time.

The staff was very friendly. The employee who administered my flu shot was amazing, didn’t hurt at all and this was the first time I’ve received a flu shot and didn’t have a sore arm afterwards. Great job!

They were short staffed and short doctors. Went in at 8:00am on a Monday and was told that I would not be seen that day because of short staff. Had to come in the next day early before opening to be seen. Thank God for Yolanda who was very understanding and helpful. She turned a rotten situation into a dozen of roses!!! Thank you Yolanda!!! today I was at the urgent care unit, and although I didn't feel well when I arrived, I was treated so well that I left feeling much better. My sincere thanks to everyone, but especially to an angel named Nancy M. .. (Although of working exhaustively with the most varied different problems, you manage to maintain a good energy and treat us with love and respect..)

Amazing experience. They treated me well especially during this pandemic they keep calm and keep on moving. They try to keep people happy and that’s how my experience with them went.

Staff really treats you like your family! Exceptional warm welcome, and attention to detail. Highest customer service I’ve received in Vegas.. Especially Akia and Yolanda, they really know their stuff.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Even though I had a lot of test to do I was moved along quickly to each of them and got out in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is that I was required to check in using my cellphone. My service Verizon only had two bars and it took extremely long to check in and was very frustrating. If you're going to require someone to check in with thier cell at least provide a high speed wifi for people with poor signal. Other than that my visit was great.

The Brooks location was very friendly and attentive the the lobby, offering water. I haven’t experience that treatment anywhere. The lady attending the front desk was very nice and outgoing. Thanks 😊

We were arranged to come in from our Centerwell Clinic to have our Fit Test Done, our Group did not finish completely until 1230ish, We were under the impression that we would all get check in by 830am, and be taken in the same time frame 1 after the other to get tested, I've done this test Several times from another company, the test only takes 5 mins to due, the lady that did the testing was very nice !! Just wish was a little more organized regarding the time frame.

Staff was great! My 2nd time having to go to this office for pre-employment drug test and physical screening and each time, the staff was very pleasant and professional. The whole processing time was pretty lengthy (about 2hrs) and I had my 1yr old daughter with me. The entire staff was very patient and pleasant as my baby was becoming a bit restless, however the staff was very accommodating.

Fast and easy.. nurse at the front desk did what she could to get me in ASAP.. she did tell me it might be an hour and half because it’s busy and I had no problems with that because she was nice and helpful.. I only waited an hour.. the nurse that took my drug test was very professional and sweet.. I personally really appreciate your staff for trying to do their best on helping everyone get in as soon as possible..

Office was freezing. Waited 90 minutes after arrival. Location was open prior to the tine listed that the location would open. Took 90 minutes for a drug test. Location stated they are understaffed. Yvonne / Yolanda was the most positive and encouraging team member. States she worked there 7 years and she is definitely an asset.
